this will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. from this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

there are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. the first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. this involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal.

the second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained.

liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. only by doing these promptly now can we epect to solve the serious water problems in the future.

Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. The park was full of freshness and beauty of spring, with the sun shining and birds singing. When I was enjoying the fantastic scenery around, something unpleasant caught my eye. A young couple in a boat were eating, talking and laughing loudly as if they were the only people in the world. Of course, the most direct and most environmentally conscious consequence of environmental pollution is the decline in the quality of the human environment, affecting human quality of life, physical health and productive activities. Such as the citys air pollution caused by air pollution, peoples morbidity and so on; water pollution so that the deterioration of water quality, drinking water quality generally decline, threatening human health. Serious pollution incidents not only bring health problems, but also cause social problems. 今天，我正在里院子和娇娇、苗苗玩吊床，突然，一阵冷风扑面而来，把我们三个冻得直哆嗦，回头一看，一棵新载的小树苗被风给吹歪了，我跑过去一看，小树苗幸亏没死，这时候苗苗和娇娇过来了，苗苗拽着我的手说：“赶紧玩吊床吧!”娇娇说：“人家正在把小树苗扶起来。”苗苗拽着我的手把我拉到吊床上，娇娇往小树苗这面拽。我就说：“我把小树苗扶起来在玩吊床吧”，大家都同意了。于是我们把小树苗重新栽了起来。
