台北101是排名居世界第二的大楼，它有508米高，分成八节，第89楼是观景台。在今天之前，我早已仰慕过“世界最高摩天大楼”的鼎鼎大名，这次来到台北，终于有机会可以登上101大楼啦!

101大楼里有世界最大风阻尼器和世界最快电梯。我们这些游客要做手扶梯到5楼再乘最快电梯到89层，电梯里可以乘24人，在乘电梯的过程中有计时表，可以看到上升的楼数，以每分钟1010公尺上升，下降的速度为每分钟600公尺。为什么上升的速度比下降大的速度快呢?因为下降的时候要刹车嘛，要是跟上升的时候一样快，到时候可能停都停不住了。^_^只需要37秒的时间，就能到高达382公尺的89楼观景台观景了。

最大的风阻尼器是个大圆球，竟有660吨那么重!如何理解这660吨呢?66公斤就相当于可以承载一万个你的重量，何况是660吨啊!可见这风阻尼器是有多沉啊!这个在380高的风阻尼器可不是电脑控制哦!假如台风或者地震真的突然袭击，电脑肯定会失控，那么就得有人工控制。由于台湾是个多地震多台风多火山爆发的地区，在建这个大楼的时候，除了考虑避震器之外，还考虑了地基的坚固程度。你知道吗?这个地基打到地下80米深，共用了360根柱子，每一根粗1.5米。

篇10、It was sunny today. I was excited. I got upat a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After Ihad my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When Iarrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him infront of the KFC’s door.I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact withothers frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. Afterwe greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last fortow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

Then I climb the mountain with family, the air on the mountainis very fresh, the flowers plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremelybeautiful. Coming back home in the evening, family and I sat and watched TVtogether, we are returning and eating the fruit while chatting, the wholefamily is happy and harmonious!

今天我过得非常开心！在早上，天气非常好！然后，我与家人爬上山，山上的空气非常清新，山上的花草树木都显得格外美丽。回来晚上回家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还吃着水果，一边聊天，全家其乐融融！

篇12 、The weather of today is very comfortable, thoughthe weather forecast said it is cloudy, but just a little bit rain, very cool.Theweather forecast said it is cloudy, and friends are planning to play basketball,but unfortunately, in the rain we can not play it. In the afternoon, the rain stopped,I have to help my mother to buy food in the supermarket. Generally it was not bad mood today.

篇13、It was the second day of our summerholiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things Ilike. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. Today I went to Palace Museum.It was cool.Then I went to the Great Wall. We were really excited

about this trip and it certainly was an adventure.The first 4 hours of the walk were the most difficult and the views were really great.We took many photos.We are so happy!

An interesting thing happened on yesterday.At night,when I was sleepping ,I

dreamed I sleeping on a dogs body,and the dog suddenly jumping up and shouting

at me,he said:"I want to eat you,you smell very delicious!"Then I ran away

quickly......"ling ling ling!!!"A big sound was happened,I woke up

quickly,then,I thought,where I am?Oh,that is my dream,just a dream.

昨晚发生了一件有趣的事情。晚上，当我睡觉的时候，我梦到自己睡在一只狗的身上。这只狗突然跳起来，并且冲着我大叫：“我要吃了你，你闻起来太美味了。”我吓的快速的逃跑。。。“呤呤呤”我在一阵响亮的声音中醒来，然后想：我在哪?哦，我在做梦，幸好那仅仅是一个梦。

It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why?

Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we

have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we

can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In

winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to

replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

这个暑假嘛,说不上是“颓废沮丧”的，但也不能用“丰富多彩”来形容。唯一值得纪念的便是七月下旬到八月上旬的那次南游了，收获倒是不少，大开眼界，既陶冶了情操，亦洗涤了心灵。但是由于自己一拖再拖的态度和N低的办事效率，昨天才完成作业，特长等等都未来得及培养，是我自己不善于利用时间，而白白荒废了这大好时光。昨天看了方方的一篇文章，名为《节约时间》，说得很到位，充分体现出了办事效率之重要性，有兴趣或者有时间的同学可以去拜读一下，网址为

算了，吸取教训就很好——以后办事要认真专心，不要漫不经心、三心二意的，要注重办事效率!!!那，说点积极地，现在来看看我新学期的打算吧!

在学业方面：我应当尽力保持班级前五名，级部前六十名。这个要求，相信只要努力就不算高!!!加油，我宋晓蓓说到做到!!!

在文娱、特长发展方面：所谓中的“X”，我已决定是乐器，最好是好好学，好好发展，我能行的。

在体育锻炼方面：坚持夏、秋天每早都要做广播体操，冬、春天要坚持围操场跑两圈。争取短跑保持第一名。

交友方面：新学期，班里一定会来新同学，一定要好好的相处，认真做到：慎交友、交诤友、交益友，不交损友等交友原则。

心理发展方面：积极健康，坚决摒弃陋习，多培养特长。要乐观，中国有句古语——在哪儿摔倒的，就在哪儿坚强地站起来!!!我能!!!
