that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year.Playing basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

一上初一，明显的就能感受到，压力骤然变大，学科一下子从简单的几门主课。变成了七八门主课，所以，这压力都是来自学习上的。

数学：上了初一，明显的就比小学的数学难的多，初一的数学就要学代数和几何了。小学的数学是没有办法和初一的数学难度的程度相比的，虽然说小学的数学也有写X，Y，但是，初中的数学一天满黑板的都是X，Y。弄的头晕脑大的，加上老师每天的辅导，几门功课加起来作业那么的多，再不掌握一套好的合理的学习办法，就会落后。而小学的数学虽说不上简单，但是却没有那么难，小学升初中是最关键的时候，如果不在小学数学和中学数学上，架一座桥梁，才会帮助我们尽快的适应初中数学。往往很多的学生，在小学的学习非常优秀，但是到了初中却越学越倒退，这是为什么呢?原因已经被揭开了。原来，很多人升到了初中，还是没有把学习办法和思路转变过来，只是单单的像小学那样，还是像小学那样学，学习办法一个模式。而面对那么多的学科，这种方法是一定不行的。

语文：一上初中，语文的课文素材也就多了，广泛了。外国文学、中国文学;中国文学又分了好几类：中国古典文学、中国现代文学……要记住很多文字，意思，生词。著名作家的文学作品一大堆。另外，写作的要求也大大提高了许多。没有一点作文底子的，到了初中，就连语文作文都写不好。然而，初中学不好，那就意味着考不上高中，考不上好的`大学!

英语：先不说别的，翻开小学英语课本的课后单词列表，一本书才几十个单词，而初中课本的课后单词列表，一大堆一大堆的单词成章成页，让人看了就眼花缭乱。一天要背多少英语单词啊!抛靠这不说，看看英语书，小学的英语书那么的微弱，而初中的英语书和它比起来，是那么的强壮!英语书那么厚一大本，如果是人教实验版的话，那书的分量远远不只这么多!

由此可见，不掌握一套合理的学习办法，就将意味着失败!

My Attitude towards Life

Life is an endless voyage, as theres no destination in our life. Life is also very fickle, since anything may happen in our life. We may be successful or defeated at any time.

Sometimes, I have the feeling that I was successful, but that happiest time has already passed away. Sometimes, I feel as if I went to the end of my life, but after a long tour, I find I have a long way to go. I always miss myself in this endless road and I feel very lonely. But in this loneliness, theres nothing to fear. So I have learned to grow up. I have learned to hold back my tears. I have learned to smile to others.

Im not defeated. However hard the situation is, I will never give up! However hard the situation is, I will never say I cant! However hard the situation is, I will never stop running! Never!

生活是一段漫长的旅程，因为我们的生活是没有目的地的。生活也很善变，因为在我们的生活中任何事情都有可能发生。我们随时都可能成功或失败。

I have a good friend, when I was five years old, I met her, she is my

承代沟的客观存在，心平气和地对待代沟，这样不仅有助于自己，也有益于他人。

代沟往往是心理认识的偏差导致的。人们选择信息角度的不同，决定了有人着眼于变化和差异，有人着眼于不变和相似。所以人们不能接受上代或下代与自己这一代人的差异，往往与知性的选择性有关。

孩子的世界，与成人截然不同，一昧蛮管，就大碍孩子的发展。这是鲁迅说的一句话。

“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干。”这句名言不正是赞扬老师那种无私奉献的精神吗？如果说“妈妈”是我们来到世界上的第一声呼唤，那么“老师“就是我们步入文化知识的第一声称呼。在这六年的小学生活里，有许多老师曾教过我，在他们的辛勤培育下，让我懂得了做人的道理和中国深渊的文化知识，在这么多位教过我的老师中，我最喜爱的老师就是现在的班主任欧阳老师。

欧阳老师是一位可亲可敬、关爱学生的优秀老师。我们班在学校算是很出名，每个老师来上课都会以笑脸而来，伤心而回。从此我们班在学校就出名了，每个老师都不愿意来我们班上课，只有欧阳老师依然不放弃我们。这也因为我们班的同学很调皮，经常为一两句不中听的话发生争执，为一两件微不足道的事情而打架，使到整个班变得很乱。

虽然欧阳老师也曾对我们失望过，但她并没有因此放弃我们，而是更加耐心地教育我们，让我们懂得做人的道理，让我们知道父母最大的希望就是自己的孩子能够出人头地，不在受没有文化的苦，欧阳老师总是以一些特别的方式让我们记住以往的教训，做到知错能改、诚实守信，不仅是在课堂上还是在课外，欧阳老师总是能给我们一种和蔼可亲，平易近人的感觉。经过几年的奋斗，终于，欧阳老师的付出得到了回报，在去年的期末考试中我们班的成绩在十几个学校中，拿到了第二名，给学校争了很大的光，不管怎么说这也是欧阳老师的功劳呀！

欧阳老师非常关爱学生。记得有一段时间，快临近期末考试，水痘传染很厉害，尤其像学校人多密集的地方，传染的更快。学校各班都有人感染水痘，我们班也有个别同学感染，一请假就是一两个星期，对学习影响很大。欧阳老师为了防止传染水痘的同学成绩下降，就叫一些基础好的同学帮他们补习，一有不明白的问题欧阳老师就耐心的讲解，直到同学弄懂题意，有时还印一些练习卷来做，然后根据同学容易做错的题目，在仔细地讲解，直到同学做对为止，她才慢慢地离去，做自己的工作，老师的付出让同学们对考试也更有信心了，果然在期末考试中，我们拿到了好成绩，算是给欧阳老师的惊喜吧！

我即将毕业了，但欧阳老师为我们班做的一切一切，令我肃然起敬，在这的六年的小学生活里，是您给了我世界上最宝贵的东西—知识；是您让我的成绩和写作水平渐渐的提高；是您让我懂得了做人的道理和做事的原则；是您让我从一个丑小鸭变成里一只美丽的天鹅；是您用知识的源泉改变了我的人生；是您创造了一个全新的我。我会永远记住这为可亲可敬、关爱学生的优秀老师—欧阳老师。

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help me enter into business commerce with business organizations partnering with Chinas economic development.

I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might be available to me?

I have been studying Chinese for one year now. I am not sure what level I belong to. I was told that there will be an HSK test in our university in September. I am planning to attend the test. But I dont know if the result of the test is recognized by your university. If so, can it be a help for me to apply for the scholarship?

因为人的记忆力有选择啊，有的人天生对语言天生敏感，所以记得就快，有的人对历史敏感，记忆历史就比别人快。所以人的记忆力不能一概而论，这是我多年学习的经验，和个人理解。

第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

英语背单词，实际取决于你已经背的单词量。

不是英语专业的人，但是愿意分享我的经验，希望你能背得越来越轻松。

我心想：这点小事怎么会难得倒我呢?

可是，当发到我的时候，老师没注意把我的雪米饼扔到别人的面前去了，我怕被别人拿去，就把手伸了过去，把雪米饼拿了过来。就在这个时候，被老师看见了，老师说：“李娜，我不是说过不准碰吗?，你怎么碰了?不准吃了!”说完，就把我的雪米饼拿走了，我当时好后悔，又好委屈。后悔当时为什么去碰雪米饼?

我觉得，那时的我就和“螳螂捕蝉’中的螳螂差不多，只顾着自己眼前的利益———雪米饼，而不顾身后隐伏的祸患——老师。

通过这件事，我懂得了一个做人的道理：做人不能贪图小便宜，要懂得知足，不能像我一样，如果这样的话，吃亏的往往都是自己!

大雪下了一天直到下午放学后才停，雪后的世界真美啊!天蓝蓝的，雪银白银白的，同学们在雪地上堆雪人、打雪仗，大家都哈哈大笑，玩的很开心。我想对雪花说：“谢谢你那么美丽，给大家带来了快乐。”

9月1日，我们又迎来了一个新的学期。新的学期孕育着新的希望，所以，我应该打足精神，抛开上学期取得的或好或坏的成绩，在初二上学期的学习中充满信心。

首先，我认为，学习中不可忽略的一点就是要学会分析自己的学习特点，像我--理解能力还可以，老师讲的东西不是不懂，但却总出错，而且对于一些死记硬背才能学会的东西总觉得不耐烦，因此，在这点上，我希望自己能在新学期里对待学习更认真，更有耐心。

其次，我觉得，在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我们可以在短时间内定一个小的学习目标，并且在短时间内达到这个小目标，然后长时间达到一个大目标。在长短计划的指导下，使学习一步步地由小目标走向大目标。所以，我暂时的目标就是先进入全班前8名，而对于我较弱的数学以及其他的副科，我也会努力，让它们也有所进步。

最后，也是最关键的一点，就是要科学、合理地安排作息时间，没有合理的安排，再好的计划也会付之东流。

所以，在新学期里，我最要学会的就是要合理安排学习、娱乐、休息的时间，要把每一点一滴宝贵的时间都抓紧。 有些同学认为：只要把所有的心思都扑在学习上，学习成绩就会提高。但我个人不赞同这一观点，因为我觉得一天中如果没有一点时间用来娱乐的话，大脑就会持续的工作，不停的运转，很容易疲劳，容易激动。虽然这样成绩也许会有所提高，但是人就会觉得有压力，不停地想发泄。因此我觉得，在一天的学习中，只要做到上课认真听讲，认真做笔记，课后有不懂得就去问老师，直到弄懂为止，很好地掌握当天的学习内容。回家后认真地、高效率地、高准确性地做好作业以及适量的补充习题，认真复习及预习，其他时间完全可以自由支配。 最后再说一句：学习计划要根据个人具体的情况而定，而且要“定到做到”不然这将会是纸上谈兵。

My dream home is an old castle in France. There are at least thirty rooms in it. It has three floors.

There is a big sitting room and dining room on the ground floor. It must have a very large window on the ground floor. I can look out of the window.

There are six bedrooms on the first floor. Maybe my good friends can live in the rooms. There is a bathroom in each bedroom. I would like my friends to have a shower or a bath in my castle.

There is a special room on the second floor. I can put all my clothes in the room. The room must be next to my bedroom. There is a big bed in my own bedroom. It is two meters long, because I love to sleep. There is a bathroom in my bedroom.

There is a very large garden outside my house. I can have breakfast in this garden. I can have parties in it. The garden is like a park. There are many kinds of flowers and trees in it. In the centre of the garden, there is a wooden swing. I can play on it.

This is my dream home. It is a nice dream.

Most people has a sweet home, so have I. I think my home is sweet because it is my best place to have rest or have fun with my friends or my parents.

I can remember clearly. Once I came back home late because my teacher didnt want me leave until I finished my homework. At that time, the weather became colder and the wind became stronger. I was so hungry and cold at that time! I felt I cant take it any more, so I ran to my home quickly. When I got my home, I felt much more warmer and happiness than ever before!

Thats why I love my sweet home. Dont you think so?

许多人拥有一个甜蜜的家，我也有。我认为我的家是甜蜜的，因为它是我休息、与父母、朋友一起玩乐的地方。

我可以清楚地记着。有一次，直到我完成作业，老师才肯放我回家，所以我就回来晚了。那时候，天气更冷了，风也变得更大了。在那时，我又冷又饿。我觉得自己无法承受了，所以我迅速地跑回家。当我到家的时候，我感到从未有过的温暖和幸福。

这就是为什么我爱自己的甜蜜之家。难道你不是这么认为的么?

五月一日大清早，爸爸妈妈和我一起乘车去世纪公园游玩。

一进大门，我们首先来到林间小道上。只见，前面清清楚楚地写着五个大字：休闲老爷车，旁边还画了车子的样子呢!我们买了票，租了一辆。这是一辆红色的老爷车，它的坐垫是绿色的，“探照灯”是银黄色的，顶棚是红、绿、白三色相间的。我和爸爸来骑，而妈妈则坐在当中。骑着骑着，我叫爸爸停车，要求在此地拍照。原来，这儿正在举行石雕展，每一块石头都被雕刻家雕刻得千姿百态，楚楚动人。第一块石头是猫头鹰，它笔直地站立着，一动也不动，两眼直视前方，好像在站岗放哨。第二块石头是大螃蟹，它挥舞着大钳，好像在向我们示威呢!第三块石头是一只大公鸡，它那昂首挺胸的样子，好像在叫我们快快起床。第四块石头是丹顶鹤，它那张开双翅的样子，好像要展翅翱翔。第五块石头是海马，它嘴成圆状，好像很生气的样子……紧接着，我们又来到喷泉边，只见水一会儿成瀑布状，一会儿成花朵状，一会儿成球状……忽然，一股水从柱子里喷涌而出，足有18层楼那么高，让在场所有的人都看得目瞪口呆，连我也不例外。

1个小时的时间到了，我们还了车，又来到游船那儿，穿上救生衣，坐进了一艘四人船里。我一边开船一边看风景，岸边，柳树轻轻摇摆它的长发;一颗颗小草被微风轻轻一吹，弯下了腰，好像一位位小姐在向我们鞠躬。

就在这时，我们的船钻进了桥洞，使我感到一阵清凉。我们钻出了桥洞，湖面在阳光的照射下，显得波光粼粼，异常美丽。我忍不住伸手去摸，连船都不顾了，害得我们差点将船撞向岸边!

下了船，我们要回家了，我恋恋不舍地走了。虽然我不能常常来，但它将会成为我永久的回忆。
