一天的军训中，包含着我们的酸甜苦辣。站军姿，齐步走，我们一遍又一遍地重复着枯燥的动作；喊口令时，我们必须用尽全身的力气去嘶吼，经管教官并不怎么严，但是我们仍旧严格的要求自己。

随着大巴到来。一路颠簸让我们耗尽了来时的锐气，打开车门时的热浪滚滚更是让我们为自己捏一把汗。威严的教官让保持立正姿式几十分钟，酸、疼、胀，一切难受的感觉全都尝遍，但我们最终还是坚持下来了;当我们顶着烈日，只有人直挺挺地倒下而没有人退出，我感觉到，每一个人的意志都可以经过磨练变得坚强。

我从来没有见过如此团结的班集体，我一直以为。经过一天地狱般的训练，回房却听到要打扫卫生时，大家肯定都不愿意，互相推脱。但是，实际让我感到吃惊，没有一个人说不，还争抢着干活，这份团结然我感到温馨。

拉歌是军训中非常有趣的一项，特别好玩。我们虽然没有经过教官的正规训练，但是我们发现大家都非常喜欢唱歌，也都很开朗。即使没有华丽的灯光，没有美丽的舞台，更没有尖叫着的观众，但是我们把歌声当作娱乐，我们把被太阳晒得滚烫的水泥地当作舞台，将旁边训练的连队当作观众，高唱欢歌。即时再累再苦我们也感觉不到。其中不乏有些小插曲，夜晚训练时我们的表现没有被五班认可，两班拉锯战就此开启。我们比动作，比士气比歌喉。我们也都为对方的表现而表示称赞。

这里吃饭时是不允许说话的，我们要先站在桌子旁一动不动，每每我们说话时都会停下来，之后就是站在桌前眼巴巴地望着一桌的饭菜，心中的不满和委屈渐渐扩张，苦涩充满了胸腔，最后化作了忍耐。饭菜虽然不可口但是经过一天疲劳的我们狼吞虎咽，每次都吃得一干二净。

最后的汇报表演，是一首激情洋溢的歌，唱出了我们经历的苦涩。

一开始，我对于军训的概念就是厌恶，可如今早已没有了当初对于军训的厌恶感，而是充满了感激：感谢军训让我养成了良好的习惯，感谢军训磨练了我的意志。

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

surprise and makes me feel so excited. On the New Year’s Eve, all of my families

Today, as the economy develops fast, people can buy what they need, the

producers provide them all the new things, so the factory produce many products,

in order to make the biggest profit, they don’t deal with the pollution. Water

gets polluted, it does harm to people’s health, we drink water everyday, the

government controls the producers to figure out some ways to deal with the water

pollution.

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional

cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your

house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help

thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the

evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to

restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not

traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern

people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer

this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war,

hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a

skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the

我是初一的新生，每一个初中生都要军训，我们也不例外。我们于10月11日，出发到军训基地。

我怀着高兴的心情来到了学校，准备出发到军训基地。同学们都带了很多吃的，和钱，我也不例外，好像去旅游一样。我们上了车，出发了，我们看着风景，都兴致勃勃的，满怀着希望去的。

到了基地老师带我们去教官那里。我们的教官的很斯文，很帅，大概有22至23岁。我们站好了，教官介绍自己，由于教官声音小所以很多人没听清，有人认为姓尹，还有人认为姓郑，而我认为姓严。教官介绍完自己，带我们回宿舍。我们看到宿舍有很多的不满。很脏很乱。

集合号响起，我们立马下去站排。教官带我们去吃饭，我们刚走进食堂，饭菜的香味就扑鼻迎来，我们很高兴，终于有饭吃了。快要吃饭了，老师给我们讲了很多吃饭守则，知道饭菜都凉了，我吃完就胃疼了。以后我只但一点点，因为不让剩饭，而且吃饭时间只有15分钟。

从下午开始到第五天上午一直是训练，不过中午休息2个小时。训练很苦，尤其是站军姿，更累了，站30分钟，能把腿累折了。我们每次晚饭前都要站军姿，有一次我差一点就哭出来。我现在和自然的站军姿。我们这几天练了稍息立正与跨立，停止间转发，行进与立定，唱军歌，别看只有这么少，练起来可累了。

通过这次军训，我学到了，军人的风采，并且学会了，努力克服困难，同学之间友好相处。

我永远也不会忘了这次军训，和教我们的教官还有同学之间友谊。

第一次军训就要开始了，好不容易盼来了这一天!同学们一早就兴奋地盼着这一刻的到来。

下午第二节的上课铃声一响，教官就来到了我们的教室。教官姓徐，20岁左右，中等个子，穿着军装，扎着皮带，穿着皮鞋，挺着腰板，可威风了!简单的欢迎仪式后，徐教官就向我们提出了几点训练的要求：不能嬉笑打闹，要身着军装穿戴整齐，训练时要动的话，得打小报告……听完徐教官的要求，我们开始整理行装，扣好扣子，翻好领子，把红领巾压在领子下，把上身的内衣都系到裤子里面。真神奇，我们一下子就神气多了。

之后，教官就带领我们去操场开始正式的军训。刚开始，我们认为徐教官会像体育课一样让我们绕操场跑一圈，可是，没有，教官让我们先站军姿：“五指并拢，贴牢裤腿，眼睛平视前方，站直……不许笑!抬头、挺胸。”我想：原来军训没有大哥哥大姐姐说的那么恐怖，只不过是站站军姿而已嘛。一分钟，两分钟，五分钟，这简直是小菜一碟，可是，20分钟后，我有点坚持不住了，真想打小报告啊，然而，看到同学们也都笔挺地站着，我心想：同学们还不是跟我一样站着，大家能行，我为什么不行呢?我还是忍一忍吧!

下课铃终于响了，“哗啦啦”，同学们像软绵绵的稻草人一样，往草地上倒了下去，有的嘴里还哀叹着：“终于下课了，可以玩一会了。”

原来军人叔叔平时的训练是那么辛苦，我们只不过站了一节课军姿，就这样东倒西歪了，如果一刻不停地接受像军人一样的训练呢?

五月8日～12日，我校初三年级518位学生在本校进行了为期五天的军训，通过这次军训，不仅使学生增强了组织纪律性，培养了他们吃苦耐劳的精神和顽强的拼搏精神，提高了他们的自理能力，学会了关心他人，增强了集体的凝聚力。

这次军训，我校的各级领导十分重视，校长室、德育处提出了明确的要求：通过军训，要学生学习军人全心全意为人民服务的精神和严明的组织纪律观念，学习必要的军事技能和军事知识，增强国防观念。在军训中，我们进行了队列训练，观看了录像，听了消防知识讲座，组织了10公里的野外拉练和军事会操表演。在带班老师的精心组织下，在部队教官们的严格要求下，同学们做到了：遵守纪律，服从领导，一切行动听指挥；不怕困难，刻苦训练，跌倒了爬起来再练，晕倒了休息一会儿又上阵，体现了优良作风；相互帮助，团结合作，互相搀扶，互相鼓励，争创优秀连队；严以律己，讲究文明，学会了自我管理。

军训结束时，读着学生们的军训小结，心潮澎湃：我成了黑妹子、黑小伙子，但我获益匪浅；军人的风范，正是非同凡响；军训使我们的口头语“我……变成了我们班……”。班集体凝聚力的提高是明显的。军训会操时，同学们个个英姿飒爽，与军训第一天有学生晕到的场面相比变化太大了，这就是军训的成效，这就是军威，这就是我们的新姿态。

总之，通过这次军训，使同学们的思想有了很大的收获，不仅增强了组织纪律性，学到了一些军事动作，提高了体质；行动上有了很大的变化，站姿、坐姿中已显示出军人的风范，而且在军训中学到的吃苦耐劳精神和顽强的拼搏精神将对学生高中的学习生活有很大的帮助，对每位学生而言，更是人生之中一次难忘的记忆、一笔很大的财富。

八月二十八日，第一缕阳光从地球的东边升起，一群穿着迷彩服的同学们缓缓地向操场走去，他们以微笑面对新学期的军训。

八点一刻，操场上,在整齐的队伍下，在领导的讲话中，军训正式拉开了帷幕。不经意间眼前出现了一位身穿白色衣服的军官，往衣服上一瞟，原来是海军埃每个班待分配后开始了今天的努力奋斗。

刚开始，懵懂的我只认为军训是由“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲交织汇编的一篇愁苦乐章，任我怎样的修改其乐符，弹奏其旋律，也无法将其转奏为一篇和谐乐章，更无法舞动出那属于自我的美妙旋律。

持续十天的艰苦训练：在烈日的曝晒下，在雨水的浇淋下，使我彻底改变了对军训的种种看法。在“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲中挣扎，虽有烈日的陪伴，雨水的“抚慰”，虽有教官的严格督促，虽有步伐的艰难行走与奔跑，但是依然能够体会其中的趣味，苦中寻乐，依然能够在汗水的背后微笑。

初到这一片陌生的土地，心中自有许多的放不下：放不下家乡的每一片土地，放不下家中的每一位亲人，放不下故土的一草一木;放不下母校的青树绿草，放不下三年的师恩难忘，友谊情深。怀着如此多的困扰在这儿也无法渲泄，而让我一向头痛的军训却解救了我，也许是我对这种军训的情有独钟，也许是怕做不好受到教官的处罚。总之，训练的时候，虽不是心中了无杂念，但却也是一心一意的训练，将所有的烦恼抛之脑后，也没有一丝的伤感，甚至觉得很好玩。

在本次的军训过程中，也有不少的欢声笑语。比如说，各个班级之间的拉歌比赛，异常激烈，每一个人都使出自我的浑身解数，拼命的嘶喊着，恨不得自我曾练过那传说中的“狮子吼”，恨不得自我就是那世界顶尖的男(女)高音家，完全忘却了天气的炎热，军训的艰苦，置身于欢乐的海洋中。正所谓“练得细心，玩得开心”，凡是都应一心一意，玩耍如此，学习更是如此。虽然在军训的过程中，我也曾闹出不少笑话，但教官总是耐心的教导，而不是那些所谓的“体罚”。这一点，我很庆幸。

毕竟军训还是有它那儿令人担忧的地方，由于烈日的曝晒，以在我们每一个人的身上留下了标志性特征——就是晒黑了。虽然这一点是早有预料的，但心中似乎仍然无法理解这个现实。但是转念又想，“吃的苦中苦，方为人上人”，“鱼，我所欲也;熊掌，亦我所欲也。二者不可得兼，舍鱼而取熊掌者也”。这样一来，觉得这次军训还是挺值得的。晒黑了，也就说明我的确有下功夫，并没有偷懒或是滥竽充数。

军训快要结束了，虽然这几天是难熬了一点，但对于我来说，仍有不少的收获，它让我重新认清了自我，让我认识到了自我的坚强与不屈。因此，我也很感谢这一次的军训，感谢它对我的磨练，感谢这一周的一分一秒……

appreciate the subtle allure of tea-drinking, until your spirits soar up and up

into a sublime aesthetic realm. Buildings, gardens, ornaments and tea sets are

the elements that form the ambience for savoring tea. A tranquil, refreshing,

comfortable and neat locale is certainly desirable for drinking tea. Chinese

gardens are well known in the world and beautiful Chinese landscapes are too

numerous to count. Teahouses tucked away in gardens and nestled beside the

natural beauty of mountains and rivers are enchanting places of repose for

people to rest and recreate themselves.China is a country with a time-honored

civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is

necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them

for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea

in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should

take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle.

Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after

half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the

tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire

course of tea-drinking. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea

time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay ones hunger.
