很早以前，我就听过了“军训”这个名词。我告别了缤纷灿烂的小学生活，迎来了焕然一新的初中之旅。我以前的同学都说军训很辛苦，然而，我却不这样认为。我暗暗的想：幼苗不经过暴风雨的洗礼怎么会茁壮成长?溪流不经历颠簸流离，怎能交汇于浩瀚大海。而年少的我们，不经历艰苦磨炼，又怎能成为国家栋梁之材。军训是我们人生一次特别的经历，还是第一次，第一次是最难忘的，我们应该珍惜第一次，勇敢去面对它。

军训的第一天开始了，我怀着一股强烈的好奇心。先是全体七年级同学一起参加一个军训仪式并认识各个班的教官，我们七三班的教官是一个皮肤黑黑的而又是一个表面看起来很和蔼实际挺严格的一个人，随后我们又跟随教官来到操场。教官叫我们做稍息立正这些动作。我觉得太好笑了，稍息立正这些简单容易的动作小学一年级就会了，干嘛还要学呀!可是，我们虽然会做，但却一点也不标准。原来，稍息立正也很讲究的。就拿立正来说吧，“两脚脚跟并拢，脚尖分开约六十度，腰挺直，两手……”

我最讨厌的就是站军姿了。用立正的姿势站在原地，还要做到纹丝不动。一站就是五，十分钟。艳阳的照耀，让我感到无比的闷热。豆大的汗珠不断地流着，流过了我的脸颊，流过了我的嘴角，流进了我的心……我似乎感到这汗水是那么苦涩。此时此刻，我多么想放弃，但我还是坚决的告诉自己：你一定行的，不要半途而废，时间快到了，坚持就是胜利，坚持就是胜利，坚持……

令我比较感兴趣的就是走路，也许你会问我：不就是走路吗，我也会呀。不过我要告诉你，这可不是一般的走路。一个人走路很容易，但是很多人一起走路却很难，因为我们必须要动作一致，这就要团结和默契了，我们女生之间还算好，可是他们男生就不行了，总有几个人要么快了，要么慢了，总是拖我们的后腿，就连教官都拿他们没办法，我们又能怎么办呢，唉，还是我们女生争点气吧，加油……

在这严肃、艰苦的军训中，也有令人喜悦的一刻。军训最后一天，汇操表演。先是一班的表演，我们看了都感觉我们班的最差劲，那些男生还在说什么我们班肯定是最后一名。不一会儿，就到我们了，我们在一声声的口号中动了起来，我发现此时此刻的同学们都仿佛变了一个人似的，动作快的跟上了，动作慢的也跟上了，大家都在尽心尽力的完成这次的军训表演，我们动作一致，外里如一，精彩的表演博得了一阵喝彩，此时我知道了：现在南溪中学是我们的骄傲，在将来，我们将会是南溪中学的骄傲。

军训像个五味瓶，甜、酸、苦、辣、咸样样都有。军训是一堂心灵的课程，我们曾经学过一句诗“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风。”只要我们有钢铁般的意志，坚韧不拔的精神，持之以恒的决心，和团结就一定会战胜困难，做到自己认为不能做到的事。

revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took

it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew

and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things

on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any

problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the

students innate powers of making sound judgements.

The Chinese people, in their drinking of tea, place much significance on

the act of savoring. Savoring tea is not only a way to discern good tea from

mediocre tea, but also how people take delight in their reverie and in

tea-drinking itself. Snatching a bit of leisure from a busy schedule, making a

kettle of strong tea, securing a serene space, and serving and drinking tea by

yourself can help banish fatigue and frustration, improve your thinking ability

and inspire you with enthusiasm. You may also imbibe it slowly in small sips to

appreciate the subtle allure of tea-drinking, until your spirits soar up and up

into a sublime aesthetic realm. Buildings, gardens, ornaments and tea sets are

the elements that form the ambience for savoring tea. A tranquil, refreshing,

comfortable and neat locale is certainly desirable for drinking tea. Chinese

gardens are well known in the world and beautiful Chinese landscapes are too

numerous to count. Teahouses tucked away in gardens and nestled beside the

natural beauty of mountains and rivers are enchanting places of repose for

people to rest and recreate themselves.China is a country with a time-honored

civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is

necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them

for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea

in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should

take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle.

Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after

half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the

tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire

course of tea-drinking. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea

time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay ones hunger.

这是我的第一次军训，见识了很多的事，吃苦锻炼，总之收获很大。

可是一开始是我并不知道军训的意义多么重大，就这么稀里糊涂地去了，没想到经历了那么多事，直到我风尘仆仆地回到家，和妈妈谈起关于军训的所见所闻，我才知道，我收获了那么多，可我之前一直都不知道!

首先，我在这里认识了我的同学、老师和教官们，通过军训，我了解了他们的性格特点，知道了怎么与他们友好相处;

第二，我还知道的军训的形式和纪律，知道了那里艰苦的环境，了解到在这风吹日晒雨淋的地方的艰苦的军队生活，它们让我开阔了眼界;

还有，我学会了军人的歌，锻炼了意志力和忍耐力，我变得更加结实了。

当然，还有一些比较遗憾的事：我的身体状况不太好。出发前妈妈就有些担心我的身体能不能受得了。因为我本身体质一般，加上不习惯高强度的训练、军队的饮食、作息习惯，身体一直感觉不适。我也因此少参加几节训练，幸好还有点补救的机会。不过我也没参加国旗队，这也有些遗憾。

还有很多很多的感受，都是我从未有过的。我要将这关于军训的珍贵回忆写下来。

初次来到军训基地，我大吃一惊，三个大的宿舍楼，几列平房，很大的操练场，难道这就是军训当我来到阴暗潮湿的宿舍，看见屋里蝇虫乱飞，看到那么多人挤在桌子旁站着吃饭，看到无数人冒着风雨在操场上训练，我才理解军训"吃苦"的含义。我的心开始抱怨："为什么我们要来到这么个地方"

很快，我在宿舍里安顿好了。同学们开始大聊特聊起来，聊天的内容什么都有，从军训的衣服到天气之类的。也有很多同学开始抱怨这里的生活了。我突然觉得他们实在太吵了，就赶紧捂住耳朵。

吃饭在一个很大的食堂里，大家都吵吵嚷嚷的，弄得我什么也听不见，头晕眼花的。幸好教官过来，同学们才安静下来，开始狼吞虎咽。我平时吃饭很慢，可在这里吃饭时间太短了，我只得和他们一样狼吞虎咽。食堂外面有一个极大的洗碗池，洗饭盒很不方便，不过我很快就适应了。

睡觉就是一个大难题了。中午睡觉还过得去，又不一定要睡着，盖好被子就行了。晚上可不一样，我虽然很困，可是同学们十分清醒，在哪里大吵大闹，吵得我睡不着觉，所以军训几天以来一直没有精神。加上这里的晚上非常冷，我必须紧盖被子才能睡着。

最头疼的问题是肚子。一吃完饭，肚子又开始不舒服，晚上睡觉时肚子居然感到恶心了。于是赶紧去接了杯热水，这才好点。早上吃饭很没胃口。连某些训练都不能参加了。

总之，我的感觉就是——难过!沮丧!伤心!于是我开始想家了，想着想着，眼泪就扑簌着流了下来。我哭啊哭啊，哭得心灰意冷，最后才停下来。我很想静静地一个人呆着，一步也不想挪动。这时，一些我最喜欢的歌不知不觉地从我心底飘了出来，我唱着它们，于是它们就像一股暖流，温暖了我的心。我这才感觉心里舒服点。

于是这股暖流如同一种希望，使我有力量克服了种种困难，完成了训练项目。我不再那么沮丧，变得积极起来。我试图与同学们谈话，引起他们的兴趣。我还趁闲暇时间练练功，打打坐，这都是妈妈教给我的。老师同样也给了我很大的关注。在此我特地感谢卢老师，在我哭泣时安慰我，还帮我解决了很多难题。

直到最后我发现，很多看似不能解决的困难，其实只是需要坚持、再坚持。当你挺过去以后，你会发现，自己的能力又提升了。军训也是这样，看似在那里受苦，其实最后会发现，你知道怎么去面对它了，在成长的过程中又多了一些经验，这不是很好的事吗

所以，我要感谢一切，感谢老师，感谢同学，感谢教官，感谢军训。它们是我人生路上的试炼场，也是一盏盏明亮的指明灯。

由于我从来没有经历过军训，不知道军训期间会做些什么事，所以我很紧张。我曾经听一个比我大５岁的朋友说军训要在烈日下暴晒几个钟头，当时我就害怕了：要是中暑了怎么办？可是军训能和同学们过集体生活，耳边也不会有父母的唠叨，什么事都不用征求父母的意见（因为在家中有很多我想做的事都被父母制止），那可是我向往已久的生活。

我不知道参不参加军训可不可以自己选择。如果可以选择的话，我就会久久拿不定主意。假如我选择了参加，吃了苦就会后悔参加了军训；假如我选择了不参加，，等同龄的朋友回来后说起军训的好玩，我也会后悔没参加军训。如果不可以选择的话，我也只好认了，往好的一方面想：这次军训是一个锻炼自己意志和身体的好机会，我一定要加油！何况我还交了35元的军训费嘛，如果不参加不就浪费了父母的血汗钱？所以我一定要参加！

加油！加油！再加油！

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up

at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast

at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15. Now, I can go to school and come home

by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have

my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at

school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my

homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

军训的七天里，是我一生中最快乐的一次拓展。我们有喜有怒；有乐有悲；还有笑有哭。其中有三件事是最难忘的。

在我们第一天的训练中，教官首先要教我们站军姿。军姿是首项任务的第一个动作，所以如果军姿没有站好，往后的动作将会很难看，大家都非常地认真地听着教官所说的要求：“脚跟靠拢并起，两脚尖分开约60度；收腹，挺胸，抬头；上体保持正直；拇指贴于食指的第二个关节处，中指贴于两边的裤缝，五指并拢；身体微向前倾，两肩要平，稍向后张；头要平，眼睛直视前方；身体各个部位要用劲。”教官还严肃地说：“只有你们站到出汗，站到腿酸，你们的军姿就是正确的动作的时候。”听完教官说的话以后，大家就学着教官的要求去做站军姿。我心想：看来站军姿可不简单哦！有的同学站军姿时，双脚没有分开60度；有的同学脖子不是直的，而是向前的；还有的人身子没有向前倾；还有的人……搞的我们哈哈大笑。教官严厉地说：“不许笑！现在开始站军姿谁站不好，大家一起和他多站5分钟！”于是，大家迅速站好，没有一个人出现刚才的错误，每个人站的都像一颗挺拔的松树，看来我们每个人的团体精神都很强烈嘛！此外教官也表扬了我们。

军训的第三天，教官教我们走正步，正步是三大步伐中最难的一个。“正步的要求是：左脚先走，先向前踢，腿要绷直，脚尖下压，形成一条直线，高度是与膝盖平行，同时上体保持正直，身体微向前倾；手指握拢成拳，拇指贴于食指的第二个关节处；向前摆臂时，肘部成90度角，在后面看不见肘，在前面看不见拳心。胳膊在胸前，另一只手则向后摆动45度角，手要成一条直线。”教官边说边做着走正步的动作。大家听了以后，学者教官所做的动作。有的同学上体没有保持正直；有的同学成了顺拐；还有的同学腿是弯的；还有的……教官看见了，严厉地说：“给你们做动作都学不会，以后上场会操还怎么办！快点给我训练，先做5个来回再说，走不好就一直走，直到走好为止！”于是，我们不知做了几十个来回，最后我们满头大汗，我心想：如果再走不好，连晚饭都吃不成了。我们又走了一次，这一次大家走的非常好，走得很整齐，脚步也一样，没有一个人出错，整齐划一，但我们都非常累，大家都汗流浃背，却收获很大。这就叫做功夫不负有心人。

敬礼，礼毕是军训七天中最有趣的一次。教官严肃地说：“敬礼是每一个中国人都要学会的，它的要求是五指并拢，中指贴于太阳穴处，胳膊成45度角，与肩平起，上肢成一条直线，手要直起直落，要有力度，记住是右手，手心稍向下，不要全部露出。”我心想：敬礼还有这么多要求，那别的不就更多了么。我们边听边学着，有的同学手心没有向下压；有的同学手是弯的；还有的同学是用左手敬礼；还有的同学……教官看见了，生气地说：“你以为自己是港警，还有你以为自己是将军啊，你还用左手敬礼。”同学们见了，都哈哈大笑。

在这军训的七天里，我们远离了电脑、电视、手机，但是我们每天都过得佷充实，我们学到的东西也很多，我们所感悟得非常多，军训的内容，让我对任何事更加努力，用心和坚持，我真希望能再有一次军训。

回到家后，就像回到了“王宫”，但是,我总感觉少了点什么，在我百思不得其解时，我想到了，我少了朋友，少了共同语言，还少了快乐。每天晚上，我在梦乡中总有些话语在我耳边：“稍息，立正，向右看齐……

当煎熬的5天结束时，我躺下来，回首那百味的5天。有着感动的笑脸；有着不服气的表情；伤心的泪水；开心的笑，一点一滴的深刻的印在我的心里。回忆想起，从中我学到了坚强的意志，明白了幸福的美好，也因为这些道理，让我一次次的成熟了许多。意志变强了，让我变的很不服输，但我勇敢的面对摆在我眼前的种种困难，坚持不懈的解决每件事。多么有意义的军训啊！

军训的第三天，教官把我们拉到了火烤的太阳底下，连站立5分钟，站到倒数第2分钟时，后排的女生动了一下，教官看见了，就透过男生的空隙，两眼直瞪着那位女生，瞪的女生心里直发毛，前面的男生意识到了，马上把头往中间挪了一点，好让教官看不见那位女生！这一细微的举动，感染了教官，感染了初二（1）班！这次的军训使我们加倍的团结了，因为风它也感受到了。看！树叶在舞动。多么难忘的军训啊！

虽然我们每天都要顶着炎热的阳光，汗如泉涌，可我们始终相信，不经历风雨怎能见彩虹，这也是我们拿到荣誉的奖状前的忧愁吧！让汗水尽情的泼洒在这水泥地上，用汗水来证明我们的付出吧！

5天的军训梦终归还是醒了，“天下没有不散的宴席”，在这5天里，我钔恨过、爱过、敬仰过我们可爱的教官，尽管我们怎样的不舍，可他终要离开！

教官走后，他写给了我们一封信，信中有一句话牵动了初二（1）班人的心“你们已成为我心中的一部分，我会把你们这一部分藏在心底”!

如果说军训是个绿色的梦，我希望我永远也不要醒来，虽然这梦里，还有太多的苦涩，但是在这个梦了，装有最浓的友谊和最坚强的意志！还有初二（1）班所有人的心！这是个难忘的军训！这更是一个苦涩+绿色的梦！

转眼间，我们将要升入初中，在五年级的暑假中，老师告诉我们，我们将要面临一个艰巨的任务-军训。

平时经常锻炼的我，在第一天军训的早晨满怀自信的来到学校。当我看到教官是一位军人的时候，心中不禁感到畏惧，军人是那么魁梧，但是教官会不会对我们很严格呢？我心中十分害怕。但是事实并不是我想像中的那样。教官对我们十分宽容。教官迈着轻巧的步伐来到我们队伍的旁边，用响亮的声音对我们说：“同学们，从今后的两天半时间我是你们的教官，你们是我的学生，我姓陈，你们可以叫我‘陈教官’，也可以叫我‘教官’来跟我走。”说着把我们带入了操场。

教官把我们分成两列，一列女生，一列男生。教官从最基本的立正开始教到四周转和踏步。在这儿教的过程我突然感到四肢乏力，眼前从眼花缭乱到什么也看不见。紧接着，我喘气十分急，胸口闷。我便举手说道：“报告教官，我身体不舒服。”教官便让我坐到旁边休息。我休息了一会儿，便舒服多了。我又加入了军训的行列中。

只听教官喊道：“一二一，一，二，三，四，喊。”紧接着，我们喊道，并踏步：“一，二，三，四。”那洪亮的声音恨不得让其它三个班级都听到。

……

眼看着这次军训将要结束，我们顿时对教官感到依依不舍。这次军训主要让我感受到了军人们那种不怕死的精神；那种上刀山、下火海的精神；那种为了国家而付出一切的精神。另外，我在这次军训中，体质变得更加好了。

回想起七天前，我们穿着整齐的军装在操场上集合。开始了为期七天艰苦的训练。在这一天，大家又兴奋又紧张。兴奋的是前方有很多新奇的挑战在等着我们，紧张的是军训会不会很残酷。而我在想，我们的教官会是一个怎样的人？果然，在他刚和我们见面时我们就知道了，他不仅仅是我们五、六中队的教官，还是我们初一新生八个中队的总教官。他长得胖胖的，高高的，看样子就知道他很严厉。不过，有时候，他也很幽默。那么，自然我们两个中队就成了校长和老师们都看好的两个中队了。

在这七天里，我们努力训练，艰苦、残酷早已不足为提，受伤也早已成了家常便饭。在这七天的军训生活中，我体验了在烈日下“蛙跳”的辛苦和煎熬，我听到了胖教官对我们的淳淳教诲，我感受到了教官对我们的严厉，也忘不了教官让我们高声唱军歌的尴尬与快乐……每天在烈日下半个小时的“站军姿”让我懂得了一个人必须要学会坚持。每天的蹲起动作让我的腿饱受折磨，腿酸、腿肿早已不足为奇。我们不喊痛、不喊累。教官说的坚持，大概也就是这个意思吧！每天唱起响亮的军歌，这是我们唯一的放松方式，军歌一响起，我们疲惫的身躯顿时感觉好了许多。在响亮的军歌中，我才彻彻底底的明白了什么叫“团结就是力量”。怪不得教官说一个团队合作起来有多强大，只要努力，就会得到你想要的结果。

这短暂的七天，虽然来不及回首，但是他却让我懂得了许多许多。面对挫折，我应该选择坚强。在这个大家庭中，我体会到了从别的地方没有的东西。也学会了不抛弃不放弃的精神。

军训的总是那么快，大学曾经是我无数次憧憬的地方，开始大学生活不免要经过这次军训，对于三年没经历过军训的我，慢慢的淡忘了那种感觉，这次为期两周的军训让我找回了那种感觉，军训的那种拼搏精神，很多时候我不会把一件事情看的很难，也不会把一件事情做的很完美，这次的军训告诉也教会了我，做事情就得做到完美，为期长的军训结束之时我对自己的充满了信心，来到这里之前我对自己不是那么有信心，这里的一切是一个新的起点，什么都是我不曾见过的，但是军训让我信心十足我，我觉得字能够快速的适应环境，这次军训我也有一些感想。

一开始我对军训是有一点抗拒的，因为觉得肯定很累，恰恰我不想这样，但是大家都要跟我经历一样的事情的时候我觉得我需要坚持，因为这就像是一场考试一样，谁到最后就得高分，似乎这给了我信心，军训的第一天我们就来了一场集训，突然集合让我猝不及防，第一天我就被震撼了，在我还躺在寝室休息的时候，外面广播就说五分钟集合，当时就赶紧下去，仓促之间我衣服就没穿好下去集合了，这是一次非常仓促的集合没有一点防备，很多的同学都被罚了，各种各样的原因，有迟到的，有军训服装没有穿好的都被罚了，让我很震撼，第一天让我绷紧了神经。

接下来的日子里每天顶着太阳训练，很久没有受过这种训练的同学，自然会有坚持不足的时候，我虽然初始不适应但是作为一名男孩子当然不能够轻言放弃，尽管教官说了坚持不住的时候就说，但是没有一个人说坚持不住，这种精神就是军训的精神，我们是一个集体，开始的时候大家并没有这种意识，因为不熟悉，一个群体一般需要长期的磨合，但是军训让我们快磨合了，训练时候一个人犯错大家一起受罚，这让我有了集体意识感，大家是要在一起相处好几年的时间，在军训的时候是最好的机会交流，相处，大家每天干一样的事情，不会玩手机，不会干自己的事情，我们都是在做一件事情。

这次的军训虽然很累，有时候也会觉得这样的经历弥足珍贵，我们这么一个集体一起坚持了十几天做一件事情，很难得，军训对我而言是一种打磨，当我们意志力薄弱的时候可以想起这段军训的经历，大学会发生很多事情，如果一件事情，你非常想做但是很难也想一想这段经历，每一个人都在成长，我们需要这种经历。

challenges in our life time .Some will be subjected to frequent sadness .Some

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

A person can’t do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let

alone life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage

will face up to it head-on. Therefore,let’equip ourselves with great

When someone asks me: What is your Chinese dream? I will answer it without

any hesitation: to be a good doctor. The reason why I want to be a doctor is

that I want to save people’s lives as possible as I can. When I was young, I had

a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me back to life.

From then on, to be a good doctor has always been an inspiration to me. I will

study hard to make sure that my dream will come true in the future.

The animal is the friend of our human beings. We live in the same earth.

Animals and human beings can’t be separated from each other. But some animals

are getting less and less. So it’s necessary for us to protect animals,

especially wild animals. Some people kill wild animal because of money. It’s

illegal. Beside, because of the development of society, human needs more space

to live in, so we explore the forest. Animals have less space to live in. The

number of wild animals decreases year by year. It’s high time to take actions to

protect wild animals.

Novak Djokovic is one of the top tennis players in the world. He has won

many grand slams, which is the greatest honor for a player, but there is only

one grand slam he hadn’t achieved—the French Open. In the last three years, he

was so close to the champion, but was defeated by the final winner. In order to

fulfill career Grand Slam, he practised so hard and never felt depressed. This

year, he came to the final match again, everybody wanted him to win the match,

for they knew how important the champion was to him. At the first game, he felt

a little nervous and lost, but in the second and third game, he found his pace

and controlled the match. At last, he beat his rival and finally fulfilled his

career Grand Slam. The dream was not easy to realized but insistance helps him

Through the training days of joy and laughter hide bitter exertion. It is like the beauty of music, let us intention to be singing and experience.

Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also

known as the Chinese New Year.

To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the

West.

The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar

rather than the Gregorian calendar, so the timing of the holiday varies from

late January to early February.

To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the

lunar New Year‘s Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar

calendar. But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern

Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the

country.

Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before

Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go

to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.

During Spring Festival ,the adults usually give lucky money to

children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling

for dinner.

五天的军训生活结束了，但是它带给我的各种滋味却让我难以忘怀。

军训生活是艰苦的：早上，在号角声中，我们很快就起床了，不像在家里，还能赖床，非要爸爸妈妈三番五次叫个够才慢腾腾地爬起来。起床后第一件事不是漱口洗脸，而是要把被子叠的一条皱纹都没有。早餐过后，我们开始了艰苦的训练，首先是训练站姿，要求我们站得像挺拔的小松树一样；接着是齐步走，步伐必须整整齐齐，做到一点瑕疵也没有；还要训练坐姿，抬头挺胸背打直。就像教官告诉我们的：站如松，坐如钟，行如风。一天下来，我们累得筋疲力尽，就像骨头散架了似的。

军训生活也是好玩的：闲暇的时候，教官教我们做手语操，在音乐声中，我们开心地做起手语操，消除了一切劳累和烦恼；中午，吃完午饭，是最轻松和愉悦的，因为我们可以在宿舍里安安静静地看书和休息；还有一件搞笑的事，每天中午，睡在五号厅的人都会在宿舍的床上发现一个土鸡蛋，我们猜，这一定是外面调皮的母鸡来下的吧！

军训真是很有意义，它既磨练我们的意志，又培养了我们的独立自主的生存能力。

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

kind of new plague天灾, 灾害, 祸患. However, numerous surveys confirm that the problem

has progressively risen since the 1980s. Why all the disorder? After all, stress

has been around since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, Stress is an

unavoidable consequence of life. Without stress, there would be no life.

However, just as distress can caw disease, there are good stresses that balance

this, and promote wellness.
