我今天竞聘的将是营销经理一职，在这里我想谈谈自己对营销的理解。在我看来营销不等同于推销，但推销是营销的重要组成部分。要想做好营销工作，首先就要做好自我推销。让一个陌生人信任自己是有一定难度的，但只有客户相信可以，才会相信自己的产品，才能更好的将产品推入市场。

在学校期间，我始终以提高自身的综合素质为目标，以自我的全面发展为努力方向，树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观。通过四年的学习和生活，并参加多次社会实践，我有健全的人生观，正确的政治方向，有一定的分析问题、解决问题的能力，有较强的动手能力。脚踏实地是一个立足社会的根本，也是我时刻铭记的一句话。拥有良好的职业素质和职业操守，能够忠于自己的企业，将个人的职业生涯规划与企业的发展紧密的结合。勇于创新，善于开创，能承受较高的工作压力;吃苦耐劳，注重合作，具有年轻人火一样的工作热情和活力。

身为班长的我，在三年的时间里，组织班级各种各样的活动。通过组织这些活动，提高自己的组织协调能力，加强团队合作意识。同时也让我充分认识到，个人的能力毕竟很有限，只有通过团队合作，集思广益，取长补短，才能更好的完成工作。营销也是一种服务。既然是一种服务，就应该做到让大家满意，用热情和真心去做。激情，工作中不可或缺的要素，是推动我们在工作中不断创新，全身心投入工作的动力。激情加上挑战自我的意识，我相信我能胜任这份工作。
