“军训”，每当一想起这两个字眼，我的脑海中便浮现出残酷的画面：面瘫的教官、魔鬼式的训练，让人不寒而栗！可今日，我却身着迷彩，站在了这浸透汗水的跑道上。回想过去的几天，宛然一副斑斓的画卷，酸、甜、苦、辣演绎着不同的生活色彩。

短短的几天内，我们从慵懒的暑期生活中走出，活出了不一样的姿态！

军训中“苦”字当先。“稍息、立正、站15分钟军姿”，教官用简短而坚定的语气为我们下达了命令，我们的腿立刻就软了下来。天啊！站十五分钟军姿，但抱怨归抱怨，命令还是得服从。只听一声整齐的踏步声，我们以标准的立正姿势站好，一分钟、两分钟、三分钟……我们数着秒针一点一点地“滴答”，时间仿佛定格，我们的腿此时已经开始颤抖，我感到膝盖后面的部位像是有一根毒刺在狠狠的戳着我，豆大的汗珠从头发里慢慢地渗透出来，浸湿了迷彩的军帽，汗水流进了眼睛里，流进了嘴巴里，是咸的。我想到放弃，我甚至想要喊报告，我的腿肚子在颤抖，一阵阵的酸痛。不，我不能放弃，我的梦想不就是做一名军人吗？如果连这点苦都吃不了，那又怎能圆了自己的梦想呢？如果我现在放弃，那又怎么配做一个堂堂正正的男人呢？是的，我要坚持、坚持、再坚持。

There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ sharply. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.Others, however, hold the opposite view. They say that a short period of training as students are having now cannot work well in building up their bodies or strengthen their will. Instead, we should lay emphasis on their daily exercise and activities for such purpose. What’s more, a sudden increase of intense physical exercise, especially during summer, does harm to students’ health and may even cause deaths. What happened in the past years has proved this.

Weighing the pros and cons of these arguments, I am inclined to agree with the former point of view. Military training is not only a means to strengthen student’s physique and willpower, but also an effective way to enhance their sense of national defense and foster their patriotism. Though some deaths happened during the training, we should not give up eating for fear of choking. Besides, the deaths are perfect evidence that students need more such training. Of course, measures should be taken to ensure that the least harm is done to the trainees.

今天是军训的最后一天，我们的任务就这么结束了。

上午整体练了两次，休息的时间都有一个小时了。不是很累。我发现越到后面越不累，不知道为什么。以前是跟着我们的教官练的，现在队伍多了，教官就忙碌起来了，不分排，连了。

下午两点就开始准备汇演了，但是一直到三点才整理好一切。我们站的脚后跟儿都不想着地了。上场之前，一排的教官(也是我们整个外语学院的总连长)为我们做了最后一次表演，是一套拳。他说这是最后一次为你们做的事情了。寝室长录了全部的过程。我们大家全部都很喜欢一排的排长，她们说他很有男人味儿，我想那是一个只比我们大两岁的男生的成熟魅力吧……他总是做一些摔得很疼的动作给我们示范，很干脆。我们都记得他。后来五排的和三排的教官和我们一起唱了最后两首歌：军中绿花和朋友。后来有人说：五排的教官眼里噙着泪水。当我们唱歌的时候，男生们开始不安分起来，他们先是偷袭了他们的教官(一排)，然后把他高高抛起;于是男生女生纷纷欢呼鼓掌。接着是我们二排的教官被抛到了空中，然后是四排，五排，六排的。三排的教官藏了起来，我们众人都没有发现他的影子，当大家很郁闷的时候，五排的教官突然发现了他的藏身之处，结果众男生一呼而上，逃跑也没用，被逮了回来，也是一样的结果。所有的教官们，对我们来说都是英雄，兄长，大家用这最后的方式，来告诉他们我们到底有多爱他们!当时的场面，很热烈也很壮观!

后来的汇演可想而知有多么的乏味。只要是这类型的大会，都是发言，发言在发言，颁奖颁奖再颁奖……不过特别科目的表演确实很精彩。我们大一新生分为四个部分，第一部分的由数学和信息工程的女生方队表演，内容是整装，敬礼，车辆指挥(部分)等;第二部分的由生命工程系(好像这么叫的)的男生方队表演，是匕首操——很漂亮很整齐的动作，帅呆了!第三部分的由体育系的男生方队表演，内容是军体操，徒手的——很郁闷的是，体育系的居然还不如生物系的，表演的整齐度和标准度让人伤心，不过还是可以看的……第四部分的由在平大住的学院表演，哪个系的忘了，反正是女生方队。我总觉得因为他们和我们不在一起，就像是远方的客人一样，类似于《哈利波特与火焰杯》里的。他们做的是车辆指挥(比较全)等，很齐，佩服。

后来整队跑到主席台下，一排教官对其他的教官说了一句“整好队你们就撤走!”听得我很是郁闷，好像这样就是最后的相见了……站了一个多小时，听校领导，上校，中尉……讲话!那叫一个郁闷!每个人开头的话都是什么“秋风如何如何的”，描述风景的……场下一片哗然，大家都很郁闷吧……我觉得领导也肯定郁闷，这都是过程，文章也是表面罢了……只是不知道我是不是那400多个标兵里的一个……我觉得也不大可能，默默无闻的，怎么可能被人记住呢?

本来说和教官留影的，大家都来了兴致。结果没实现。遗憾中我们赶紧转移去新阶梯教室开英语系的会。路上看到了整队出发的教官们，他们往宿舍走。包括我在内的许多同学都一边跑一边告别。他们走得太快了。室友挽着我的胳膊，一边哭一边大声地喊：教官再见!不住地喊。我笑着向教官们摆手说再见，心里是酸的，为什么还能笑得出来……再见了：一排的老好人郭教官，我们二排呆呆的蒲教官，三排最帅的杨教官，四排最让别的班讨厌也最受本班欢迎的许教官，五排的虎头虎脑的猫头鹰教官(不知道姓什么)，六排矮矮的可爱教官(长的小却也是士官了)……当我路过新篮球场的时候，知道以后不可能有绿色的挺直腰杆的身影们排着整齐的队来训练我们这群不听话的孩子了，军装不会再穿了，命令不会再有服从的机会了，也没有逗教官的时候了……当这一切都戛然而止的时候，让我觉得空虚了许多……不真实。我好不容易才习惯了军训的生活，现在就要结束了……那些可爱的人们，以后再也见不到了……他们曾说：你们可以忘记我们，也可以记得我们;但千万不要联系我们……我们不知道他们的名字，不知道他们来自哪里，不知道他们的军队是哪支，也不知道他们以后会怎样……一切的东西都是来去匆匆的，而且全部保密!教官们，以后真的就见不到面了，但是，你们是我心中最可爱的人们，我会记得你们的!

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the

dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes.

There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry

juice and squash. The best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and

Recently, I saw a piece of news on the newspaper. This news has a picture

matched. The picture shows that a young lady sitting on the seat of a bus. But

it is strange that an old lady sits on the leg of the young lady, which there

are still many empty seats on the bus. I am totally moved after reading this

news. The old lady is the mother of the young lady. The old lady had some

problem with her back and leg that she couldn’t sit independently. And her

daughter does not want to see her mother stand on the bus in such an old lady,

so I see situation on the picture. Having read this, my eyes become wet. When we

are young, our mother will often carry us if there is any inconvenient, but when

our mother gets old, we seldom carry her.

The ancients had a saying: dripping, the smallest favor. In this world,

there are many people who grace to us. Our parents are the two people who give

us most grace. When we grow up, we need to say our thanks to them. As far as I

am concerned, thanks the people do good to us, especially our parents should be

Recently, the news reported that one special kind of rhino from Africa just

passed away, which meant the disappearance of this lovely creature. What a great

pity. The tragedy is caused by the damaged environment, while human being must

be blamed for it, because we have done so many bad things to pollute the

environment and make the nature lose its balance. In order to make up our faults

and save our offspring, it is in need of protecting the environment. As the

ordinary people, we can do the small things, such as do not throw away the

We can see such signs as “No Smoking” in some public places, which is a

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

Let’s work together to create and sustain out green and fresh environment.

With the rapid development of our society, more and more people are fond of

online shopping for its convenience. Online shopping has been a heated fashion.

But different people have different views on this point. After all, every coin

has two sides.

Online shopping has advantages as well as disadvantages. Firstly, nowadays,

the Internet has become a must. As convenient as it is, people depend on online

shopping as it caters for those who are busy with work or other things. And it

can help us save much money, which is cheaper than what we buy in the physical

store. What’s more, it contributes the Internet to the further development.

However, it is also a risk of online shopping as we pay the bill online by

x月12日，我们又去了一个老地方——鹏城青少年活动营地，除了是见这个老朋友外，主要目的还是参加军训。军训，当然难免少不了辛苦，但是辛苦却只是身体上的，更重要的是能磨砺我们的心志。在这次军训中，我们获得了一些在平常生活中无法体会的感受，懂得了常人无法理会的心情。身体疲惫，但心中是快乐的。军训三日，我从没像这几天可以如此快的进入梦乡，睡的如此香甜。我应该感激，这份由学校送给我们的礼物——军训。

军训其实再乏味不过，只要按着教官所指示的去完成动作就可以了，而且动作基本上都没有什么难度。在军训中，教官们对我们的要求实在是很严厉，可能是他们长期在部队中生活，养成的习惯或军规吧，在教官的监督下，我们班上那些调皮的同学都收敛了很多。总是说军训能磨练人的意志，让人变的坚强，能锻炼出惊人的勇气和毅力，去面对以后的挫折和磨难，这次军训也主要围绕这些展活动。我们五(4)班在许多团体活动中表现都很出色，比如说：士兵突击、生命抉择之决战洪水、传递友情……先说说士兵突击吧，我们的将军、通讯兵、士兵，在这次活动中将军使用了手语传达命令，而且通讯兵和将军的配合相当默契，这就使我们班的排名随之推前，但有时候因士兵一不小心踩到地雷或走出边境，而导致退出战场，最终功败垂成。再了解一下生命抉择，鹏城青少年活动营地用背景音乐和演讲来模拟自然灾害，通过这来测试我们在自然灾害来临时将如何抉择。

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life

standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if

couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who

earn better to work, although the one is female.

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they

earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and

they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even

show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking

care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good

job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.

Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

军训第一天，天空被一朵厚厚的云彩遮住，仿佛一场恶战即将开始。我们军训的地点是在即墨南泉。那里训练场地太宽广了，地面颜色暗淡而又惨白，甚至空气中都弥漫着紧张的气息。我们是在下午正式军训的，这时太阳光像一把闪光利剑一样穿透云霄直插大地，地表温度越来越热。军训时，我们主要做的是站立之类的，难度不算大，偶尔会来几阵清风，送来阵阵凉意，使刚才的那种冷酷的天气好转了一些。

如果说第一天的训练是相当轻松的话，那么第二天的训练是180度大转变。烈日，给训练场的地面洒上一层金黄。这一天主要训练的是齐步走，齐步走看似比较简单，但要是走的十分完美，可是一个不容易的事，烈日下，我们反复在如油锅般的大地上走来走去，感觉快要被烤干了，每到解散时我都要喝大半桶水，以免身体内的水分被蒸发了。阳光由金黄变到橘子皮黄，这就意味着太阳光收敛了一点，第二天的这一场恶战告一段落。这天回到宿舍后，感觉脸都枯黄了，想想还差三天就要结束，心里便稍稍有些安慰。

第三天与第四天下了一点雨，但这场雨带来更多的则是潮湿与闷热，并且一天下来浑身湿乎乎，好像是到了热带雨林。周四晚上，累的昏沉沉的，月光柔和，希望第五天的成果展示能取得好成绩。

＂宝剑峰从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来＂尽管这几天的恶战很苦，但成果却是甜的。成果展示时，我们班的每一位同学都是尽了自己最大的全力去走好每一步，每一个动作，即便是最好一小步，也没有人敢疏忽。在展示结果中，我们班是走的最好的班之一。这是对我们五天来最大的回报。

看来，只有磨砺与挑战才能磨炼人的意志。这五天，使我终生难忘！

时光飞逝，时间如流水般留了过去，十天的军训生活一转眼就过去了。在这十天的军事生活中我们共同度过了重重难关，虽然我们在训练的时候出过不少错，但是我们的同学不怕困难，勇往直前。终于从家中的‘小公主’‘小皇帝’变成了一名名合格的小军人。可是，在这个过程中也少不了教官们的付出，教官们为了让我们在短短的十天中学到一点知识，她们每个晚上都早睡早起;在我们训练的时候，她们为我们打水，怕我们训练完后口渴;晚上，在我们熟睡的时候，她们却在为我们制定我们明天的训练计划;

在这十天中教官们对我们无微不至的关心与照顾。将会是我们童年中最美好的一页。

今天是军训的第二天，时间还是下午的最后一节课。我们按照昨天教官给我们排的队伍站在操场上，不一会儿教官来了。

高教官高声说：“昨天练的稍息和立正，回家练了吗?”我们齐声回答：“练了。”教官点了点头，说：“我来检查一下。”说完，教官严肃地说：“稍息，立正。”看了同学们的表现，接着说：“还说练了，一点也不标准，手、脚怎么放?”我们继续练稍息、立正，练了大约三十分钟。高教官说：“我们来说新课，是转体，也就是向左转、向右转和向后转。我们先学向右转，先看着我做一遍，然后自己做一遍。”我们照着教官的样子做，高教官高声喊道：“错了，向右转应该是右脚为主，左脚为辅。”我们试着又做了一遍。高教官高声叫：“光脚动，身子不要乱晃。”做了好一会才做好。我们又练习向左转，向左转和向右转的反方式正好相反，最后我们练习向后转。

今天的军训结束了，我感觉到看似简单的动作，做起来并不是那么容易。这一天我又有很多收获，就像在果园里种果子一样，有付出就会有收获。
