Nobody is allowed to be absent from the training or be late for it. Ask the drillmaster for leave if necessary. 空荡荡的操场上回荡着教官们洪亮的命令。一群身着迷彩服的学生正笔直地挺立着，就像是一个“咬定青山不放松”松树。

手臂关节处传来一阵酥麻的感觉，顿时，全身每个细胞仿佛听到了一声命令，纷纷罢工。我竭力地控制自己，可是心中那份急躁却始终驱赶不了，更何况，还有身上那些抗议的细胞。一个声音在我脑中响起：我不行了!我要倒下了……

汗水就像淋了雨一样，顺着我的脸颊、我的背往下流，仿佛残暴的日军实行扫荡政策，肆虐着身上的每一个角落。我真怀疑自己会不会因脱水而晕倒。

“好，休息一下。”教官此时严厉的声音传到我耳中就仿佛天籁之音。我匆匆忙忙拿起自己的水，直往那干得冒烟的喉咙里灌。接着便一屁股坐在地上，让自己全身的细胞得到彻底放松。

“停!”伴随着一声大吼，正在休息中的我们马上站了起来，站好军姿，因为艰苦奋斗的生活又要开始了。

好不容易，一天下来了。那迷彩服简直能拧出水来。我忍不住感慨：军训锻炼的就是你的意志!但我明白：只有经历了这样血与汗的考验，我们才能成为一个真正的男子汉，才能更充分地投入到学习中。因为我坚信：越磨砺，越光芒!

今天是我期待已久的军训。在我的脑海里，因为我从来没有过军训，所以我把军训想象的很完美，但是当我真正亲身经历的时候，我发现它和我想象的正好相反。

Tennis is the world’s third sport, it ranks after football and basketball.

Every year, a lot of audience keeps their eyes on the four grand slam

championships. It is known to all that Wimbledon has the oldest history and the

tennis players treat it as the greatest honor to win it. This year, the local

player Murray won it again.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

great honor, people started to qustioned about his ability. But he proved

himself again.

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

用我的话说，今天才是训练的第一天。因为前两天，都因为各种原因只训练了半天。不过一开始我就做好了充分的准备，足以承受所有的训练强度，可是大概我们的“佐罗”教官没有十足的准备，基本上每一次大声讲话都会伴随两声又干又难听的咳嗽声。刚开始我还没当回事，可后来我怎么也无法把咳嗽声排除在我双耳之外，他可都是为了我们的训练才成这样的啊!早知道这样我就给他带两个胖大海让他沏水喝，也别这样难受啊!唉，下午还有一个重要训练，养足精神，睡午觉了，呼呼呼……

现在在操场，我们和六班正在拼歌，不过心中实在没有什么高昂的心情，回到寝室后，心中久久不能平静，

一天被接连批评四五次，又有谁能无动于衷呢?下午的会操，我用尽了全力却没想到是这样一个结局，这真是我不得不有一个深入的思考。这是一个集体，它不是仅仅一个人的荣誉与得失，而是39个人的全部，包括好与坏，美与丑，无论怎样我们都必须接受，而且把好的方面发扬光大是每个人的责任。想到嗓子已经哑了的教官，想到那些心中还愤愤不平的同学，我就有几分难受，不管今后怎样，我都希望五班的全体同学都团结一心。同是家人都应该心往一处想，劲往一处使，我们一定能在下次会操中取得一个好成绩。

真情是沙漠中的绿洲使没有希望的人们找到人生的起点，更是人与人之间的.桥梁;是人与人之间的通道，真情是无形的，是拉近人与人之间的距离，能够共同为人与人之间的真情而奋斗拼搏。

那是在一个暑假里，我和爸爸一起去洛阳时在龙门石窟的一幕。是一个中午我和爸爸从旅店出来，匆匆地走到龙门石窟大门口，游客非常的多，爸爸买了两张门票正要门口掏票是见到有一位老婆婆跪在那面前有一红纸上写的一条，自己的儿子女儿们都把她遗弃了，没有生活来源。本来我们就进去玩，看到这一幕我们就停住了脚步。心里想“谁家的母亲，那位叔叔阿姨的母亲，母亲从小把你养到大，乌鸦反哺，羊羔跪乳。”难道这些人还不如一些动物吗?心理异常难受觉得自己应该对这位老奶奶施舍点什么。于是我对爸爸说“咱们不去里面玩了吧，把这两张门票卖了吧，把钱给那位老奶奶好吗?”爸爸说“好啊，难得我儿子这麽有爱心，票不卖我给她200块钱好吗儿子?”我笑着说“好”。

爸爸把钱放到了纸袋里。刚要走时，发现了一个人拉着老奶奶的手让他跟他走，身穿一身警服是公安局长他说“这位老奶奶是无依无靠的，我愿做她的儿女尽孝道。大家用惊讶的目光双手为局长鼓掌，我们也放心了老人的住处。

有多少的世道，有多少的困难，只要我们帮助他们，说明我们是有人性的，呼吁所有子女孝敬父母。让真情在这个人世间永远保存下去。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Most westerners always celebrate Christmas Day as their major festival, in

order to memorialize Jesus. During that time, they always have several days off,

so they can enjoy this festival with all their hearts. The children often get

together with their friends. The adults are busy with decorating their houses.

They also send the postcards with their best wishes to each other. In the

streets, there are so many Fathers Christmas sending presents to the passers-by.

And everything is on a discount in the supermarkets. Thus the supermarkets are

the busiest places.

In the evening, the families usually have pudding, sandwiches, apple pies

and some other desserts for dinner. After supper, the families always sing and

dance around the Christmas tree. Sometimes, they also go to church. Before going

to bed, the children often hang up their stockings beside their bed, so that

Father Christmas will fill them with presents. It is said that Father Christmas

always drives a deer to the human world and entering into each house from the

chimney. Now the children no longer believe in Father Christmas, but they still

hang up their stockings, because their parents will fill them with presents.

laughter.

很怀念军训的时候，虽然最后两天没有跟着军训，很不快乐，但也有不少乐趣。总之，就是很快乐啊!

在那时候，太阳每天都是火辣辣的，我们都穿着同样的服装，穿着同样的鞋子，戴着同样的帽子。生活基本一样，老师就像是生活老师，虽然很不适应，但是感觉还是蛮不错的。初来到这，同学都不相识，但也都在默默的互相帮助着。我感觉还好，我一直都保持一份好心情!

那个时候，我觉的我们语文老师何薇薇很好，可是没想到后来……唉!不过他真的是一位好老师，我真的不想换语文老师!!

王满强当时真的是和蔼可亲，可是后然才知道他是多么的令人憎恶!不过他也够令人敬佩的，各方面都很棒啊!就是在金钱方面很吝啬!

在我不参加训练的时候，我和刘鹏那认识了。她给我讲了好多在他身边曾经发生过的事情，我很佩服她，在那种环境下还能当我们班第一，学号072201，多让人羡慕啊!

咱说我们那赵教官，我只记得他很爱脸红，清晰地记得在烈日下他冲我们喊：“坚持就是胜利!”还有第一天他对我们说：“我不要求你们跟我们男人一样……”

就这样吧!这就是军训的一些记忆吧!

今天，我庄重的穿上梦寐以求的军装，在镜子面前照了又照，呀，好精神啊!耳畔响起了那首歌——“带上军帽，站在镜子前，我就是海军指挥官，多神气，多勇敢……”

吃完喷香的早饭，站在大成中学军训场，看!我们站得多标准啊，笔直的身板，整齐得服装，听着各位领导的发言，他们话里饱含着对我们的鼓励和期望。

在这次军训中，我最难忘的还是在我中暑时，老师们对我的关怀，因为他们的关怀，让我战胜了自己，把七天的军训坚持了下来，而且深深地爱上了这里。

在漫长而艰辛的训练中，我也曾想过“放弃”。记得那天晚上，我毫无征兆地发起了高烧，当我拖着疲惫的身躯躺在床上，家中舒适的大床和妈妈慈祥的脸庞便盘旋在我的脑海。它像一只无形的手，把我拉进温暖的陷阱中。现在想来，“放弃”这个词语是多么荒谬而可笑。在我的字典中，不存在“放弃”!第二天的清晨，响亮的集合号吹响的时候，在室友们鼓励的目光中，自尊心激励着我，成功的目标推动着我，我坚定了信念，走向了训练场……

训练场上，我们挥汗如雨;主席台前我们歌声嘹亮，时间成为了最好的见证人。我们的成功，少不了教官们严厉的教导和老师不离不弃的陪伴。无论是军训时我们咬牙坚持的坚定目光，还是寝室里我们的欢声笑语，都铭刻在我的心中，成为永恒。

当我背上行囊，离开了训练场，军训时的种种情景再次在我脑中一一闪过。看着教官们离去的背影，听着同学们自豪的欢呼声，分离的悲伤和成功的喜悦交织在一起，变成泪水无声地落下。离开挥汗如雨的训练场，走进宽敞明亮的教室，我将在今后的学习道路上勇往直前，展示出我最坚强的一面!

There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

Last afternoon,our group stopped beside the threatre andbegan to exercise.A moment later,I could barely concentrate and my body wasshaking fiercely.We were asked to stand straightly and properly.I tried hard tohold on my pace,but then my brain started to go blank.Ninty percent of my sightwas covered by some sorts of shadows as if they’were starve devils,eating up mymind.With the help of my teachers,those annoying shadows graudually fadedaway.Then it just left me endless guilty and shame.I just wanna go home.

it is so lovely, a panda has two black eyes, it is very lazy, it likes sleeping

all the time. When we see its round body shape, we can’t help loving them. In

order to see the lovely animal, we need to protect them. We must protect the

environment, like not to throw the rubbish away, not to cut down the trees. We

condemn such behavior that killing the animals. Protecting the animals is

everybody’s job.

On May 12, 2008, there was an earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan

province. More than 69000 people had lost their lives, 374643 people had injured

and 17923 people could not be found in this earthquake. After the earthquake had

happened, people from all the field joined the rescue teams. At that moment,

people only care about one thing, that was to save more people from this

disaster and encourage the injure to be strong. After seven day, the chairman

declared that May 19 is the national day of mourning. Flags were at half-mast

everywhere on the day of mourning for victims of Wenchuan earthquake.

The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

earthquake, on one hand, is to remind people do not forget that day, don’t

forget about the past and look into the future; on the other hand, is to

encourage the survivers to stay strong. Life is worth living for.

Although Earthquake had destroyed our home, but we can build a brand-new

one. We can rebuild our hope. Just as Nixon said so, our destiny offers not the

cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity. So let us seize it, not in fear,

but in gladness. Just have a little faith. Just try to remember that everything

will be alright. We will find what we are looking for in the future.

3月18日星期一，我们全体四年级的同学去军训了，每个人都带着自己的生活物品，如：袜子、衣服、牙刷、牙膏等等。我们四年级的人都凑齐之后，我们开始认识教官，我们的教官姓陈，我们叫他陈教官。

我们坐公交车去军训基地，到了之后陈教官叫我们下车，我们就到了军训基地，之后教官说：“我们有上操场和下操场，没有经过教官的允许，都不可以从上操场和直接下操场去玩，我们的宿舍在上操场，男生在一楼，分别是１０３、１０４。女生在二三楼（女生我不太清楚）。食堂在下操场”。之后教官教我们立正、稍息、向前队正、坐姿、蹲姿等等。 军训要求我们每天6：20准时起床，起床之后立刻刷牙、洗脸、穿衣服，之后，就开始站队等教官来，教官来了之后我们就去训练，训完练之后我们就去吃早餐，吃饭的时候，只有教官说吃我们才能吃。吃完早餐之后我们开始训练。

训练到中午，由该我们去吃饭了，我们站好队，进入了饭堂，吃完午餐之后，我们把水装满，之后我们就去午休了， 晚上，9：08准时熄灯，每个人都不许说话，不然的话被教官发现了要出去罚站的。 最后我们每个人都恋恋不舍地离开了军训基地，每个人的脸上都满怀着留恋，等待着下一次军训的到来。
