什么才是真实的生活。在我看来，苏轼的‘人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺便很好的对这个问题进行了诠释。真实的生活，就是要尝遍世间的酸甜苦辣，历经人生的顺利与挫折，感受人类心灵的真善美与假恶丑，使自己变得更加坚强，更加成熟。

在幼儿园将要毕业时，老师安排了一场考试。这是我人生中的第一场考试，所以我很重视。考试时我十分认真，而且反复检查最后得了满分，同时也博得了同学的羡慕，老师的赞赏。那时我便感受到了成功的喜悦。

也曾有一次，我考试时过于紧张，导致发挥失常，成绩不理想。那时我心里很失落，很想埋头大哭一场。可妈妈告诉我，哭又能怎样，既不能改变事实，又浪费时间与精力，倒不如找找失败的原因，保证自己下次不再犯这样的错误。那时我便明白了，人在生活中总会遇到失败与挫折，总会有跌倒的时候，不过那又何妨，只要跌倒的时候还能勇敢的爬起来，哪怕是只有一线希望，也要力挽狂澜，那样的人一定能战胜挫折，冲破逆境，获得成功。

十岁时，爸爸教我下五子棋。一开始我觉得好难，就是丈二和尚——摸不着头脑，根本就听不懂爸爸对我说的下棋的技巧。不过我没有灰心，坚持每天都和爸爸下几盘。渐渐的我掌握了这些技巧，并且青出于蓝而胜于蓝，战胜了爸爸，由原来的常败将军变成了常胜将军。同时我又悟出了一个道理，坚持不懈，永不言败的人才能迎来最后的胜利。

这就是真实的生活，不仅有成功，也有失败;不仅有快乐，也有难过;不仅有一帆风顺，也有困难重重。真实的生活不会完美，但我们要从真实的生活中感受快乐，悟出道理，让自己以积极乐观的态度面对生活。

真实的生活，就要有真实的自己。不要遮掩，不要逃避，让真实的自己去挑战真实的生活。

一次，我跟着叔叔在田里插秧，叔叔一手提着整捆秧苗，一手捏着一小撮秧苗。只见他随手一挥，一排秧苗就整齐地插在了地里，前后的秧苗像是排着队，一竖一横，规规矩矩。

挺好玩啊!这多么简单!于是，我忍不住也照着做。我也像叔叔那样，轻捏着一捆秧苗，手轻轻一挥，往下插去。“噗——”我伸了伸舌头，怎么我的秧苗不挺立腰板呢?再试一次，我的天，比上次还要差，这次的秧苗直接将头载进了水里。再看看叔叔那排着队的秧苗，我不禁泄了气。这些秧苗像是故意跟我做对似地，任我怎么挥甩，它就是不肯变直。是不是我的秧苗有问题?我正要转身去休息时，旁边有一只青蛙的动作引起了我的注意。

这只青蛙紧紧盯着上方的几只苍蝇。只见双目圆睁，静静蹲着，一刹那间，它猛地把舌头往空中一甩，苍蝇像背后长了眼睛似的，扑扇着翅膀，潇洒的往旁一闪——没捉住。苍蝇回头望了望青蛙，翅膀扑扇得更凶了，发出嗡嗡嗡的声音，似乎在嘲笑着青蛙的无能。青蛙又瞄准一只苍蝇，伸长舌头去捉住它。可又被那苍蝇灵活地躲开了，其他几只苍蝇围在那只苍蝇旁边“嗡嗡嗡”地叫，似乎在欢呼。

但是，青蛙似乎不为所动，依旧静立。正当我觉得青蛙要放弃时，空中连续闪过几只“利箭”。每支利箭以迅雷不及掩耳之势，射向苍蝇。刚刚还在嗡嗡着直叫的苍蝇，转眼间便成了青蛙的盘中餐。我想这下青蛙应该会放弃了吧，想不到，它快速瞄准，舌头又一甩，那舌头像利箭一样，直刺苍蝇——居然捉住了!其它几只苍蝇顿时乱了套，像无头似的乱飞。青蛙有了势头，现在是瞄准一只，捉住一只，一会儿功夫这些讨厌地苍蝇就被收拾干净了。

我眼前一亮，想到，青蛙前几次虽然失败了，但是后几次却成功了，它都能懂得这个道理，我怎么就不知道呢!是呀，我只插了两次，怎么可能像叔叔这个熟手一样呢?说干就干，我立刻抓着秧苗学着叔叔多做几次，功夫不负有心人，在经历无数次失败之后，我终于成功了!我插的秧苗也终于整齐地挺直腰板了!

我不得不佩服古人的智慧，大音希声，微言大义，他们把对生命的理解和感悟融入了一个个，一个个词语中。每一个词语，细细琢磨，都会品出别样的味道。

舍得，一个有趣的词语。舍，代表舍去、不得，得，代表得到、不舍。两个完全相反甚至尖锐对立的字，放在一起，竟然如此和谐。因为，他们本身，就应该是这样的关系啊!对立，却又统一。舍，是得的前提;得，是舍的结果。不舍，又怎能得呢?

在志愿者组织中，每一位志愿者都是平等的，大家在人格上，地位上都是平等的，大家为了一个共同的目标走到了一起，可以说是最为亲密的，没有血缘的兄妹!

一个团队，由人组成，根据人的能力必然有了一定的.分工，有的人适合做领导，有的人适合做宣传，而有的人乐于做一个普通的义工工作在第一线。

所谓人尽其才。

才尽其用!这样的团体才能蓬勃发展，蒸蒸日上!若硬是把志愿者依据能力、身份、地位的不同，分出个三六九等，所伤及的怕不只是一个人的情感问题，天长日久，团队的亲和力、凝聚力怕是要大打折扣!倘若志愿者的组成都是些达官显贵，那么志愿者的透明程度，就不得不让世人怀疑了。

虽说有穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下一说，可也并不排除会有一些并不富裕，能力不是很强，却愿意尽自己绵薄之力的人愿意加入这个组织，我想我们也要以一个宽容的心来接纳他们，因为我们的组织是宗旨是志愿、公平、平等!
