During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

Its spring now. The weather is warm and comfortable. Its a good time for

hiking. Therefore, my teacher organized a climbing for us. There is a beautiful

mountain in my city and its target this time. We took bus there and arrived

there at 9 p.m.. After we took off the bus, we started to climb. The mountain is

high but the scenery is beautiful. We are so excited that we climbed fast at

first. But after a while, some of us were tired,especially girls. They did not

want to go on anymore. But some others encouraged and helped them. All of us

slowed down our speed, so that no one was left behind. About 11:00 p.m., we got

to the top of the mountain. We were so happy that we did it. We feel that all

the tiredness were worth it.

Many years ago, some scholars were strongly against the certification of

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

that swimming skill is necessary for degree. It has been the hot issue, then

many people give their opinions.

On the one hand, some people are favorable of this regulation, because

swimming skill is really important. Most of the accidents happened in the river.

The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

job. They are equipped with many skills and are capable of a lot of things.

Their ability has nothing to do with swimming skill.

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

can be got by many ways.

Many years ago, when the online business first became popular among the

public. The manufacturers tried to make some slogans so as to catch more

customers. Then the day of November 11th was named the single day, and they gave

great discount. Today, it has become a shopping day.

3月12日，是我们布心小学四、五年去春游的日子，说是去春游还不如说是去军训呢！

我们坐上车很快就到了目的地——龙岗园山，下车后军官就马上让我们穿上军装，带上军帽，军装真好看；随后军官告诉我们：从现在开始你们不再是学生了，而是一个军人；于是我们为期3天的军训正式开始了。

第一天，我们学站军姿，一站就是一两个小时后，简直是浑身酸痛，有好几次都感觉自己坚持不住了，但是最后还是坚持了下来；其他同学也是一样站不住了，但是他们也和我一样坚持了下来；到了中午我们开始了野炊，吃了第一顿由自己做的饭菜，第一个感觉是终于有饭吃了，随后马上就觉得这饭没有在家里的好吃，反正这顿饭是什么味道都有，如青菜炒得太咸了等等；第一次感叹在家吃饭真好！到了下午时，我们开展了闪电报数游戏，闪电报数游戏是指以一个班为单位每人按顺序报数，比一比看哪一个班最先报完；这个游戏是为了锻炼我们的团队协调配合能力，虽然我们班成绩一般，但是我们大家玩得很开心，到现在1。2。3。4还在我耳边回响。这一天我们过的不太适应，特别是晚上都睡不着觉；因为是第一次站军姿，学到了站军姿给了我们炎黄子孙的不屈脊梁的身体，野炊让我们学会自立自理生活能力，闪电报数训练了我们的敏捷、协调和配合能力。

第二天，早上6：30分我们就起床了，吃早饭的时候没有想到都不能说话，真是严格；饭后我们又马上参加停止间军队训练，停止间军队训练是进行停止间的转右或转左、敬礼、蹲下等等，这个训练让我们转得头都快晕了，光是这个就训练了一个上午，但是我们也坚持了下来，真是不容易啊！到了下午我们又玩了一个游戏——吸管建塔，是10个人一组，大家分工合作，用30根或60根吸管建一个塔一样的建筑，我们这组发挥了充分的想象力。建了一个幸福之塔，这个是我们组自己给塔起的名字，完成后大家对塔的感觉非常好，但是我们还是输了，为什么呢？因为我们的幸福之塔高度不够；现在想一下如果我们当时能加上一根避雷针的话肯定就能拿第一，真是有点不甘心，如果有下次的话我相信我们一定能得第一名的。这一天让我体会非常深刻：停止间军队训练是要磨练我们的意志，吸管建塔是要让我们发挥大家的想象力、创造力和大家的协调配合。这一天过得有苦有乐，特别充实。

很快军训的3天过去了，在这短短的3天时间里，虽然很苦很累，但是也是一种难得的人生体验，仍我认识了自我，并战胜自我，让我学到了军人不但要培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且还能磨练人的坚强意志，学会独立面对生活，初次学会做领袖。军训虽然让我们付出了辛酸痛苦，但是收获的确实欢声和笑语。真希望在不久的将来再军训一次。

孟子曾说过：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。”

在这个炎热的天气里，我们开始了军训。

在实验中学的集会广场上，有一群身穿迷彩服的七年级新生正在军训。那就是我所在的群体——七（1）班。而站在这个小方阵前头的，是我们的教官。

我们的教官是来自人民武装部的一位军人，他当兵十一年了，个子不高，165厘米左右，瘦瘦的，看起来很和善。由于长期训练，他皮肤黝黑，与黑巧克力的颜色酷似。

我们先练习了站军姿。听教官说，站军姿很重要，因为很多动作姿势都是建立在军姿上的。首先，立正站好，两脚尖分开60度，双手中指紧贴裤边，肩膀微微向后展开，抬头、挺胸、收腹。

我们这群菜鸟在教官的指导下，站得笔直，站得标准。那时，我发现教官的眼睛里有一丝欣慰，伴随着这缕欣慰，他的嘴角微微上扬。

作为一个暂时性的“军人”，我要学会坚持，哪怕再苦再累。

过了不一会儿，教官说：“从现在开始计时，立正站军姿十分钟。”我们一听，立刻就喊了起来：“什么？”刹那间，我都怀疑耳朵是不是有问题，十分钟？听错了吧！

但，事实证明，就是——十分钟。

虽已是九月份，但天气还是非常炎热。太阳老爷爷将它那毒辣的光束射向人间大地，我们如同赤脚站在火堆里一般，像热锅上的蚂蚁一样煎熬。

期间，有不少同学因中暑晕倒，去了阴凉地休息。我心想，要不我也装晕，这样我不就可以休息了吗？对了，就这么办！但此时，脑海里发出另一种声音：“不行！这么做太不诚实，你要懂得坚持！不可以遇到挫折就放弃的！不行！”

“行！不行！行！不行……”

这两种声音在我的脑海中争论不休，我犹豫不决。

最终，我选择了坚持。为此，我很是自豪！

在辛苦却颇有成效的军训后，我们的意志变强了！

军训，只有经历了才深知其中辛苦；只有经历了才会懂得坚持的重要；只有经历了才能体会到这苦中带着的浓郁芳香。

吃得苦中苦，方为人上人！

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere. We always find

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking. Instead, we

could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”. Thus, the

generation gap becomes more and more obvious and serious. However, why don’t we

realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t. So, we can think in an

other way, learn to accept. It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap

to live a more harmonious life.

当我穿上这套蓝白校服，戴上鲜艳的红领巾，踏入龙中的大门时，我按捺不住心中的兴奋，因为我成为一名初中生了！

告别了小学的懵懂，随之而来的不仅有沉重的学业，还有即将面临的磨练——军训。

广州的夏天是个懵懂的孩子，它面对绚烂，憧憬着，也不知所措着。时而凉爽，时而闷热，时而暴晒，时而下雨。不出意外，军训那几天都是闷热和暴晒的。

训练第一天，一个身影站在教室外，缓缓走进教室，那就是我们的教官吗？他和别的教官不同：他没有高大的身形，没有黝黑的皮肤。但从他眼中流露出的坚定与自信的神情让我知道他是教官。

“军姿五分钟！”一个响亮的声音传来，我立刻抬头，挺起胸膛。可不知为什么，那五分钟像过了一个世纪那么长。一秒，两秒……一分钟过去了，我那抬高的头，开始变得痒痛，汗水像虫子一样从我手心冒出，体育馆内开始变得闷热。可时间还是那么慢，“嗒”一颗汗珠顺着我的脖子慢慢往下滑，如同时间禁止了一般。它像一条虫子一样折磨我的每一寸肌肤，使劲地往里钻，往里咬，慢慢地咬，像千百万条虫子在往你皮肤里钻，将我折磨地生不如死。我多想抓一抓啊，但我不能这样。时间一分一秒地过去了，室内十分闷热，没有新鲜空气进来，使我有点发困。我就像一个在真空袋里的人，没有空气，让我感到窒息，就像被人用力抓住脖子那样，十分难受。

还剩最后一分钟了，我快坚持不住了。

我告诉自己，我不能动……

这不仅是对我身体上的一种考验，更是对我精神上的考验。我想到了那些真正的士兵，和他们相比，我们相差的太多了，我又有什么理由动呢？想到这里，我心中更坚定了，身板挺得更直了。

Each people all have own dream, so I also have their own dreams. And some

of the dreams are hard to reach, some are very simple. My dream is to fulfill

their own responsibility, maintained a kind heart and cook, these are my dream

dreams.

Actually fulfill their duties and keep a good heart is not so easy to

accomplish, it needs to refrain from anywhere at any time, dont temper tantrum,

do their duty. In addition as a cook, you have to have a calm heart, because as

long as the dry dry floating, how can cook delicious? Alas! Dream is very

difficult to achieve! So I want to use any way to achieve your dream? First to

fulfill their responsibility must be very respectful to parents, teachers, we

also small friends want to have mercy heart, must be kind to everyone, to

Dreams must depend on oneself, others cant help you, also may not have

spirit to help you. So all things must oneself to do, by himself. I hope my

dream will realize, I more hope you desire can be achieved.

As the Christmas Day is coming, our class decided to send some gifts to our

teachers, because we wanted to show our gratitude to them. At first, we had no

idea what to buy, because we wanted to do something special. So at last an idea

came to my mind. I advised to write a card, pasting some pictures of classmates

on it. Everybody agreed with me, so we spent a day to take some funny pictures,

and everybody wrote down their names on the card. When we sent this gift to the

teachers, they loved it so much. They were so impressed by this precious

surprise and would keep it forever.

I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

When I grow up to 16 years old, I promise to go to England or Russia, and eat their delicious foods.

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

从热闹喧哗的城市踏入宁静偏远的军事基地，为期十天的军训生活就此开始。我知道自己无法逃避，必须经受这一切的洗礼，才能有争取成功的资格。

作为新世纪的年轻一代，我们进入大学就意味着必须接受军训的考验。对我们这些一直生活在父母羽翼保护下的人来说，这无疑是一项自我挑战。几天的军训下来，让我们疲惫不堪，但是同学们还是咬紧牙关，为了共同的目标一起努力。带队老师的关心，领导们的慰问让我们在艰苦的军训生活中感受到家的温暖。在学院组织的内务大赛中，让我们真正地认识到作为军人的那种严谨的作风。通过这次军训让我们真正做到了互帮互助、团结一致，培养了我们的责任意识和团队协作能力。

人只有在苦难中才能真正的认识自我。的确如此，军训便给了我这样的机会，让我看清了自己的缺点和长处。

也许着短短的十天是微不足道的，然而他给我们留下的印象却是无比深刻的。他让我们稚嫩的心灵变得更加成熟，让我们走出父母精心编织的暖巢，勇敢的站出来同风雨挑战吧！

1. x月x日，是我开始走进新集体的

“古之立大事者，4.军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。苏轼有句话：不惟有超世之才，

亦必有坚忍不拔之志。”这句话意思是成功的大门从来都是向意志坚强的人敞开的，甚至可以说是只向意志坚强的人敞开。

5. 心目中的军训充满教官的训斥；心目中的军训是紧张与艰苦的合奏；心目中的军训更是无常地响起那集合手哨音，还有那瓢泼大雨下的大集合、严训练；心目中的军训生活成百上千次地浮现在我的脑海，闪现在我的眼前。但我还是满怀欣喜与信心地去拥抱我向往已久的军训。

在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗？

我满怀信心地开始了真正的训练。教官一遍遍耐心地指导代替了严厉的训斥。训练场上不但有我们整齐的步伐，也有我们阵阵洪亮的口号声，更有我们那嘹亮的军营歌曲。

站军姿，给了你炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体，也给了你龙之传人无穷的毅力。练转身，体现了人类活跃敏捷的思维，更体现了集体主义的伟大。不积滴水，无以成江海。没有我们每个人的努力，就不可能有一个完整的，高质量的方队。训练的每一个动作，都让我深深地体会到了团结的力量，合作的力量，以及团队精神的重要，我相信，它将使我终身受益，无论在哪个岗位上。

其实在自己的人生路上，也应该印满一条自己脚步的路，即使那路到处布满了荆棘，即使那路每一步都是那样的泥泞、那样的坎坷，也得让自己去踩、去踏、去摸索、去行进！我想那样的路才是真实的自我写照，决无半点虚假伪装之意。

军训在学校领导的重视、年级的周密安排及教官们的辛勤教导和班中全体同学的密切配合、共同努力下,已安全、顺利、圆满的完成了。军训是短暂的，但是它却给我们留下了终生难忘的刻骨铭心的记忆。全体教官每天不顾风吹日晒，喊哑了嗓子，付出了无数心血和汗水，并以过硬的业务能力和坚强的意志品格在紧张艰苦的军训中赢得了广大师生的尊敬和爱戴。通过军训，增强了学生的体魄、锻炼了学生的意志品质、磨练了学生的毅力。同时，也使我们每一个同学从教官的身上感受到了作为一名军人的气质，那种一不怕苦、二不怕累、那种英勇向前、决不后退的无坚不摧的坚强的毅力和坚定的意志。军训是与困难挑战,是与炎热的酷暑作斗争，是不断战胜自我完善自我，是磨练意志、不断战胜各种艰难险阻走向胜利．?? 短短几天的军训带给我的不仅仅是身体上的煅练，还有思想上的薰陶，意志上的垂练，留给我印象最深的是军人严谨的作风、坚强的毅力以及不怕苦、不怕累、守纪律和艰苦朴素的精神。

正如校长所说：“军训的目的，不仅是为了增强大家的体质，同时也希望大家向解放军学习不怕苦不怕累、吃苦耐劳的精神和一切行动听指挥的优良传统，并把这种优良的作风带回学校，运用到自己的学习、生活中去。

在军训中，我懂得了许多平时从不愿去了解的事。军训期间，不管是烈日当头，还是大雨倾盆，我们都必须服从命令坚持训练。这使我想起自己平时对父母的教导经常不悄一顾，常当耳边风，左耳进，右耳出。军训后我才知道，作为一名军人，服从上级命令是天职，作为学生，虚心听取别人的批评、意见和建议更是理所应该的，不管别人说得对还是错，都应该认真听取。不怕困难，勇往直前，是我学到的又一个军人的好传统。军训期间，我们起早晚睡，每天除了七小时的训练，还要打扫宿舍卫生、整理床铺、洗衣服，吃完饭还要自己清洗碗具。这些大大小小的事都要自己干，由于在家很少做家务，这可累坏了我们这些娇生惯养的“小皇帝”。但我们牢记教官鼓励我们的话：努力战胜困难，勇往直前。

军训还使我懂得了铁的纪律是取得胜利的保证。纪律中有我，纪律中有你，纪律中有无穷的战斗力。我相信，只要我们在未来的学习生活中，严格遵守学校的纪律，上课认真听讲，按时完成作业，就一定能取得满意的学习成绩，就一定能成为德智体美劳都十分

出色的好学生。

军训让我真正体会到了做一个军人的艰辛，同时，我也知道了，一个人无论在怎样的境遇里都要有不怕艰难困苦的顽强意志和勇往直前的钢强毅力。在家要听父母的话，主动帮助父母完成家务，做懂事的好少年；在学校要团结同学、热心帮助别人，多为集体做好事，虚心听取老师、同学对自己的意见。我要把军人的好精神、好传统、好作风带进自己的学习、生活中去。我坚信，不久的将来，我一定能成为一名成绩好、思想好、特长好、性格好、人缘好的五好学生。?? 总的来说,今天的成绩只代表过去的努力,脚下的路还要更加倍小心,带上军人的作风,走好每一步。军训是一个艰苦的历程，然而相对于漫长的学习阶段来说这仅仅才是一个前奏，仅仅是一个开始。在今后的无数个日日夜夜里，那需要我们用更多的脑力、更多的心力和更多的毅力去克服一个又一个的困难，攀登一个又一个高峰，超越一个又一个对手，夺取一个又一个胜利。

九月二十一日开始为期两周的新生军训活动在足球场顺利地拉开了帷幕。自此掀开了军训生活的新篇章。

回想那短短两周军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便由然而生。的确，军训是辛苦的，但切辛苦的美丽，辛苦的动人，辛苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和训练员在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把

每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹；没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”它教会了我们怎样去面对今后的挫折。休息时，我们方队的男女生面对面的坐着，在训练员队长的引领下，我们每一个人的脸上都微笑着，这微笑的力量，感动了周围的一切，细细想想，幸福，快乐时常酿造着并荡漾在我们的心中，只要我们用心去体会，用心去发觉，便能找到瞬间的幸福与快乐。此外，在军训的活动中，还增添可许多丰富多彩的活动，如组织我们看电影，听讲座等等。这些活动，既磨练可我们坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，培养了我们的团队意识，增进了我们之间的关系，提高了我们学生干部队伍的沟通能力和凝聚力，又改善可我们的精神风貌，提高可我们的综合素质，团队精神，为交院的人才发展奠定可坚定的文化基础和扎实的能力。

白驹过隙的，时光像一条潺潺的小河，仿佛一眨眼的工夫，两周的军训生活就到可眼皮底下。回首丰富多彩的军训生活，我更多的是感慨——“几朝夕，数风流人物，还看今朝”。

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

谈到军训，由陌路到相识，再由结识到之后的依舍难分，经历了一个虽短暂却不缺乏情趣的阶段。此刻依旧是品茶之味，似挽余香。

刚开始，懵懂的我只认为军训是由“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲交织汇编的一篇愁苦乐章，任我怎样的修改其乐符，弹奏其旋律，也无法将其转奏为一篇和谐乐章，更无法舞动出那属于自我的美妙旋律。

持续十天的艰苦训练：在烈日的曝晒下，在雨水的浇淋下，使我彻底改变了对军训的种种看法。在“热”，“苦”，“累”三部曲中挣扎，虽有烈日的陪伴，雨水的“抚慰”，虽有教官的严格督促，虽有步伐的艰难行走与奔跑，但是依然能够体会其中的趣味，苦中寻乐，依然能够在汗水的背后微笑。

初到这一片陌生的土地，心中自有许多的放不下：放不下家乡的每一片土地，放不下家中的每一位亲人，放不下故土的一草一木;放不下母校的青树绿草，放不下三年的师恩难忘，友谊情深。怀着如此多的困扰在这儿也无法渲泄，而让我一向头痛的军训却解救了我，也许是我对这种军训的情有独钟，也许是怕做不好受到教官的处罚。总之，训练的时候，虽不是心中了无杂念，但却也是一心一意的训练，将所有的烦恼抛之脑后，也没有一丝的伤感，甚至觉得很好玩。

在本次的军训过程中，也有不少的欢声笑语。比如说，各个班级之间的拉歌比赛，异常激烈，每一个人都使出自我的浑身解数，拼命的嘶喊着，恨不得自我曾练过那传说中的“狮子吼”，恨不得自我就是那世界顶尖的男(女)高音家，完全忘却了天气的炎热，军训的艰苦，置身于欢乐的海洋中。正所谓“练得细心，玩得开心”，凡是都应一心一意，玩耍如此，学习更是如此。虽然在军训的过程中，我也曾闹出不少笑话，但教官总是耐心的教导，而不是那些所谓的“体罚”。这一点，我很庆幸。

毕竟军训还是有它那儿令人担忧的地方，由于烈日的曝晒，以在我们每一个人的身上留下了标志性特征——就是晒黑了。虽然这一点是早有预料的，但心中似乎仍然无法理解这个现实。但是转念又想，“吃的苦中苦，方为人上人”，“鱼，我所欲也;熊掌，亦我所欲也。二者不可得兼，舍鱼而取熊掌者也”。这样一来，觉得这次军训还是挺值得的。晒黑了，也就说明我的确有下功夫，并没有偷懒或是滥竽充数。

军训快要结束了，虽然这几天是难熬了一点，但对于我来说，仍有不少的收获，它让我重新认清了自我，让我认识到了自我的坚强与不屈。因此，我也很感谢这一次的军训，感谢它对我的磨练，感谢这一周的一分一秒……

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very

exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and don’t have class. My

school’s sports meeting lasts three days, the class is suspended, all the

students go to the play ground to watch the game. As an audience, I am so

nervous and yell out “come on” to my classmate, watching they get to the final

line, I am so proud of them. The part I like most is relay race, that is so

exciting, all the students yell loudly, the athletes chase one by one, nobody

can be sure who is the champion until the last minute. Sports meeting bring me

so many beautiful memories.

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also

my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

myself, I didnt think of a way, so I went to ask dad. Dad said, "you can make

her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out

a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I

put the CARDS in my room.

I went out to help my mother mop the floor, my mother said in surprise:

"you dont even touch the housework, how do you have to mop the floor today?"

Ill just mop the floor and not answer mom. At noon, I put the CARDS in my

mothers room, and my mother said to me, "what are you doing in the room?" I

smiled at my mother and said, "its a secret."

At night, I said to my mother, "happy birthday to you, and I wish you a

happy holiday." Mother said: "today is my birthday I remember, today is what

holiday?" I opened my eyes to my mother and said, "today is march eighth

天空呈现令人心醉的蓝，微风拂来一缕清凉。我一动不动地站在整齐的方阵里，静静地等待着军训的结束。心中有愉悦，更有不舍。我们目送着教官离去，对七天军训告别，也向着高中三年招手。

我们一齐在骄阳下经受着晒烤；在烈日中一遍遍重复着训练动作；在一言不发中默默地忍受；在微风中享受难得的悠闲。我们把自己融入了三连六排里，我们在一声声口号声里忘却了自我，我们在一次次的成功面前体味到了合作的快乐。我们不再是那些安于享乐的小皇帝，磨练中我们仿佛成为了真正的军人。

还能感觉到第一次站完军姿后两腿的疼痛；还能记得训练结束后的全身乏力；还能想象到第一次看天时蓝天的清澈；还能品尝到夜晚思念亲人的滋味。而与以往不同，我居然坚强地撑过了这艰难的时光，我不再抱怨，不再想要退缩，每次的伤痛都能让我的心愈加坚韧。军训的好处到底是什么？开始，我认为是老师为了让我们更加服从管教，所以让我们军训；或者是加强爱国主义教育，让我们时刻持续警惕；再者是让我们随时都要严格要求自己，有很好的自律精神。

可这些，都不是最好的理由。

军训能够给我带来的是一种内心的成熟，心灵的成长，让我们有勇气，有信心去应对未来的挑战，纵使前面是黑暗，是迷宫。

而成熟是一种明亮而不刺眼的光芒，一种圆润而不腻耳的音响，一种不需要对别人察言观色的从容，一种最后停止向周围申诉的大气，一种不理会哄闹的微笑，一种洗刷了偏激的淡漠，一种无需伸张的厚实，一种并不陡峭的高度。

我想，军训给我带来的，更不止成熟。有些说不出的感觉在我的胸口慢慢沉淀，并悄无声息地开花结果。这种感觉给我带来的收获，一辈子也不会消失。纵使有一天我忘记了某些细节，亦或是某些画面，可那些感觉却永远不会忘记。那些感悟，从来就不曾离开过我。

每晚，当我全身酸痛不能再忍受，饥肠辘辘，精神疲倦时，我都会轻轻地告诉自己“天欲将大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，空乏其身，行拂乱起所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能。”

在回家的路上，我打开了音乐。高昂铿锵的旋律，激情四射的唱调，我的`身子为之一振，我的脑海前浮现了许多。我想起了军训前迈出的第一步，我想起教官最后转头过来的微笑，我想起教官与老师在夜晚训话的时光，我想起我一步步坚持的过程。

可能，这就是军训的好处，我一向想要寻找的我所缺乏的东西。而这，也只是开始。
