1、信头(heading)

信头是指发信人的姓名(单位名称)、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。

英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名;第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名;然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每一行的之间，该用的还要用，例如在写日期的时候。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

(3)写业务信函用truely yours(yours truely)，faithfully yours(yours faithfully)等;

(4)对上级、长辈用yours obediently(obediently yours)，yours respectfully(respectfully yours)等。

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

我是这次面试的第*号考生，***，蒙族。2009年7月，我毕业于***大学****学院****专业，在大学的四年里，我学习了经济学，管理学、金融学和法律的基础知识。大学期间表现优秀，曾获得院级优秀假期社会实践论文。2006年寒假，我曾在福利院和养老院进行假期社会实践，帮助残疾儿童补习功课，照顾孤寡老人的一些生活起居。在这个期间，我提高了与人沟通的能力，同时培养了良好的服务的意识。

我性格开朗为人坦率，有责任感。同时我态度严谨、认真。银行的工作通常比较琐碎，我的优点是能够把琐碎的事情专心致志的做好。我的基本人生观是乐观奋斗，这种人生观使我通常比较重视精神生活，比如：合作无间的工作伙伴和认可我的 工作环境。

My hometown is in ZhenZhou city china,There are a lot of people live here,Its a famous city.The people are very friendly.The climate here is very pleasant.

My hometown has different seasons,spring.summer.autumn and winter.I like the spring ,because flowers are very beautiful,the weather is very sunny,what a lovely spring days!i hate cold weather,

so i dont like winter.we have a lot of rain in autumn,this is my favoures seasons,in this seasons,we can see many different colors,i love the colors of the trees-red,gold,yellow and brown .fairly cool for this time of years!summer is always hot,Its quit muggy in summer.

My hometown has different food,the food is excellent and quit cheap ,Its doesnt pollute.In the restaurant,you can enjoy good service and delicious food .

My hometown, Shenzhen, is beautiful, clean and tidy. In the southern part of the country, it is a seaside city with mountains and water. Its like spring all the year round, but its not very cold in winter, and its not very hot in summer. The sky is so blue, the air is so fresh, the sky is so bright...

The mountain of Shenzhen Qifeng list, Lotus Hill, Nanshan beyond count, and small Nanshan, Wutong Mountain...... These mountains are very spectacular, one of the most famous to the number of "Lotus Hill". Lotus Hill in the north of the Shenzhen Futian District, it is not very steep and magnificent, only 106 meters above sea level, but it has a beautiful artificial lake, can be used for children, people boating fishing; it has a wide Kite Square, adult children love flying kites in the square on the lawn, watching the kite fly upwards. The mood is like a kite, fly, happy. Lotus Hill, the most famous, is a great man on the hilltop square, the statue of Grandpa Deng. Grandpa Deng, go with head high and chest out step forward. The people coming to Lotus Hill to "visit" Grandpa Deng every day are in a steady stream. I grew up at the foot of Lotus Mountain at a young age, and I was one of the regular guests. Shenzhen is beautiful, and water is beautiful. Shenzhen Haimeide fascinating! Dameisha, Idaho is the famous tourist resort. Among them, my favorite is Dameisha, where the sea is connected to the sky. The sky is blue, the sea is green, golden beaches, warm, very comfortable to step up. The quiet mountains, water is moving, such as mountain of indomitable spirit tree, water like a large green plate. The seagull flew in the blue sky, and it cried aloud as if it enjoyed the beauty of the sea.

I love my hometown, I want to study well, make the day up, and build it more beautifully with my own skills.

How to protect our environment

We all know it is becoming more and more important to protect our environment well.We should stop cutting down trees ,dropping litter everywhere and throwing waste before it is processed. It has caused lots of problems such as much rich land becomes desert;Rivers become dirty ;The air is becoming worse and worse ;The temperature is becoming hotter and hotter.So we must do something to change the situation.Wed better walk or ride bikes to work or go to school instead of driving a car,We mustnt use plastic bags.Our government must take some measures to prevent factories producing smoking etc.
