Protection of the Environment Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive. We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. In the past few days he witnessed people demolishing the bikes before discarding them on the side of the road, he said.

Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

On My Friend

When I first went to university,I was very nervous because I didnt know any one there.Sam,my classmate, soon changed all that.He was the first one to talk to me on my first day in school and I was grateful for his friendliness.

We soon became good friends after we discovered that we had a lot in common.For example,we both like literature.He soon became the editor of the school magazine while I am a regular contributor to the articles there.

The environmental issue is getting worse almost every day in cities with very large population. As is often the case, city development outpaces environmental protection. People consume great amount of natural resources and produce wastes. To effectively address such problems, cities need to spend big money. (一)全球气候变暖

由于人口的增加和人类生产活动的规模越来越大，向大气释放的二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、一氧化二氮(N2O)、氯氟碳化合物(CFC)、四氯化碳(CCl4)、一氧化碳(CO)等温室气体不断增加，导致大气的组成发生变化。大气质量受到影响，气候有逐渐变暖的趋势。由于全球气候变暖，将会对全球产生各种不同的影响，较高的温度可使极地冰川融化，海平面每10年将升高6厘米，因而将使一些海岸地区被淹没。全球变暖也可能影响到降雨和大气环流的变化，使气候反常，易造成旱涝灾害，这些都可能导致生态系统发生变化和破坏，全球气候变化将对人类生活产生一系列重大影响。

(二)臭氧层的耗损与破坏

在离地球表面10~50千米的大气平流层中集中了地球上90%的臭氧气体，在离地面25千米处臭氧浓度最大，形成了厚度约为3毫米的臭氧集中层，称为臭氧层。它能吸收太阳的紫外线，以保护地球上的生命免遭过量紫外线的伤害，并将能量贮存在上层大气，起到调节气候的作用。但臭氧层是一个很脆弱的大气层，如果进入一些破坏臭氧的气体，它们就会和臭氧发生化学作用，臭氧层就会遭到破坏。臭氧层被破坏，将使地面受到紫外线辐射的强度增加，给地球上的生命带来很大的危害。研究表明，紫外线辐射能破坏生物蛋白质和基因物质脱氧核糖核酸，造成细胞死亡;使人类皮肤癌发病率增高;伤害眼睛，导致白内障而使眼睛失明;抑制植物如大豆、瓜类、蔬菜等的生长，并穿透10米深的水层，杀死浮游生物和微生物，从而危及水中生物的食物链和自由氧的来源，影响生态平衡和水体的自净能力。

(三)生物多样性减少

《生物多样性公约》指出，生物多样性“是指所有来源的形形色色的生物体，这些来源包括陆地、海洋和其他水生生态系统及其所构成的生态综合体;它包括物种内部、物种之间和生态系统的多样性。”在漫长的生物进化过程中会产生一些新的物种，同时，随着生态环境条件的变化，也会使一些物种消失。所以说，生物多样性是在不断变化的。近百年来，由于人口的急剧增加和人类对资源的不合理开发，加之环境污染等原因，地球上的各种生物及其生态系统受到了极大的冲击，生物多样性也受到了很大的损害。有关学者估计，世界上每年至少有5万种生物物种灭绝，平均每天灭绝的物种达140个，估计到21世纪初，全世界野生生物的损失可达其总数的15%~30%。在中国，由于人口增长和经济发展的压力，对生物资源的不合理利用和破坏，生物多样性所遭受的损失也非常严重，大约已有200个物种已经灭绝;估计约有5000种植物在近年内已处于濒危状态，这些约占中国高等植物总数的20%;大约还有398种脊椎动物也处在濒危状态，约占中国脊椎动物总数的7.7%左右。因此，保护和拯救生物多样性以及这些生物赖以生存的生活条件，同样是摆在我们面前的重要任务。

(四)酸雨蔓延

酸雨是指大气降水中酸碱度(PH值)低于5.6的雨、雪或其他形式的降水。这是大气污染的一种表现。 酸雨对人类环境的影响是多方面的。酸雨降落到河流、湖泊中，会妨碍水中鱼、虾的成长，以致鱼虾减少或绝迹;酸雨还导致土壤酸化，破坏土壤的营养，使土壤贫瘠化，危害植物的生长，造成作物减产，危害森林的生长。此外，酸雨还腐蚀建筑材料，有关资料说明，近十几年来，酸雨地区的一些古迹特别是石刻、石雕或铜塑像的损坏超过以往百年以上，甚至千年以上。世界目前已有三大酸雨区。我国华南酸雨区是唯一尚未治理的。

(五)森林锐减

在今天的地球上，我们的绿色屏障——森林正以平均每年4000平方公里的速度消失。森林的减少使其涵养水源的功能受到破坏，造成了物种的减少和水土流失，对二氧化碳的吸收减少进而又加剧了温室效应。

(六)土地荒漠化

全球陆地面积占60%，其中沙漠和沙漠化面积29%。每年有600万公顷的土地变成沙漠。经济损失每年423亿美元。全球共有干旱、半干旱土地50亿公顷，其中33亿遭到荒漠化威胁。致使每年有600万公顷的农田、900万公顷的牧区失去生产力。人类文明的摇篮底格里斯河、幼发拉底河流域，已由沃土变成荒漠。中国的黄河流域，水土流失亦十分严重。

(七)大气污染

大气污染的主要因子为悬浮颗粒物、一氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、铅等。大气污染导致每年有30-70万人因烟尘污染提前死亡，2500万的儿童患慢性喉炎，400-700万的农村妇女儿童受害。

(八)水污染

水是我们日常最需要，也上接触最多的物质之一，然而就是水如今也成了危险品。

(九)海洋污染

人类活动使近海区的氮和磷增加50%-200%;过量营养物导致沿海藻类大量生长;波罗的海、北海、黑海、东中国海(东海)等出现赤潮。海洋污染导致赤潮频繁发生，破坏了红树林、珊瑚礁、海草，使近海鱼虾锐减，渔业损失惨重。

(十)危险性废物越境转移

危险性废物是指除放射性废物以外，具有化学活性或毒性、爆炸性、腐蚀性和其他对人类生存环境存在有害特性的废物。美国在资源保护与回收法中规定，所谓危险废物是指一种固体废物和几种固体的混合物，因其数量和浓度较高，可能造成或导致人类死亡，或引起严重的难以治愈疾病或致残的废物。

All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second，we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third，we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally，we should be happy everyday. Because smile will make us younger。

That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life。

How to keep healthy /fit?

Here is my advice about how to keep healthy/fit. As a middle shool student. first youd better do more exercise such as playing ball games ，running， swimming and jumping ropes(绳子)。Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Dont eat too much meat or suger，but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Next keep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustnt drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life。

My school life

There is no doubt that almost all students dislike school life,but everyone has the responsibility to end the the examination-oriented education.

I am a student who study in a school which is located in Yongchang. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems.Of course, I am also satisfied with their education. I have a lot of friends who can make me try to form them good study habits. Because of that, I often get up early and try my best to study well.

I also like you that I have favorite subject, also have dislike subject. I prefer learning English to learning others. It is easily of me to learn this lesson, I often get an "A" in the exam. In my In my opinion，In the future work, the English study also play an important role. I do not like Chinese because it is so boring that I cant stand

sleeping. In order to make progress, I have to try my best to learn it well. I also want to lay a good foundation in all subjects. I believe, in the near future, I am learning will be successful.

I think we should enjoy a change from our busy life in our school. So we must have an outing at some interesting places, Such as The Himalayas, the west lake and the great wall. In this way, we will have a rest in our busy life, If it is in beautiful places that you will enjoy yourselves. During that time, you will not only see the sights od views, but you also can go through an interesting life. That can enlarge your views. Physical recreations and intellectual activities are the two major ways of spending our leisure time. While some people have interests in both of them, most of us also have preferable way to spend our time off.I prefer a balance of these kinds of activities to provide both the physical conditioning and mental stimulation I need to face in the daily grind. For me, physical recreation is necessary for good health but intellectual pursuits such as reading stories provide the most pleasure.

I really enjoy my school life. School life should be interesting and colorful, just as the saying goes, "The school life is everyone young men, the source of happiness.&quo

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the environment needs everybody’s effort.

1、主持人发言，介绍班会的主题，绿色校园的含义

绿色学校指学校在实现基本教育功能的基础上，以可持续发展思想为指导，在学校全面的日常管理中，纳入有益于环境的管理措施，充分利用学校内外的一切资源和机会全面提高学生环境素养的学校，环境素质和行为是绿色学校所有学生生活和道德精神的内在组成部分。

绿色学校，不能等同于绿化学校，或者是环保学校。

“环境美”、“语言美”、“行为美”这三项是“绿色校园”这项活动的内容。

绿色环境是健康的一种象征。绿色能带给我们生机、带给我们活力!而绿色校园中的“绿色”我认为就不单只是一种颜色那么简单!

走进我们如今洋溢着书香味的校园，你会被那迷人的风景所吸引。高大现代化的教学楼，郁郁葱葱的树木，还有鲜艳夺目、争奇斗艳的花卉。漫步在校园里这一派绿景下，会使你感到精神振奋、心情舒畅。校园中的绿色风景，对我们同学是极其有益的。不是吗?一节课后，站在走廊上看看校园中的绿，让我们大饱眼福，也使精神达到更高、更好的状态!在课余时间，同学们又可以在校道上走走，看看周围的景物，不是有置身花园之感吗?!由此校园的美好可见一斑!所以，我们就应该让校园中的绿色永存!在平时培养不随意践踏草地，不攀折树木花草，勤于打扫，见到垃圾主动拣起等等的习惯。久而久之，校园必将越来越美!

然而，绿色校园不止要环境绿。假如同学们的行为习惯等的方面都变得更好，那样，那时的校园不是更“绿”吗?!在校园里能随时听到问好声、招呼声;在校园里能减少追逐声、打闹声。一切都已更高的目标来要求自己，使自己成为更全面、更优秀的学生，那时我们的校园里不是显得更“绿”吗?

2、引导分析校园中值得注意的环保问题及其带来的严重影响。

全班分成五个小组，老师指定组长，然后各组长集中本组同学交流组长记录整理。五个组长将记录材料在班会上宣读。

3、保护校园美丽、整洁的环境，我们有哪些工作要做。

(1)学生代表上台发言。

(2)教师小结：通过刚才各个组的代表同学上台发言，我们看到，我们在校园环境保护方面需要做的事情还很多，上台发言的同学提出了不少很好的意见。我想可以这样概括：爱护校园，人人有责;环保问题，人人重视，从我做起。

4、目前我们迫切需要做而且能做好的几件事是：

(1)废纸不要随意扔掉当垃圾，应该用一人废纸箱(或废纸袋)把它们集中起来，期末拿去卖，变废为宝

(2)要全校行动，把乱写乱画在墙壁上的脏话秽语、下流漫画清除，禁止在校园内起哄怪叫，清除精神垃圾;

(3)各班负责把本班卫生区域的草地圈围好，自己平时不践踏草地，也制止别人乱踏草地行。

(4)提高自身环保意识，不做乱扔垃圾，随地吐痰等破坏环境的事。

(5)在同学中以身作则，起好模范带头作用，认真宣传环保知识

(6)组织同学成立清洁小分队，定期清理校园的楼道，公共设施等。

(7)可成立绿色小分队，领养校园中的草地，树木。关注它们的成长，给它们浇水，施肥。
