从这天起，我的军训生活就要开始了!我真期盼啊!

我很开心，因为我跟几个四班的同学住在一起!

持续十天的艰苦训练：在烈日的曝晒下，在雨水的浇淋下，使我彻底改变了对军训的种种看法。在“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲中挣扎，虽有烈日的陪伴，雨水的“抚慰”，虽有教官的严格督促，虽有步伐的艰难行走与奔跑，但是依然能够体会其中的趣味，苦中寻乐，依然能够在汗水的背后微笑。

初到这一片陌生的土地，心中自有许多的放不下：放不下家乡的每一片土地，放不下家中的每一位亲人，放不下故土的一草一木;放不下母校的青树绿草，放不下三年的师恩难忘，友谊情深。怀着如此多的困扰在这儿也无法渲泄，而让我一向头痛的军训却解救了我，也许是我对这种军训的情有独钟，也许是怕做不好受到教官的处罚。总之，训练的时候，虽不是心中了无杂念，但却也是一心一意的训练，将所有的烦恼抛之脑后，也没有一丝的伤感，甚至觉得很好玩。

在本次的军训过程中，也有不少的欢声笑语。比如说，各个班级之间的拉歌比赛，异常激烈，每一个人都使出自我的浑身解数，拼命的嘶喊着，恨不得自我曾练过那传说中的“狮子吼”，恨不得自我就是那世界顶尖的男(女)高音家，完全忘却了天气的炎热，军训的艰苦，置身于欢乐的海洋中。正所谓“练得细心，玩得开心”，凡是都应一心一意，玩耍如此，学习更是如此。虽然在军训的过程中，我也曾闹出不少笑话，但教官总是耐心的教导，而不是那些所谓的“体罚”。这一点，我很庆幸。

毕竟军训还是有它那儿令人担忧的地方，由于烈日的曝晒，以在我们每一个人的身上留下了标志性特征——就是晒黑了。虽然这一点是早有预料的，但心中似乎仍然无法理解这个现实。但是转念又想，“吃的苦中苦，方为人上人”，“鱼，我所欲也;熊掌，亦我所欲也。二者不可得兼，舍鱼而取熊掌者也”。这样一来，觉得这次军训还是挺值得的。晒黑了，也就说明我的确有下功夫，并没有偷懒或是滥竽充数。

军训快要结束了，虽然这几天是难熬了一点，但对于我来说，仍有不少的收获，它让我重新认清了自我，让我认识到了自我的坚强与不屈。因此，我也很感谢这一次的军训，感谢它对我的磨练，感谢这一周的一分一秒……

要说军训，最累的莫过于站军姿。腰板挺拔时，整个人都是紧张的，脚也不堪重负，疼到我感觉下一步就会摔倒，我只好咬紧牙关。炎炎烈日下，大家汗如雨下，但是每个人都在努力撑着。训练结束回教室的路上，我们每一步都像是踩在针尖上，队伍里却十分安静，没有一个人因为困难倒下。这时我明白了，坚持可以战胜苦难。

第二天下午，我们开始练习走方阵。本来十分简单的动作但要六个班的学生都做到整齐划一却不简单。立正、稍息时，每个人都要集中精力、反应迅速，只要一个人行动慢，就会使整个队伍不整齐。齐步走时，每个人都走自己的，整个队伍就七扭八歪，教官过来指导我们，告诉我们每一步要走多远，齐步走的时候要注意什么。这时我懂得了，遵守规范和服从纪律是一种强大的力量。

回到寝室，我们就该睡觉了。我上了床，躺了下去，就渐渐的睡着了。

进入高中的孩子都会进行军训，我们也不例外。虽然这五天的军训已经过去了，但是对这次军训中的一个个小细节，我还是记忆犹新。而这些小细节，都会成为我们高一五班同学美好的回忆。

唐老师说过，我们的华教官是一个有热情有激情有人情的好教官。这一点，在几天的军训中我深有体会。刚开始军训的时候，大家都不适应，晕的晕、吐的吐，很多人都觉得自己坚持不下来了。华教官却丝毫没有让我们松懈。他不断激励着我们，给我们加油打气。等到第二天，他就开始了对我们的“魔鬼训练”。他严格要求我们的每一个动作，小碎步要紧张、双手时刻贴紧裤缝，无论何时，我们的声音都要响亮、具有爆发力。

当然，他也会对我们进行一些惩罚，跑步、俯卧撑什么的再也平凡不过了，最要命的是一些“整人式惩罚”。记得那一天男生总是犯错，时不时放松一下，说话还不打报告，由于大家对跑步、俯卧撑这些惩罚习以为常了，教官给了男生一个新的尝试。让男生全体把双手抬到胸前，双脚紧闭向前跳，从操场一边跳到另一边，教官给这种惩罚起了一个名字叫“僵尸跳”。从那以后，男生倒也长了记性，从此严肃认真的面对军训。

当大家把每一个内容都练得滚瓜烂熟的时候，教官便带领我们来到别的班面前，向他们发起挑战。这时候我们5班的同学脸上总会有一种骄傲而又拼命保持严肃的神情，并且用绝对完美的动作和声音把他们轻而易举地“拿下”。

军训第3天的下午，我们来到了教官们所在的部队，并在这里听了关于国防教育的讲座。在这次参观中 ，教官给我们讲了一些在他们训练中的故事，让我忽然觉得，我们军训中受到的这些苦其实不算什么。

在军训第5天的军训会操中，全班同学都拿出了最好的状态，没有了以往的懒散与松懈。取得了第一名的好成绩。我想这个第一名也许就是对这五天辛苦付出的汗水与泪水的最好回报。

教官走的时候，大家都很不舍，送出了自己的礼物。军训也宣告结束了，这次仅仅5天的军训让每个同学都有所收获，收获了友谊、收获了知识也明白了许多道理。突然间想起教官的一句话“军训贵在坚持，我提前送你们两个字，忍着！”

其实人生也是这样，无论做什么事情，都应该学会坚持，在逆境中不断努力，寻找突破，用毅力收获真理，收获友谊，收获快乐。

在七天的军训中我们学会了走正步，齐步等。也明白了什么是军人，也让我很好展望了自己的未来。

我们每天5点40多起床，参加军训，在初生的晨光的陪伴中开始一天的军训，第一个训练项目就是站军资，站军姿最难的是要做到一动不动，这是基本的要求。对于我来说，这无疑是要了命的。除了军姿就是其他项目的训练，每天从早训练到晚累的精疲力尽，汗水湿透了衣襟。刚开始的两天，我过的十分不顺，早上起来就是阵阵酸痛，心里觉得苦，觉得累，很想回家。可后来在教官同学陪伴下就慢慢的就没有这种感觉了。在每一天的晚饭后，教官还和我们一起唱歌，我想这也许是军训中最快乐的时候了。

时间一晃而过到了第七天，我们便要与相处了七天的教官道别。我们带着不舍，强忍着心中的泪，看着教官离开。

现在，军训已经结束了。我们又要再次投入往常的生活中，但我永远也不忘记这次军训。这次军训让我知道什么是军人，当一名军人是多么艰苦，我知道了军人是怎么严格要求自己。军人一切以集体为重，以集体为中心，决不当害群之马，要坚持奋斗。

通过这次军训，我们不仅学会了艰苦奋斗的精神，更重要的是，教官把他们的军人作风传递给了我们。就像我在学习当中遇到不懂的问题，我绝对不会轻易放过，我会打破沙锅问到底直到把问题弄清楚为止，俗话说“不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海“，我会把一点一滴的都做到。如果我在生活当中遇到问题，我绝对不会轻易退缩放弃，当然，我还会去克服它，生活中的大事小事对我来说都是一种考验。

做任何事情，都要有一种牛的劲头。做一件事，无论大小都应当全力以赴，尽心尽力，做得，那才无愧于心。人生漫漫，看起来轻松，可一晃而过什么事也不做的生命又能找到什么样的感觉?开弓没有回头箭，错过了就错过了，没有回头的机会。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”没有努力何来收获。

军训让我明白，乐从苦来，我们都处于年轻的激情中，时间不会回首，我们要把握现在，做好点点滴滴。我们要展望未来，向前看。

With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and more

limited， so it is quite important for us to save energy and to protect our

environment。 As a student， there are a lot of methods we can do to save energy

at home。 For example， first， we can turn off the light as well as other

appliances when we are not using them。 Second， recycle the waste water， paper

and other waste so that we can reuse them。 Whats more， it is suggested to use

public transportation more instead of private cars.

Above all， everyone can make a great contribution to our environment。 I

hope I can learn more to develop new and clear energy， like energy from the wind

and solar.

【过年】

要说中国人最喜欢的节日，便是非春节莫属了吧。

盼啊盼啊，终于盼到了除夕。

长辈们在厨房里忙碌着，洗，切，炒，调味，一气合成。一盘盘香喷喷的菜肴上了桌。我心想：这种大场面我也得露一手呀，炒菜算了，风险太大。就摆一个果盘吧，说干就干，我拉过表妹削皮，切块，最后装盘，完美!香喷喷的年夜饭准备好了，大家纷纷落座，肥美的鱼肉，雪白的甜米，肥而不腻的梅菜扣肉……令人目不暇接。热热闹闹的年夜饭过去了后，一家人又热热闹闹地挤在沙发上看春晚，热热闹闹，好不愉悦。

“咳咳，"我向妹妹眨了眨眼睛，妹妹看了看我，比了一个“OK”，于是，我俩走到专心看春晚的大人面前，“哗”一下伸出手来，大声说:“恭喜发财，红包拿来!”

而大人呢，先是愣上几秒，然后就笑呵呵的从背后掏出一个个油光发亮的红包。我和妹妹一溜烟跑回房间。美滋滋的把一张张钞票从红包中掏出，一张张对齐放在一起。好景不长，爸爸突然“狞笑”着推门进来：“来吧，压岁钱老爸帮你管着。”我极不情愿，还没捂热乎的压岁钱就被拿走了。

春节这个传统节日，时间让它的形式可能有所变化，但改变不了的，是那份阖家欢聚的亲情。瞧，这，就是过年。

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

In the current society, with the rapid development of the Internet,

shopping on the internet has been a fashion especially among the youngsters.

Online shopping has made our daily life become more convenient and feel

comfortable. In the first place, shopping on the Internet can save much time so

they would be able to concentrate more time and energy on their academic study.

In the second place, the Internet has provided kinds of goods to consumers, and

we can save much money through online shopping.

However, every coin has two sides, online shopping also has shortcomings.

We maybe buy some fake products online because of lacking of the face to face

communication with sellers. What’s more, the delivery will increase the risk of

items’ damage.

Weighing up these two arguments, I prefer the former, because shopping on

the internet has become more and more important to us in our daily life. We

should follow the footsteps of the times.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are willing to serve as volunteers

especially the university students in that they consider that volunteering is

not only a great contribution to our society and those who are in need, but also

improves themselves in many aspects.

For one thing, there is no doubt that volunteering makes contribution to

our society and people in need. The volunteers provide their assistance without

requiring any financial rewards. Their contributions have a great impact on

harmony society contribution.

For another, serving as a volunteer is also beneficial to the volunteers

themselves. They can improve their communication skills when providing help for

others. One of the examples is that the university students who serve in Canton

Fair will get a great chance to practical their English and get in touch with

different kinds of people as well as broad their horizon. In addition, by

serving as different kinds of volunteers, they are easier to understand

themselves and know in which fields they are interested.

In a word, volunteering has brought many benefits to our society, those who

are in need as well as the volunteers themselves. Therefore, let us enjoy the

time when serving as a volunteer.
