本人做事细心，能够吃苦耐劳，有一定的交涉能力，遇事冷静，较强的适应能力及语言组织逻辑思维能力，为人具有亲和力，擅长处理住户重大投诉及物业费崔缴工作，精通日常的客户投诉解决方案。

我曾经在物业公司实习过，主要负责物业费的收取以及日常工作中相关问题的协调处理，还负责集团400系统协调处理。催讨各类拖欠费用。 协助文秘日常工作，负责部门文件的日常流转、督办、管理，部门档案的整理、归档，填各类表单等工作。 不定期拜访大厦的业户，了解业户对大厦的各类服务的满意程度。 曾获得2015年第一季度物业服务季度明星。

由于现在社会竞争强烈，了解自身的不足，也在自我增值中，平时会上些培训课程，但不会影响到工作。希望贵公司能够给我一个机会， 相信自己良好的沟通协调能力和相关的工作经验可以出色地胜任客服这样一个职位。

I am xxx. I was born in Changsha. I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.
