在卫校的第三年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。再这里我熟练我的照顾护士操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一路，在带教教员的指导下用我全副的耐烦和关爱之心照顾护士病人，使病人得到良好的赐顾帮衬，早日康复。到医院实习认识到许多也是学习照顾护士的同学，也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的时机，锻炼了本身的交际能力，学到别人的长处，认清本身的短处。以是我喜欢实习。虽则有时会感到累些，但乐此不彼。

我个人认为本身最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚最多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经弄得本身很疲劳。如今想想，如许其实并不好，正所谓，贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现本身有这个缺点和需要解答的题目后，我常常警戒本身，步入社会后也不能一心两用。

The Great Wall of China

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it reaches the sea. It is one of the wonders of the world.

The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it was built during the Spring and Autumn Period. It was during the Qin Dynasty that the kingdom of Qin united the dif ferent parts into one empire. To keep the enemy out of his empire, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had all the walls joined up. Thus, the Great Wall came into being.

The Great Wall is wide enough at the top for five horses or ten men to walk side by side. Along the wall are watchtowers, where soldiers used to keep watch. Fires were lit on the the towers as a warning when the enemy came.

It was very difficult to build such a wall in the ancient days without any modern machines. All the work was done by hand. Thousands of men died and were buried under the wall they built. The Great Wall was made not only of stone and earth, but of the flesh and blood of millions of men.

Today the Great Wall has become a place of interest not only to the Chinese but to people from all over the world. Many of them have come to know the famous Chinese saying: "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a true man."

在学习方面。本人以专业为主体，其他科目知识为辅。大学四年认真学习各科专业课程，已基本掌握专业知识以及与专业相关的知识体系。期间一些公司委托我设计的海报和名片得到了采纳。另外，我非常注重英语能力的培养，每天早上坚持起来晨读，注重英语口语能力的培养。大学期间顺利通过英语四六级考试。

社会实践方面。通过参加寒暑假社会实践工作，我懂得了劳动的艰辛，懂得了做任何事都需要认真、耐心和良好的职业道德素质，让我更珍惜所有劳动成果，更合理使用父母的血汗钱。在其中我更是学到了一些为人处世的方法，懂得人与人之间的沟通。

首先，我最大的特点是有比较强的沟通能力和良好的团队精神。在与人合作工作中，我会非常认真的聆听和分析别人的意见，也不会没有原则的轻易放弃自己的意见。

其次，我觉得自己有较强的学习和实践能力，在遇到困难的时候会冷静分析事情所处的状态，和各种可能发生的结果，并努力做到最好承担自己的责任。正是基于对自己这方面的自信，使我有勇气来应聘贵银行这一职位。

另外，银行职员这个职业是神圣而伟大的，他要求我不仅要有丰富的专业知识，还要有高尚的情操。因此，在读书时，我就十分注重自身的全面发展，广泛地培养自己的兴趣爱好，并学有专长，做到有专业和专长（历数自己的专长），还能会唱、会说、会讲。在注重知识学习的同时我还注意培养自己高尚的道德情操，自觉遵纪守法，遵守社会公德和职业道德，没有不良嗜好和行为。我想这些都是一名金融工作者应该具备的最起码的素养。

假如，我通过了面试，成为众多银行职员队伍中的成员，我将不断努力学习，努力工作，为家乡的教育事业贡献自己的力量，决不辜负银行工作者这一职业。

一段短短的自我介绍，其实是为了揭开更深入的面谈而设计的。一两分钟的自我介绍，犹如商品广告，在有限的时间内，针对客户的需要，将自己最美好的一面，毫无保留地表现出来，不但要令对方留下深刻的印像，还要即时引发起购买欲。

1、自我认识

想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。你现在是干什么的？你将来要干什么？你过去是干什么的？

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的？现在是干什么的？回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

随后，着手回答第二个问题：你将来要干什么？如果你申请的是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。

然后，再着手回答最后一个问题：你过去是干什么的？你的过去当然都在履历上已有反映。你在面试中再度回答这个问题时，不可忽略之处是：不要抖落一个与你的将来毫不相干的过去。如果你中途彻底改行，更要在描述你的执着、职业目标的一贯性上下些功夫。要做到这一点，又要忠实于事实和本人，最简单的方法是：找到过去与将来的联系点，收集过去的资料，再按目标主次排列。

用这样的方法，以现在为出发点，以将来为目标，以过去为证实，最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其实，在面试的时候不一定有机会或者有必要照搬你的大作，但这三个问题的内在联系点一定会体现在自我表述的整体感觉中，使你的形象栩栩如生。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。

好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。(面试自我介绍 ) 如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题；如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。

但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。

3、铺排次序

内容的次序亦极重要，是否能抓住听众的注意力，全在于事件的编排方式。所以排在头位的，应是你最想他记得的事情。而这些事情，一般都是你最得意之作。与此同时，可呈上一些有关的作品或纪录增加印像分。
