在和教官告别的那一刻，心一揪一揪的，很痛，很痛……当教官很有诚意地说：“在此，我要跟你们说一声对不起！这5天里，没给你们笑过……”那一刻，心像是被刀刺伤了一般，不争气的眼泪滴了。虽然说教官对我们很严格，但是我们曾经相处过，同时教官对我们严，也是为了我们好……

经历过这次军训，我才明白，其实军训的最大意义不在于把自己累垮，而是增强我们的身体，磨练我们的意志。成长中许许多多的事都是难忘的，然而这一次，我永远都不能忘记。我将永远都刻骨铭心的记着：我经历过当兵的辉煌。我很自豪，同时我也很快乐。

环境保护

weeks ago ,I had a military training . Many students think military training is not only boring but also terrible .but I don‘t think so .In my opinion ,military training life is wonderful .At first ,I‘m afraid of joining military training ,at that time ,I think military training is scaring ,but I have to take part in it ,because I‘m a student .I have to obey the school regulations .But in fact ,we are wrong,military training is cold .but at the same time ,military training also brings happiness for us.For example , in our spare time ,the commander taught us singing songs,or had a singing match with other classes .On September third ,we had a match with Class Five . sports meeting is held on schedule.

Thanks to the support and help from our school leaders and teachers. Though

they have many school responsibilities, they have taken time off to take part in

our sports activities. Let’s give them a big hand. Through sports, we can not

only develop our physical prowess, but also promote social and emotional skills,

and even intellectual skills, which will matter in our future lives

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up

at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast

at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15. Now, I can go to school and come home

by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have

my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at

school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my

homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

不知过了多少天，我们的军训终于结束了，星期五，我们从军训基地回来，到学校做汇报表演。等了好久，我们的表演终于开始了。大家认认真真的做着每一个动作，例如:

手伸直、把地板踏响......大家都很认真。终于到了评比的时候了，我认真地听着，但却没有我，我一直在忍着心里的难过，可是，还是没有忍住，哭了起来。妈妈一直安慰我，我才心情平静。

回到家后，我总结了一下我的感受:通过这次军训，我感受到了家的温暖;学会了自立;学会了新的叠被子方法;学会了洗衣服等等事情。但是，对我感受最深的就是家的温暖。因为妈妈爸爸在我们生病的时候，总是无微不至的关心我们。但在军训的时候，只有自己管自己，没有那么多人照顾我，所以我感受到了家的温暖，以后我不要爸爸妈妈为我操心了!

带着新奇、幻想与迷茫，我们走进了初中，迎接我们的是为期五天的军训。我们知道，军训不仅仅是对身体的锻炼，更是对意志的考验和磨砺。军训生活的甜是一种“苦尽甘来”的甜这种甜是师生之间建立起来的一种深厚的友谊，就像一块朱古力糖，还会有丝丝苦味。

我们到军营的第一天到最后一天一直都在练站军姿。别看站军姿看着很简单，但是它是最磨练意志的一项训练。刚开始教官叫我们站五分钟，在阳光刺眼的训练场上，我们抬着头，挺着胸，一动不动地站立着许多同学从脸上掉下来豆大的汗珠，脚部又酸又疼，有好几次我都差点坚持不住，想打“退堂鼓”。但是想到家长与老师对我们的期望，我咬着牙完成了这艰难的五分钟。

正步是军训中最难的，不仅要步子踢得要到位，还要保持排面和节奏整齐，确实是一件苦差事。刚开始教官要我们把手背到后面，把脚踢到半空停止，之后一个一个检查，见到不正确的立刻纠正。正步要走整齐是件不容易的事情，因此我们在训练时教官的要求特别严格，每个动作都必须做到位，否则就会影响到整个队伍的整齐。所以每次练完我们的腿都又酸又痛，但正因为这样，我们的正步越踢越整齐。

在休息时间中，教官与老师教我们唱军歌，第一首歌是团结就是力量，先学这首歌的原因是教官想让我们知道一个整体要懂得团结没有什么事是做不了的事。有一次，老师从后山上给我们摘山上的沙果，我们吃在嘴里，吃到的不只是沙果的味道，还有老师对我们的关爱。

时间如流水般流去，五天的军训转眼就成了回忆。回想着这次军训，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便油然而生。的确，军训是很辛苦，但却辛苦得有收获，辛苦得有意义，辛苦得让人难忘。辛苦中我们得到了教官与同学，同学与同学，老师与同学之间的友谊;难忘我们军训时的挥汗如雨，难忘平时训练时严肃的教官和我们开玩笑时的样子，难忘在最后一天会操时我们的卖力表演，难忘生活中的点点滴滴……大家都精神饱满地等待着汗水换来的成果，尽管最后并没有拿到第一名，但我们仍是胜利者，因为我们战胜了自己!

今天是军训的第二天。显然，这一天才刚刚开始。当我早上醒来时，我似乎已经耗尽了我所有的生命价值。我没有时间去食堂，在宿舍吃了一顿早餐。我跟随大军来到训练场。

fertile land.

Now more and more people become aware that those disasters have much to do

with what we have done to the earth. We have cut down too many trees in the

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees

and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they

remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.

However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the

earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous

situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there

are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

Nowadays, more and more people realize the harm of smoking and the damage

it bring to the people around us. Considered the health of people themseves and

the one they care, many smokers try their best to give up smoking. When quiting

smoking, I have some suggestions. First of all, people should have strong will

on giving up smoking. Personal determination is the most important factor. When

feeling eager to smoke, people should think about the damage of smoking and the

people they love. And then they can strengthen their will not to smoke.

Secondly, sweep away all the cigarette around. They can’t find any cigarette

when they want to smoke. And then after a while, their wants for smoke will

reduce gradually. Last but not least, prepare some candies in the pocket, when

people want to smoke, eat candies instead. Hope every smoker succeed in the

The Dragon Boat Festival is one of the most popular traditional festivals

“军训很苦，军训很累，那些教官简直折磨人”这一类的话语曾多次出现在我的耳边，听着高年级学生的讲述，心中有一丝担心，但军训最终还是如期而至了，才发现军训自有它的魅力所在。

军训的第一天，大家穿着整齐而又庄严的军装和教官互相认识。我想，大多数的同学心情应该是激动的，至少一周不用为作业而烦恼。此后，军训生活拉开序幕。

星期一下午开始训练。首先，就是站军姿。在教官的安排下我们每个人确定了自己的位置，并且按照军姿标准站立。抬头、挺胸、收腹、两手垂直向下，中指紧贴裤缝，两脚夹角为45度，双眼平视前方，不得加一丝一毫的小动作。可是问题就出在这了，平时养成了一个习惯，没事时手总爱在脸上动，特别是再架上一副眼镜，本来我的鼻梁就低，手得不挺忙活。哎呀！快了快了，眼镜快滑下去了，怎么办呢？于是一个小计划在我心中萌发。

“走，别停下来，哦，对，就这样---”眼珠瞅了瞅教官，把握了教官的行走方向，心中暗自高兴，于是手迅速的动了动眼镜。可这俗话说的好：“姜还是老的辣”。我的一系列动作都在那双锐利的黑色眼睛里演绎了一番。接下来就是一阵教训，虽然没有点到我，但言语之间逼向我，至此后的训练中吸取教训。

在接下来的两三天里，更为辛苦，每一个动作都的重复两三遍，甚至更多，蹲下起立、跨立、齐步走----考验的是一个集体的团结协作精神。可是，这其中总有问题，老是出错，但大家并没有放弃，仍旧训练，又下起了蒙蒙细雨。这仿佛是上天给我们的考验，但我们大家经受住了，在雨中度过。地湿了，我们将跑步改为齐不走；泥松软了，我们就练习站军姿，直到教官说“稍息”时，都难将脚和泥分开，坚持到了放学。

连续几天的训练，腿和腰板都感到明显的疼痛，教官就让我们休息放松。我们大家蹲在一起唱歌、说笑，感觉就像是一家人在一起。

美好的时光总是易逝的，军训在我们的欢声笑语，沉默坚持中过去。就这样过去了，那份属于我们在一起的日子，那份锻炼了我们成长的日子就这样匆匆结束。

今后的生活还会像军训一样吗？如果是，那样真好！！

今天是学校为期四天军训的第一天。我怀着对即将开始的新的初中学习生活的无限向往以及一股莫名的兴奋之情来到了学校，并走向了那个坐了许多熟人的教室。

我被编进了三排，暂借八(3)班的教室。当同学们发现老师将我们这一整体称为“三排”，而不是“三组”或者是“三班”时，不免有些惊奇，但一个上午还没过呢，同学们便已经适应了这“新奇”的称呼。

我们排共有39人，全年级有20个排，约800人。带我们的戎老师说，她所教的上一界学生只有700多人。

我毕业于南门中学，至少有28名“推荐”、“推优”生考入外国语，其中，12名男生，16名女生。这数据让我为自己的男同胞们多少有些失望。

我当然不会像许多优秀的作文里描述的那样：“暗下决心，发誓一定要超过她们”，才不呢!我沉默了，我要用自己的行动，打破这沉默，我要带动所有的男同胞们说实话，干实事，证明“我自信，我成功”这一邓亚萍的名言，扭转这令人难堪的局面。

当一系列必要的礼数过后，我们便开始军训了。那些所谓的礼数，我不想再多说什么了，因为，那是不言而喻的。

我们排着队进了操场。男生两列，女生两列。女生在前，男生在后。就这么着，一条稀稀拉拉的长龙便到了操场上。一共有20条，即20个排。

我们今天军训的内容是“做操”。老师一共教了我们四节操，即预备节，伸展运动，扩胸运动和踢腿运动。一套广播操，没有个十节八节是下不来的，于是我断定，明天，乃至后天都会继续学。至于大后天，那可就说不定啰!

这个名曰“第八套”广播体操，与小学阶段的“雏鹰起飞”、“希望风帆”都有一定的本质上的不同，这使我忽然感到，自己长大了。

教官教得和很细心，很到位。可我，却总有这样那样的错误，如胳膊没抬平，脚尖没绷直，慢半拍……我努力地克服着，相信自己不会再犯这些错误了。

大家同样很投入地学，很专心地练。远远望去，就像是一片手的森林在随风舞动。伴随着清晰，响亮的口号声，一株株小树苗正在努力地长出一片片嫩绿的新芽……

一开学，我们初一八个班和高一一起参加军训。第一天早上我们学了立正，稍息，齐步走。起先我们教官让我们立正10分钟，一早上我们就累的腰酸背痛。可是，慢慢的我们好像习惯了军训;习惯了在太阳下晒着;习惯了教官在我们身边慢慢的喊口号;一二一，一二一可当教官走时，我们心中有喜有忧，喜的是可以不用在太阳底下晒了，忧的是教官要走了。从开学到那时的一个星期里，几乎是教官陪着我们，那时他比任何老师都了解我们。最后一天的早晨，我们想为教官照一张相，可他拒绝了。他说，他一定在三年后还来这。现在我又想起教官和我们的事。

想起来教官教给我们的歌;想起来教官耐心教导我们;想起了教官熟悉的脸。

虽然军训很累，但如果有穿梭机，我想回到军训开始的时候，我不会喊累，会努力学到最好，珍惜教官和我们相处的每一天。

通过这次军训，我明白了做事情不可以半途而废。因为我们应该像军人那样意志坚定，因为军人就是靠意志度过训练中的每一天。

8月21日我们怀着激动的心情来到少年军校，进行为期三天的军训。第一天军训我就发现跟五年级时完全不一样，教官严厉了许多，任务也加重了！而且现在正值盛夏，天气十分炎热！

第二天是最累的，上午刚起床就集合站军姿。要求一动不动的站在那，动一下就加时间！太阳火辣辣的烤着，汗水像掉了线的珍珠一样往下掉，衣服帽子都被汗水浸湿了！回寝室整理了一下内务，就去吃早饭了！接下来学习中学的`广播操，老师一遍又一遍地教我们，生怕我们学不会！我们在那站了一个多小时，腿又酸又麻！吃过午饭我们可以在空调里休息两个小时，这对累了一上午的我们来说真是太棒了，寝室里的同学们都欢呼起来！下午两点左右，由蒙山中学的老师来上入学教育，使我对学校有了更深的了解！大约三点时我们进行队列训练，一共有七个内容，要求每个内容都要整齐如一，这对我们这么多人来讲是一项艰巨的任务，经过一个小时的训练我们有了很大的进步！好不容易可以放松一会儿，又被抓去学中学的广播操，直到吃饭前才放我们走！这一天训练下来，我里面的短袖和外面的军装都湿透了，不过洗过澡就舒服多了！晚上的联欢晚会真是丰富多彩，有唱歌、跳舞的，有古筝、吉他独奏的，真是精彩绝伦！

第三天下午的大会操充分地展现了同学们这三天来艰苦训练的成果，这三天让我们体会到了当军人的辛苦！这三天过得既充实又劳累！

军训，在我的心里原本是一个可怕的名词。在我看来，军训也许会充斥着教官的责骂，会有魔鬼般的训练，也会流下辛酸的泪水……军训，是令我生畏的，可顶过了烈日后，我发现军训教会了我坚持。其实，坚持也是一种快乐。

八月，连空气中都弥漫着一股炎热的气息。烈日炎炎下，我们挺拔地站立，任汗水滑过我们的脸颊，任皮肤被晒得黝黑……我们有过埋怨、有过无奈、有过彷徨，甚至想放下，但我们都坚持了下来，经过这种磨练后，坚持何尝不是一种快乐呢？

同学们迈着整齐划一的步伐，个个挺直了身躯，那嘹亮雄壮的口号在空旷的训练场上空久久回响，这无一不在展示我们的训练成果。我们青春的活力、蓬勃与热情在训练场上显现得淋漓尽致。军训教给我们的不只是那立正稍息的军式训练，更多的，它让我们理解了一次意志的沐浴，精神的洗礼！

炎热的天气，有时令我窒息，我真的很想放下，望着阳光下同学们充满笑容的脸庞，我坚持了下来。军训，教给我的不仅仅仅是挺拔的身躯，更教会了我坚持到底的精神。

酷暑中，我付出了汗水，却收获了一份终生受益的果实。就如古人云：“一份耕耘，一份收获。”

军训中，我辛苦却快乐着。虽然不能在空调下乘凉，但在火红的太阳下，我理解了高中的第一课，也是人生中的重要一课。

蝴蝶因为破茧而获得重生，因为磨练，蝴蝶得以新生；而我因为磨练，就学会了坚持，像沙漏里缓缓滴下的沙砾，坚持就是其中的一粒沙，我相信它将陪我到永远。
