The first day for me to come to the high school, my head-teacher told us the news that we needed to take the military train. We were all shocked, it was so hot outside, how terrible it was. 为期五天的军训已经结束了，虽然我们这次没有取得好成绩，但是，通过这次训练我也

有收益，同时也发现了大家的不足，以下是我认为做得不好的地方。

第一：不团结。这可能是因为大家刚刚来自不同的学校，彼此之间还没有默契，大家的心还不齐，劲没有往一起使，像一盘散沙没有凝结起来。

第二：动作不整齐。是因为大家在心理上没有重视这次军训，敷衍了事，有些同学在训练齐步走时，像散步一样，一点劲都没有，如果有这种同学在初一四班，那我们班怎么能争金夺银。

第三：基础没打好。教官固然有问题。比如，他发出的指令不清晰，不响亮，但主要原还在我们自己。因为我们训练不刻苦，没有扎扎实实的掌握动作要领，没有把每个动作做到家，导致这次比赛的失败。

第四：我们缺少集体荣誉感。我们得了全校倒数第一名，有某些同学还在队列中嘻嘻哈哈，满不在乎。

通过这次军训比赛失败，让我们明白，我们已经组成一个新的集体，一个新的家庭，每个同学都是这个新家庭的成员，所以，从此以后，我们都应当增强班级责任感，处处为班级荣誉着想。

我最深刻的体会就是，如果平时训练没有打好基础，比赛就会失败，学习也是。我们现在已经升入初中，是人生的一个新的起点，在岁月的长河中，三年，只是弹指一挥间，轻瞬即逝，我们要利用好这三年的黄金时间，听好每一堂课，做好每一次练习 ，充分挖掘、发挥自己最大的潜能，扎扎实实的打好基础，只有这样，中考才能考出好成绩，让初一四班以我们为荣，让七中以我们为荣。

我做为烟台开发区一中新生开始了“开学第一课”。在这第一课中，我们主要进行了严格的军训，从中我学到了“有志者事竟成”;我们还学习了校规校纪，我明白了“没有规矩，不成方圆”。 军训可真累啊!第一个动作站军姿就把我们难住了。我们在炎热的天气下能坚持下去吗?刚站了不到十分钟，我们就有点坚持不住了，教官看见我们很累，只好叫停，然后教导我们“坚持到底就是胜利”“只有持之以恒，才能有志者事竟成”。

第二天、第三天……，我们用坚强的意志支撑着自己，我们练成了由军姿站不到十分钟，到坚持二十分钟、三十分钟都不喊累的真正的军人。军训，磨练了我们的意志，强健了我们的体魄，更让我们知道了“有志者事竟成”的真正含义! 我们开始学习校纪校规了，我们使用幻灯片学习，图片的下方有一行醒目的大字“没有规矩，不成方圆”，它的意思是做任何事情必须要有规则、做法，否则一事无成。在社会上，如果没有了法律法规，人人为所欲为，社会肯定就动乱了;在学校，如果没有校纪校规，学生上课不上课都行，上课听课不听课都行，到学校还怎么读书!所以，只有遵守校纪校规，我们才能在老师的教导下成长为德智体全面发展的好少年!

听着这首军歌的我们，正顶着烈日，摆着军姿，在欣赏着军歌的嘹亮。我被太阳那炙热的光照得蔫蔫的，我的头低下了。因为我的软弱，我低下了头。军歌在我耳边荡漾，而我的思想被教官的一番话，带回到了家乡的那几母田地。

“哦，现在4：30”我看着手表说，田地里有许多人大多数30—60岁的农民，不知不觉，我走到了一块田地的前面，这是一条路，一条通向我家的小路，一条我走的并不多的路。田地里种着玉米，我的父母正蹲在地上拔草，汗水从他们那苍黄而多纹的脸颊往下淌。

8月的天气是火辣辣的，令人烦躁。可是新学期的军训，又偏偏降临到了此时。往年，师哥师姐们对教官的评价各有好坏。如今，我们面对的是一位皮肤黝黑、喜剧幽默的年轻教官，他总是在不经意间流露一丝丝憨厚的微笑。就这样，他带领着我们走过了近5天的艰苦岁月，风风雨雨的训练，操场上毒日的煎熬，走正步，排队，站军姿……每一项训练都是对身心的考验。

在这5天里，每天上午都要军训2-3个小时，即使是早晨，也热得令人透不过气来。我们最先开始练习的是站军姿，抬头、挺胸，两眼平视前方……大家头顶强烈的阳光，汗水一颗一颗地往下流，许多同学的衣服都浸湿了。接下来，我们又练习了“稍息”、“报数”等，然后是训练“齐步走”和“正步走”。在“ 正步走”这个环节，大家可是吃尽了苦头，教官要求我们必须把脚抬起约25厘米，为了动作标准，我们长时间地抬起一只脚，很难掌握平衡。同学们都东倒西歪的，单腿站久了也很疼。但是不管再苦再累，大家最终都坚持下来了!

在全年级13班当中，我们7班表现得不错。由于我们加强训练，同学和教官也比较配合，所以在练习“正步走”和“齐步走”的时候，都受到了总教官的表扬。同学们为此欢呼、高兴，这说明大家的心血都没有白费。有一天下午，教官还在教室里教大家唱军歌，同学们整齐而洪亮的声音，让我再次体会到了团结的力量!

军训的苦，让我们这群昨日温室中花朵，变成了今天饱经风霜、搏击长空的雄鹰。军训，也将组织和纪律观念深深地扎进了我们的脑海。军训，还磨练了我们的意志，让我们在不知不觉中逐渐的成熟。

阳光如金粉般洋洋洒洒地飞溅了一地，落在身上迅速熔化成灼热的温度，炙烤着疲惫不堪的身心。

燥热的天气像被压榨过的水果，挤不出一点水分，身上的水像被吸引的磁铁不断往外逃，麦黄色的脸颊上，汗珠如针一般尖锐的划过。可一声哨响，像整齐的鼓点，连聒噪的蝉也瞬间忘了鸣叫，立正站好。开始站军姿了，所有的人都昂首挺胸，直视前方，像一排排挺拔生长的树，在痛苦与劳累的磨砺下，拔节生长。

时针与秒针迈着沉重的步子慢慢走过，像口干舌燥的狗，每走一步都在不停地喘息，几分钟过去，身上的力气仿佛空气一般被慢慢抽干，眼前的一切好像被使劲摇晃般变得模糊不清，开始渐渐褪色，耳边的声音开始消失，一颗心像断了线的风筝，惶恐不安。身体终于像没了电的秒针，颤颤晃晃地倒下，被扶到凉荫下后，在树的怀里，身体内的细胞才好像充了电一般开始活动，慢慢有了知觉，可是一触及刚才的记忆，便好像跌进无尽的黑暗，化不开的寒凉渗入骨髓，却已无可挽回。

日历翻到彩排的那一天，猩红色的跑道与军绿色的服装形成鲜明的对比，像色彩奔放的油画，经过几天的练习，我们心中成功的大楼已经稳稳地扎好了根基，建造得无比牢固。

盛夏酷暑，烈日当空，读初二的我要参加军训了。虽然立秋已过，但天气还是不饶人，还是像夏天那样炎热。

8月28日这天刚开学，满脸笑容的我回到宿舍，收拾东西。不久，耳边传来了一句令我震撼的话：今晚开军训动员大会，要军训一个星期，到9月9号才回家。正是这句话，我的心情由晴转阴。原本以为回来不用 ，防晒霜，水壶都没准备。心里只是暗暗地想：未来五天怎么度过啊？

8月29日，也就是军训地第一天，我们的教官是个大3的学生，虽然也是学生，但在这次军训中，他就是我们的老师。大家好，我来自湖北，现在读大3，大家加我鲁教官就行了，今后五天就由我来带大家训练。这就是他的自我介绍。当我们班里的同学议论纷纷的时候，立正。一句充满威武的命令下达了，顿时安静了许多，连风吹的声音也听得一清二楚。现在先站30分钟军姿，给10秒钟整理服装，站姿，脚分开60°，双手紧贴裤缝，五指。开始！命令中带着教官的威严和严肃。随着鲁教官的数数，同学们调整还姿势，一标准的要求站好了。开始计时。命令下达，同学们一丝不苟地站着。有的同学没站好，教官就去纠正错误。这样站着，度分如度时，只听见脚上传来的苦诉声，甚至会站到没知觉。心里一直期待着那一声哨响，每次听到哨声就感觉救星来了。军训期间起床早，听到哨声就要到中心广场集合，吃饭前要唱歌，晚上回到教室唱歌。军训五天都像这样过，回想这五天，我还不知道自己是怎样度过的。

军训能磨练我们的意志，再累也值得，早这烈日炎炎的天气下，不但锻炼了我们的耐心，也磨练出不怕苦，不怕累的精神。正是这次军训，让我又长大了一点，想想天安门傻瓜的士兵是怎样过日子的，站在天安门前，看似简单，但不是每个人都能去站的，他们的站姿代表着我们国家。相对与他们来说，我是生在福中不知福，在以后的生活中，我要用不怕苦，不怕累的精神面对难题，不让这五天的汗白白流掉。

9月12号，是我们去园山教育基地的第一天，我们看到风景如画的山。看了一会儿，教官就叫我们去换军服。

换完军服我们马上开始训练了。刚开始教官叫我们练蹲下及起立，蹲下时还要大喊，“一、二。”蹲下后，教官说：“不能动，动一下加十分钟。”过了一会儿，教官叫我们起立，还和我们说：“在排队时不许说话、不许做小动作、不许玩，大家知道没?”我们异口同声说：“知道了。”然后我们就去吃午饭了。吃饭时不能发出一点声音。因此这让我们每一次吃饭都很安静。

吃完饭我们在饭堂旁边集合后就去山下进行闪电报数，因为在报数时有人讲话，所以回到集合地点时，教官叫我们蹲下，这次教官说蹲的好就站起来，蹲不好就一直蹲着。最后，教官还是说给我们一个机会说：“如果以后再说话就一直蹲着，好不好。”大家说：“好。”教官就叫我们站起来了。过了几分钟，教官就带我们去吃晚饭，吃完饭，我们就去对面的多功能厅观看《冲出亚马逊》。这个电影可有趣了，主要说有一名中国人为了保住我们国家的国旗，不顾一切地牺牲，为中国争光。我们大约看了两三个小时就出去排队集合，回宿舍休息了。

第二天，我们6：30就起床了，下去吃早饭，吃完早饭马上去训练了，我们来到山下，我们一定要站直，看谁站的久，一动不动，这就是钢铁战士，最后我们班有四个钢铁战士，练完以后，休息了一下，教官让我们站起来训练蹲下、起立、敬礼。有过了好一会儿，就让我们去吃饭。吃完饭我们就去爬山了。

我们爬山时同学们都很团结，记得我爬到一半爬不上去了，是我们班的同学扶我上去的。爬呀爬，终于爬上山了，大家高兴的活泼乱跳，跳啊跳，就下山了。教官走过来说：“四(2)班的宝宝坐下吧。”休息完了。我们到集合地点又开始训练敬礼等……练完大家就去吃晚饭。吃完晚饭，我们又看了几个小时的《小孩不笨》的电影。然后回宿舍休息了。

第三天上午，吃完早饭我们我们去开结业典礼，典礼中老师选出两个代表，我们只要动一下代表就要跑两圈，一圈长达150米，我们班的代表总共跑了35圈，我们全班都哭了我们冲过去拥抱那个代表。结业典礼结束以后，我们马上回到宿舍收拾东西回学校了。

这次的军训使我们终生难忘。

在我们开学的第二个星期就迎来了军训，这次军训大概的感受是这样的：期待-失望-辛苦-高兴-不舍。在军训开始之际我是赋有期待的心情，因为我从来没有正式的军训过，而且还是高中的军训肯定有新奇的训练方式。到了第二天我明显的感觉有点失望，因为这比我想象的辛苦得多，但是我还是可以坚持下去。之后，这一天是格外的热，比平时要热得多，辛苦也是平时的两倍。有的人脚上磨出了泡，有的人累的脚发麻，有的人站军姿是累酸，晕倒。如此辛苦我还是坚持过来了，连一个报告都没有打。在夜间训练时教官还教我们唱歌，还让我们娱乐，这就是对我们的奖励吧！在最后两三天的时间，教官教我们十六式军体拳，教女生们手语操，时间很短但是最后都练成了。到了要回校的时刻有些人都哭了，有些不舍得教官，同学们都纷纷要教官的联系方式。

在这次军训中我们收获了耐力、勇敢和团体精神。在军训中也感受到了快乐，感受到了集体的温暖。

训练时教官们很严格、注意纪律、精益求精，然而却又多了一份细心，让我们拥有了坚持不懈，永不放弃的精神。时光短暂，但是记忆深刻，我爱教官。

今天是开学的第一天，有一天的军训。给我们军训的是一个又黑又瘦但很有威严的教官。

教官给我们的第一个任务是站军姿，脚跟并拢，脚尖分开约六十度，抬头挺胸、双手贴紧裤线。早上太阳正大的时候，我们就站在操场上暴晒，许多人被晒得发晕，被同学扶到阴凉处休息。教官用那炯炯有神的眼睛注视着我们。班主任栾兰老师也看着我们，那种温柔而不失严厉的眼神，使我不自觉就挺直了腰杆儿。

随教官一声令下，大家都奔向了阴凉处，拿起水瓶狠狠地猛喝一口。

再集合时，教官教我们向左、右、后转的规范动作，那种细心的神态无时不洋溢着属于军人的完美气息。

到了下午，太阳渐渐被云层遮住，空气也凉爽了不少。教官开始教我们齐步走，希望每一排在走的时候步伐能够始终如一。我们一共站了四排，教官领着我们一遍遍走，我们走一遍，教官就要走四遍，我们一趟走下来十分累，教官在旁边陪练，一定会更累吧。军人您是我们最可爱的人!

教官对我们说："虽然你们不是军人，但是军训不但可以考验你的耐力，更可以让你们的队伍变得更加有纪律。"

我相信，通过军训今后的我会更加自强、自立。一定能够迎接人生道路上的一个又一个挑战，并获得成功!

虽然一天的军训十分辛苦，虽然五天的军训只度过了第一天，但我一定要坚持到底，像对待学习一样，奋战三年，青春无悔!

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

The breeze blows me softly, I can sense the coming of spring, I walk into a

coffee shop and choose a table which is near the window. I sit down and watch

people just walk by, I see all kinds of face expressions, I try to read them.

There is a girl who is talking to his boyfriend, maybe he is proposing her, I

can see from the girl’s sweet smile. There is another man sitting alone, may he

is waiting for his wife. I have a great time in the bright afternoon.

Aducation is not an end, but a means to an end. In other words, we do not

educate children only for educating them. Our purpose is to fit them for

life.

In some modern countries it has been fashionable to think that free

education for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect

nation. But we can already see that free education for all is not enough.We find

in such countries a far larger number of people with university degrees refusing

to do what they think is "low"work, and. in fact, working with ones hands is

thought to be dirty and shameful in such countries.

But we have only to think a moment to understand that the work of a

completely uneducated farmer is far more important than that of a professor~ we

can live without education,but we die if we have no food. If no one cleaned our

streets and took the rubbish away from our houses, we should get terrible

diseases in our towns.

In fact, when we say that all of us must be educated to fit us for life, it

means that we must be educated in such a way that, firstly, each of us can do

whatever work is suited to his brains and ability and, secondly, that we can

realize that all jobs are necessary to society, and that it is very bad to be

ashamed of ones work. Only such a type of education can be considered valuable

to society.
