我7岁时，妈妈给我报了爵士舞班，我一直都很喜欢，而且学得不错。这天，老师对我说：“宝仪，星期日有个比赛，你去试试吧?”我有些为难地点了点头，又摇了摇头。老师鼓励我，我点头答应了。

比赛正式开始啦!妈妈带着我来到赛场，化好妆，换好衣服，做好了一切准备工作。我走进休息室，几个参赛者正在认真地复习着动作。我照了照镜子，看着化了妆的自己，挺满意——眼睛亮亮的，嘴唇红红的，和电视上的明星一样漂亮!

短暂的慌乱后，我想起了舞蹈老师一再叮嘱我的话：“比赛忘了动作，就自己编。”嗯，相信自己!我定下神，随着乐曲舞动，我舞得忘记了自我，忘记了正在比赛……表演即将结束，我摆了最后一个酷酷的POSE，台下“哗哗哗”掌声一片。我向观众鞠躬致谢，然后左转，走下了舞台。来到后台，我心中的石头终于着地了，刚才真的好紧张哦!眼角的余光瞟到妈妈，她一直在观众席最前排为我拍照，此刻，她却默默地擦拭着眼角的泪花，泪水在强烈的灯光下闪闪发光。我知道，这是欣慰的泪水。

开始宣布分数了，我竖起耳朵搜索着自己的名字，“一等奖，李宝仪。”我激动得又蹦又跳。

回家的路上，我坐在车上，捧着奖状，听到收音机里播放着：人生不是赛场，理想不容退场，只要多练习，便会熟能生巧。是啊，第一次登台表演，让我明白：相信自己，世上没有不可能的事儿!

校园是我们成长的地方，是我们的另外一个家。随着时间的推移，随着我们一天天长大，在学校里的时间远远多于在家里的时间。如果说家是我们避风的港湾，那么学校便是为我们这风挡雨的船，在这艘船的庇护下，我们一天天长大，一天天到达我们理想的彼岸。

In view of the fog weather continued, around a lot of measures to improve air quality, such as restrictions on vehicle travel, elimination of old vehicles, oil to gas generation and so on. But, I think, this is not the ultimate, government departments should fundamentally to solve the related problem.

Purify air, improve the environment, urgent! Let us all act, but also a clean world!

近期，天气总是雾蒙蒙的，我想出门玩耍的愿望总是被这鬼天气给搅和了。通过阅读报纸，我明白了这种天气就是雾霾，它是因为空气遭受比较严重的污染才在一定的条件下形成的。看来，我们身边的空气质量真令人堪忧哇。

我从报纸上得知，近期我国中东部大部分地区笼罩在一片雾霾之中，有人戏言：“世界上最远的距离是——你站在我面前，我却看不到你!”十里“霾”伏让广大市民心生恐慌，妈妈总是对我说空气污染太严重了，不能出门。许多行人出行时都戴上口罩，以此来应对恶劣的空气质量，却总让人有喘不过气的感觉。

前两天降过一场雪，大家对这次降雪充满期待，以为雪后雾霾就会消散。然而雪后雾霾依在，不少地方的空气质量更差了。报纸频频报道这种恶劣天气产生的原因带来的影响，让我也对雾霾的关注度日益提高。

针对持续的雾霾天气，各地出台不少措施来改善空气质量，如限制车辆出行，淘汰老旧车辆，以气代油等等。可是，我想，这还不是根本，政府部门应该从根本上着手解决相关问题。

净化空气，改善环境，刻不容缓!让我们大家都行动起来，还世界一片洁净!

谁的一生无青春，谁的一生无梦想。挥洒过青春的汗水，是我们追求理想的最有力证据，也是我们在将来回首过去最值得骄傲的。

子曾经曰过：“逝者如斯央，不舍昼夜!”时光的流逝有如驹过隙，瞬即逝。而我们作为早上七、八点钟的太阳，更应当珍惜时光，展开理想的翅膀，傲翔在这广宽的天下。

在我的小时候，成长像个噩梦，因为我害怕我的玩具有一天会离开我，但我还记得当飞机划过天空，父亲牵着我的小手告诉我：长大了，我也能够在这世界遨游。在那以后，“长大了，我也能够在这世界遨游”，这句话被我铭记在心，也变成我的理想。我渴望自已快快地长大，在自已的青春年华尽情地挥洒着汗水，然后用力地追求我的理想。

没有理想，没有追求的生命是黯然无光的。追求可以让生命大放异彩，生命会在追求中闪光!追求者的征程是曲折而漫长的。但只要追着河流走到底。终能见到大海。空虚无聊的日子是可以销蚀生命的，无所事事的时光叫人焦躁心烦，没有追求、没有理想、没有企盼，人生就如茫茫沙漠、寂寞、苍凉、空荡

海伦海勒就是凭着追求心中的理想的信念，虽然她看不见、说不出，但她相信，她相信自已可以创造奇迹。她努力学习，坚持拼搏，不断进步，一步一步地靠近自已的理想。虽然路程比一般人还要长，还要辛苦，但她做到了。她做到了一个眼盲心不盲，耳聋思想不糊涂，口哑却精神超乎常人的伟人。被世人称为20世纪最伟大的人物。这是多么高的称赞啊!她靠的是什么?就是她那坚定的信念——挥洒青春的汗水，追求理想。

上帝创出“理想”就是想让人类去追寻它，所以人类生活最终的目标就是追到理想。担不是每个人的理想都一样的。有的平凡、有的庸俗，而有时却高尚。

不知道你们还记得有这样一个故事：曾经有个人看见三个砌砖的工人，就做过去问他，你们在干什么。第一个人说：“我在砌砖。”第二个人说：“我在赚工资。”在听过前两个人的话后，这个人不禁皱起眉头。当他问第三个人：“你在干什么?”第三个人却豪情满怀地说：“我在建造世界上最富有特色的房子。”数年之后，这第三个人成了有名的建筑师，也设计了不少惊人之作。

由此可见，人不但要有理想，也要有一个远大的理想并为之奋斗，这样才能成功。

一个人获得成功，一定要有理想，除此之外，还要为之拼搏，人的一生充满艰险的，而真正理解意义的人，才能与人奋斗，才能有坚持的毅力和精神。我们在与当今社会中，我们要想在群众中出类拔萃，就需要伟大的理想，因为伟大的理想可以产生伟大的力量。

我们应挥洒青春的汗水，不畏艰难险阻，树立起宏伟远大的理想，在人生中阔步前进。

从夏商周到唐宋元明清，上下五千年的中华文化曾经是世界历史上最为闪耀的明珠;数不清的唐诗宋词，文化瑰宝曾经让无数人为之倾倒;汉语汉字曾经走向世界，风靡全球……我们为中华文化的源远流长，博大精深感到骄傲自豪，却看不见，那些都是曾经，那些都已过去……

为什么当代中国产生不了影响世界的大哲学家、大诗人、大作曲家?为什么至今仍没有再次出现像李白、杜甫那样影响中国千年的文学家?罪魁祸首莫过于人们用功用的标准去追求文化，他们追求的是由文化带来的名和利，而不是文化本身。可是，“当鸟翼系上黄金时就飞不远了”。带着一颗功利心去追求精神文化，又怎能有所建树，创造辉煌?

鲁迅先生笔下曾狠狠讽刺过那些自称“智识高超而目光远大的先生们”，因为他们认为：“改革的事倘不是一下子就变成极乐世界，活或者，至少能给我带来更多的好处，就万万不要动!”说来说去，还不是为了一个“利”字，但那时是中国最黑暗，最动荡不安，最吃人的社会。可现在呢，我们身处一个和平民主的时代，我们以中国未来的接班人自称，但是有多少人读书只是为了追求文化的纯粹，精神的家园，而不是有房有车，名利双收呢?而这，难道不正是当今中国文化的可悲之处吗?

而在那个日寇侵华，兵荒马乱的年代里，北大、清华、南开大学被迫南迁组成的西南联大大学，却产生了那么多的人才，这其实和当时师生的治学态度是分不开的。闻一多先生的衣服破了之后只好穿上一条样式早就过时，十分不合身的夹袍;朱自清先生的衣服破得不能再穿就罩上一条蓝色长布;化学教授曾昭抡的鞋子更是露着脚趾，后跟也提不上来……联大师生破衣烂衫，却每天孜孜不倦地做学问，在陋室之中寻求真理智慧，穷且益坚，不坠青云之志。也正是这种精神，让西南联大可以彪炳于世界大学之林，与世界名牌大学平列而无愧色，而这种精神，也正是我们所缺少的。

令人略有安慰的是莫言先生获得了诺贝尔文学奖之后，让13亿中国人一夜之间认识了他以及《红高粱》，让人们再次燃起对中华文化的激情。我相信，当人们学习文化不再为了功用，名利，而只是单纯地追求文化的纯粹，寻找精神家园的皈依，中华文化一定会再度崛起!

学了那么久的《论语》，我最爱的还是《子路冉有公西华侍坐》中的“暮春者，春服既成，冠者五六人，童子六七人，浴乎沂，风乎舞雩，咏而归。”这种超脱功利的生活态度和治学态度，何时才能真正展现在世人面前?

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

Hello, everybody, my name is Xue Yinjie. I"m 12 years old. I study at Fenghuang Primary school. I"m in class 1 grade 6. I go to school at 7 o"clock every morning. We read English everyday. There are three lessons in the morning. We have lunch at 11 o"clock. After lunch, we have a rest. The lessons in the afternoon are much more interesting. There are Art lesson, computer studies, Music lesson and Science lesson. We leave school at four.

Everybody, let me show you around my school. My school is not big, but it"s very beautiful. There is a broad road in the center of the school. In the two sides of the road, there are many green trees and beautiful flowers. In the left side of the road, there are two teaching buildings and a meeting Hall. Teachers often get together every Monday afternoon. There are about 24 classrooms in our school, included two computer rooms and an Art room. We like computer studies very much. We can surf the Internet and play computer games, and sometimes we write emails to each other. In front of the teaching building, there is a river. We can see big ships on it, and it always makes noise. Around the rive, there are some flowers and trees. In spring, we can see many butterflies and other insects. We watch they dance in the flowers. They dance so beautifully. In summer, we can catch grasshoppers between the grass. We have great fun there. In the right side of the road ,there is a library and a big playground. There are many kinds of books in the library. After lunch, we often go to the library to find some interesting books. We often read books about animals and interesting stories. We can learn a lot from the books. We do morning exercise everyday, and we like doing exercise. In the free time, we often play football and basketball. Last month, we had a sports meeting, we were all very excided, especially when we saw the teacher"s running race.

Now, Everybody, Do you know my school? The life in my school is rich and interesting. The teachers are kindly; the students are lovely and friendly. I like studying in my school. I love my school. I think you"ll like it, too.
