3。制作一张“共建文明城市，共享和谐家园”活动主题的调查问卷，定期到人民群众中去调查，让群众为“共建文明城市，共享和谐家园”活动献策，倾听群众的心声，群策群力做好“共建文明城市，共享和谐家园”工作。

4。多举行一些关于“牵手文明，同创文明”的主题活动，市民更懂文明。
