盼着盼着，军训终于来了。这次我们去到了远山，因为第二次去，所以那里的环境、规则已经非常熟悉。

这次的军训主要培养的就是素质，在这里的每个人，走向军人的可能很小，但是无论做什么，都要素质。

军训中，我学到了很多东西，教官常说，上台是需要勇气的，勇气是需要鼓励的。每个人在踏上表现的好与坏，我们也不能笑。当他们走上台时，他就在进步。

不但学到了很多东西，还让我们增进了团队精神。有个活动叫“团退浮桥”，每两人拿着一块木板架在肩膀上，然后有人在上面爬过，这只有相信哦我们同学才能有勇气上去。我刚开始是非常胆怯的，因为我怕压到同学们。

不一会儿，到我了，我的身子开始瑟瑟发抖哦这，但是看见每个同学那坚定的眼光、卖力的呼叫声。我慢慢地鼓起勇气，一步一步的向前爬，但是因为心急，不小心的摔了一跤，幸好后面的同学把我扶起来，接着，我再一步一步的向终点爬去。

这次活动中，最辛苦的不是架木板的同学，而是在木板下保护我们的同学，他要跪在地上，在下面支撑起来，在那保护着每个同学。我想，他的膝盖，因该早已红了、青了，甚至已经紫了。

虽然三天两夜的军训结束了，但是军训中每个小细节，都在我的脑海中翻滚，让人念念不忘。

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think

军训，是迈入初中生活的第一步。它磨练了我们的意志，锻炼了我们的体能，安稳了我们那颗躁动不安的心。

在我五、六年级时，就曾听说过上初中要先军训。那时，军训二字对我来说只不过是一个抽象的词语，我根本就不能理解军训的苦和累。我认为军训不过就是那几天，轻轻松松就过去了。当我真正开始了军训，我才明白了“军训”二字的真谛。

军训中每天听见的第一个声音就是生活老师的哨声，早上六点，这哨声总是提醒我们起床，一分不差。这让我们这些平时在家中总是在日过三竿后才起床的“小皇帝”很不适应，但是大家谁也不愿意落后，甚至在老师的哨声前就起床洗漱。起床之后便是晨跑，晨跑让我们的身体从早上就紧张起来，让我们适应一天的紧张的训练。

每天训练的第一项就是站军姿，我们常常会一动不动地站半个小时。随后进入正常训练，几天来我们学会了稍息与立正、蹲下与起立、齐步、跑步等，训练并不可怕，可怕的是做的不好要准备接受各种惩罚。最令我汗颜的惩罚是“俯卧撑准备”：俯卧撑准备就是双手撑地，双臂伸直，一动不能动，刚开始还可以忍受，几分钟之后就会汗流浃背，双手缺血，双脚麻木，浑身无力，那种感觉让我现在想起来浑身都要起鸡皮疙瘩。还有蹲下、推小车、鸭子步……

在七天的军训中，值得我回忆的东西太多太多：小黄牛军鞋、拉军歌、生日晚会、同学们每天的有说有笑，还有每天流过的汗水……这些都在见证着我们的成长，我们学会了吃苦受难，学会了团结一心，学会了互帮互助。

到头来我还是那句话：军训虽苦虽累，但我们从中经历的，体会的怎不会成为我们一生中的珍宝呢？

军训是辛苦的，是快乐的，是无奈的，同时又是生动的，有趣的。在短短三天的训练中，我们也尝到了“酸甜苦辣”。

军训的头一天，同学们聚在宿舍前，脸上洋溢着兴奋和不服输的劲头，()好像根本没把辛苦的军训放在眼里。一个精干魁梧的军官来到我们的面前，宣布今后由他来担任教官，训练我们。

第一个项目是站军姿，我想：不就是立正吗？这有什么？于是就端端正正的站好，每当教官走过来时，总会投来赞赏的目光，我心里美滋滋的。但是好景不长，随着时间的推移，我渐渐的支持不住了，可天公不作美，今天恰好又是艳阳高照，晴空万里。平时没感觉太阳有多毒，可今天，太阳就在头顶悬着，无遮挡的洒下阳光来，不一会儿就满头大汗了，豆大的汗珠一颗接着一颗往下流淌，衣服也因为大汗淋漓而浑身湿透了。正在我马上就坚持不住的当下，教官终于说：“休息！”我一听这句话，身子立刻就软绵绵的瘫软了下来，一一屁股坐在了地上。天哪！站军姿原来这么累人呀！

今天的军训让我真正领略到了太阳之毒辣，什么叫做辛苦！

训练了两天，我们迎来了会操表演，大家用汗水灌溉的种子，就要结果了。终于轮到我们班了，不久操场上响起我们整齐的踏步声。

经过一系列的考核，比赛结束了，在我们的努力下，终于获得了第一名。随着军训的结束，教官走了，但却在我们的身上留下了坚强的痕迹。

这就是我的军训生活，它让我学会了约束自己，学会了克服困难。

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

most important. If they are unhappy, you won’t be happy. There is many beautiful

scenery in our life, however, the most important thing we should notice is that,

without the people we love, they worth nothing.

In reality, many people are chasing wealth which results to the ignorance

of people around them. Obviously, its not a brilliant choice. Don’t’ be

controlled by wealth or money. About life , this is my idea, what’s about

yours?

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn to not judge

things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest，in turn，to go and look at a

pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter，the second in the spring，the third in

summer，and the youngest son in the fall.

When they had all gone and come back，he called them together to describe

what they had seen.

The first son said that the tree was ugly，bent，and twisted. The second son

said no - it was covered with green buds and full of promise.

The third son disagreed，he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so

sweet and looked so beautiful，it was the most graceful thing he had ever

seen.

The last son disagreed with all of them;he said it was ripe and drooping

with fruit，full of life and fulfillment.

The man then explained to his sons that they were all right，because they

had each seen but one season in the tree‘s life. He told them that you cannot

judge a tree，or a person，by only one season，and that the essence of who they are

- and the pleasure，joy，and love that come from that life - can only be measured

at the end，when all the seasons are up.

If you give up when it‘s winter，you will miss the promise of your

spring，the beauty of your summer，fulfillment of your fall. Don’t let the pain of

one season destroy the joy of all the rest.

Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world。

For example， cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and

poisonous gas is given off by factories。 Trees on the hills have been cut down

and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers。Furthermore， wherever

we go today， we can find rubbish carelessly disposed。 Pollution is， in fact，

threatening our existence。

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves

and for our later generations。 Fortunately， more and more people have realized

these problems。 Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the

government。 Laws have been passed to stop pollution。 I hope the problem will be

solved in the near future and our home will bee better and better。

期待已久的7天军训就在今天结束了。在教官的指导下，我们的努力下，我们成功了。

可响亮的口号依然在心中回荡，教官的身影依然回映在我们的脑海中。虽然军训已成回忆，但那至少是个美丽的回忆。回想?军训的第一天，教官们穿着朴实的军装，喊着嘹亮的口号迈着整齐的步伐向主席台走进时，我然间感到军人的那种严谨和庄严，我的心中充满了羡慕，那是希望自己是一名军人。

每当训练后，我发现军人的含义并不简单，仅仅简单的立正、稍息、向左右转等基本动作。

在军训中要求严格，想做到完美是一种不容易的事，每个动作都要注意细节，才能成功完成。我们之中大部分都是00后，都是父母的心肝宝贝，生活中很少吃过苦，而且身上有很多不好的习惯。教官教会了我们严于律己，不怕困难，要勇于挑战自己。

教官很辛苦，喊了一天下来，嗓子都哑了，由于我们动作的不规范，教官必须一点点的给我们做示范，他的指导更给我们指明了方向。

在军训的这几天里，首先给我的感觉就是一个字“累”。

也许这是许多同学的共同感受，但现在回想?在累的背后，又有多少有意义的事在等我去发掘，军训让我体会了什么叫“坚持就是胜利”。

在训练场上，我们预着微微的烈日在苦练，勤练步伐，同学们严肃的做着各种动作。那认真的态度深深地感动了我们自己。我们都说态度决定高度，军训使我们认真的做事。

我们从无组织无纪律的毛孩突然间成长为略显成熟且有组织有纪律作文的初中生。

军训也给我们带来了无穷的乐趣，每当我们班对班唱军歌的时候，那种不甘示弱的精神，无不激荡在每个人的心中，教官们风趣的拉歌使我们感受到了快乐。

军训不仅仅是简单的队列训练，还有军事理论、歌咏等，理论课讲述着军事家的战略思想，这都是我们知识上的空白。

军训让我们磨练出了白杨般的坚毅，领悟了什么是团队，不再只顾着自己。

军训告诉我们什么是团结，什么是纪律。班与班之间的比赛更增进了班级之间的感情，累与苦成了我们军训期间的代名词，军训虽然累，但那是我们用汗水和欢笑谱写的乐趣。

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep

fit so I eat it. Vegetable is very important, we should eat it every meal. The

fruit contains a lot of vitamins, it is in need. The fish is best for me.

随着金秋九月的到来，我跨进了初中的大门。对于刚走出小学校门的我们而言，初一的生活是新鲜的。我们对初一的学习充满了渴望和期待。但在这之前，我们首先要跨过一道门槛---军训。

我们的军训只维持了三个半天，也就是说加起来不过一天半而已。老师说，我们的教官上午在本部给我们训练，下午还要去分部给那里的同学军训，很辛苦。是啊，很辛苦，所以我们要努力学习。

第一次训练，我们似乎都有抱着好奇的心态，至少我有，嘻嘻。我们训练了立正、稍息等一些动作。先是教官的示范，过后一般就是我们自己练习一下，再后来就是教官的指导了，揪出动作不规范的同学，并再次指导。

说实在的，我们的军训其实很好的，不像以前的孩子，在太阳底下晒着，不能去阴凉的地方训练、休息。在这次军训中，我们在“辛苦”中体会快乐。在辛苦的过程中，总会有一些同学给我们带来快乐，比如说袁颖颖。袁颖颖，认识她那么多年，从不知她的嗓门那么的响。记得那是我们在训练报数，第一位同学的声音不够响，我们呢，也在一边说着，突然的，她一声响亮的“1”，把我们都给愣住了，一回过神来，就爆发出笑声，教官也笑了。我们应该是笑的很开心呢!这件事，我一直都记得。

军训，总会有个比赛，那就是会操比赛。前几天的上午，我们都在练习起步走，但是，问题在牌面很混乱啊!我们教官，一定是受不了我们了。先是一起走，乱;后来一排走，有点乱;最后个人走，指出错误;再一次一起走;效果明显跟好了!

会操啊，其实很简单，就是那几个动作连在一起做一遍，分部的同学也来了。比起其他班我们也许会差，但同一个教官教的班级，我们明显比他们好!虽然只有一个三等奖，但是我们不会气馁，我们要做得更好!

班主任说，以往一个礼拜也许也只不过作出这种效果，而我们却只用了三个半天。从而说明，不管时间的多少，只要用心、认真地做，就会有好成绩。

然而，过去的终会过去，过去的种种化成一只只蝴蝶，留下一抹幻丽的记忆!

paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But

at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

军训的最后一天了，这一天，我才真正知道，军训也挺苦挺累的。以前我总是想：其实军训也没什么大不了，军训也不就是在操场上练习嘛！不过，现在我才明白，军训是一种药，是一种很苦很苦的药，但是良药苦口，军训能治好我们的懒惰、娇气和懦弱。

军训的这六天，我们被烈日晒过，也被小雨淋着过，我们常常坐在地上大喊着累，也曾经恼火地说：最好快点与这种日子告别！但是，我们的教官，不也是在烈日下、在小雨中一直陪伴与教导着我们吗？

今天，我们将要脱下这饱含着我们的汗与泪的军服，站在校门口与我们的教官依依惜别了。要交军服的时候，我们都磨磨蹭蹭，一会去趟厕所、一会和张影，一会再去溜达一圈却迟迟不肯脱下军服。放学回家的路上，一遍遍回想着军训的景象，一次次温习着齐步、正步、跑步在同学面前总想炫耀一下前些天学过的军体拳，和朋友不厌其烦地一遍又一遍讲述着自己的教官。

军训刷洗掉了我的娇气与懒惰，在我的心里刻上了永不磨灭的记号！

盛夏酷暑，烈日当空，读初二的我要参加军训了。虽然立秋已过，但天气还是不饶人，还是像夏天那样炎热。

8月28日这天刚开学，满脸笑容的我回到宿舍，收拾东西。不久，耳边传来了一句令我震撼的话：今晚开军训动员大会，要军训一个星期，到9月9号才回家。正是这句话，我的心情由晴转阴。原本以为回来不用 ，防晒霜，水壶都没准备。心里只是暗暗地想：未来五天怎么度过啊？

8月29日，也就是军训地第一天，我们的教官是个大3的学生，虽然也是学生，但在这次军训中，他就是我们的老师。大家好，我来自湖北，现在读大3，大家加我鲁教官就行了，今后五天就由我来带大家训练。这就是他的自我介绍。当我们班里的同学议论纷纷的时候，立正。一句充满威武的命令下达了，顿时安静了许多，连风吹的声音也听得一清二楚。现在先站30分钟军姿，给10秒钟整理服装，站姿，脚分开60°，双手紧贴裤缝，五指。开始！命令中带着教官的威严和严肃。随着鲁教官的数数，同学们调整还姿势，一标准的要求站好了。开始计时。命令下达，同学们一丝不苟地站着。有的同学没站好，教官就去纠正错误。这样站着，度分如度时，只听见脚上传来的苦诉声，甚至会站到没知觉。心里一直期待着那一声哨响，每次听到哨声就感觉救星来了。军训期间起床早，听到哨声就要到中心广场集合，吃饭前要唱歌，晚上回到教室唱歌。军训五天都像这样过，回想这五天，我还不知道自己是怎样度过的。

军训能磨练我们的意志，再累也值得，早这烈日炎炎的天气下，不但锻炼了我们的耐心，也磨练出不怕苦，不怕累的精神。正是这次军训，让我又长大了一点，想想天安门傻瓜的士兵是怎样过日子的，站在天安门前，看似简单，但不是每个人都能去站的，他们的站姿代表着我们国家。相对与他们来说，我是生在福中不知福，在以后的生活中，我要用不怕苦，不怕累的精神面对难题，不让这五天的汗白白流掉。

Courage is very important. Everyone needs it. We will meet many

our society and people in need. The volunteers provide their assistance without

requiring any financial rewards. Their contributions have a great impact on

For another, serving as a volunteer is also beneficial to the volunteers

themselves. They can improve their communication skills when providing help for

others. One of the examples is that the university students who serve in Canton

Fair will get a great chance to practical their English and get in touch with

x月12日，我们又去了一个老地方——鹏城青少年活动营地，除了是见这个老朋友外，主要目的还是参加军训。军训，当然难免少不了辛苦，但是辛苦却只是身体上的，更重要的是能磨砺我们的心志。在这次军训中，我们获得了一些在平常生活中无法体会的感受，懂得了常人无法理会的心情。身体疲惫，但心中是快乐的。军训三日，我从没像这几天可以如此快的进入梦乡，睡的如此香甜。我应该感激，这份由学校送给我们的礼物——军训。

军训其实再乏味不过，只要按着教官所指示的去完成动作就可以了，而且动作基本上都没有什么难度。在军训中，教官们对我们的要求实在是很严厉，可能是他们长期在部队中生活，养成的习惯或军规吧，在教官的监督下，我们班上那些调皮的同学都收敛了很多。总是说军训能磨练人的意志，让人变的坚强，能锻炼出惊人的勇气和毅力，去面对以后的挫折和磨难，这次军训也主要围绕这些展活动。我们五(4)班在许多团体活动中表现都很出色，比如说：士兵突击、生命抉择之决战洪水、传递友情……先说说士兵突击吧，我们的将军、通讯兵、士兵，在这次活动中将军使用了手语传达命令，而且通讯兵和将军的配合相当默契，这就使我们班的排名随之推前，但有时候因士兵一不小心踩到地雷或走出边境，而导致退出战场，最终功败垂成。再了解一下生命抉择，鹏城青少年活动营地用背景音乐和演讲来模拟自然灾害，通过这来测试我们在自然灾害来临时将如何抉择。

这次的军训使我们成长了起来，坚强了起来，虽说我们无任何怨言，但精神上是愉悦的，是充实的。我们学会了认真，学会了自立，学会了以集体为重，学会了永不言弃。这不仅指引我们学习的方向，也指引了我们人生的方向和目标，使我真正懂得在人生中不可能一帆风顺，人总要面临困难和抉择，遇到困难时一定要勇往直前，是这是我一生的宝贵财富。3天的军训生活是单调而又枯燥的，充满了艰辛和汗水，但却凝聚着最精彩的瞬间;皮肤从白皙到黝黑的渐变明，证明了接受烈日挑战的决心;流淌的汗水与红肿的脚掌，是坚持到底这一精神的最好诠释。军训见证了我们童年的成长和不变的决心!最后，我要对我的老朋友——鹏城青少年活动营地大声说一句：“明年我还会回来的!”

Spring Festival is coming,I am very happy.On this winter holiday,I went to

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

very delicious.After the dinner,the people gave me money in red envelopes.I am

very happy in this family with my grandparents.

Sometimes,we go to climb the mountains.The mountain is very high.Look!There

is a clean river near the mountain.And there are some beautiful flowers,grass

and big trees.Some trees are orange trees,the others are banana trees.Oh,I am

very tired but interesting.

I am very happy on this holiday because I like Spring Festival very

much.What about you?

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere. We always find

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking. Instead, we

could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”. Thus, the

generation gap becomes more and more obvious and serious. However, why don’t we

realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t. So, we can think in an

other way, learn to accept. It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap

to live a more harmonious life.

军训，以以一种最不易被我察觉的方式悄悄地离开了我的生活。似乎我已经习惯了这每天5点40七晚上9点睡的军训生活。我的精神说世界依旧深深地陷在军训生活之中。我依旧每天早上五点半便会醒来，随手去摸我以为还在床头的迷彩服。

然而这样的日子这样的早晨早就和我说再见了。我想，如果没有这段艰苦的日子，我是不是还会像以前一样经不起一点风浪。

我想是的。在这之前，我是一个内心十分脆弱的人。每当有人批评我的时候，我就不知不觉红了眼眶，却不知道好好反省一下自己到底做错了什么;每当做一件事情遇到一点挫折的时候，我就考虑要不要放弃，却从来都没想过坚持下去会有多棒。我感谢军训，感谢这四天的艰苦。

在这短短四天的军训里，我改变了许多，我变得坚强了，变得懂事了，变得大胆了，变得勤劳了，变得活泼了，变得……尽管当时又苦又累，但是却是让我们学到很多，让我们磨练出了顽强的意志，训练出了坚毅的耐力，锻炼出了强壮的体格。

很快我们就要在新的环境下学习与生活了，这次的军训给我们在中学的学习打下了一个良好的基础。随着初中科目的增加与难度的加大，我们所面对的疑难杂点也会越来越多，这无疑会给我们增添许多压力，然而要怎样克服这些困难就是我们这次入学培训的关键之一。面对学习上的种种困难与压力，我们要用军人那种顽强的意志和勇气去面对、去解决，不被困难所吓倒。

军训不但培养了我们吃苦耐劳的精神，更磨练出了我们坚强的意志。这次军训教会了我许多书本上根本学不到的知识，相信它一定会让我终生受益。
