那是一个寒冷的冬夜，我从广场骑车回家。爸爸妈妈都不在家，我揣着钥匙和一元钱启程了。路上，我越来越冷，于是把车骑得飞快，风从耳边、手上呼啸而过，把我的手和耳朵刺得生疼，于是又加了速，想快点到家。我飞驰到一个黑暗的小巷里，那里只有一家小店亮着昏黄的灯。我有些害怕，就猛地一蹬脚踏，只听见“咯噔”一声，我一惊，更加用力地踩脚踏，可自行车只发出“吱吱”的声音，眼看就要倒了，我坐在自行车上听天由命时，车子反而站起来了。我抬头一看，是一位面容和蔼的叔叔，看样子是小店老板。我说：“谢谢啊,我得走了。”叔叔说：“别急，我看你的车链条掉了。”

我遗憾地说：“那我就推回去吧，反正就五六分钟的路嘛。”叔叔面带笑容地说：“我来把你的车链条换一个吧!”我看看钱袋，只有一元钱，就说：“叔叔，我只带了一元钱，肯定不够啊!”叔叔说：“帮助别人是一种美德，我不收你钱吧?”我感激地笑笑，看他熟练地给我换上链条。寒风中，他瘦小的身影突然高大起来……

以后我也要把真情送给别人，向他人伸出援助之手，因为我相信，人间处处有真情!

呵呵，明天就要去军训了，我的心情可谓是三重奏：激动好奇兴奋。今天的日程安排全和军训有关，1、参观军校；2、购买解放鞋。

经过近一个小时的奔波，我终于来到了军校，放眼望去，整个军校竟满眼是绿，我揉了揉眼睛，不错，这儿真的全是绿耶，而且不是迷彩服的迷彩色，全是清一色的植物的鲜绿！就是应为这些绿，让我对军校留下了不错的映像。

现在开始买鞋了，我和妈妈凭着路人的指点，来到了位于工人西路的步行街，一看，嘿，这儿的军用品店可真不少，我们先走进了离我们最近的“军”，店主A一看我的脚，立马拿来了一双最小码的鞋，可谁知，我一把脚套进去，嘿，平日里横行霸道惯了的小脚丫子一下在大鞋儿面前泄了气，我的脚脚和鞋鞋之间的距离足有一厘米长！没办法，我们只得又觅新店。

好在有了店主A的指点，我和妈妈很快就找到了另一家军用品店，和店主A一样，店主B拿来的也是最小的鞋了，我一试，才明白什么是“山外有山，天外有天。”我的脚和那鞋子比起来，简直是小巫见大巫，我得脚丫子和鞋子还是有不少距离，没办法，我和妈妈只得又找店铺。可是我们找来找去，就是没看见第三家店铺，不得已，只得买下了这一双解放鞋。

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

reasons: farmers cut down trees in order to get more fertilize lands to grow

rice or vegetables, and use the woods as fuel. Timber companies cut down trees

and turn them into furniture or paper productions. As to goal miners, they

remove the forests to find out whether there are goal underground.

However, many of us fail to realize that forests are the lungs of the

earth. When we cut down trees, we also push ourselves in to a dangerous

situation. That is the global warming. When you come to think about it, there

are only few ways to solve these negative effects: stop cutting down trees

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

通过这次的军训，我终于体会到了苦。刚开始的时候，我的心情既高兴又兴奋，但是到了后来，我才体会到了军训的苦。不过，在军训的时候，我也收获到了许多知识。

在军训的时候，教官让我们自己起床，从来不像家里那样有和蔼可亲的妈妈叫我们起床，起床之后还得自己叠被子、铺床单……干许多事情，对于我们在家里当惯了“小公主”“小皇帝”的孩子来说，是一件很难的事。除此之外，我也在那里学会了怎样洗碗、梳头……这些事情在家里一般都是妈妈给我做的，可是到了那里，这些事全部都得自己做。

在那里我过得非常不好，那里的床硬得很，而且床的中间有一条裂缝，晚上睡得特别不舒服。还有一次，天下着雨，教官还让我们冒雨洗碗，淋得我们浑身上下都湿透了。

明天就要走了，我有点恋恋不舍，通过这次的军训，我明白了要独立生活，不能什么事都依靠父母，要自己的事情自己做。

刚迈进大学校门，我就迎来了人生中的第三次军训。这次军训比上次军训严格、辛苦了许多。军训磨砺了我，培养了我。当我抱怨军训辛苦时，舍友们可亲的笑脸让我感到了莫大的安慰。这次军训让我获得了一份珍贵的礼物——同学间纯真的友谊。我是一个动手能力很差的人，每次叠被子时我就头疼。面对笨手笨脚的我，舍友们伸出双手热情地帮助我，使我每一天都在感动中度过。同学间的互助互谅，也使我很快融入到集体生活中。看着同学关爱的目光，听着教官谆谆的教导，我深深地知道，唯有认真努力才能回报他们。

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，相信在这儿的每一位“现代”学子都会凭着顽强的毅力坚持下去，坚定地走完这段充满凝重和令人回味的军训旅程，做一名优秀的“现代”学子！

军拳刚强，军姿飒爽，看个个战友立于若愚湖畔播撒晨光。早饭依旧可圈可点，可挑可选。让来自天南海北的同学们倍感温馨。

集合。看到教官远远地站在那里，便拔腿就跑。我们被带队到操场去尽享阳光，如海天黄豆般充分暴晒。汗珠在后背沿着脊柱在打保龄球，圆圆滚滚。齐步，正步的互相变换和团队的整体磨合还真是不容易。每一分力气不仅要会用，还要用到一处去。我踢了几趟正步下来，就感到不能轻易支配身体了。还好团长在操场上劝慰。兄弟们也在烈日下打军体拳。我们的阅兵方阵怎肯轻易服输。

整个上午，就被懒懒的太阳烤得暖洋洋的。

下午，教官给我们拿来了两把枪当福利。每名有志之士都拿着枪拍了几张照片。并且认真听教官了一些枪的知识。

戍国卫家，保亲护友就靠得这杆枪啊！

枪放下了，重量却记在了心里。这不仅是一杆枪的重量，还是一个国家的重量，千千万万人民的重量……

那天下午，画面似乎定格在柳堤湖畔。教官拿着枪匍匐在地上为我们演示，每个人都捧着羡慕的眼神看着。永远地看着……

怀着欣喜和忐忑不安的心情，紧张而充实的大学之旅正式启程。看着一张张陌生的面孔和感受着充满清新气味的校园，我心中的激动难以抚平，只因我的生活将会被青春的气息所充盈。首先，将要面对的大学第一课，便是军训。

军训的真意在于培养人的吃苦耐劳精神和磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话我在军训中感触良深。

烈日酷暑下，教官用他沙哑但却强有力的声音喊着口令，我虽然很累，很晒，但是一想到教官，我又有什么理由去喊累喊晒呢？想必所有同学的心声都是相同的，所以大家都坚持着，展现我们的铮铮傲骨。我们不屈不挠，绝对的服从命令，听从指挥，昭显我们的青春风采。

为期数十天的军训虽然短暂，但意义深远。在此，让我们向所有的教官致敬，以最完美的军训成果回报他们的辛勤付出！让我们用钢铁般的意志来实现心中的梦想！让我们用钢铁般的背脊来完成祖国建设赋予我们的使命！

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

从第一天的军训起我就知道了接下来的军训是非常严格具有挑战性的，都说军训伤不起其实都是为了锻炼一下自己的团结合作和对同学们身体的检测，有很多人都不想搞军训为什么因为都怕吃苦，吃点苦算不了什么常言道先苦后甜吗。军训的感受的确像个五味瓶，酸甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。

军训是残酷的，记得刚开始军训的第一天教官要我们做俯卧撑，这是我们军训9天一个难忘的事情。回想那短短9天军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。的确，军训是辛苦的，但切辛苦的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折组织我们看电影，打篮球，做游戏等等。这些活动，既磨练可我们坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，增进了我们之间的关系。

Spring Festival evening party last night,I go to the village school

volunteer,start time is 5:00,end is at 7:30.In the process,I first task was to

check standing in the first stage,help the teacher is writing on the card

1,2,3,4...Such as Numbers,to the guests when lottery drawing;The second task is

at the end of the party,help push door,convenient for people to leave.

Dennis school the teacher told us that the volunteers are very hard,because

they only work,but cant see,my brothers and sisters and volunteers I insist in

the end,although there is a little lazy,but warned by the teacher once,I havent

made a mistake.

Finally,the teachers give us volunteers score,my score is 9 points,10

points,10 points,although the score is high,but I also want to continue to work

hard!

昨天晚上，我到小区学校的春节晚会当志愿者，开始的时间是5：00，结束是7：30。在过程中，我第一个任务是先站在签到台，帮老师在卡片上写1、2、3、4……等数字，交给来宾们当抽奖券;第二个任务是晚会结束时，帮助推门，方便人们离开。

学校小丹老师告诉我们志愿者是很辛苦的，因为他们只能工作，而不能看节目，我和志愿者哥哥姐姐们一直坚持到最后，虽然中间有一点小偷懒，但被老师提醒一次后，我就没有犯过错。

最后，老师们给我们志愿者评分，我得到的分数是9分、10分、10分，虽然分数很高，但我也要继续努力!

盛夏酷暑，烈日当空，读初二的我要参加军训了。虽然立秋已过，但天气还是不饶人，还是像夏天那样炎热。

8月28日这天刚开学，满脸笑容的我回到宿舍，收拾东西。不久，耳边传来了一句令我震撼的话：今晚开军训动员大会，要军训一个星期，到9月9号才回家。正是这句话，我的心情由晴转阴。原本以为回来不用 ，防晒霜，水壶都没准备。心里只是暗暗地想：未来五天怎么度过啊？

8月29日，也就是军训地第一天，我们的教官是个大3的学生，虽然也是学生，但在这次军训中，他就是我们的老师。大家好，我来自湖北，现在读大3，大家加我鲁教官就行了，今后五天就由我来带大家训练。这就是他的自我介绍。当我们班里的同学议论纷纷的时候，立正。一句充满威武的命令下达了，顿时安静了许多，连风吹的声音也听得一清二楚。现在先站30分钟军姿，给10秒钟整理服装，站姿，脚分开60°，双手紧贴裤缝，五指。开始！命令中带着教官的威严和严肃。随着鲁教官的数数，同学们调整还姿势，一标准的要求站好了。开始计时。命令下达，同学们一丝不苟地站着。有的同学没站好，教官就去纠正错误。这样站着，度分如度时，只听见脚上传来的苦诉声，甚至会站到没知觉。心里一直期待着那一声哨响，每次听到哨声就感觉救星来了。军训期间起床早，听到哨声就要到中心广场集合，吃饭前要唱歌，晚上回到教室唱歌。军训五天都像这样过，回想这五天，我还不知道自己是怎样度过的。

军训能磨练我们的意志，再累也值得，早这烈日炎炎的天气下，不但锻炼了我们的耐心，也磨练出不怕苦，不怕累的精神。正是这次军训，让我又长大了一点，想想天安门傻瓜的士兵是怎样过日子的，站在天安门前，看似简单，但不是每个人都能去站的，他们的站姿代表着我们国家。相对与他们来说，我是生在福中不知福，在以后的生活中，我要用不怕苦，不怕累的精神面对难题，不让这五天的汗白白流掉。

On January, 2013, the public started a campaign called Clean Your Plate. This campaign aims to call on people to save food instead of wasting anything on the plates. The main theme of this activity is do not waste any food, starting with me. This campaign was first started from Sina weibo. Just a few days, tens of thousands people in China have joined in this meaningful activity.

In my humble opinion, everybody should join in this campaign. As we all know, the Chinese traditional virtue is to be thrifty even we are live in a better life. According to the latest survey, more than 50 million tons of food is being dumped in China every year. This wasted food can feed about 200 million people for a year. The old generation usually appreciates the leftover, if there is any food in the plate, they will eat them up; while the younger generation will dump the leftovers into the dustbin, they rather spend the money on other food instead of eating leftovers. I think such behavior is not only waste of food and money, but also broadcast the wrong idea that wasting food is acceptable. People should come to realize the importance of saving food. The governments should also take measures to reduce food wastage and encourage people to eat at home. What’s more, people should put an end to the expensive feasts and banquets.

I think this campaign should be moving on. Saving food for our offspring is everybody’s responsibility. Even if you’re a wealthy man, you still need to eat up the food on your plate. Waste is not a good habit.

军训，以以一种最不易被我察觉的方式悄悄地离开了我的生活。似乎我已经习惯了这每天5点40七晚上9点睡的军训生活。我的精神说世界依旧深深地陷在军训生活之中。我依旧每天早上五点半便会醒来，随手去摸我以为还在床头的迷彩服。

然而这样的日子这样的早晨早就和我说再见了。我想，如果没有这段艰苦的日子，我是不是还会像以前一样经不起一点风浪。

我想是的。在这之前，我是一个内心十分脆弱的人。每当有人批评我的时候，我就不知不觉红了眼眶，却不知道好好反省一下自己到底做错了什么;每当做一件事情遇到一点挫折的时候，我就考虑要不要放弃，却从来都没想过坚持下去会有多棒。我感谢军训，感谢这四天的艰苦。

在这短短四天的军训里，我改变了许多，我变得坚强了，变得懂事了，变得大胆了，变得勤劳了，变得活泼了，变得……尽管当时又苦又累，但是却是让我们学到很多，让我们磨练出了顽强的意志，训练出了坚毅的耐力，锻炼出了强壮的体格。

很快我们就要在新的环境下学习与生活了，这次的军训给我们在中学的学习打下了一个良好的基础。随着初中科目的增加与难度的加大，我们所面对的疑难杂点也会越来越多，这无疑会给我们增添许多压力，然而要怎样克服这些困难就是我们这次入学培训的关键之一。面对学习上的种种困难与压力，我们要用军人那种顽强的意志和勇气去面对、去解决，不被困难所吓倒。

军训不但培养了我们吃苦耐劳的精神，更磨练出了我们坚强的意志。这次军训教会了我许多书本上根本学不到的知识，相信它一定会让我终生受益。

人们常说，运动之美在于速度和力量。然而，在我看来，运动之美还来自于毅力与耐力的展现。正因为如此，马拉松运动才会让许多人为之激动和着迷。42.195公里的坚持，既意味着超出常人想象的付出，也意味着战胜自我，坚持到底的喜悦。

站军姿也是如此。站在太阳下一动不动，还有严格的动作要求，教官说，这就是考验你们毅力和耐性的时候。也许，双脚的麻木已让你洞察不到时间的脚步，长时间挺直的身躯让你的后背隐隐作痛，下垂的双手在不自觉地微微颤抖……帽沿已经湿漉漉了，豆大的汗珠如溪水般从额头上渗出，顺着脸庞往下流，也许它会在落地的一刹那就蒸发得无影无踪了吧。

坚持住!用执着的信念和坚持到底的精神支撑着，不能低头，因为教官说，两眼平视前方是立正的基本姿势，而立正又是军人的基本功。

坚持住，尽管时间在一秒一秒，缓慢、艰难地磨蹭，身子已经麻木……

这时，你偷偷地看一眼那“凶神恶煞”的教官，同样满脸豆大的汗珠也正肆无忌惮地顺着他的脸颊往下流，而他还在用早已嘶哑的喉咙喊着口号，纠正着某个学生兵的不规范动作;你再偷偷地看一眼你身旁的战友，他的汗水不比你少，却紧绷着脸，目视前方，站得笔直如松，岿然不动。

坚持住!这时，你的脑子里也许会浮现出向前倒的念头;放在一边的茶杯水瓶好像也在向你招手;还有，大树遮下的绿荫好像又前移了一点点，斑斑的光影跳跃着，像闪烁的精灵，诱惑着疲乏的你。纵有百般舒适的引诱，你也要在心底坚决地告诉自己：咬咬牙，坚持住，坚持住!

就这样，坚持到了最后，你会惊奇地发现，原来困难、乏累只要忍一忍，再坚持一下就过去了，没有什么大不了的。

不，不对，谁坚持住了，谁就是胜者;谁坚持住了，谁就再无敌手。

哲人说，没有翻不过去的山，没有趟不过去的河;我要说，军训无难事，只要坚持住。

China is the biggest family with 56 ethnic groups. Among them, the Han

Chinese is the largest and the most highly developed group. The Han Chinese can

be found in many parts of China. They mainly live in the north plain region, the

middle and the lower reaches of Yangze River and Pearl River Deltas. The other

55 groups are the minority ethnic groups. They are distributed in the

mountainous areas of southwest and northwest of China.

Being too far away from big cities, the minority ethnic groups are poor in

economy and there people are not well-educated. They have very few

understandings of science and technology. So they must develop their

economy.

To help the people of the minority ethnic groups live better, the

government should take some effective measures. For one thing, more and more

knowledgeable undergraduates should be encouraged to those poor areas to help

the people there to get rid of their poverty. For another, the advanced science

and technology must be introduced into the minority ethnic groups to improve

their living conditions. More importantly, people of the minority ethnic groups

should be given equal opportunities to study and work. Only so will China be

more prosperous in the future.

当我接到学校发来去军训的消息，我非常兴奋。

4月30日上午9点30分，我们乘车到梅力更军训基地。本以为在哪里可以大玩特玩，结果，到那之后，让我“痛不欲生”，天天站军姿，让我苦不堪言。

可我又转念一想，平常我们在家生活太好了，妈妈让我干这，我说不干，爸爸让我干那，我也不干，可是，到了这里，什么都得自己干。

在野营拉练中，我走的疲惫不堪。可是，这点路对于解放军叔叔来说，只是一段很少的路，他们一天走的路，甚至比十公里还多。

虽然这次军训让我们吃了很多苦，但也是人生中必然的磨练，以后还会有更多的磨练等着我们。这只是一个开头。

转眼间，六天的军训生活结束了。在这六天中有苦有累，有成功后的喜悦，也有练习时的苦恼。这短暂的六天让我有了许多感受，明白了许多道理。

说到感受，我想要先说一下我们这个班。军训这几天的太阳一直火辣辣的，可同学们没有退缩。站在操场上，太阳直射在我们身上，汗水像雨点一样直淌下来，原本白皙的皮肤在这几天的暴晒中变得黝黑发亮，但同学们都顶着太阳努力训练。第一天上午刚开始的时候，有的同学不适应都吐了，可只休息了一会儿，又进入了紧张的训练中。八月十五中秋节，是阖家团圆的日子，可我们那天还在军训。其他的班都有好多人请假，可我们班一个也没有。连老师也放弃了和家人团聚的机会，陪我们一块训练。

再说说我们的教官。他对待军训认真负责，可休息时他就像我们的朋友一样和我们说说笑笑。开始踢正步的时候，由于我们抬腿不到三十公分，他便让我们一直抬着退，为的就是让我们在毕业营式时出彩。我们的教官还很厉害，练习摆凳子时，他把我们班和214班训练好以后，又跑去教另外两个班，你说他厉害不厉害？

I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth.
