今天，富丽学校市综合教育基地的操场格外热闹。口哨声，跺脚声，口令声弥漫整个操场。

知道吗，我们振德街小学的高年级学生来到这儿军训哩。每一个教官都穿着端庄的迷彩服，每一个教官的指挥动作都那么熟练，严整。每一个教官都是那么严格地训导我们。

刚开始，这一切都充满了新鲜感，大家也都兴致勃勃的。不一会儿，大家就累得不行了，有的干脆一屁股坐在地下。教官一瞧，一脸严肃，厉声命令道：“都给我起来，谁再不起来，再站20分钟”我们一听，只能服从命令，坚持训练。

“立正，稍息，向左看齐，齐步走……”，我们就这样在冬日的阳光下经受两个钟头的队列训练。有的同学还因为体力不支而晕倒了，还好，训练基地已经预备了医护人员在现场救护。象我们这些孩子能吃苦耐劳吗?平时娇生惯养的。

哎哟!我的肚子咕咕直叫，闹意见了。可一看教官根本还没有休息的意思。只好再忍一下了!

终于等到了吃饭的时间了。我们排着整整齐齐的队伍来到了食堂，阵阵菜香扑鼻而来，把我的谗虫都勾了出来。教官严肃地说：“我吹哨子后才能开始吃饭，吃完饭也得听我哨子才能离开。”好不容易可以吃饭了，我们各自拿着不锈钢盘排队到窗口盛饭菜。

我刚想下筷子，看这西红柿颜色活生生的，不怎么熟吧，还有南瓜只一点点，汤水已经凉了。体验军人生活吗，不能像在家里那么挑剔了，我拿起筷子，狼吞虎咽的吃，吃到我饱了。正想把剩下的饭倒了，突然，食堂里几个大大的字映入我的眼帘：谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。我犹豫许久，再拿起筷子，把剩下的饭菜吃了个精光。

晚上，我们来到了宿舍。大家都纷纷拿出了自己的内衣准备洗澡。我们以抽签的形式来决定洗澡的先后，平时在家里，要洗多久就洗多久，但在这里可不能这样，还有人等着洗呢!不可以由于一己的自私，浪费了别人的时间。

在军训的日子里(During the Days of Military Training)

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon③ officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

从一开始与家人不舍的道别，至背着大包小包沿着车梯走下，到脱去便装换上清一色的迷彩服，我好像感觉自己换了一个角色，已不再是一位有浓郁书生气的学生了，而是一位飒爽英姿的女兵。虽然，我们谁也不知道等待我们的将是怎样的训练，尽管，我们离家有些留念又有丝丝的兴奋，但我们都能严肃对待。因为我们知道，这军装虽分量不重，但喻意不同，必须认真对待。

我们站在训练场地，练习立正姿势。我感到不屑：自己已是上六年级的学生了，这么简单的动作，难得倒我吗？可是事情并不像我想得那么容易。我们双脚并拢，脚尖分开呈60度。两手放于身体两侧，大拇指与食指第二关节相贴，中指贴于裤缝。肩膀放松摆平。头高高昂起，眼睛平时前方，无论周遭发生了什么事都不能移动自己的目光。

风无情地刮着，吹进了我的衣袖里，衣领里……薄薄的衣衫更本就不足以抵挡寒冷。我的嘴唇发紫，双手发黑，脚丫冰冷。此时的我变得弱不禁风。要是平日里，我一定会嗲声嗲气地扑在母亲怀里撒娇，一定会打电话给外公外婆诉苦……可是，现在不可能了，我只能坚信自己能坚持，说服自己要坚强。

上午8：00，我们坐着巴士来到目的地。从主堂向斜上看，能看到连绵起伏的山脉，山顶被浓厚的云雾遮住了，像一位害羞的少女蒙着面纱，增添了神秘的色彩。

“一二一”，这阵突如其来的声音惊醒了我。一个整齐的队伍出现在我的面前。周围的同学都赞叹起来。只见解放军们在做互练演习。我的目光注意着其中一对解放军。一个向前跨出一步，同时挥起铁拳，从下向上闪电般的出击;突然阵势一变，猛地出击，就地一个扫堂腿......

下一个是射击实习，解放军们在草地上拿真枪练习。他们趴在地上，用枪向对方射击。每一声枪响，都伴随着一阵白烟。我们都心惊胆战，生怕打到人。随后，他们就钻进树林中，看不见了。

在食堂吃完饭后，我们看了电视后，训练走步。班长喊口令：“1——2——3——4”，同学们也跟着喊“1234”，后面还有人喊“56”。顿时，同学们笑得前俯后仰。

时间老人偏把时间拨弄得飞快。一转眼一天就过去了。同学们恋恋不舍地上了车，离开了军校。是呀!军营的环境是美丽的，军营的训练是有条不紊的，军营的生活也是五彩缤纷、丰富多彩的。这些能不使我们流连忘返吗?

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

当胆怯的我们走进国防教育学校时，心中充满了对军训生活的期待与恐惧。之所以恐惧，是因为期待;之所以期待，是因为未知。是的，一切都是未知的，未知的同学、未知的教官、未知的地方……

经过四天多的相处之后，一切的一切都由未知变为了相知。可爱又活泼的同学们，和蔼而又爱逗乐的教官，还有这个带给我们辛苦和欢乐的地方……

“啪”，自从车门打开的那一瞬间，六天的军训生活便艰难地开始了。

每一天早上起床号一响，我们就得起床：梳头、叠被子、洗漱、换衣服。一切准备就绪，6点20分在操场上站队。在早饭之前，我们站一会儿军姿，可是就这短短的十几分钟足以使我们这些平时娇生惯养的小孩叫累喊疼、哭爹喊娘。饭后休息片刻便又开始了训练：向左、右、后转，齐步走、正步走、站军姿。或许，仅有到了晚上，我们才会聚在一齐嬉笑娱乐。

对于我们来说军训是如此的艰辛痛苦。连续四天来，不少人支持不住回家了，剩下的人也止不住地想家，想回那个容忍自我撒娇偷懒的地方。我们总是显得很懒散，总是不能看齐走齐。我在想到底是什么原因使我们没有团体荣誉感。我迷茫过，也想过放弃，因为我怕苦怕累更怕流汗。但当我抬起头望见了那棵青葱挺拔的大树时，我的勇气再次被点燃，我的坚持再次恢复。人和树一样，仅有不断地努力，不断的坚持，才能成材——哪怕不是最好的那块料，支撑不起半边天，但终有所用。站在队伍中，不漂亮，不高挑，做最平凡的，永远跟着团队走。

军训，就是对于我们身体和心理的一种锻炼，它不仅仅能够帮忙我们学会独立、坚持，并且还帮忙我们完成初中到高中的一个过渡，让我们更快地适应高中的新生活。愿每个人都能顺利地军训，并且期望每一个完成军训的人三年之后学业有成，考上梦想的大学!

数着日子，今日已经第四天了，明天第五天。后天，我们就要回家了。激动不舍，但也能笑着离开。

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

呵呵，明天就要去军训了，我的心情可谓是三重奏：激动好奇兴奋。今天的日程安排全和军训有关，1、参观军校；2、购买解放鞋。

经过近一个小时的奔波，我终于来到了军校，放眼望去，整个军校竟满眼是绿，我揉了揉眼睛，不错，这儿真的全是绿耶，而且不是迷彩服的迷彩色，全是清一色的植物的鲜绿！就是应为这些绿，让我对军校留下了不错的映像。

现在开始买鞋了，我和妈妈凭着路人的指点，来到了位于工人西路的步行街，一看，嘿，这儿的军用品店可真不少，我们先走进了离我们最近的“军”，店主A一看我的脚，立马拿来了一双最小码的鞋，可谁知，我一把脚套进去，嘿，平日里横行霸道惯了的小脚丫子一下在大鞋儿面前泄了气，我的脚脚和鞋鞋之间的距离足有一厘米长！没办法，我们只得又觅新店。

好在有了店主A的指点，我和妈妈很快就找到了另一家军用品店，和店主A一样，店主B拿来的也是最小的鞋了，我一试，才明白什么是“山外有山，天外有天。”我的脚和那鞋子比起来，简直是小巫见大巫，我得脚丫子和鞋子还是有不少距离，没办法，我和妈妈只得又找店铺。可是我们找来找去，就是没看见第三家店铺，不得已，只得买下了这一双解放鞋。

In China, Spring Festival is the biggest day. People will come back home

and enjoy spending some time with their families. So no matter how far they are,

they will figure out all the ways to come back home and get reunited. The house

cleaning work before the coming of this big day always brings me the happy

memory. We can find something lost a long time ago in the corner. It is like the

surprise and makes me feel so excited. On the New Year’s Eve, all of my families

will sit together and enjoy the real big meal. We share our happiness and the

future expectation. What a nice moment.

安顿之后，我们被派到了孙教官这组，出乎意料孙教官很和蔼，也很风趣，早上我们还怕他给我们干些什么苦差事呢！可是，一个上午平淡无奇地过去了，没有哪位同学被“开涮，这军训简直比体育课更容易过。中午饭的时侯，我们在热烈地讨论着哪位教官最好，当然不用说啦，答案除了孙教官还有谁呢？

下午，我们渐渐地跟孙教官混熟了，凭着我们十年来“阅人无数”，我们直觉判断孙教官挺宠我们的，于是我们在训练中开始放肆起来，不跟军训节奏、不听从教官指挥，玩到疯时连神都走了，“凶教官”的传闻早就被我们抛到九宵云外了。

正玩得高兴的时侯，突然教官把我们聚集在一起说：“你们好幸福，有机会军训，我以前没有军训，只有在家里耕田。”说着他脸色严肃起来：“你们有这么好的学习环境也不珍惜，孩子们，珍惜眼前的一切吧！”

原来，我们的孙教官儿时家里没钱，家乡学校也没什么好的教学条件，他相当珍惜每一个来之不易学习的机会，相当感恩家人在贫困时依旧给他供书教学，年纪轻轻的他早就不再依赖大人，早早就形成了独立生活的能力。听了教官的话，想起来基地的前一个晚上，我还要家里人为我清点行李，我的脸上不由红了起来。

军训结束了，那时的感受真的难以表达，心中有无数个不舍，脑海中总是回想着这些天中的画面。“不要离别时，两眼泪花，军营是咱温暖的家。”真的要告别军训了，要告别为我们无私奉献的教官，那时我知道教官要走了，尽管有那么多的不舍，但天下没有不散的宴席，只好送上最美好的祝福，与感谢。我们会铭记教官的音容笑貌，铭记教官给我们讲的道理，我们会变得更加坚强，更加成熟，我们会更加认真的去走好以后漫长的里路……

总之，通过这次军训，我更加增强纪律观念，集体观念，团结观念;提高了自身的技术能力，丰富了自己的知识，锻炼了自身的素质!

军训生活让我们成熟了不少。我们会记住这几天的军训生活让它成为我们生命中最值得怀念的日子，因为时间无法停住它前进的脚步，过去的就让它过去吧，未来正等 着我们去开拓，只要我们从过去中得到提高，就是我们最大的收获，让我们一起向逝去的时光说声bye-bye，勇敢地去创造属于我们的大学四年生活!

琴棋书画诗酒花，当日件件不离它。而今七首都变更，站立行定盼军茶。

自高考之后，三月纨绔，非午夜不睡，非日中不醒，非鲜肥滋味不果腹，非茶饮不享，当取东南之悦，持续许久而忘乎所以，本以为开学可慢慢调整过来，然而这三日军训，已然磨了轻狂之气。

曾经已经忘记在烈日之下的感觉，现在重新记起，太阳的温顺与狠辣。曾经已经忘记长久站立的感觉，现在重新记起，原来双脚如此脆弱，也如此有力。赤日炎炎，如炙如烧，汗如雨下，倍感煎熬。落的是汗，是三个月的娇气，也象征着之后的全新自我。

可以预见21日后的我，会是个怎样的我。短剑重铸，骑士归来。

军训培养出出色的个人素质，也培养出我们的团队意识。

一人难成排，一人何成方阵?一人仪态万千或玉树临风，怎敌那雄狮方阵的随意一步?然而来自万里神州东南西北的我们，何有同心之说?然三日下来，却甚有成效，可以预见未来四年，我们的凝聚力会有多强。

今日夜晚拉歌，男生之音似有洪荒之势，女生之音似月华流水，清新动人，这是一场视听的饕餮盛宴。

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我生命的最底层。

军训期间，给我印象最深的，莫过于那晚去看录相。我们那个连去时，没有发出一丁点声音，坐在教室里也是安安静静的，掉下了根针也能听见，那时我觉得，我多么守纪律啊，我就是一个合格的、标准的“军人”!开始放映了，屏幕上出现一个个军人，他们一个个身穿军装，也是昂首阔步地，让人望而生畏，敬而远之。然而，看过他们操练过后才知道，军人不是一出身就是军人的，他们的铮铮铁骨也是靠一日一日炼就出来的。他们的动作是那么到位，整齐划一，步子稳稳健健。行动处，自有一方规矩;隐微处，暗藏一种威严!让人折服，令人钦佩!当时我就对我自己说：“这就是军人，真正的军人!我也要做一个合格的军人，而且我坚信我会成功!”在后来的训练中，我尽我最大努力去完成了每一个动作!

Our environment is very important for our lives 。 We need the fresh air， the clean water and so on 。 In the past， there were many trees around us ，the air was fresh and the river was clean。But now，people cut down many trees。 Air pollution and water polloution are very serious 。 The environment around us bees very terrible 。 We should protect our environment。 First， we should plant many trees to keep water。 Second ， we can ride a bike or walk to the school and work。。 Third ， we shouldn’t throw the dirty water into the river 。 Fourth， we shouldn’t use the plastic bags。 Finally， we can ask more people to join us。
