On one hand, when facing the pressure of finding a job, students are struggling painfully. The burden can cause not only depression but also anxiety and such problems as isolation and solitude. Instant noodles are great to eat no matter what the situation may be. They are easy, extremely quick to make and require little knowledge to make them taste delicious.

前些时候，本人参加过成功创业模式的讨论。众说纷纭，议而未决。今天阅读小羽的创业故事，颇有感触，趁机发表自己的愚见。

这里所说的“天地人和”，指的是创业成功者背后交织的时机天赋(天)、环境资源(地)、人际关系(人)三大因素。

在国家为我们大胆创新创业提供诸多机会，使我们人尽其才、才尽其用的大环境下，个人天赋是最关键的一环。

在市场竞争中，一个创业者需要有执着、坚韧、激情和敏锐的品质，才可能走向成功。这些品质，除了后天的学习、实践及个人造化以外，大部分源自与生俱来的天赋秉性。

当然，并非所有执着、坚韧、激情和敏锐品质的创业者都会成功。事实证明，那些雄心勃勃、才华超群的创业者铩羽而归的大有人在。因为，一个具备创业成功潜质的人还需具备人际关系和胸怀天下，与人分享两个要素。

这就是我利用中华国学精髓一一“天地人和”的哲思，探究小羽创业成功的结果，与大家分享，希望有益于创业者的兴国之梦。

高考作文写作指导：

1、命一个小俏的题目。

命题要做到新、小、俏这三点。新，顾名思义就是新颖，给人一种耳目一新的感觉。小，就是说题目的范围要命得小一点，便于写得具体完整、短小精悍。俏，就是要命得像花季少女一样，亭亭玉立、花枝招展，让人一看就喜欢，便迫不及待地往下读。

2、写一个迷人的题记。

题记不宜过长，百字以内为最佳。可引用名人名言，可组成排比、对偶句，也可化用历史典故、人物事件等。这样不仅可以点明主旨、升华主题、丰富内容，还能增加文章的文学色彩，吸引读者，给人一种美好的感觉。

3、来一个崭新的形式。

这是艾草，清明时我爸给我讲过。

而此时的我，却因为升不上围棋三段而苦恼。我已没有了一天不下围棋就难受的劲头，因作业太多，渐渐疏远了围棋。有时下一两盘棋，要么满盘皆输，要么乱下一通，输，让我们毫无自信，一败涂地。

In recent years, mobile phones have become popular among middle school students. Quite a few use them at school to keep in touch with their families and friends instead of writing letters, which, of course brings convenience to them. But I dont think its good to do so.

In spite of the advantage mentioned above, student users often waste a lot of time chatting over the phone in their spare time, some even use them to cheat in exams. In addition, mobile phone bill is also a heavy burden on students families.

Good listening can always show respect, promote understanding, and improve interpersonal relationship.

Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children, so they will understand them better, and find it easy to narrow the generation gap; teachers should listen more to their students, then they can meet their needs better, and place themselves in a good relationship with their students; students should listen more to their classmates, thus they will help and learn from each other, and a friendship is likely to be formed.

What I want to stress is that each of us should listen to others. Show your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk; show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile; be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like them. In a word, good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other.

一、要善于模仿

一些同学的办法往往是背一堆范文，然后再到考场上进行一个“剪切”、“粘贴”的工作，真正的模仿重点永远要放在一定的句式结构上，而非个别的词汇。有一个句式说：“…for the simple reason that…”表示某种现象的原因是什么，用在高考(课程)写作中，我们就可以拿来解释为什么自行车在中国如此的流行：“The bicycle is very popular in China for the simple reason that…”。然而，很多同学一谈到原因仍然是“…because…”。如果要表示“总是能够”的概念，很多同学提笔就会写can always，但理想的句子应该是用双重否定表示强烈的肯定，用never fail to。

二、要灵活变通

在批改过上万份同学们英语(课程)作文中，经常能发现一些将中文生硬地翻译成英文的表达法。有一句话叫做“立志如山，行道如水”，写英文作文，一定要有决心把它写好，有信心把意思表达清楚，这是“立志如山”;但关键是遇到问题时要有个灵活的态度，能像流水一样变通解决问题。有个翻译界的故事说：在某大型国际会议的招待会上，一道菜是用鸡蛋做的。与会的客人问翻译：“What is it made of”本来是非常简单的一个问题，结果翻译太紧张，忘了“egg”这个词，但是他急中生智，回答：“It is made of Miss Hen’s son.”这里，就是一个灵活变通的范例。绕道表达，是写作中应该常常运用的一种方法。

三、要细心观察

注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用 “it isn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

许多同学在写作文时，习惯于把 “since” “because” “for”这样的词放在句首引导原因状语从句。事实上，在我们见到的英语报刊杂志文章中，这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头，表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。其实，经常留心地道的英语文章能发现，如果是并列关系，完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系，用 “furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。

四、要心有全局

英文写作如果结构意识良好，应试写作就简化成为一个填空的过程了，适当地填入观点、素材，文章就自然而然立起来了。

临考在即，同学们要牢记英语写作的基本要领，特编顺口溜如下：细审题，巧构思，列要点，防遗漏。写日记，同汉语;书信，通知格式要牢记。看清图表细梳理，写人记事按顺序;完稿后查遗漏，整洁干净莫忘记。

说话的境界分三个等级：*高境界是忘言，其次是慎言、寡言、讷于言，第三是修辞或辞令。人生亦是如此，于“有字之书”中初步领略世界，于“无字之书”中体悟世间冷暖，*终在“心灵之书”中沉淀深邃灵魂。循序渐进，方可臻于完满。

“有字之书”恰似借用他人视角看喧腾社会。它可以是外交辞令式的《左传》，可以是纵横捭阖式的《国语》，抑或是清新淡雅式的《世说新语》，它让我们从中获取知识，领略六韬三略的风采。诸子百家的言论，唐宋元明清的诗歌，这些世间流传下来的经典亦是人生不可或缺的法门。

然而拘囿于“纸上得来”的东西难免“终觉浅”。人生不需要过于厚实的理论堆砌，因为我们深谙“只可意会不可言传”的玄妙。这也正是人生境界的第二阶段———“无字之书”，我们可引申为亲身经历、人生阅历。

于时光中，某些细碎经历会化为齑粉，如“字”的升华，语境仍存，体悟延伸。这不是太虚幻境，但它容许塞万提斯笔下堂吉诃德式的理想飞扬;这不是光耀万世的烫金碑文，但它却是荒冢之上凹凸有致、刻骨铭心的生命曲线。这便是体悟的升华。“无字之书”脱离了字的束缚，自然也增加了人性养成的难度。背道而驰、南辕北辙;人云亦云、旅进旅退，这些都是缺乏束缚的典型。这时便需有“心灵之书”作为灵魂指引。

因此，“心灵之书”便是万千阅历、森罗万象在心灵中的*后沉淀。筛去附赘悬疣，掌握人生方向;积淀潜思“哲理”，挖掘生命的深度。它是盖茨比于黛西空虚扭曲灵魂中所见的灵魂真谛;它是“画魂”潘玉良挣脱世俗偏见追求的艺术巅峰;它甚至可以是理查德·帕克这只猛虎背后隐藏的人性。

然而，这种境界岂是普通大众都可攀缘而至的!时下，浮躁之风盛行，很多人无暇顾及“心灵之书”的修 炼，甚至连“无字之书”都不乐意总结分析，停留在“有字之书”层次的人则越来越多。如此之势，便如厝火积薪，一瞬便可燎原。正因如此，范雨素的成长经历，才会掀起互联网众多网民点赞转发的狂潮，这种共鸣也揭露了当代人的精神短板、“心灵之书”缺席的现实。

人生如书，需逐级而读，终级境界仍需以心体之，以心察之。
