今天，军训结束了，虽然过去了，但在基地却给我留下了美好的回忆。

军训第二天上午我们进行了唱军歌，学军操的活动，在教官的指导下我们一句一句地跟着唱：头顶边光月教官把嗓子都喊哑了，一共练了好几遍，军歌才学会。

下面开始学军操了，军操一共有18拍，每当军歌每一句话最后一个字的时候就开始做动作，教官喊着拍子：一，二，三我心想：只听说过唱军歌，道没听说过还要学军操的。我满怀好奇地一边学一边做疲惫的第二天过去了，开始了第三天的小军人生活。

第三天，进行了我们最好奇的活动团队浮桥哪个团队怎样搭建的浮桥？我们带着疑问，带着好奇的心情去参与活动

活动开始了，我知道了，那个团队，就是同学们一起组织的那个团队，浮桥就是用木板搭在同学肩膀用同学们肩膀的力量支撑起的那个浮桥。每一位同学都要从起点爬过浮桥到达终点，每当音乐响起，第一位同学开始爬，啦啦队长喊出他的名字，同学们就为他呐喊：加油，加油。渐渐地同学们眼睛湿润了，啦啦队长嗓子也哑了，这时，在浮桥底下保护同学们的同学，跪在浮桥下面保护同学的安全，他甚至连头都抬不起来，只能跪着，膝盖都肿了，青了，他仍然在坚持。

三天的军训虽然过去了，但在我的人生道路上，却深深刻下了一笔——那是在小学时光跟同学们一起度过的美好时光。

军训是人生难得的考验和磨砺，它不仅能培养人吃苦耐劳的精神，更能磨练人的意志。

我们每天的军训内容很简单，不过是些最基础的动作，如原地站军姿、正步、立定、齐步这些基本动作以及简单的几种格斗动作，这些动作看似简单，而做起来却不容易，一天下来，疼痛、劳累，感觉整个人都不好了，但大家没有退缩，都坚持下来，深深体会到了坚持就是胜利，团结就是力量。

除了训练，我们还有许多娱乐活动：在唱军歌时，嘹亮的歌声让我懂得了，一切在训练场上，并不需要优美，重于声音洪亮整齐以及团结所体现的军风;在看电影《目标战》时，红一连的种种经历让我懂得了未经磨炼怎能成才?不曾经历怎会成功?只有在困难中坚持不懈，失败后反思改革才能取得最后的胜利。

苏轼有曰：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志。”虽然我觉得军训很苦，但教官们付出的汗水更多，更何况军训苦中有乐，还能培养同学间的团结友谊。

最后，我为我们自己的坚持鼓掌，我相信成功的大门会向意志坚强的人打开。

在基地的第二天晚上，我们看了电影《冲出亚马逊》。主要讲了1999年的两位中国士兵在亚马逊的猎人学校的故事。第三天，我们因为表现不好进行了魔鬼式训练，我们双手拿着装满水的水杯，双手台到肩膀的明年就回家位置，我们才台了几分钟就坚持不住了，可是我们还要台25分钟呢！宽宏大量的谢教官就放我们一马。晚上，累了一天的我们马上洗漱之后就睡了，晚上我们宿舍有些女生在自己的床上偷偷地哭。第四天大早，我们一想到明天就要回家了，我们高兴疯了，我们认真训练，晚上我们高高兴兴的看了一场联欢会，心里也希望第五天的到来。第五天中午一点多钟我们坐上大巴车就回到了我们亲爱的学校进行表演和表彰。

虽然，军训辛苦但是我们很开心，以前我们从父母的掌上明珠，变成了一个个小军人。这段快乐而有意义的时光我永远都不会忘记！

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

我们学校组织了一次实践活动，听说非常有意义!而且我们大家都认为这次活动应该是非常好玩的，想不到竟是这样的。

第一天，教官来到我们教室，我们从他的神情和语言中，就看得出他是一个非常严厉的教官，我在想我们的‘好日子’到了。上了车，教官在车上要求我们不准吃零食，不准说话。有一些同学都很不自在。

我们下了车，我看到了那里的风景后，被那里的景色迷住了。接着，我们把行李物品放好，就开始进行训练，我们训练的.方式有很多，比如，站军姿。要是你站的不好，那就要受罚啦!罚什么呢?就是罚做体能或是受到我们想象不到的一个惩罚方式。那可是很可怕的!我们中午吃饭还有晚上吃饭的时候是很严的，哟按时没有教官的命令，是不可以私自拿椅子或是打饭的，只要违反了纪律，一个大集体都要受罚，所以一定要遵守好饭堂纪律。到了晚上，我们看了一部电影，这部电影让我知道了怎样才能做好一名军人。做好一名军人就要听从教官的命令，在军人的心里只有三个条件：第一是服从，第二是完全服从，第三是绝对服从。第二天，我们吃好早餐，继续训练，然后在那里进行了一个活动，这个活动叫做：闪电报数比赛，我被教官选中了，我们最后只得了第二名。我知道在军人的眼里，只有第一，没有第二。下次活动我们要更加努力，接着还是照常训练。到了晚上，我们又看了一部电影，这部电影让我懂得了妈妈对我们严格也是为我们好，如果她们太宠我们了，这样我们就会变成娇生惯养的孩子。

第三天的中午是让我感到最有意义的，我们中午是去开结营式，在结营式前，我们开展了一个活动。在每个班里选出两个领袖，我们就做了一些动作，要是做错了，领袖帮我们承担责任。做错一次，领袖帮我们跑一圈，做错十次，领袖帮我们跑十圈。当我们看到这样的场面时，都不禁流下了眼泪。在那里，看见的只有晶莹的眼泪，听见的只有伤心的哭声，那感人的一刻，把我的微笑换成了悲伤。

人的一生，不知道经历过多少个“第一次”，中间包含了许多快乐与汗水，也让我渐渐成长。而军训的经历像夜空的繁星一样灿烂炫目。

星期一的早上，我怀着无比激动的心情来到学校，在校门口跟同学们和老师等待车的到来。车一来同学们一个个挤上车，然后车像飞机一样飞到南雅的房村。当我一下车，发现这儿四面环山，空气格外新鲜。

接下来的几天，教官对我们是十分严格，要求我们要有认真的态度。集合时，站着军姿，不能东张西望，眼睛看着前方，连身子也要一动不动，如果小虫子咬你一口，也要忍住。每当教官一命令，我们就要像听话的小战士一样收腹、挺胸、抬头，目视前方地站好。有一次，教官让我们站好军姿五分钟，一动都不能动。大家都觉得这有什么难，我们都可以站半个小时。可这站军姿可难极了，在火辣辣的太阳下，我们都觉得非常炎热，有些人还觉得全身很痒。这样许多人都坚持不住由笔直的松树变成歪树，动了一下!被严厉的教官发现了，一个接一个的被点名罚站。没到一分钟都站了二十多个人，让我们觉得非常害羞。教官用洪亮的声音对我们说：“站好来，没站好就要罚站。”我只好努力做好，才通过了站姿这一关，让我觉得当个军人可真难。

当然，教官也很关心我们。在我做得好的时候，教官会让我们玩一些好玩的项目。我觉得最好玩的是做肉饼。一开始，我们先拿起面团把肉包在面团里面。再拿面杆把面团压扁。然后用面杆的另一端弄两个洞就好了。最后，给肉饼师傅放进炉子里烤，肉饼就完成了。我轻轻咬上一口，那香喷喷的味道，顿时让之前的苦和累消失的无影无踪。

在短短五天的军训中，我们学到坚持就是胜利的道理。下一次，我们相信会做得更好，因为吃苦的精神已经在心中生根发芽。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

For the first time, I climbed to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the

beautiful scenery.

It was a weekend when a good friend of mine asked me to climb a famous

mountain here. Ive always heard of this mountain, but I havent found the time to

climb it. So when my friend asked me out, I readily agreed.

On the way to climb mountains with my friends, we also met many climbers,

including young people and old people. The young mans speed of climbing was

fast, and he disappeared in a flash; the old mans climbing was very casual, at

least slowly, with a happy face. Maybe young people climb the mountain to get to

the top of the mountain, while old people climb the mountain to enjoy the

scenery along the way.

My friends and I are neither the first nor the second. We will carefully

taste the scenery along the way of climbing. The speed of climbing is not so

moment, its faster than those masters.

When my friends and I climbed to the top of the mountain, it was the

听着这首军歌的我们，正顶着烈日，摆着军姿，在欣赏着军歌的嘹亮。我被太阳那炙热的光照得蔫蔫的，我的头低下了。因为我的软弱，我低下了头。军歌在我耳边荡漾，而我的思想被教官的一番话，带回到了家乡的那几母田地。

“哦，现在4：30”我看着手表说，田地里有许多人大多数30—60岁的农民，不知不觉，我走到了一块田地的前面，这是一条路，一条通向我家的小路，一条我走的并不多的路。田地里种着玉米，我的父母正蹲在地上拔草，汗水从他们那苍黄而多纹的脸颊往下淌。

时间在悄悄的流逝，阳光太毒了，我赶忙跑到一棵大树下乘凉，转眼已经到了11：00，我赶忙想跑过去喊爸妈回家，但我立刻意识到这是不可能的，我的心如刀绞，可我却无能为力，我的泪顺着我这不懂事的脸上流了下来。大丈夫有泪不轻弹，只是未到伤心处，回想之前的虚度光阴，我再也忍受不住了。

我之前的不懂事，没定力都统统见鬼去吧，我抬起头，我感觉此时的我很坚定，没有什么可以让我去放弃，虽然阳光晒久了会脱皮，腿站久了会酸，但是我都要忍下去，不能说忍吧，应该去享受，享受这脱皮的感受，享受着这腿酸的感觉，用绝对的疯狂去享受这些痛苦。这种痛苦，我的父母已经忍受了二十多年。我不能再无视这一切，所以我要付出行动。

军训让我变得坚强。让我抛弃不堪一击的我，让我学会了忍受。我是农村长大的孩子，但是我对此从未自卑过。别人与我们比父母，我与别人比未来。贫穷让我们具备顽强的意志去战胜一切。我想这就是军训所要达到的效果吧!

对新生进行军训，这是非常有必要的，是国家强大的力量，这股力量将会成为国家发展的动力。

我做为烟台开发区一中新生开始了“开学第一课”。在这第一课中，我们主要进行了严格的军训，从中我学到了“有志者事竟成”;我们还学习了校规校纪，我明白了“没有规矩，不成方圆”。 军训可真累啊!第一个动作站军姿就把我们难住了。我们在炎热的天气下能坚持下去吗?刚站了不到十分钟，我们就有点坚持不住了，教官看见我们很累，只好叫停，然后教导我们“坚持到底就是胜利”“只有持之以恒，才能有志者事竟成”。

第二天、第三天……，我们用坚强的意志支撑着自己，我们练成了由军姿站不到十分钟，到坚持二十分钟、三十分钟都不喊累的真正的军人。军训，磨练了我们的意志，强健了我们的体魄，更让我们知道了“有志者事竟成”的真正含义! 我们开始学习校纪校规了，我们使用幻灯片学习，图片的下方有一行醒目的大字“没有规矩，不成方圆”，它的意思是做任何事情必须要有规则、做法，否则一事无成。在社会上，如果没有了法律法规，人人为所欲为，社会肯定就动乱了;在学校，如果没有校纪校规，学生上课不上课都行，上课听课不听课都行，到学校还怎么读书!所以，只有遵守校纪校规，我们才能在老师的教导下成长为德智体全面发展的好少年!

在五天的“开学第一课”期间，我学到了很多以前没有学到的东西，“有志者事竟成” 、“没有规矩，不成方圆”，将会成为我的座右铭。

开学的第二天我们就开始了为期一周的军训生活。对于军训，我充满了期待和向往。而真正的军训开始后，才知道没有预料中的那样简单；对我而言，一周的磨练，顽强了自己，使自己在精神上更加坚强，军训磨练了我们的意志，增强我们的体魄，成就了我们不怕苦，不怕累的精神，在军训中，我们苦过也乐过，笑过也哭过，当我们回过头来，再看看我们这一路是如何走来，心中又莫名地升起一种不舍，再也不是刚开始的厌倦了，因为见到彩虹后才会珍惜风雨中的磨难。

军训，只是我们人生中的一段小插曲，但是我却觉得受益终生！我会永远珍藏这一段美好的经历。

八月二十八日，第一缕阳光从地球的东边升起，一群穿着迷彩服的同学们缓缓地向操场走去，他们以微笑面对新学期的军训。

八点一刻，操场上,在整齐的队伍下，在领导的讲话中，军训正式拉开了帷幕。不经意间眼前出现了一位身穿白色衣服的军官，往衣服上一瞟，原来是海军埃每个班待分配后开始了今天的努力奋斗。

“立正！”一声洪亮的声音窜进了大家的耳朵，我们立刻站正了姿势，军官们将要领讲述给我们听，而我们也纠正了之前错误的站法。时间一分一秒的过去，在毒辣的阳光下，我们依然坚持，脚下就像被针扎着，火烧着一样，但很少人倒下，烈日中，从头上留下的汗珠，一滴滴在证实着我们努力坚持的结果。那些受不了烈日拷打的同学们，一晕躺在了地上休息了，过不多久，又继续投入到军训当中去。到了休息的时候，同学们已经累得坐在了地上，但在面孔上完全感受不到，个个笑嘻嘻在与旁边的同学聊天，表现的很开心。再一次站起来时精(文章转贴自实用工作文档栏目) 神是有些好转，但是很快就用尽了。不过哪个不是坚持下来的。操场上回荡着我们响亮的声音：“一二一，一二一.......”，大家团结有力地进行着。
