The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

Low carbon life is popular nowadays. Its aim is to reduce the energy in our

daily life, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. It is well-known

that the air pollution is more and more serious. So we should do something to

protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

The Spring Festival is our Chinese nation from ancient to modern times, the

刚开始，懵懂的我只认为军训是由“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲交织汇编的一篇愁苦乐章，任我怎样的修改其乐符，弹奏其旋律，也无法将其转奏为一篇和谐乐章，更无法舞动出那属于自我的美妙旋律。

持续十天的艰苦训练：在烈日的曝晒下，在雨水的浇淋下，使我彻底改变了对军训的种种看法。在“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲中挣扎，虽有烈日的陪伴，雨水的“抚慰”，虽有教官的严格督促，虽有步伐的艰难行走与奔跑，但是依然能够体会其中的趣味，苦中寻乐，依然能够在汗水的背后微笑。

初到这一片陌生的土地，心中自有许多的放不下：放不下家乡的每一片土地，放不下家中的每一位亲人，放不下故土的一草一木;放不下母校的青树绿草，放不下三年的师恩难忘，友谊情深。怀着如此多的困扰在这儿也无法渲泄，而让我一向头痛的军训却解救了我，也许是我对这种军训的情有独钟，也许是怕做不好受到教官的处罚。总之，训练的时候，虽不是心中了无杂念，但却也是一心一意的训练，将所有的烦恼抛之脑后，也没有一丝的伤感，甚至觉得很好玩。

在本次的军训过程中，也有不少的欢声笑语。比如说，各个班级之间的拉歌比赛，异常激烈，每一个人都使出自我的浑身解数，拼命的嘶喊着，恨不得自我曾练过那传说中的“狮子吼”，恨不得自我就是那世界顶尖的男(女)高音家，完全忘却了天气的炎热，军训的艰苦，置身于欢乐的海洋中。正所谓“练得细心，玩得开心”，凡是都应一心一意，玩耍如此，学习更是如此。虽然在军训的过程中，我也曾闹出不少笑话，但教官总是耐心的教导，而不是那些所谓的“体罚”。这一点，我很庆幸。

毕竟军训还是有它那儿令人担忧的地方，由于烈日的曝晒，以在我们每一个人的身上留下了标志性特征——就是晒黑了。虽然这一点是早有预料的，但心中似乎仍然无法理解这个现实。但是转念又想，“吃的苦中苦，方为人上人”，“鱼，我所欲也;熊掌，亦我所欲也。二者不可得兼，舍鱼而取熊掌者也”。这样一来，觉得这次军训还是挺值得的。晒黑了，也就说明我的确有下功夫，并没有偷懒或是滥竽充数。

军训快要结束了，虽然这几天是难熬了一点，但对于我来说，仍有不少的收获，它让我重新认清了自我，让我认识到了自我的坚强与不屈。因此，我也很感谢这一次的军训，感谢它对我的磨练，感谢这一周的一分一秒……

从第一天的军训起我就知道了接下来的军训是非常严格具有挑战性的，都说军训伤不起其实都是为了锻炼一下自己的团结合作和对同学们身体的检测，有很多人都不想搞军训为什么因为都怕吃苦，吃点苦算不了什么常言道先苦后甜吗。军训的感受的确像个五味瓶，酸甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。

军训是残酷的，记得刚开始军训的第一天教官要我们做俯卧撑，这是我们军训9天一个难忘的事情。回想那短短9天军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。的确，军训是辛苦的，但切辛苦的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折组织我们看电影，打篮球，做游戏等等。这些活动，既磨练可我们坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，增进了我们之间的关系。

在那一声声口号中体现出了我们的“团结就是力量”在这里，我们尝到了种种滋味。那迎风不动的军姿训练中，我们磨练了意志，品尝到了难咽的苦涩;那倍受关注的会操比赛中，我们锻造了身心，品尝到了失败的痛楚……也许，这短暂的七天是微不足道的，然而它给我们留下了印象却是无比深刻的。它让我们学会自立、自强、自尊、自爱，让我们稚嫩的心灵变得充盈成熟，让我们走出他人精心编织的暖巢，勇敢地站出来同风雨挑战。

星期一，我期待以久的军训到了，我很兴奋.我们的教官是谢力军，他的一句话让我懂得了什么是严肃,那句话是军训严肃，不是来度假、旅游！但是伙食很好，谢教官第一秒可以让你笑，第二秒可以让你哭！谢教官是一个高大魁梧的教官，口头禅是你们完蛋了！星期一我们学了站军姿、整齐的踏步和四面转法等。

星期二，我们复习昨天晚上的学的我还学了武术操，还看了电影《冲出亚马逊》讲了中国的两个特种兵，出国，到国外的猎人学校，接受魔鬼地狱式训练。

星期三我们学习了交警指挥操，分为八种信号。还练习了星期五回学校的汇报表演的入场式。以为我们在入场式踏步的时候，手没有抬平，被罚八分钟抬水瓶，必须伸直，弯一下加罚一分钟。那天，我们吃烧烤，自己动手，又好吃又有趣。

星期四，我们全部的时间用在练习星期五的汇报表演，到了晚上我们很累，今晚的活动是联欢晚会，有本领的小朋友都上台露了一手，教官和老师也露了一手，那天晚上我又激动又开心，因为要返校了，我很晚才睡。

星期五，我们返校表演，当我们精神抖擞的上操场开始，我就开始感谢教官了，因为我改掉了娇生惯养的毛病，我学会了坚持。

我的感受是；没有坚持就没有成功，只要你有恒心一定会成功!

As is known to all food is a priority for the common people. Recently

however reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences. This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers. Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

听着这首军歌的我们，正顶着烈日，摆着军姿，在欣赏着军歌的嘹亮。我被太阳那炙热的光照得蔫蔫的，我的头低下了。因为我的软弱，我低下了头。军歌在我耳边荡漾，而我的思想被教官的一番话，带回到了家乡的那几母田地。

“哦，现在4：30”我看着手表说，田地里有许多人大多数30—60岁的农民，不知不觉，我走到了一块田地的前面，这是一条路，一条通向我家的小路，一条我走的并不多的路。田地里种着玉米，我的父母正蹲在地上拔草，汗水从他们那苍黄而多纹的脸颊往下淌。

时间在悄悄的流逝，阳光太毒了，我赶忙跑到一棵大树下乘凉，转眼已经到了11：00，我赶忙想跑过去喊爸妈回家，但我立刻意识到这是不可能的，我的心如刀绞，可我却无能为力，我的泪顺着我这不懂事的脸上流了下来。大丈夫有泪不轻弹，只是未到伤心处，回想之前的虚度光阴，我再也忍受不住了。

我之前的不懂事，没定力都统统见鬼去吧，我抬起头，我感觉此时的我很坚定，没有什么可以让我去放弃，虽然阳光晒久了会脱皮，腿站久了会酸，但是我都要忍下去，不能说忍吧，应该去享受，享受这脱皮的感受，享受着这腿酸的感觉，用绝对的疯狂去享受这些痛苦。这种痛苦，我的父母已经忍受了二十多年。我不能再无视这一切，所以我要付出行动。

军训让我变得坚强。让我抛弃不堪一击的我，让我学会了忍受。我是农村长大的孩子，但是我对此从未自卑过。别人与我们比父母，我与别人比未来。贫穷让我们具备顽强的意志去战胜一切。我想这就是军训所要达到的效果吧!

生活在这个年代的我们，苦与乐的意义其实是很模糊的。生活每天如流水一般的平静，没有什么大起大落的变化。在长辈的话里，我们的生活是幸福的、是天堂，但对这一切我们又从和感受呢?

每天期待都有新奇，小小的变化都会让我们得到满足。如今我们如愿以偿的上了高中，面对首先的军训我们是期待、是兴奋，事实证明它对我的生活确实起了些微妙的变化。

8月的天气应该是浮躁的，但是我们很幸运，7天的军训基本是阴天。往年，师哥师姐们对教官的评价各有好坏。我们面对的是一位年轻、和蔼的教官，不经意间流露出和我们一样年轻的激情的微笑。就这样，他带领着我们走过了7天的艰苦岁月，风风雨雨的训练，操场上毒日的煎熬，踢正步，排方队，每一项训练都是对身心的考验。发现是在探索中求得，意志是在磨练中培养。我们有着一肚子的苦言苦水，但在这其中，我们也有拼搏、好强、争第一的心;也有真情的流露，学友的照顾，师生的留念，这是我们苦中最大的快乐。

在六个排中，我们三排有过耻辱挨骂的时候，也有过快乐光荣的壮举。为了弥补过错，我们加强了训练。整顿队列纪律，我们站警姿;方队不齐，我们延长训练时间。有时面对着火辣辣的太阳却显出感受日光浴的平和与安宁。每一个正步都要听响，无数的跑步让我们劳累的不堪一击。苦!重复的动作又是如此乏味的，如此的疲惫。苦!但渐渐的我们开始变的融洽团结，在每个人的心里滋生出拼搏的意念，“第一、第一，是属于我们的”。也许天依旧那样的晴朗，也许大地上的土豆早已被阳光烘烤成了薯条，但我们的心却是清凉和激昂的。有时一天下来，同舍的战友居然做出了迷彩背心。这只是小小的插曲，就是在这样努力下，我忘却了来时的反感，忘却了对饭菜的抱怨，反而觉得顿顿都是美味。树的生长是要开花的，短短的两天，我们终于实现了自己的承诺，当全排人听见六排在“第一”这个词念出后，当我们捧着红旗时，我们开始呐喊，狂呼，这是我们六十人努力的结晶，它蕴涵着我们无尽的辛勤汗水，这是我们最快乐的时刻。

训练场上我们是潇洒的，粗犷的男子汉，在我们的宿舍的内务中我们又是细心，爱干净，爱劳动的好学生。从叠被穿衣，洗簌打理，扫地擦桌，样样都做到最好。使我们这群“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的“小皇帝”“小公主”一下子长大了许多。在这段亦苦亦乐的日子里，我们懂得了珍惜父母的付出，理解了父爱母爱的伟大，明白了一个人要自立于社会之难……。这大概也是我们所的到的另一种收获吧!

When I was younger , I went through an thing which deeply influence me.

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

compassion . So I decided to help him find his mother , and I took him to the

police station nearby . Then I went to school in a hurry , but when I arrived,I

found I’m still late . After my teacher’s preaching , I went back to the

classroom .I was so upset.

In the afternoon, my teacher asked me go out,he said he had wronged me. And

then I saw the child’s mother,she thanked me a lot,and I smiled shyly.

After the thing,I feel very happy to do good things,and I believe that

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a

blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam

in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for

the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When

the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and

wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.

When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate

told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the

box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.

我们每天5点40多起床，参加军训，在初生的晨光的陪伴中开始一天的军训，第一个训练项目就是站军资，站军姿最难的是要做到一动不动，这是基本的要求。对于我来说，这无疑是要了命的。除了军姿就是其他项目的训练，每天从早训练到晚累的精疲力尽，汗水湿透了衣襟。刚开始的两天，我过的十分不顺，早上起来就是阵阵酸痛，心里觉得苦，觉得累，很想回家。可后来在教官同学陪伴下就慢慢的就没有这种感觉了。在每一天的晚饭后，教官还和我们一起唱歌，我想这也许是军训中最快乐的时候了。

时间一晃而过到了第七天，我们便要与相处了七天的教官道别。我们带着不舍，强忍着心中的泪，看着教官离开。

现在，军训已经结束了。我们又要再次投入往常的生活中，但我永远也不忘记这次军训。这次军训让我知道什么是军人，当一名军人是多么艰苦，我知道了军人是怎么严格要求自己。军人一切以集体为重，以集体为中心，决不当害群之马，要坚持奋斗。

通过这次军训，我们不仅学会了艰苦奋斗的精神，更重要的是，教官把他们的军人作风传递给了我们。就像我在学习当中遇到不懂的问题，我绝对不会轻易放过，我会打破沙锅问到底直到把问题弄清楚为止，俗话说“不积跬步无以至千里，不积小流无以成江海“，我会把一点一滴的都做到。如果我在生活当中遇到问题，我绝对不会轻易退缩放弃，当然，我还会去克服它，生活中的大事小事对我来说都是一种考验。

军训时总埋怨：时间仿佛“一日如十年”;身体似乎经受着“钢铁是怎样炼成”般的折磨;教官又是“蓝色冰点”一样的冷酷……可此刻觉得以前的种种苦恼是多么的幼稚。军训是对我们的一次洗礼，是我从少年迈向青年的转折，更是对自我的挑战!军训必然要出去训练。但老天爷整天瞅着我们眉开眼笑，我站不到十分钟便汗流浃背了。最让人受不了的是太阳幸灾乐祸地泼洒着“她”的温暖。蒸得我们体液犹如滔滔江水连绵不绝。同样是独生子女，同样的年龄。他们行，我也行!任凭那烈日熏烤，脚底发痛，我必须要站好这大学第一班岗，坚实地踏出这关键一步!就这样，无论训练多艰苦，我都时时勉励自己，最后圆满地完成了这“大学的第一课”。

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的，甚至能够说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。军训是紧张与艰苦的合奏;军训更是无常地响起那集合的哨音，军训生活成百上千次地浮此刻我的脑海，闪此刻我的眼前。在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?满怀信心地开始了真正的训练。教官一遍遍耐心地指导代替了严厉的训斥。训练场上不但有我们整齐的步伐，也有我们阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们那嘹亮的军营歌曲。其实在自己的人生路上，也就应印满一条自己脚步的路，即使那路到处布满了荆棘，即使那路每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，也得用自己的脚步去丈量、去摸索、去行进!我想那样的路才是真实的自我写照，决无半点虚假伪装之意每每看到那一排排的队伍犹如大树般伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个莘莘学子当中。口令变了，队形也变了，儿时的军训，纯粹是游戏;少年时的军训，仅但是是一种锻炼;大学的军训截然不同，性质也得以升华。大学军训中，让我领悟了太多太多人生的哲理，我想这才是军训的内涵。
