是啊！在当今如此先进科学的社会中，如此人才济济的社会中，如此繁华靓丽的社会中，我就是一粒微小的不能自微小的尘埃了，面对如此的社会，我该做什么？我又能做什么？想来想去，也就只能做好一个学生的本分，好好学习了吧！但即使是这样，微小的尘埃也怀揣着伟大的梦，是啊！即使是一粒再怎么微小的尘埃，在他的内心深处也一定隐藏着一个伟大的梦吧！就算只为这个缤纷的社会做出一点点贡献，也就知足了吧！你们又何尝没有这样想过呢？

万千的尘埃汇聚起来，创造了一个缤纷的世界，而这样的世界，却又不知道装载着多少尘埃的梦呢！我的梦，就是要当一名校长，有的人会觉得这并不算什么，因为他显得不能再普通，不能再平庸，但于我而言，却拥有非凡的意义和惊人的动力，这辈子，就认定这个梦，永远不变。你们可能会问为什么，我想这就是所谓的信念吧！

既然有梦，就要完善，做到完美。要当校长，就要做出色的校长。我要建一所属于我的学校，他定是要与众不同的，不要求有多大，内部构造定要精美；不要求有多奢华，教学设施定要完善；不要求容纳人数多，学生素质定是要好；不要求学生有多优秀，态度谦和就以满足；不要求家境有多显赫，积极上进就已足够。虽然只是一所学校，但却是要从幼儿园延伸到大学的，一个年级一个班，一班40人。

整个校园要以天然为主题，尽量减少对大自然的伤害，大门就移植两棵大树来，将它们的枝干相互嫁接，学校的名匾就挂在上面，即天然又美观，校内的路自然是不能铺水泥的，全部都是绿阴小道。我要研究一个自动识别天气的大棚包住学校，自动识别天气决定张合、调节光线，要明有明，要暗能暗。即使是在教室里，也要体现天然的本质，每层楼都要在水泥地板上铺上土，学生们可以在自己的座位旁种花种草，也可以带动物来养，大家其乐融融。学校的每一寸土地，都可以充分利用起来，除了平常要走的路以外，学生可以自行种植，也可以在自然条件下，养一些温顺的动物。

日常的课程也会凸显独特，一天只上七节课，由学生们的喜好决定上什么课，但是一天的科目必须上完，喜好相同的学生坐到一起，由该课老师辅导讨论学习，每天最后一节是自然课，由班主任带领学生到校外进行观察研究学习，每个星期只上四天半课，星期五一下午自习，前提是不离开学校，干什么都可以去试。每个月还会有一次野营活动，全校都要去，分组锻炼，每组幼儿园到大学生各一名，锻炼学生团结合作与独立自强的能力。学校实行民主制度，老师是学生，学生也是老师，敩学相长，共同进步。学生有什么疑问可以自己探索，不用拘泥于书本，大胆提问、积极探索。支持学生的爱好，学校提供场地，定时举办一些活动。让学生在舒适、快乐、自由的前提下学习，才能最有效地吸收知识。

你们可能会问为什么要建这样的学校，又要建在哪里呢？那我会这样告诉你们。我要将它建在我们的家乡——广西，因为其他人总是看不起我们广西人，说我们穷，说我们落后，说我们粗鲁野蛮，我就是要证明给他们看，广西将来会有一天，超越所有的省份，成为中国的第一大省，我将要用我毕生所学，教育出一个个出色的祖国栋梁，培育出一朵朵鲜艳的祖国花朵，让未来的桃李们为他们的家乡争光，为他们的祖国争光。我也不知我为什么这样想，我只知道，自我懂事以来，这个信念就在我的心中根深蒂固了，不论何时，不论何人，不论何事，都无法将它改变，他是我执着的唯一，他是我动力的源泉，我相信，总有一天，我会实现我的梦。
