唉，明天就要军训了，我的心情也不知道是怎样的，有点紧张也有点害怕，这中间又有一点期待，我真不知道该怎么说才好……

由于我从来没有经历过军训，不知道军训期间会做些什么事，所以我很紧张。我曾经听一个比我大５岁的朋友说军训要在烈日下暴晒几个钟头，当时我就害怕了：要是中暑了怎么办？可是军训能和同学们过集体生活，耳边也不会有父母的唠叨，什么事都不用征求父母的意见（因为在家中有很多我想做的事都被父母制止），那可是我向往已久的生活。

我不知道参不参加军训可不可以自己选择。如果可以选择的话，我就会久久拿不定主意。假如我选择了参加，吃了苦就会后悔参加了军训；假如我选择了不参加，，等同龄的朋友回来后说起军训的好玩，我也会后悔没参加军训。如果不可以选择的话，我也只好认了，往好的一方面想：这次军训是一个锻炼自己意志和身体的好机会，我一定要加油！何况我还交了35元的军训费嘛，如果不参加不就浪费了父母的血汗钱？所以我一定要参加！

加油！加油！再加油！

Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

仿佛做梦一般，为期两天的军训在眨眼间过去了，但是我学到了许多。山没有悬崖峭壁就不再险峻，海没有惊涛骇浪就不再壮阔，河没有跌宕起伏就不再壮美，人生没有挫折磨难就不再坚强。樱花如果没有百花争艳我先开的气魄，就不会成为美丽春天里的一枝独秀；荷花如果没有出淤泥而不染的意志，就不会成为炎炎夏日里的一位君子；梅花如果没有傲立霜雪的勇气，就不会成为残酷冬日里的一道靓丽风景；人如果没有坚持到底的毅力，就不会成为紧张军训中的一颗亮星：我们如果不团结互助，团队就不会勇往直前！

在我们翻山越岭，爬过两座大山的时候，在我们坚持往上的同时，总是离不开团结互助，在我坚持不住的时候，同学们用手拉着我向前走，而我又顺手拉住身后的同学，一个拉着一个，奋力向前，在身后的路上留下一个个坚定的脚印。

在我们军事化训练的时候，在烈阳下像一棵棵树站着，汗水让我们的军服湿润了。我总觉得头晕乎乎的，但是，我们坚持下去了。我在心里不停地说：坚持、再坚持一会吧！

在我们责任感训练时，看着两位跟我们一样瘦弱的好朋友好队长许下要负责任的承诺后，在因为我们犯下的一个小错误负责任而奔跑一圈又一圈时，我们尽全力做到不犯错，但是总是还有人错，所以，他们一直在跑着。讲台上，教授在讲着感人的故事，老师的脸上忽然落下两行泪，前面的同学已经眼圈湿润了，我强忍着在眼睛里打转的眼泪，抬头看见我们的队长在奔跑时气都喘不过来的样子，终于忍不住了，眼泪顺着脸庞流了下来。这个训练，是我印象最为深刻的。

两天，也真的好短暂，我还没来得及细细品味，它就已经离我而去了，但我相信，这次军训所留下的深刻体验会陪伴我鼓励我走过以后漫长的岁月，感谢军训！

军训在不知不觉中已经度过了9天，最初我很不理解为什么一个军训要这么残酷，每天不停地重复动作，流汗，收拾内务，过着三点一线的、劳累的生活。但是慢慢这种枯燥的生活也有了改变。

练拳，从一招一式感受不一样的魅力，听报告，听讲座，从中吸取前辈的经验。军训的日子很苦，很枯燥，却像苦咖啡一样可以品尝出浓浓的滋味。我原先认为不行的，他却考验了我并告诉我要坚持到底，胜利中将属于有信念的人。每天的军姿站立，我知觉的时间已经不再是时间，纵然两腿发酸却换得一身挺直。踢正步的端腿更是使我每次都疲惫不堪。但是每次的坚持到底都会让我有超越自己的感受。有过斜风细雨的洗淋却没有潮湿我火红的心。有过炎炎夏日的直射，却没有像晒黑皮肤一样，晒着我的执着。如果没有这种训练，我都不知道这片刻的休息都会成为一种施舍，与平时休闲时间相比，那叫做真正的“奢侈”。

军训磨练了我的意志，把我的部分生活推到了极致，使我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我的人生每个春夏秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌声最嘹亮，军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，拙见沉淀直至溶入我生命的最底层。

province. More than 69000 people had lost their lives, 374643 people had injured

and 17923 people could not be found in this earthquake. After the earthquake had

happened, people from all the field joined the rescue teams. At that moment,

people only care about one thing, that was to save more people from this

disaster and encourage the injure to be strong. After seven day, the chairman

declared that May 19 is the national day of mourning. Flags were at half-mast

everywhere on the day of mourning for victims of Wenchuan earthquake.

The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

earthquake, on one hand, is to remind people do not forget that day, don’t

forget about the past and look into the future; on the other hand, is to

encourage the survivers to stay strong. Life is worth living for.

Although Earthquake had destroyed our home, but we can build a brand-new

one. We can rebuild our hope. Just as Nixon said so, our destiny offers not the

cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity. So let us seize it, not in fear,

but in gladness. Just have a little faith. Just try to remember that everything

今天的军训发生了很多事情，虽然操练的依旧是那三式：军姿、齐步走和正步走。但是依然让人感动，在这一支新队伍中，我们必须自强自信和绝对服从，这样才能生存下来。

或许这样说吧！我们的队伍已经开始将部分学员淘汰离队，这让我们更加爱努力去完成每一个动作，似乎没有一个人愿意离队，他们都在努力训练者，包括我在内，不想做立群的人必须得先改变自己，适应集体，这样也似乎是社会风气的一个很好的表现。

每一个人都在奋斗，都在付出汗水，很像那罗马斗兽场中的勇士一样，想在场上继续待着，就必须得集中精力增强斗志。是的，阳光很毒辣，整片场地即将喷出熔岩的火山一样，如有一个人的脚底烫个火热。即便如此，勇士们依然坚持。这样说着他们都很像个男子汉吧！但是，其实他们全是女将，所谓巾帼不让须眉，女兵也会使气势如虹的勇士。

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

这是我人生以来的第一次军训，让我十分难忘。我们和朱教官一起度过了3天别样的时光，即使很累很枯燥，我们还是坚持了下来。

这个过程现在回想起来，用四个字可以形容：酸，站军姿时笔挺的、一动不能动，腰那个酸，谁站谁知道；辣，虽说是10月份了，可这3天的天气好得出奇，红辣辣的太阳整天挂在天空，头顶那个晒，谁晒谁知道；苦，面对第一次军训的我们，教官可不管这些，该说说（非常严厉的训斥，现在想想老师的批评好温柔），该打打（做做样子的，也是很吓人的，特别是我这种胆小，吓得不行了。）心里那个苦闷，谁听谁知道；甜，在我们共同的努力后，教官脸上的微笑是那样的甜美，最终我们班获得了“纪律严明连”，听说这是我们校军训里面最高的荣誉，笑的那个甜，谁得到了谁知道。

站军姿，那是这3天最痛苦的事情，就是站。一动不能动地站在烈日下，豆大的汗珠顺着头发尖往下流到脸上，一个上午校服就已经湿透了。教官相当严格，我们都不敢动一下，有几个平时淘气的同学，就是活生生的例子，即使他们再淘气，教官也有办法驯服他们。教官也很人性的，实在是不舒服的，可以喊：“报告，我不舒

服”，教官确认后可以休息片刻。通过大家的努力认真地训练，我们得到了朱教练的认可。

唱军歌，那是这3天最快乐的事情，就是唱歌。平时我们唱唱儿歌，唱唱音乐书上的歌，这首《看我的》一个个音符，一个个字刚劲有力地从喉咙里喊出来，整个人，整个队伍，整个操场都是活力四射的。

8月29日，也就是军训地第一天，我们的教官是个大3的学生，虽然也是学生，但在这次军训中，他就是我们的老师。大家好，我来自湖北，现在读大3，大家加我鲁教官就行了，今后五天就由我来带大家训练。这就是他的自我介绍。当我们班里的同学议论纷纷的时候，立正。一句充满威武的命令下达了，顿时安静了许多，连风吹的声音也听得一清二楚。现在先站30分钟军姿，给10秒钟整理服装，站姿，脚分开60°，双手紧贴裤缝，五指。开始！命令中带着教官的威严和严肃。随着鲁教官的数数，同学们调整还姿势，一标准的要求站好了。开始计时。命令下达，同学们一丝不苟地站着。有的同学没站好，教官就去纠正错误。这样站着，度分如度时，只听见脚上传来的苦诉声，甚至会站到没知觉。心里一直期待着那一声哨响，每次听到哨声就感觉救星来了。军训期间起床早，听到哨声就要到中心广场集合，吃饭前要唱歌，晚上回到教室唱歌。军训五天都像这样过，回想这五天，我还不知道自己是怎样度过的。

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

People will make a lot of friends during their lifetime, the more friends

they make, the more capable they are. Some young people are proud of having many

must be positive to life. He will set the good example to you and help you to be

a better man. The bad friends will make you perverted, especially for the

teenagers, they can’t make the right judgement and are easy to follow others, so

the friends are very important part of their lives. Once they make the wrong

friends, they will do the bad thing. So we don’t need more friends, just the

Everyone will have some unforgettable memories. These big and small

memories are like the shining stars in my memory, and one of them is the first

time I read science books.

It was the second day of the summer vacation for Daban. It was sunny and a

little sultry in the morning. My father said to me happily, "son, today my

father will take you to climb the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery on

the top of the mountain." I readily agreed. So we came to the famous Dayang

mountain in Dongzhu.

My father and I went to the foot of the mountain, looked up, and could not

forward to my father.

At the beginning of climbing, I was full of energy and very relaxed. But

when I climbed to the middle of the mountain, my body became heavier and heavier

of the mountain. I begged dad to take me down the mountain. Dad encouraged me:

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了军训!我感到有一种莫名的兴奋涌上心头。但是，军训到底是怎么样的呢?不知道是不是和上一次军训是一样的。我想，军训的天气最好凉爽点。要不然，让我们站在烈日下练习，不热死才怪呢!

我们的教官是一个男的，他很爱笑，很幽默，对我们也很好，他就是——刘怀聪。

军训第一天，教官首先叫我们站军姿十分钟，十分钟，在平常是一个很短的时间，可现在，烈日当头，十分钟在我们眼里简直是漫长的冬季，炎热的太阳火辣辣的炙烤着大地，脚后跟并拢，双脚成60度，挺胸收腹，双眼平视前方，大家都像电线杆似的直挺挺地耸在地上，汗水像一泻千里的洪水，从每一个毛孔中争先恐后地喷涌出来，时间一分一秒地过去，我真希望时间走得快一点，或者下一点雨刮些凉风。但这些都是幻想，有时我实在忍不住想动了，就会在心里默默地念：“坚持就是胜利……”咸咸的汗水流进嘴里，下意识地舔舔，竟分不清是苦还是咸?时间一长，脚底发麻，腿抽筋，腰板痛，头冒汗。教官一声“解散”，大家顿时兴高采烈，此时才发现世界上最美丽的语句是“解散”。经过一天的训练，累得坐下来就不想站起来。尽管如此，我们仍感到激动万分，因为我们以坚强的意志坚持了下去，我们有信心，我们能以顽强的意志坚持到最后。

要离开军训了，我还有点儿依依不舍的感觉，不知道是为什么?在之前训练的时候都觉得时间过得非常慢，可是现在要离开军训了，又有那种时间过得超快的感觉，一眨眼就过去了。

太激动了，终于结束那漫长的军训之旅了！我太兴奋了，真是千言万语也不能描述啊。就就让我来讲述那非一般的生活吧。

5：30，我们在睡眼朦胧中开始军训起程。啊呀呀，都怪我在家太松，要迟到了，抓紧抓紧。好不容易及时赶到训练场，又忍不住打个哈欠，困哪~

6：00了，one、two、three，开始早训。先背，呵，不错考验我们的智力。之后，我们又进行了那漫长的站军姿之旅，1分钟、5分钟、10分钟……时间老人，您咋走得那么慢呢，我的脚都麻了，要倒了。但是看到同学们都好坚持，我就使劲坚持。好锻炼毅力啊。

叮当，该吃饭啦。我们一列一列的进入餐厅。我的天，太震撼了。各个窗口前都排起“长龙”。尽管我饿的前胸贴后背，但还是乖乖的排队。经过漫长的等待，终于我到了窗口前，我拿出那神圣的饭票，得到了喷香的饭菜。哦，太幸福了。

下午我们还是进行着那叫苦不堪的训练。停止间转法把我转的分不清东西南北，蹲姿是我的脚几乎没知觉了，摆臂定性差点让我不知道我的胳膊还是我的不……太累了。当然，中途退出的不少，但大多数仍屹立于训练之中（呵呵，包括我。鼓掌）。

晚上，我们的晚自习可丰富了。要背《弟子规》、还看了教育讲解、教官还叫我们唱军歌、给我们讲部队里的故事、还进行自我介绍……下课了，赶紧回宿舍。累死了，真是倒床就睡啊。谁料在军训第六天的夜晚，当我们正呼呼大睡是，被一声嘹亮的哨声个惊醒。我的天，干什么？nobody知道，到操场上才知道，要进行拉练。什么啊，大半夜不让睡觉，出去拉练。（不过蛮兴奋的，能出校门啊~）于是乎，我们浩浩荡荡的出了校门，开始了4千米的徒步拉练。超累的说，好多好多同学出列了。好不容易我们回来了。又累又困又渴啊~

最后一天了，我们进行阅兵典礼和结训典礼。太激动了，我们这几天的汗水要今天体现了。我们进行了跑操、对正、转身、背弟子规……虽然很累，并且还下着雨，但没有一个人偷懒，每一个人乱动。

军训要结束了，教官要回去了，我们心中还有些不舍。想起他教我们唱军歌，他给我们讲笑话、他给我们的惩罚，他给我们的鼓励……当我们的老师多好，可是那是幻想。

值得高兴的是，我们变得能吃苦了、我们变得更坚强了、我们能够遇见困难不退缩、同学之间相处得更好了……（太强大了）

一份努力一分收获，我们努力了，我们付出了。因此我们得到了锻炼，所以我们成长了。
