书，像一双千里眼，让我了解世界;书，更像慈祥的老人，把深奥的知识传授给我们。每一本好书都像一位启蒙老师，指引着我前进的方向，它告诉了我做人的准则，让我从中获得“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”要求我们多看书，我就更爱读书了，随着认识的字的越来越多，一本厚厚的书，我很快就看完了。利用课余时间，我只用了两个星期的时间，就看完了12本《小屁孩日记》，如果哪一天没看书，心总觉得痒痒的，可难受了。

我爱看书，而且养成了好习惯，那就是每天睡前要看一小会儿的书，哪怕只有短短的几分钟也行。有一次，我做作业做得太迟了，妈妈叫我别看书了，直接睡觉，可是我怎么也睡不着，就等她走出我房间以后，偷偷的打开小夜灯，继续看起书来。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。
