腼腆的程教官，风趣的扶教官总是把三句话挂在嘴边:“动 还动我让你动了吗、笑 还笑有什么好笑的 你打报告了吗”拉歌的时候跟别的营互相逗捧，带领各自的营队鼓吹对方教官唱歌。休息的时候总会出现这样的场景 ：教官手起，鼓掌声加大。教官手落，鼓掌声减小。还有教官跟学员互动 教官喊让你唱 学员跟你就唱 教官再喊扭扭捏捏像什么 学员跟像姑娘! 笑声混着汗水在训练场发酵……

军训让我明白了安全重于泰山，体验到了合作配合比一枝独秀更让人赏心悦目。

“立正——”教官一声清脆的口令，我们的军训开始了。

“今天，我们先练立正，就是站军姿。立正的动作要领是：两脚跟靠拢并齐，两脚尖向外分开约60度。”

这时，站在我前面的一位同学动了一下脚，恰好被教官的火眼金金发现了，“队列里不要乱动，有事要向教官报告，得到批准后才能动！”

站军姿的时间仿佛过得特别慢，一会儿，腿也酸了，浑身都觉得难受，在我们200多人的队列里，已有十几个同学坚持不住被罚出了队列，我极力的坚持着，时间一秒一秒在过。

就在这时，来了一只蚊子，它在我面前飞来飞去，眼看就要在我脸上“着陆”，这家伙的厉害我以前可是领教过的，一叮就是一个大包，痒得让你受不了，我心里暗自祈，祷，“该死的蚊子千万别叮我，一叮我也要被罚出队列了”，还好，这只蚊子似乎听到了我的心里话，居然飞走了。

终于，时间到了，今天的20分钟，简直比平时的2个小时还要漫长。站完军姿，虽然感到很累，但我坚持了下来，心里甜滋滋的。

Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

为期三天的在校军训结束了，我们经受住了烈日的考验，汗水的洗礼，成为了一个有毅力、永不言弃，一个坚强的人。

这三天，我们变了许多。从原来的娇生惯养，到了训练中的不怕苦不怕累；从原来的粗心，到现在的谨慎；从原来的轻言放弃，到现在的永不言弃。这过程真的很艰辛，但是，我们挺下来了，我们真的成功了。我感谢军训，它让我从一个懵懵懂懂的小女孩，变成了一名真正的中学生，一名能勇敢的去面对以后人生的少年。

记得军训第一天，我还没吃饭就兴奋地跑去学校。上午的训练刚开始，我整个人就开始晕了，像一头扎到了云里，身边的什么都是恍恍惚惚的。两个大字盘旋在我的脑海中—“请假”。可是我知道，现在这种关键时刻，就算只是五分钟，不听课就会跟不上进度，这就像打仗，如果你最特殊，那么最先中弹的肯定是你。记得有人跟我说过：“挺住和放弃，只在一念之间，就看你怎么去选择了。”是啊，军训本来就是一次意志与品质的磨炼，不经受风雨，怎能见彩虹？我攥着拳头狠下心来，打算咬咬牙坚持一下。后来有几次我被叫出来休息，我却很快就归了队。我知道，什么事，只要是你想，都是能坚持住的。成老师说我是“好样的”，但我想，军训的本来意思就是要锻炼我们，我只是忍了一下，最关键的就是能不能应用在以后的生活中。

仅仅这一天，我就学会了坚持，我想，以后的路还很长，只要努力就能学到更多的东西。

或许再过几年，我们就要独自在社会上生活了，就要为自己打拼出一片天地，这过程或许会很艰苦，可是我相信，只要我能像这次军训一样，够顽强，永不言弃，乐观向上，成为一个坚忍不拔的人，那么最后站在巅峰上微笑的一定是我自己。

China is the biggest family with 56 ethnic groups. Among them, the Han

Chinese is the largest and the most highly developed group. The Han Chinese can

be found in many parts of China. They mainly live in the north plain region, the

middle and the lower reaches of Yangze River and Pearl River Deltas. The other

55 groups are the minority ethnic groups. They are distributed in the

mountainous areas of southwest and northwest of China.

Being too far away from big cities, the minority ethnic groups are poor in

economy and there people are not well-educated. They have very few

understandings of science and technology. So they must develop their

economy.

To help the people of the minority ethnic groups live better, the

government should take some effective measures. For one thing, more and more

knowledgeable undergraduates should be encouraged to those poor areas to help

the people there to get rid of their poverty. For another, the advanced science

and technology must be introduced into the minority ethnic groups to improve

their living conditions. More importantly, people of the minority ethnic groups

should be given equal opportunities to study and work. Only so will China be

more prosperous in the future.

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

its education thathelps people gain basic knowledge of the world, helping them

to distinguish what is right and wrong. Secondly, education improves ones

skills of life and work, which can make people live a good life or have

achievements in career. Finally, education brings people ability of learning and

that is the key role of education.

六天、五天、四天……每天都在倒记时，心里时时刻刻希望这个军训快点结束。可当最后的会操结束时，心中却不禁想起了军训的快乐回忆，反而非常想念这个难忘的军训了。

刚开始的时候，一听说要训练六天左右，我便愁眉不展了。在我的心中，军训是严肃的、辛苦的，远比不上坐舒服的教室上课好，但军训结束后，我明白自己从中学习到了许多东西，从中找到许多快乐。

军训中最经常练习的就是站军姿，一站就是几十分钟，让我天天腰酸背痛，心中常暗暗埋怨教官。不过，和教官相处几天后，我发现这个年轻、高大的教官并不是那么严厉，而是越来越显得平易近人。训练时，教官会说几句幽默的话，让快要让人窒息的凝重气氛充满了一点活力，谁知，正在站军姿的我们听后，个个笑得东摇西晃，教官就马上恢复了认真严肃的表情对我们说“不许笑”。

接近一个星期的军训中，最令我印象深刻的就是星期六去五仙姑的拉练活动。星期六早晨，天空下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨，朦朦胧胧，犹如一条轻纱帘子从天上一直垂到了地上，给人清新的感觉。一路上，层层叠叠的青山、互相交错的树木，一丛丛一簇簇的小草野花、在天空自由飞翔的鸟儿……各种景物都显得恬静、美丽，让人十分惬意。这次的拉练走了将近四个小时，一共八公里，这对我这个不喜欢运动的人来说，真算得上是一个大突破了。

每天五个小时的军训总让人感到发越过越快，一天天的时光转眼间就已消逝，终于，会操也结束了。这次的军训，教会了我更要有毅力、更坚强、有恒心、永不言败。虽然军训结束了，但军训的精神会陪伴我到永远。这次难忘的军训也会深深地烙在我心中，永远不会抹去。

军训终于在我的期盼中拉开序幕，我这是第一次军训，带着几分兴奋，几分渴望，外加几分担忧，终于进入这个特别的军营。

军训的第一天!累!军训第二天，很累!军训第三天，特别累也特别疼。终于体会到军训并不是块好啃的骨头。第四天，大腿已明显没有前几天那么酸胀。是难的开始已经过了，呵呵，接下来的日子……

日子依旧如首日般平静无澜，今天是军训的第五天了。已经彻底习惯了李教官的严厉，日头的毒辣，以及泪水的泛滥……

虽然还只经历了五天的军训，但仍给自己留下了很深的印象!记得军训第一天，学长就和我讲到，他曾在军训时想了许多，为什么要让一个简单的动作反复地练习，为什么要搞军训等等，他说他当时利用那几天的时间想了很多，也想了一些深刻的东西，也许是他那些或许不经意的话让自己有意识地想了很多东西。

我所处的班有四十来号人，大家相处了好几天，多少有些了解了，每当同一个动作都被教官无穷地反复，每当看到身边的他们挥汗如十，我的神经总会莫名地紧张，也许军训真是个训练人的极好的途径。动作被反复，是因为全连做得不够整齐，不够力度，不够要求。而大强度的训练可以极好地搞定这些问题。同时，也反映了一个团队的合作精神，它让每个人明白自己并不独立，一个动作都牵连到整个团队的动态。因而，它在无形中让人紧张，让人集中精力，让人尽力尽善尽美地去做好，充分地培养了大家的集体主义精神。

而另一方面，我觉得军训也挺像一种社会生活，而咱们班则是这个生活中的主体，军训中，奖罚分明，有其固定的生活方式与作息时间，如今的社会，竞争如此激烈，我们大学生，四年后，不是选择继续深造，就是涉足社会，现实残酷，但它珍惜汗水，而军训中恰也有类似的情况，努力了，认真了，洒过汗水了，自然得到奖励，而敷衍了事的，也会得到不同种的处罚，事小，但反映的东西却不小。我认为我们该从军训中体味到，坚定的信念，不懈的努力，辛劳的汗水必将创造自己的辉煌!

听到4月13日要去军训，大家都情不自禁地欢呼起来。

下课，同学们议论着军训，放学，同学们议论着军训。

第一天：

我六点钟起了床，洗漱完毕后，我拉着新买的小小旅行包前往学校。

刚走下公交车，就看见十几辆军车停在学校周围，学校对面的大草坪上，站着十四位面容严肃的教官，有男有女（注：只有一个女教官），我的心咚咚跳起来，我特别希望那位女教官是教我们班的，那样似乎可以温柔一点。

来到班级，简单的吃了点早餐，怀着激动的心情参加了升旗仪式，回到班级，一位女教官不知什么时候来到我们班，我的愿望实现了，是那位女教官，她姓欧阳，身材一般，瓜子脸上很少见到笑容。

还记得上周五班主任李老师跟我们说的一句话：去到军训基地，要按照我给你们的口号，那16个字：团结互助，为班争光，遵守纪律，听从指挥！在训练过程中，有吃不尽的苦，有意想不到的困难，都要克服。

随着教官来到军训基地，发现环境并没有想象的那么糟糕，教官带我们参观了一下我们的宿舍，是木床，我和吴嘉莹睡，上面是陈文婷和张嘉恬。

中午的时候，来到饭堂，打好饭就开始狼吞虎咽的吃起来。

这一整天几乎都在练军姿.坐姿和蹲姿，练得个个都汗流浃背。

第二天：

早上六点钟，教官吹响了口哨，大家都睡眼朦胧地起了床，穿着军服迷迷糊糊地下了楼。这一天， 教官的脸上终于娱乐一丝笑容，大家紧张的心落了下来......

“叮铃铃——”一阵刺耳的铃声响起，“天哪，那么早就起床，快迟到了！”妈妈对我的“外星语”感到既奇怪又不明白，“怎么啦？小宝，你在说什么啊？”“咦，不是在军训吗？怎么训了一天半就回来了？”“你是在做梦吧？呵呵！^_^”天哪，一切都是梦幻。

Many people believe that human activity is causing the earth’s temperature

to rise. They say that this global warming will have dreadful consequences for

our environment, such as drought and flooding.

What should governments do to help prevent global warming? Give reasons for

your suggestions.

The earth’s temperature is rapidly changing. As a result there has been a

lot of climate change such as heat waves, droughts and floods. Scientists

believe that this is the result of human activity, which is polluting the

Earth’s atmosphere. This could become a disaster if governments do not act to

help prevent global warming. They can act in three ways; by supporting research,

by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Firstly, governments can support research. For example, they should

encourage companies to develop vehicles that cause less pollution. They should

also support alternative sources of electricity from wind and water rather than

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.

Its beyond reproach that we will come across all kinds of difficulties and

challenges in our life time .Some will be subjected to frequent sadness .Some

will lose their way to move on .Thus,only when we equip ourselves with hope and

courage can we finally succeed in the uncertain future.

Forrest Gump showed so great courage in the movie that he touched me a lot

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

would bring her out of it without thinking how dangerous the situation would be

.Maybe we should all fell ashamed that we love ourselves more than we love love

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

life to save Bubba in the war.Its courage that helped Forrest gain a series of

honor after war .Forrest Gump is beautiful for his perseverance and touches

others with his courage.

A person cant do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let alone

life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage will

face up to it head-on. Therefore,letequip ourselves with great courage.

Get up this morning, our family is happy New Year to each other.I finished

今天是军训第一天，早上我们还沉浸在美梦中的时候，便被那无情的，可恶的铃声给吵醒了。想到那传说中的无情教官的那张铁面，我们便鲤鱼打挺般的从床上跳起来，生怕第一天便被教官批评。同学们有的低头找鞋，有的边提裤子边找袜子，有的在慌乱的在整理被子。看着其他同学的窘迫样，我忍不住笑了起来，但随即又担心起来，因为我还偎在被窝里。我们慌乱洗漱过后快速的冲向操场。只见七个教官英姿飒爽的站在操场中央，令人不觉生畏。

接下来便是正式军训，教官先教我们站军姿，让我们不能动否则就会被罚做俯卧撑或跑一千米。所以，即使我们有时受不了，，也都咬牙坚持着。有些实在坚持不住的同学，后果可想而知了。经过第一天的军训，我们各个腰酸背痛腿抽筋，晚上躺在床上，虽然浑身疼痛，但还是很快就进入了梦乡。第二天我们要学习的科目是转体与齐步走，这个科目比站军姿简单得多，但是还会让我们有点吃不消，晚上睡觉会梦见白天训练的一些项目。但值得高兴的是，第三天居然是阴天，而且还有微风吹过，简直是爽死了，所以不觉得累。第四天和第五天，我们是最疼苦的，因为这两天不仅艳阳高照，而且训练的都是新科目，也是最累的科目，因为第六天就要进行军训大会草了，我们训练的都非常刻苦，只为了在军训大会操中取得更好的成绩，为班级真光，军训大会操如期而来，结果让人很高兴 ，终于没辜负这几天的汗水，我们获得年级第二名。

经过这次军训，让我深有感触。军训不仅是开学前的一次小磨练，他还暗示着我们人生中的各种磨练，面对人生中的各种磨练和困难，我们要不怕困难，勇敢向前，才能战胜困难，冲向胜利的巅峰。

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also

my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

myself, I didnt think of a way, so I went to ask dad. Dad said, "you can make

her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out

a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I

put the CARDS in my room.

I went out to help my mother mop the floor, my mother said in surprise:

"you dont even touch the housework, how do you have to mop the floor today?"

Ill just mop the floor and not answer mom. At noon, I put the CARDS in my

mothers room, and my mother said to me, "what are you doing in the room?" I

smiled at my mother and said, "its a secret."

At night, I said to my mother, "happy birthday to you, and I wish you a

happy holiday." Mother said: "today is my birthday I remember, today is what

holiday?" I opened my eyes to my mother and said, "today is march eighth

international womens day! Dont you remember? "I thought you knew it was for

you," I said to my mother. My mother took the card and looked at it, moved to

tears.

In high school, Chinese students study very hard to fight for the future

college, while in western countries, students are spending time in taking all

kinds of activities. Though students from different countries have different

ways to spend high school time, they make the decision and take charge of their

life. This is the best age to learn knowledge, their brain can remember words

and numbers quickly. For making friends, they will probably meet their lifetime

friends. During three years, besides gaining knowledge and making friends, they

grow so fast, not only in body, but also in mind. Being independent is the main

feature. They can make a lot of decisions without asking parents for help. When

they are equipped themselves with basic skill, then they can better get used to

the new environment, which is important for future life.
