表达能力需要考生平时多一点练习，给自己制定一个写作计划。一周至少练习一篇文章。在加强写作练习之后，你的文章才能够 "成章"。因此，实际动手的能力至关重要。平时训练的重点应该锁定在文章是否切题，行文是否表意明确、通顺，有无语法错误等。另外，一定要给每一次行文限定一个可行的时间。并且，按照这个时间严格要求自己完成。

如果你能够找到范文，然后在练习之后进行比较，效果会更加明显。假使没有范文作为标样，建议你可以找英语水平较好的同学看一看。也许评看你作文的这个考生英语水平不是很高，但个人看别人文章的缺点很容易看出来。如果条件允许，找老师请教一下最好。

每当我吃到无公害蔬菜的时候，我都会想起我的外公！

我的外公是个勤劳的人。他总是趁工作之余去他们公司的后山种菜。

公司的后山本是杂草丛生，但外公总是去拔草、松土，在后山开出了一片田地，于是在那片田里播种，长出了小苗。外公天天浇水，天天施肥，小苗长成了艾草！

公司的人谁都可以去摘，外公还说艾草可以治病，还可以泡澡，泡脚，洗头，洗手呢，有益于身体！

在家里的天台，外公也种了许许多多的蔬菜，有油绿油绿的菠菜，翠绿翠绿的生菜，还有嫩绿嫩绿的芹菜……

每当夜幕降临，外公总会头戴照明帽，手拿小钳子，弓着腰，撅起屁股，照明光洒在菜叶上。外公睁大双眼，全神贯注盯着菜叶，将虫子一网打尽！

谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦啊！我一定要珍惜粮食！
