增强了组织纪律观念和团队精神。早上6:20起床，6:30早操，7点整理内务，7:20早餐，8点操课，22:00熄灯，时间紧凑，环环相扣。军训初期，每次集合，总有个别同学会迟到，但看到其他同学已站好队列等待，于是，下一次谁也不敢怠慢，听到哨声一溜小跑，做到一切行动听指挥，纪律观念油然而生。军训中，不管是队列训练，还是内整理务，各项活动都要以集体形式出现，这大大强化了大家的团队意识和集体荣誉感。队列训练，一人出错，集体受影响;内务整理，一人被子不方整，整个寝室受影响。大家都自觉坚持高标准、严要求，深怕影响整个班。一个方队不是一个人，但一个人能影响整个方队。大家就这样在创、争、比中相互帮助，相互促进，增强了团结友谊，克服了自由散漫，形成一个团结向上的集体。在会操表演上，大家以良好的精神风貌和整齐规范的动作受到领导和首长的一致好评。

锻炼了吃苦耐劳的坚强意志。第一天的体能考核就把大家累得全身肌肉疼痛，休息时从床上躺下都困难;顶着太阳，站军姿、走队列，饱尝了汗流浃背的滋味;在全身疲惫的状态下，要一丝不苟的整理好内务......。军训期间虽然没有十几公里的行军拉练，没有半夜的紧急集合，但平时深坐办公室缺乏锻炼的我们已感到全身疲惫，但大家始终坚持，不言放弃。虽然经常喊累，但每次都尽全力喊口号，尽全力做好每一个动作。"古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志"，军训磨砺了成功者所必需的坚强意志。

回想起五天的军训，真是难忘啊!记得第一天，所有五年级同学都穿上了威武的军装，站在主席台前，像一个小军人，认真地听着领导讲话。随着音乐的响起，同学们唱起了响亮的军歌。这坚劲有力的军歌，让我明白了，在军训中，我们是一个团队，是一个努力奋斗的团队，是一个坚韧不拔的团队，更是一个互相帮助的团队!

军训是非常快乐的。我们的步伐从凌乱不齐到整齐有序的那一刻，我们的内心是甜的，我们为自己取得的成绩感到无比自豪，让我们明白了奋斗的快乐。

记得第一天，教官让我们站军姿：“抬头，挺胸，收腹!”我想：这有什么难的，这很简单嘛!可是后来证明我是错的，我刚开始站的时候也没什么大不了，可是站了二十几分钟后，我的汗已经慢慢流到了我的背上，浸湿了我的衣服，脚后跟也开始疼痛，整个人站也站不稳。突然，教官指着我说：“好好站，别倒下去。”我只得忍住，终于熬到下课铃声响了，我急忙坐下，生怕自己少休息一秒。

想起这段日子，我感慨良多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”，是军训的体会;“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”，是军训的结果。军事训练，是为了你以后遇到困难要自己爬过去，锻炼出永不放弃的精神。这是一段难忘而美好的回忆。

在漫长的5天军训中我相信每一位"小军人"都变得比以前严肃.认真.团结.坚强克服困难的勇气比以前更大更强.我一定回深深的记住我们的口号:"严格训练严格要求克苦学习为校争光!"

第一天，我还在家不肯来，但最终还是来了！我们学习到了解放军克服困难的精神，风雨无阻地训练，文明礼貌，唱歌本领都学到手了！向左转，向右看齐，站军姿，齐步走，正步走，响亮的口号，整齐的跺脚声，有条有序的步伐陪伴了我们5天。站军姿，到了现在，我已经可以一动不动地站立40多分钟。速度变快了，时间观念强了，精神饱满了，我觉得我们不再是一名小学生，而是一名小军人！

齐步走走得整整齐齐，手抬得高高的，不慌不忙的走。正步走更是棒了，手握拳，有力地甩动着，脚抬地高高的，砸在地下声音红亮无比口号大声有力自豪极了！......

啊!今天28号的闭营仪式是多么的隆重，多么的精彩啊！表演得多么出色，就连平时较懒散的16班也精神起来，老师竖起了大拇指，虽然没拿奖，可是我感觉已经很棒了，我们16班可能不再是以前的16班，而是全神投入学习状态的16班，我相信我16班将会优秀班级！

5天的辛苦军训过去了，但是依然在我们心中占有重要的地位，我不会忘记这次军训，我会默默存在心中，默默地想，在今后的学习更加努力，把这5天当作我们的终身伴侣吧。

在开学前一周里我们进行了国防教育，这也是我人生中的第一次，在我小学里我从未接触过。我怀着既兴奋又紧张得心情，开始了两天半的军训，在军训中人人都感到很累，天气也很炎热，热的我们汗流浃背，在教官严厉的吼声中，我们又不可以乱动，这让我意识到这是一个非常严酷的训练，我们有的人趁教官走开了一些，就迅速动一动。在站军姿的时候，这让我感到这是在所有训练中最累的一项，一站就是五分钟、十分钟。教官还说，这还是算少的了，他们一站就是一个小时，还在太阳底下暴晒。站军姿时腰要直，两手要贴在大腿两侧，两脚要分开六十度，初一新生军训心得体会。后跟要贴紧，就是要这样坚持个五分钟、十分钟的。这让我感到两肩都很酸，时不时的想耸一耸，手都捏的出汗，还有蜜蜂、蚊子在训练场里蹿来蹿去的。但是我一直都在不停告诉自己：不能半途而废，坚持就是胜利!在军训的最后一天，我们进行了汇操表演，我们有十六个班，“功夫不负有心人”我们初一(2)班的同学们都尽自己的一份力，得到了优秀奖，这个奖凝聚了我们班每一位同学的努力和汗水，还有我们的老师。

在这两天半里我们学会了站军姿、跨立、向左向右向后转等等的标准姿势，也尝到了酸、甜、苦、辣的味道，更让我们学会了做人要有钢铁般的意志，要有坚持不懈的精神、不怕苦不怕累，要有持之以恒的决心，就能战胜一切困难。虽然军训是很累的，但是又让我们学

在军训的日子里，我们有笑过、有哭过、有伤心过。但是，我们的.嘴巴总是笑着，却没有因为任何事情伤心、流泪过，因为我们学会了坚强。

星期一的早上，是我们去军训的第一天。我的心情有开心又难过。因为我知道在军训里的日子没有在家里的日子好。时间过得好快，转眼间，到了军训学校，我的心却紧张了起来。因为大家都知道那些连长很严厉的。可是当我们见到连长的时候，发现他是个善良的连长。那种紧张的心开始放松了。

看！那非常高大的身材、健壮身型、一对黑浓浓的眉头、一双令人害怕的眼睛、一对大大的耳朵、黄黑黄黑的皮肤。咦！那不是我们的新组长吗？“站正”“稍息”组长喊了出来。“寿丝”？那不是可以吃的？我以为可以吃饭了，就第一个冲出队伍。刚出去就被组长捉住了，组长问我去哪里？我说不是可以吃饭了吗？组长生气地说：谁说可以吃饭了。我却说：“你刚在不是说寿丝吗？那不就是叫我们可以去吃饭了”？组长就快被我气得头晕晕的了。队伍里出了一阵非常响亮的笑声。我也低头笑了笑，原来我闹出了这个大笑话。

在军训的时间过得真快，一周就这样过去了。在回去的时候还真有点不舍得，有连长的陪同，有组长的笑话。还真怀念。

在连长送我们上车的时候，同学们都流下了泪。表示着对这里的不舍。真希望再来一次。

我们都是独生子女，从小娇生惯养，什么事都要依赖父母，打不得，骂不得，父母为了不让我们有依赖性，都积极报名参加这次军训，目的是：让孩子养成独立性，自己的事情自己做，别人的事情帮着做的美德。

这次军训虽然很苦，但是却让我知道独立性的重要。上学时要独立，在家时也要独立，一切的事情都离不开独立。因为随着年龄的增长，变得成熟了，所以我们要学会自己的事情自己做，别人的事情帮着做的美德，这次军训就锻炼了我们自己做事，例如：叠被子、打开水、洗漱等，都加强了我们的自主能力。

每天我们都要训练很长时间，其中最难就是军体拳了。教官要求每一个动作都要做标准，不然就要一遍遍的做直到做好为止。虽然，汗水都把衣服浸湿了，但是功夫不负有心人，最后我们都做得有模有样，连平时最严肃的教官，看到我们如此努力地练习，都欣慰的笑了，我们也觉得无比的喜悦与自豪。此外，我们还学习了走正步。虽然走得连腿都麻木了，但我们还是咬紧牙关坚持了下来。最后我们踏步的声音整齐的不可以用语言来形容了!

because the news is keep reporting that more and more wild animals was killed by

human beings, especially the very precious one. Innocent animals was dead for

their meat, fur and tooth, it was just used to fill up human beings desire. In

my point of view, the wild animals were protected effectively still has a long

way to go.

Firstly, people should try harder to make a better place for animals. The

land where the wild animals live was deprived by human being. For hundreds

years, people cut the trees to make land for their living and farming, wild

animals homeland was took, they have no choice but run away. What is more,

human beings break the food link in nature; wild animals can not find enough

food to keep alive. There is no doubt that the destruction of nature has become

a big problem to kill wild animal, for instance, a polar bear was starved to

death because of the greenhouse effect, the ice was melt away, the seadog and

fish that polar bear like to eat are far away from them. For those reasons,

people should protect the environment first if they want to protect wild animals

effectively.

Second, no buying, no killing. Some rich people like to wear fur coat, they

treat it as a status symbol, especially for rich woman, they think animal fur is

beautiful and warm, they will never consider that the fur they wear for years is

the skin that animal wear for their whole life, and they knew how bloody when

people took the fur from animal but they choose to ignore it. If people do not

buy the fur and tooth, lots of wild animals will be survived.

In sum, wild animals are our friends, we should give back and protect their

homeland, and stop buying their body part, or our future generations will see

them in zoo and museum.

Today is "March" Womens Day, I want to do several things to help his

making and eating Zongzi—a dumpling made of glutinous rice and wrapped in bamboo

or reed leaves—is also a popular custom during this day. It can be made by many

kinds of stuffing. What’s more, hanging herbs on the front door, drinking

realgar wine and pasting up picture of Zhongkui—a mythic guardian figure in

ancient china—are also popular during the festival, which are mean to protect

people from evil and disease.

These customs and traditions have been changed a little in recent years,

but they still make contribution to the spread and inheritance of Chinese

culture.

The Culture of China is home to one of the worlds oldest and most complex

civilizations. China boasts a history rich in over 5,000 years of artistic,

differences provide a sense of diversity, commonalities in language and religion

connect a culture distinguished by such significant contributions such as

Confucianism and Taoism. Confucianism was the official philosophy throughout

most of Imperial Chinas history and strongly influenced other countries in East

Asia. Mastery of Confucian texts provided the primary criterion for entry into

the imperial bureaucracy.

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the

mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained

adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural

legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western

cultures.

possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority

customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of

Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the

development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers,

and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.

If you want to borrow books, you can go to the loan desk, look over the

correct call numbers in the card catalog and ask the librarian to take then, out

for you. Or youre allowed to enter the stack room to rind books for yourself,

you can look up the bound volume or index for the articles relative to the

subject, on which you are going to write thesis. If the library doesnt

subscribe to the magazine which carries the article you want, you can borrow the

magazine from other libraries by means of interlibrary loan service.

Dont forget to show your library card or I.D. card to the librarian before

you go into the reading room, where you can read magazines or newspapers. If you

find a good article and want to keep it, you can have it duplicated in the xerox

room. Besides, if you want to watch films or slides, you can ask the

projectionist to play the videotape for you in the audio visual room, where you

can also listen to language tapes and music tapes.
