感受，如何感受？答曰：用心感受。感受，何处方可感受？答曰：眼可见，耳能闻，世间各处皆可也。感受，何时方可感受？答曰：只需静心便足矣。

六天的折磨，总算是放了一天假了。孰不知，这其实是另一个折磨的开始呀！明天就要月考了！明天就要月考了！作为一名“学生党”，我表示：死到临头再算吧！“明天就要月考了，你还不去复习吗？”母亲的调子提高了八分对我说道。于是乎，我的“生活”开始了。

坐着，趴着，斜坐着，趴在地板上……半昏半醒地看了一小时书，真是煎熬！我蹑手蹑脚走出房间，坐在椅子上看着窗外的景象。

好惬意的时光！下午三点，一束阳光斜撒在地面上，远处的山带着几缕朦胧的感觉，近处的绿树却青的刺眼。我闭眼，感受着风儿所带来的信息：泥土，夏日的炎热……

少顷，我缓缓站起，一边伸着懒腰一边朝窗边走去。我不由得睁大了眼睛，放眼四望，心里除了不相信还是不相信。景色何时那么美过？

东江的水稍微清澈些了，缕缕阳光照射在水面上，为这朴素的河“衣”点缀了不少金光，恍如星星全掉水里了，一闪一闪的。

高大的树儿倒帮我挡了不少美景，但也不糟。嫩绿的叶儿，一片一片地接连在一起，不少叶儿的边缘也开始泛黄了，但却一点儿也不影响这种美。鸟儿在树枝间蹦来跳去，叽叽喳喳的声音仿佛在谈笑聊天，不时的风儿将树叶吹落，好似缠绵的蝶儿。

一只鸟儿突然飞起，我望向蓝天，一块淡雅的蓝幕布下镶嵌着几朵洁白的棉花，煞是美观。鸟儿越飞越高，蓝天深邃而宁静。

我走回座椅上，将这些景色排成一幅幅画儿放入我脑海中。没有背景音乐，没有主人公，有的只是这些自然风景，我打算把这画册命名为：《停下来，享受“森”活》。

静下心，细耳聆听生活的美妙。我在大自然的怀抱下进入了梦乡，在梦里，我正感受着那窗前的迷你“森林”。
