今天我作为六年级的毕业生参加了一个小型军训，对此我深有体会。虽然不是很累，

但是它还是锻炼了我们的意志与品质。

我认为参加军训提高了我们的毅力和耐力，同时为中学生活打下基础。在军训中我们都做到了听从教官指挥、认真对待教官提出的要求、没有事情不请假、不迟到、不早退等要求。所以总体来说我们还是达到了一定的效果。可是我认为在锻炼意志、品质方面还不够。因此在后面的练习中还要努力。

生活需要实践，生活源于磨练。雏鹰因不断磨练而可以在蔚蓝的天空中自由地展翅飞翔；骏马因不断寻找强健的体魄而可以在无际的草原印下豪放的足迹；我们因在军训中实践而向着成才的道路奋勇直前。

我们的夏教官给大家留下了深刻的印象，我们大家都很喜欢他。他有一张严肃的脸庞，一声口令可以让我们势气大震。训练时，他与我们一起流汗，一起奋斗。我们的教官很严格。他虽然很严格，但当我们累了时，总会让我们休息、喝水，和同学谈话时，他善于沟通；带领我们训练时，他正经严肃。

China is the biggest family with 56 ethnic groups. Among them, the Han

Chinese is the largest and the most highly developed group. The Han Chinese can

be found in many parts of China. They mainly live in the north plain region, the

middle and the lower reaches of Yangze River and Pearl River Deltas. The other

55 groups are the minority ethnic groups. They are distributed in the

mountainous areas of southwest and northwest of China.

Being too far away from big cities, the minority ethnic groups are poor in

economy and there people are not well-educated. They have very few

understandings of science and technology. So they must develop their

economy.

To help the people of the minority ethnic groups live better, the

government should take some effective measures. For one thing, more and more

knowledgeable undergraduates should be encouraged to those poor areas to help

the people there to get rid of their poverty. For another, the advanced science

and technology must be introduced into the minority ethnic groups to improve

their living conditions. More importantly, people of the minority ethnic groups

should be given equal opportunities to study and work. Only so will China be

more prosperous in the future.

It was Mother’s Day. Sun Zheng thought he should do something for his mother.

He decided to help his mother do some housework. After school he went to a shop

to buy some food on his way home.

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

军训之苦是忙碌之苦。每天机械性地奔波于“三点一线”的紧张中，放松了一个假期的我们再次拉紧心弦，夙兴夜寐，早起晚归。晨练，拉练，演习，总结像潮水般涌来，我们只能在忙碌中默默穿行，左手是坚持，右手是忍耐，中间流淌的就是忙碌的军训生活。

1、与教官沟通

虽然说军训是把学生交给教官教，交给教官管理，对于教官如何训练，如何管理我们是不能干涉太多的。但是，在某些问题上，我们却有必要作为教官与学生的桥梁。毕竟教官不是老师，没有真正教导学生的经验；而学生也不是真正的兵，他们都是一帮“文弱书生”。

我们跟教官强调严格要求班级学生的同学，对于学生的心声也可选择性地反映给教官，他们对军训的合理要求应该让教官知道，这样对教官在军训的具体方式方法上有一定的帮助。比如，学生反映教官太严肃，太“专制”了，他们希望教官在军训过程中多给点鼓励，少一点批评、惩罚等，这样他们的逆反心理不会那么强，教官教的东西也容易接受。

我觉得我们刚开始军训就应该让学生写一下他们所期望的军训是怎样的，他们所期望的教官是怎样的，等等。虽然我们后来也让学生写“我心目中的教官”，但是真正的意图没有和学生说明白，以致不少学生问我：“老师，是不是要署名，如果要署名就说教官很好；如果不用署名就说实话……”。他们都理解为我们只是为了让他们对教官有一个评价，而没有了解我们的真正意图。同时，也可见教官与同学们之间的关系并不那么理想，很多同学几乎站到了教官的对立面上。虽然，现实中总是不可避免地会出现教官与学生的立场相对立的局面，但是，从总体上看，军训也应该是和谐的，在和谐的氛围中让学生接受军训应有的教育。而要做到这一点，老师的作用是不可或缺的，而我在这方面做的还远远不够。

当学生抱怨教官对他们太严，抱怨教官的教育方式有问题，抱怨教官不以身作则时，我应该一方面引导学生分清重点，所谓“择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之”，告诉学生军训最主要的目的是磨练自己的意志，重点应该放在“磨练”二字上；另外，还要采用适当的方式和教官沟通，让他们了解学生的想法，甚至可以给出一点点建议，毕竟并不是所有的教官都能够很成熟地对待、处理问题。

2、出勤

虽然教官每天都会点名，但他们没有那么多的时间和精力对经常迟到或旷操的同学进行个别教育，他们只能把情况反映给老师，再由老师来解决问题。所以，在出勤方面，老师也一定要加大考勤力度，对个别学生实施思想教育。

3、病号管理

对于那些不能参加军训，或者中途因病下场的同学，要主动了解学生的身体和心理状况，关心、开导他们，在身体条件允许的情况下，让他们尽量自觉地到训练场上。对于个别情绪激动的同学要耐心地做好思想工作，避免更糟糕的情况发生。情节严重的，还要联系学生家长互通情况。

4、中期倦怠情绪的处理

军训过一个星期左右，同学们的新鲜感就会逐渐的消失，很多同学都会开始倒计时，说明他们都期盼军训快点结束。而我们老师，在军训过程中出现的种种繁琐问题面前，也可能会出现烦躁的`情绪。但是，我们必须及时体察学生的情绪变化，和教官一起鼓舞士气，跟学院领导沟通，团委学生会沟通，分时间段慰问学生。我们自己在学生面前也应该时刻保持笑容，给学生以坚持的信心，减少他们的烦躁情绪。

5、物色班干候选人

军训需要军训负责人，军训过程中也有很多事情需要个别同学协助完成，我们可以利用这些机会物色班干候选人，对一些较有潜力的同学，应该把他们推到同学们面前，让他在为同学服务的同时也让同学们认识他，为日后的班干选举奠定群众基础。我主要是通过学生信息表、个别谈话、军训表现等方式先了解学生情况，再适当地培养那些较为积极、负责的同学，让他们对班里的工作有一个基本的认识，这样在班干选举时，这些同学也容易被其他同学所认同。

6、文艺活动

文艺活动可以为艰苦的军训生活增添一点色彩，也让同学们得到是适当的放松。军训过程中，我们总共参加了三次晚会，第一次是为了促进同学们的相互了解，第二次是中秋晚会，第三次是迎新晚会。第一次和第三次都主要由学生自己组织，学生自己出节目，自己出活动，在这个过程中，那些组织能力较强的同学也脱颖而出。在这个过程中，老师要做好总的组织协调工作，并要想办法为同学们提供活动条件。

军训不仅是学生珍贵的回忆，也是班级的一笔宝贵财富——这里有严明的纪律，有脱颖而出的人才，有拼搏的进取的精神，有前有未有的团结，有在艰难困苦中迸发出的友情……

而我作为班主任，在军训过程中，同样也积累了一大笔财富——积累班主任工作经验，处理繁琐日常事务的耐心、细心，应对紧急事件的经验，兼班团队的友情、与学生的交情

The day we were looking forward to came at last--a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his (her) part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing① sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.② We felt happy and proud of it .

今天是军训的第三天，与前两天比起来，今天算是非常舒适的了。太阳的光芒已经被浮云遮挡，绿荫操场上也不时吹来丝丝清风。

我们的彭教官今天回团里不能来了，因此学校换了一位新教官来为我们训练。我们很配合新教官的训练，并且很快熟悉了新教官的指导方式。上午，我们主要练的就是齐步走与正步走。起初，我们感觉很轻松，教官也夸我们走得很好。

但练到正步走时，我们一下脚步就全错乱了，用教官的话说就是“一盘散沙”。

为此，教官把正步走的动作分解，让大家一步一步学，说实话，别看动作很简单，练起来确实很累。当教官喊“1”的口令时，全体同学都要笔直的迈出左脚，让角尖与地面持平，同时左手要放平，拳头大概要保持在衣服口袋的位置上，右手向后弯，使右拳距离身体30厘米左右。前30秒内，同学们做的都很好，但30秒过后，很多同学就都坚持不住了，身体开始略微倾斜，脚底感到有些发烫，有些同学实在坚持不住了，喊了声“报告”后，左脚就轻轻点了一下地，接着又抬了起来。我当时也感觉有些坚持不住，虽然有天公作美，但我还是“汗流如注”。

教官不时在一旁鼓励我们“坚持住，坚持住。”我咬紧了牙，终于等到教官命令我们换另一只脚。当我们不断得重复着枯燥的动作时，无人不是筋疲力尽。但人虽没有铁打的身体却有一颗比钢铁还坚强的心。任凭劳累不断考验我们的意志，仍然没有人退缩。

下午，我们训练的时间不长，但下午的军姿练习却也让我们尝到了一点点苦头。“坚持”依旧成了我们训练的主旋律。确实，“坚持”二字写起来简单，落实到行动上就是非常困难的了。这也印证了那句话“坚持到底，就是胜利。”

number of wild animals decreases year by year. It’s high time to take actions to

protect wild animals.

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

在憧憬未来时，时光悄悄的溜走了;在回忆过去时，时光悄悄的溜走了;在迷茫慒懂时，时光又悄悄的溜走了。光阴似箭，日月如梭，那一次，使我真正懂得如何把握住时间。

那时的我还在上五年级，记得有一次，放了两天假。回到家里，我把书包往沙发上一扔，心想：已经上了五天课了，这次作业又不太多，可以好好的玩两天了。想到这里，我便大摇大摆的走出家门，兴冲冲的去找邻居家的孩子玩了。就这样，一天很快过去了。第二天，我坐在电视旁，津津有味的看着精彩的节目，直到傍晚，我才想起那繁重的作业不禁心急如焚，可又能起到什么作用呢?无奈，我只能拼命赶作业了。一样又一样，一科又一科，一笔又一笔。却不知流失了多少秒，不知流失了多少分，不知流失了多少时。这时，我才真正体会到“光阴似箭，日月如梭”这句话的含义。直到深夜十二点，我才潦潦草草的写完了作业，而老师留的预习任务我却完全忽略了。第二天上学时，我极不情愿的起了床，顶着黑眼圈慢吞吞的往学校走去。当我推开门，面对着同学们惊愕的目光时，我清楚的知道：自己来晚了。当我尴尬的坐在座位上时，才发现老师已经将课文讲到一半了。

由于昨晚没有预习，又加上今天没听课，我一直以为轻而易举的课程竟然变得举步为艰，就在这时，老师点名让我回答问题，我一时间大脑一片空白，站起来支支吾吾不知所措，打乱了同学们沉浸在课文的境界。同学们全部转过头来盯着我，好似在责备我打扰课堂秩序。随之我听见了同学们的窃窃私语，以及一阵阵低笑声，顿时，我的眼泪又涌了出来。虽然，同学们没有嘲笑我，没有讽刺我，但我却感到异常难过，心里像扎了根针似的。我感到深深的自责，感到深深的惭愧。我懊悔，如果不贪玩该多好;我惭愧，如果趁早预习该多好;我更难过，如果珍惜时间该多好!

转眼间，时光飞逝，那一次，使我懊悔不已，使我终生难忘也使我懂得了珍惜时间。一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴，我们一定要珍惜时光，把握住美好的今天!

在上个星期，学校组织我们五年级的同学去参加军训。

在军训的第四天中，让我难忘的是水上活动——划船。

那天的早晨，教官带着我们一连到储物室拿救生衣和水桨。教官站在门口说：“你们小心点啊，不然会掉进这冰冷赤骨的水里的。”听了教官的话，我心惊胆战地去拿救生衣和水桨。走到一个小湖边，那就是我们划船的地方。

教官跟我门说了几个要求：在划船的时候，要靠边坐，不然就会沉船。在划船的过程，不能站起来。教官还教了我们怎么划船，船浆到一半就可以了……”听完了教官啰啰嗦嗦的指导后，4个人一条船，我和三个好朋友迫不及待坐在同一条船。

上船时，教官叮嘱，重一点的.坐前头，轻的坐后头。我还挺轻的，坐在了后头。开始划了，教官先带头，一起向前划。划了一半，才发现不对劲儿。怎么一个劲得在打圈儿呢？坐在后头的我，提了个建议，我和我斜边的同学向前划，小x和小x向后划，形成一个交叉。我们使劲的划啊划，还是转圈，怎么办呢？小关说：“不如，前面的向前划，后面的向后划，好吗？”大家同意了她的建议。

我按照她的方法划呀划，突然，一声长哨。教官叫我们上岸，可我们不会划船……过了一会儿，教官把我们几个拉了上岸。教官：“恭喜你们终于上岸！”唉，我的心里还有着那几番滋味。通过这次划船，我令悟到了：划船首先学好划船的知识，明白划船的方法，这样才算会划船。

在这次划船当中，我们四个只要做到团结一心，但还未令略到当中的方法。
