四、遣词造句，表达规范。

五、修改润色，锦上添花。

作文写完之后，应注意检查修改，修改时先从全局修改。首先要检查主题是否明确，表达方式是否恰当，接下来检查所写内容是否切题，该交待的内容是否交待了，最后检查所用时态、人称是否符合要求，最后是否一致。

写完后，还应仔细校阅1—2遍。校阅要逐词逐句进行，注意检查语法、拼写、标点、大小写等方面的错误。校阅是自检的最后一关，应严肃认真的进行，尽可能地消灭一切差错，增强文章的效果。

Im a high school student now.I am weak in English.And most students in my class are good at English.So I have to improve my English and catch up with them.I make a English Study Plan.Firstly,I will spend 20 minutes remembering words every day.I find that I only remember a small number of words. 这次月考结束了，我觉得英语成绩不太理想。因为总分才127。5，而且还是加上附加分以后的成绩。自我很不满意，相信老师您也是吧！这次必须要好好反思自我到底哪里做得不好。最近我觉得自我的表现也比较差，A组的作文很少交，而且上课也不是很专心，总是和旁边的同学开小差，害得连旁边同学的成绩也一同退步了。背书那方面也不是很用心，记单词短语也马马虎虎，笔记抄了就算，也没有用心去记去背，所以导致这次月考的退步。

从试卷上分析，听力扣了2。5分，比以前都有进步。而单项选取、语法选取、完型填空这些题都是全对的。比较以前算是有很大的进步，因为之前做语法选取和完形填空总会错那么一两题。但阅读题失分就比较严重。错了三题，扣了6分。可能是考试时不够仔细，又比较焦急怕后面的题做不完，所以导致出现了错误。但是最糟糕的还是二卷的部分，作文满分十五分，自我竟然才得了八分。除了有点惊讶外，还有点后悔。后悔没有每一天写好Ａ组的日记，自我的语法错误又错得离谱。可能作文的资料还有点欠缺，而且我看高分的同学的作文字数都写好多，我的字数才她们的一半。所以才丢掉了这么多分。完成句子和单词填空这方面完成的也比较好，就因为完成句子没有注意时态被老师扣了分，虽然没有全对但相比前几次都是有所进步的。附加题部分就做得比较一般，才对了６个。做的时候不是很懂文章的意思，不会的那些都是乱选上去的，所以觉得完型填空这方面还是要多多加强练习才行。不然下次月考又又完型填空附加题，我就好吃亏了。

本人在今后的学习计划是继续坚持做阅读理解和努力背单词，争取能听写都能全对。保证以后认真落实每一个知识点，多点看笔记本和多记笔记里面的知识点，把此刻不会的都补回来，做阅读理解的时候再认真谨慎一点，在保证做题目的速度的同时也要保证正确率。有不会的知识点要及时问问同学或老师您，要及时解决当天课堂上的疑惑，写好课堂的反思，及时给您反馈意见。Ａ组作文要天天坚持写，就算再怎样样也得每个星期写几篇，作文写得太差，不写真的不能提高作文的分数。还有做好笔记，要及时抄，不能拖到回家的时候再抄。还有要整理和背好笔记，因为笔记真的挺重要的。上课必须务必要专心，坚决不和旁边的同学讲话或者开小差，不能影响别人同时自我又听不到老师您讲课。作业也要自我认认真真地写，不能因为一时的懒惰就去抄袭别人的作业。最后就是要在早读时大声并有感情帝朗读好英语，为听说考试做好准备。要好好对待英语，努力学好英语，时刻提醒自我英语需要进步。我不会让老师失望的。

英语写作注意两点

一、先审题，弄清写作要求审题是写好作文的前提，也是书面表达的基础。如果写偏了题，语言表达再好也很难得高分。审题时要注意两个方面：

1.认真地看两遍题目，包括提示，全面了解写作要求。

2.理清思路，确定体裁、框架结构和内容。

二、用英语进行思维英语写作时必须排除汉语思维的干扰。

最后一个月如何训练英语写作

1.重视增加阅读量是提高英语写作的途径之一。

二、现代应用文的写作特点

写作学科发展到今天，已是繁花锦簇，千姿百态，传统写作不断创新，写作边缘学科层出不穷。但万变不离其宗，要写好一篇现代应用文，必须要先了解其主要特点。应用文写作与基础写作相比，主要有以下特点。

(一)主旨单一，明白显露

主旨是指作者的写作动机或称意图。一篇文章不管是叙述事情，或是陈述观点，或是介绍事物，或是抒发感情，都有自己明确的意图。在文学作品中，主旨是指作家对他所描写的社会生活的评价和“客观思想”。应用文表现主旨的禁忌是隐蔽含蓄，模棱两可。这个特点是应用文的性质所决定的，因为应用文是为了解决实际问题而写的，为了解决问题，就要求作者把自己的观点，明确地表达出来，使人一目了然，不产生误解。应用文要求一文一事，即使是较长的应用文，也要求只有一个主旨，我国古代，曾把一文一事，主旨单一，作为一种制度，固定下来。如果一篇应用文有多个主旨就可能使制发机关或撰写者的意图表达不清，达不到写作的目的。因此切忌主旨不清或多主旨。

(二)结构布局，格式固定

结构是指文章内容的组织、安排和布局。它是指文章中整体与局部、部分与部分之间的关系。文学作品为了引人入胜，在叙事、写人、绘景时，往往采用含蓄、隐晦、意会的方法，通过结构形式的变化以引起读者的想象，吸引读者注意。而应用文的结构布局、格式是相对固定的，有固定的写作规范，也有约定俗成的写作习惯。对应用文来说主旨是文章的灵魂，材料是文章的血肉，那么结构就是文章的骨架。人讲究体态美，文章自然也讲究结构美。好的应用文应是“凤头、猪肚、豹尾”，即开头开得漂亮，正文内容充实、材料有份量，结尾结得响亮，结构要求明确清晰，自然和谐。

(三)材料真实，典型集中
