Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

To be or nor to be, that is a question. To succeed or to fail? How to

We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will

always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they

appear, what should we do? To stop or to go on? Mrs. Curie told us the answer.

We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know

how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs.

Curie. Although she got over hundreds of difficulties, she still believed in

herself and never gave up. Finally, she succeeded to discover radium. She proved

that she was right by her continuous hard work and her strong spirit. We should

The key to success is confidence. It makes you brave, helps you get over

the troubles, and brings motivation to you. For example, somebody always get

nervous when they have an important speech, if they are in a nervous mood, the

results are always terrible. But if they are confident to themselves, the

results turn out to be better. Therefore, be confident, believe in yourself,

keep smile in your face when comes to difficulties, and you will achieve

明天，我们就要离开军训营和教官了。我们既兴奋又依依不舍，教官这几天对我们是悉心照料，晚上教官还要为我们值班，自己都睡不好觉。只为了让我们有一个安稳的睡眠环境。

每天，教官都早早的起来叫我们起床，仔细地叫我们叠被子，放行李，和整理洗漱用品。每天都穿着后而又整齐的衣服顶着烈日给我们训练。

我们在天天在毒辣的大太阳下训练，这几天一到晴天，衣服和头发就像洗了一样。每天训练时脚和腿都算的要命，中途还有很多人都因为身体原因经受不住而被教官带去休息，所以我们最希望听到的指令是：原地休息和各班带回。

我们还给教官起了绰号，因为胡教官长得像王宝强，所以我们都叫他“宝强哥”。还有朱教官，因为所有教官都叫他男神教官，所以我们就叫他“猪男神”。在等车的时候我们和教官玩得很开心，

从这次军训中我明白了做任何事都要坚持，只要坚持就会胜利。我们也要把这种精神用在学习中，克服学习上的困难。

回想起五天的军训，真是难忘啊!记得第一天，所有五年级同学都穿上了威武的军装，站在主席台前，像一个小军人，认真地听着领导讲话。随着音乐的响起，同学们唱起了响亮的军歌。这坚劲有力的军歌，让我明白了，在军训中，我们是一个团队，是一个努力奋斗的团队，是一个坚韧不拔的团队，更是一个互相帮助的团队!

军训是非常快乐的。我们的步伐从凌乱不齐到整齐有序的那一刻，我们的内心是甜的，我们为自己取得的成绩感到无比自豪，让我们明白了奋斗的快乐。

记得第一天，教官让我们站军姿：“抬头，挺胸，收腹!”我想：这有什么难的，这很简单嘛!可是后来证明我是错的，我刚开始站的时候也没什么大不了，可是站了二十几分钟后，我的汗已经慢慢流到了我的背上，浸湿了我的衣服，脚后跟也开始疼痛，整个人站也站不稳。突然，教官指着我说：“好好站，别倒下去。”我只得忍住，终于熬到下课铃声响了，我急忙坐下，生怕自己少休息一秒。

想起这段日子，我感慨良多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”，是军训的体会;“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”，是军训的结果。军事训练，是为了你以后遇到困难要自己爬过去，锻炼出永不放弃的精神。这是一段难忘而美好的回忆。

Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A

revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took

it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew

and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things

on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any

problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the

students innate powers of making sound judgements.

今天是军训的第三天，像往常一样起床、集合、训练。日渐熟悉的同学，日益标准的动作，军训生活因为独有的风格而变的不再单调枯燥。

这次军训的教官让我见识到了军人柔情的一面。教歌的时候 ，教官给我们讲军中情歌背后的故事。让我看到了铁骨中的柔肠……

腼腆的程教官，风趣的扶教官总是把三句话挂在嘴边:“动 还动我让你动了吗、笑 还笑有什么好笑的 你打报告了吗”拉歌的时候跟别的营互相逗捧，带领各自的营队鼓吹对方教官唱歌。休息的时候总会出现这样的场景 ：教官手起，鼓掌声加大。教官手落，鼓掌声减小。还有教官跟学员互动 教官喊让你唱 学员跟你就唱 教官再喊扭扭捏捏像什么 学员跟像姑娘! 笑声混着汗水在训练场发酵……

军训让我明白了安全重于泰山，体验到了合作配合比一枝独秀更让人赏心悦目。

今天我作为六年级的毕业生参加了一个小型军训，对此我深有体会。虽然不是很累，

但是它还是锻炼了我们的意志与品质。

我认为参加军训提高了我们的毅力和耐力，同时为中学生活打下基础。在军训中我们都做到了听从教官指挥、认真对待教官提出的要求、没有事情不请假、不迟到、不早退等要求。所以总体来说我们还是达到了一定的效果。可是我认为在锻炼意志、品质方面还不够。因此在后面的练习中还要努力。

Many years ago, when China was poor and lagged much behind the world, a lot

of men went to California to seek for gold in the hope that they could be rich

when they returned to hometown. American dream once influenced the world and it

Chinese economy developed very fast in the last decades, the market is full

of vitality and booming. More and more students choose to study abroad, but most

of them decide to return China to start their business, which is very different

with ten years ago. At that time, finding jobs in foreign countries was their

target. Whats more, China attracts foreigners to come and seek for cooperation,

because they know clearly that China can provide the chance they need.

Mandarin is learned by people from all around the world. The newest report

shows that more than 100 million people learn Chinese, which is the worlds

second language, and only ranks behind English. Chinese dream helps them to have

more chances.

车厢里洋溢着我们的感慨，那是一种说不尽的喜悦与惆怅，望着车窗外不断后退的郑州八中训练基地，多么希望时间可以在这一刻静止。四天，哪是一句"再见"所能割舍车轮飞快，正如来时一样，但坐着的却是不一样的我们......

记得四天前，我们的脸上还略带几分稚气，手中拖着沉重的行李。仰望天空，天是那样的蓝，唯有骄阳高高燃烧着，我的军训生活从这里开始了。

军训生活的艰苦是我未曾料到的。一天中大部分时间都在训练和上课。训练场上似乎永远只有嘹亮的口号，整齐的步伐和挥洒的汗水，我们充分感受到了"十年磨一剑"的辛酸。然而，我们不会抱怨，更不会放弃。在锻炼中我们学到了很多，更懂得了团结、坚强和责任。

军训第一天，教官就让我们站军姿。十分钟，在平常是很短的一段时间，可那时，烈日当头，十分钟在我们看来是多么漫长!炎热的太阳炙烤着大地，汗水就像开闸的洪水，从每一个毛孔中争先恐后地喷涌出来。一个十分钟，又一个十分钟......时间一长，脚底发麻，腿抽筋，腰背痛，头冒汗。经过一天的训练，累得坐下就能睡着。尽管如此，高一军训心得体会。我仍感激万分，因为我以坚强的毅力坚持下来了，我的意志经受了磨练，这对我以后的学习是受益匪浅的。

军训生活不但有苦，同样也充斥着欢乐。我们利用课余时间，积极地准备着合唱比赛。练习时，我们刻苦练习，嗓子唱哑了，胳膊指挥酸了，但没人叫苦叫累，大家团结合作，齐心协力。比赛时，我们的班歌响彻了整个赛场："天——下，相亲与相爱，让我们相逢在人山人海，有缘千里来相会，团结奋发我们七十班!"虽没有流行歌曲的时尚前卫，但这歌声里却充满着昂扬的斗志，铿锵有力!这不单单是我们唱出的歌声，也是我们班级的信仰。

四天的时光悄然流逝，依然是蓝天白云，依旧是阳光灿烂，然而在这阳光下，我们的心中却有着别样的感动。在这几天里，也许有过因过度疲倦而产生的埋怨，也许有过因想念家人的彻夜未眠，但我们从未轻言放弃......虽然歌唱比赛的成绩有些不尽人意，但在这场没有硝烟的战斗中，我们是真正的胜利者，因为我们都尽力了，我们以后还会努力做得更好。在这场艰苦的战役中，我们是真正的强者!

再见了，教官们!再见了，八中训练基地!车轮飞快，载着我们离开了，那份美好的回忆将永驻我们心中。感谢这次军训带给我们的一切光荣与感动，幸福与友情，磨练与自信!

军训结束了，我知道那不是解脱，而是不舍......我会将这份回忆珍藏，因为它是我人生的财富!

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Today is womens day, and also the day I get the scholarship. Look! I made a chocolate bar for my mother with a scholarship. Although I have paid a lot for myself, I am very happy in my heart: I can also give my mother a gift, instead of wrapping around my mother for presents!

But mom is sick and cant eat sweet food. I had to put the chocolate in the fridge, but after a few days my mother was very ill, and she took a big bite, and I eagerly asked, "is it good?" She said it was a little sandy. I took a bite, too. I was a little depressed. But my mother encouraged me, "but its sweet, its great!" My heart is sweet and happy! I wrote a few words specifically for my mother, although it was not very good.

Todays society is a highly developed technological society. However, the

shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide,

and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide

problem.

Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse

gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified

economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting,

polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to

rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few

years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the

environmental impact of carbon dioxide.

For example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from

our own, to promote low-carbon living.

九月一日，我们学校决定组织一次为期5天的封闭军训活动，目的是让我们体验军人的生活，磨砺出坚强的意志。听到这个消息，有人很高兴，有人很沮丧。像我听到这个消息是高兴的，为什么呢?答案后面揭晓。

我们满怀期待地来到了军训基地。教官向我们介绍了自己：他姓胡，是我们此次军训的教官。胡教官对我们要求很严格，特别是在卫生和军姿两个方面，要求很高。

第一天训练站军姿、坐姿和停止间转法。站军姿时要抬头、收腹、挺胸，双手紧贴裤，非常累，一站就是半个时候，不能动。脚根在站军姿时火辣辣的，像是被烧烤一样。此时此刻我才体会到军人的艰辛，军人就是要不动如山，一切行动听指挥。

中午的太阳无情地炙烤着大地，气温接近40℃，但是就算是这样，大家依然在坚持，连我自己也很惊讶了。以前我可从来没有站这么长时间，但今天我做到了，我觉得非常不容易，因为只能拥有坚定的意志，才能通过考验。

接下来，我们又训练了很多项目，但最难的还是正步走。也许有人要问：正步走，怎么走呢?就是像国庆节阅兵一样，脚尖绷直，一只脚抬起，换腿速度要快，而且不能动。走的时候非常累，因为脚要抬上去30厘米，一抬上去腿就疼，特别是大腿那里，又酸又痛。走正步的时候，身体好像不是你自己的，完全控制不了，身体晃动得厉害。再加上中午毒辣辣的太阳，训练时就像在地狱里一样。走正步时，开始大家走得不整齐，于是教官让我们一次次走，走到最后一天才走整齐。这时，我才明白什么是军人，才明白军人是怎样练成的!

卫生整理也是军训的一个课目。我们住在房间每天都上榜，是卫生最好的。因为大家在一起互相帮助，一起打扫卫生，非常努力，相互尊重他人的劳动成果，从来不乱扔垃圾，每个人做完自己的清洁后，还主动帮助他人做清洁。

军训结束仪式过后，我们心里那颗不安的心，终于放下了。直到这时，我才真正感受到家的温暖，父母的关爱和呵护。这次军训，让我体验到了军人的艰辛和汗水，也让我感受到了父母之爱的伟大无私。

在我的身边有各种各样的人，如慈祥的奶奶，严厉的老师，亲切的父母，可爱的同学等等，但是通过七天的军训，让我感到我们的教官是令我最佩服的人。

当我们的大客车徐徐开进黄集基地的时候，第一个来迎接我们的就是我们的教官，初见教官时，一身军装的教官立刻让我肃然起敬。看着一脸严肃的教官，心想未来几天的训练我们一定会吃尽了苦头。果然不出我所料，吃完中午饭，我们就开始了第一堂训练课，在炎炎烈日下，我们的教官开始教我们练习起步走和军姿;不到两个小时我们就要酸腿疼了。可是教官一点没有让我们休息的意思。哎，教官太严厉了。

到了休息时间，教官一扫训练时的严肃，开始耐心的教我们摆放用具，和我们有说有笑，性格是那样的爽朗，使我突然感到教官和父母一样的亲切。原来他们也不是钢铁一样的人，也是有血有肉的人。

到了军训的最后一天，当我们就要跟黄集，跟教官，跟这里的一切说再见的时候，又有些恋恋不舍。回首几天和教官的相处，他们是那样的严厉而又不乏幽默，认真而又不辞辛苦教我们，此时我最想说的就是“谢谢”，虽然这句话很普通，但却包含了很多。谢谢他们教我们怎样做好每一个动作，谢谢他们告诉我们应该怎样做人，谢谢他们在那么苦的日子里给我们带来快乐。

当车慢慢离开黄集的时候，教官嘶哑的声音，他们的音容笑貌不时在我脑海里浮现，使我第一次有难舍难分的感觉，我真想对教官说：“你们是我最佩服的人”。

经过一天的训练，累的沾枕就睡。尽管如此，我们仍感到激动万分。因为我们坚持了下来。我们有信心，一定能够获得最终的胜利！

军训的生活绝不轻松自在，而是需要付出艰辛的汗水，需要有顽强的意志，更要有严守钢铁般的纪律。

而如今，每当我走过操场就仿佛看见了我们挥洒汗水的模样。这次军训，尽管有痛有苦，有酸也有辣，却让我们少了份娇气，多了份坚强，少了份依赖，多了份独立。让我们懂得了想要完成一件事，就必须坚持不懈，持之以恒的努力，才能够到达成功的彼岸。

As we all known，food safety problems are more and more popular in our

country，because more cases about food safety problem have appeared.

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

plays an important role in peoples life。So food safety influences peoples

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

thinking about ensuring food safty。they produce unqualified food.Thirdly， some

food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty pletely。This behavior make

some producer ignore the safety of production.

If we want to solve problems that is illustrated former，we must call on the

supervisory department to manage the food market.And the producers must paly

在我们开学的第二个星期就迎来了军训，这次军训大概的感受是这样的：期待-失望-辛苦-高兴-不舍。在军训开始之际我是赋有期待的心情，因为我从来没有正式的军训过，而且还是高中的军训肯定有新奇的训练方式。到了第二天我明显的感觉有点失望，因为这比我想象的辛苦得多，但是我还是可以坚持下去。之后，这一天是格外的热，比平时要热得多，辛苦也是平时的两倍。有的人脚上磨出了泡，有的人累的脚发麻，有的人站军姿是累酸，晕倒。如此辛苦我还是坚持过来了，连一个报告都没有打。在夜间训练时教官还教我们唱歌，还让我们娱乐，这就是对我们的奖励吧！在最后两三天的时间，教官教我们十六式军体拳，教女生们手语操，时间很短但是最后都练成了。到了要回校的时刻有些人都哭了，有些不舍得教官，同学们都纷纷要教官的联系方式。

在这次军训中我们收获了耐力、勇敢和团体精神。在军训中也感受到了快乐，感受到了集体的温暖。

训练时教官们很严格、注意纪律、精益求精，然而却又多了一份细心，让我们拥有了坚持不懈，永不放弃的精神。时光短暂，但是记忆深刻，我爱教官。

在丹桂飘香，播种希望的九月，我们已经成为一名中学生。在初中我们将迎来第一个任务，那就是军训。

今天是军训的第一天，我们认识了即将陪伴我们六天的教官。他带领我们来到了我们所对应的位置，宣布了种种纪律后，军训开始了。

首先就是站军姿，教官给我们示范一遍我们熟悉的差不多了，只听见教官用洪亮的嗓音喊“立正，站军姿十分钟。”，十分钟，对于平常来说是一个很短暂的时间，可现在，我们是在太阳底下练军姿，十分钟在我们眼里仿佛成了几个小时。我们脚后跟并拢，脚尖外开60°，收腹挺胸，目视前上方。汗水像断了线的珠子似的，滴答滴答往下掉，真希望时间能过得快一些。我每次想动时心里会默默的想：坚持就是胜利……站军姿，使我懂得坚持不懈，永不放弃。

除此之外，我们还学了很多动作，今天一天我们不断的重复练习着这些动作，每个人都筋疲力尽，但我们没有放松，任凭劳累不断考验我们的意志，仍然没有退缩。有的同学在身体不适的情况下经休息又重新踏上了“战场”。

军训中最难忘的还是唱军歌。因为有洪亮而节奏明快的军歌，所以我们的军训不是死气沉沉的。学唱军歌成为军训中美好的一段时光。

今天的军训已经结束，明天的军训要比今天更好。
