慢慢地，我接触的书更多了。我还慢慢学会了理解、体会。从《四大名著》中，我看到了诸葛亮的智，张飞的勇，关羽的义;鲁智深的志，武松的猛;以及孙悟空的刚正、猪八戒的憨态可掬、唐僧的善良、沙僧的忠诚……再一次阅读，我又真正体会到了封建社会的无情，不禁对那些生活困苦的百姓感到同情。

又过了一段时间，我学会了用心去体验书，与书中的人物一起“生活”：当读到海伦·凯勒因生病而又聋又盲时，我心情格外悲痛;而读到她打败病魔，考入了“哈佛大学”时，我又高兴地笑了起来。在《中华上下五千年》中，我读到刚正不阿的岳飞被口蜜腹剑的秦桧害死时，火冒三丈，感到愤怒;而在《钢铁是怎样炼成》中，保尔坚强不屈的品质让我萧然起敬……

如今，我会把从书中学到的知识用到生活中。写作文时，就可以用到平时读书笔记。有一次，妈妈在做饭，我在旁边当她的小助手。妈妈再切洋葱时，眼睛被辣着了，我忽然想起《生活小常识》中的话，便马上对妈妈说：“妈妈，你赶紧往嘴里含一口凉水。妈妈做后，果然好多了。还夸我聪明呢!

谈起青春，便使人联想热血澎湃，再就是笔墨书香。

每个人从小就学汉语认汉字，再大些就听童话故事，长大了便自己认字读书。

我从小到大都是书的忠实粉丝，在初中时期我更是疯狂的迷上了散文，诗集。

“人们只惊羡她现时的明艳，然而当初她的芽儿，浸满了奋斗的泪泉，洒满了牺牲的血雨。”冰心这首《成功的花儿》在我羡慕别人成就时，给了我极大的启发，激励我奋发向前，让我明白旁观者的姓名永远不会爬到记分板上去，促使我在成功大道上大步前行。

读书是一阵春雨唤醒一朵花，每一本书都有自己不同的色彩，当你安静的认真的去品读，便会进入一个故事，跟着作者喜而喜，悲而悲，像沼泽，泥潭，亦或是深渊，沉迷于此无法自拔。

青春多么美好的时光，在这个美好的时间里。我们应该多读书来充实自己的生活，开阔自己的视野，升华自己的境界。没有书的青春怎么能算是完整呢?

《我和孙悟空过一天》

一天夜里，我正在床上睡大觉，忽然有一个满脸长毛的人把我叫醒了，我仔细一看，呀，这不是齐天大圣孙悟空吗?我不敢相信自己的眼睛。

孙悟空告诉我玉皇大帝会每隔一千年就邀请一个人到天宫游览。我心想：哈哈，我真是太幸运了。

我以最快的速度把衣服穿上了，和孙悟空踩着筋斗云飞上了天空。哇!天上真是应有尽有，仙女成群，有美丽的荷花池，清澈见底的河水。还有许多野花野草，令人目不暇接、眼花缭乱。

must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

Since we can buy things online, there is no need to go out to look for things we

want to buy. What we need to do is to simply sit before our computer, search for

private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of

一、指导思想

二、工作要点

对于向学生进行思想教育、品德教育、科学文化教育和心理素质教育，在本学期的教学中加强德育工作如下：

(一)有敬业精神，热爱学生。

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

该套教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高，所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变，达到用英语思维和表达的目标。

4、教学目标

⑴总体目标：激发学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心。在整个教学过程中，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。

⑵具体目标：结合学生基础知识过于薄弱的实际，在教学刚开始的阶段，注意高一和初中知识的衔接，例如复习音标和字母拼读规律，积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型，熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则，掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后，学生能培养学习的兴趣，养成较好的学习习惯，对基础知识有一定的掌握。

5、教学措施

⑴让学生每天积累几个单词，利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

⑵认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

⑶实行过程性评价，调动学生积极性，通过不同方式的检测，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

⑷关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

⑸在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

⑹经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学习。

从所任课班级实际情况和本身条件出发，认真进行思考和改正。多关注学科教研的发展，多多听课向有经验的老师虚心学习，取之所长，多和同事交流探讨，交换教学思想和方法，避己所短，不断进步。积极参与学科的相关课题研究，撰写论文，参加教研组，备课组的教研活动。

Mid-autumn Day is a Chinese festival. It usually comes in September or

October .On that day we usually eat a big dinner and mooncakes. It is said "Hou

Yi" missed his wife，so he made mooncakes. It looks like the moon.

There are many kinds of mooncakes. They are small round cakes with meat，

nuts or something sweet inside . eating mooncakes has been our custom. Families

stay outside in the open air eat a big dinner and mooncakes. The most important

thing is looking at the moon， On that day， the moon kooks brighter and rounder.

We call this moon the full moon.

On that day， families get together， so we call this day getting together.

This is Mid-autumn Day. I love it very much. Because on that day I can eat

mooncakes. And my brother comes back home. He works outside all year. Only that

day and the Spring Festival. He comes back. So that day I am especially happy.

On that day my family gets together.

Im the only child in my family, the apple of my parents eyes. my mother

and father take good care of my and give me a lot of support throughout my

life.

My father is the manager of a company and my mother is a teacher. they are

both well educated and do well in their jobs. they know that knowledge is power.

father often communicates with foreign friends and is good at english. i can

learn a lot from him, especially english. his oninion on education is as

advanced as that of my mothers. they often give me advice on my studies but

never interfere in them. they seldom force me to do what i dont like to. they

permit me to have different opinions. if something is good for me, they will

persuade me to do it as they want. many people of our age say that there is a

generation gap between their parents and them. however, it doesnt exist between

us.

My mother is a math teacher. she is very clever and good at teaching. she

can work out a problem within 10 minutes which would cost me 2 hours. i envy and

admire her. i want to be a math teacher like her.

Im lucky to have such enlightened parents. im lucky to have been brought

up in such a happy family.

A little monkey picks up a pumpkin and wants to take it home.But the pumpkin is toobig.The monkey cant take it home.

Suddenly he sees a panda riding a bike towards him. He watches the bike. "l have a good idea. I can roll the pumpkin. It likes a wheel."

So he rolls the pumpkin to his home. When his mother sees the big pumpkin, she is surprised and says, "How can you carry it home?" The little monkey answers proudly, "l cant lift it, but l can roll it." His mother smiles and says, " What a clever boy!"
