Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down,and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.

Furthermore,wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.

We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. 不一会儿，我就进入了505班中，看着坐在椅子上的一张张陌生的面孔，我此时此刻的心情十分激动：这些就是我的新同学，也是将要和我一起玩耍，一起学习的好伙伴。当我坐在指定的位置上时，站在讲台上那个和蔼可亲的女老师吸引了我的眼球，她就是我们的班主任——赵老师。赵老师和其他各科老师将在这之后教给我们许多知识，用他们那辛勤的汗水来哺育我们这些祖国的花朵。

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth.
