The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the

society. As a college student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than

the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going

to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago.

It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof.

In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage

to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much

more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time

instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In

addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and

professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of

waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a

foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a

message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also,

the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of

delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I

might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also,

there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last,

Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too

much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the

Internet.

Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to

me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I

can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

我是出生在六月份的双子座女孩。据说，双子星座的人喜爱变化，有双重性格，我就是一个内心充满矛盾的女孩。

有时我很认真。虽然我坐在教室的最后一排，但我总是认真听讲。上课时，我的眼睛不是看着黑板和老师，就是盯着书本，从不走神。听到重要的知识点时，我会把它们工工整整地记在课本上。即使周围有同学上课讲小话，我也不会被干扰。因此，同学们对我刮目相看，老师们对我更是赞不绝口。

有时我却很马虎。做数学题时，我经常粗心大意，还没有看清题目就匆匆忙忙地动笔。题目里要求把以下物体的重量从轻到重排列，我却把它们从重到轻排列。题目要计算一个商店五天卖出多少大米，我却看成了三天卖出多少大米。因为粗心，我没少被妈妈批评。

有时我很勤奋。在暑假里，我并没有放松学习，除了完成老师布置的作业，我每天坚持阅读课外书一个半小时，因为我知道知识就是力量;每天练习古筝至少一小时，希望在不久的将来能演奏出更美妙的乐曲。

有时我很却懒惰。在面对数学思考题的时候，如果我多想一想、写一写、画一画，是很有可能解答出这些题目的，可是我常常懒得思考，看到“思考题”三个字就轻易放弃，结果总是被难题打败。下学期我就要上四年级了，学习的内容会越来越难，我一定要勤于思考和总结，才能取得更大的进步。

有时我很大胆。从小我就喜欢在小区里的健身器上爬上爬下，也喜欢玩惊险刺激的游戏，那疯狂的样子一定让你惊讶不已。有一次，爸爸妈妈带我去上海迪士尼乐园玩，我们坐在一个“大手臂”形状的游乐设施上，被甩到了高空中。妈妈被吓得脸色苍白、魂飞魄散，我却一点儿都不害怕，反而觉得刺激过瘾、意犹未尽呢。

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.

I have a sister. Her name is Alice . She is one year old. She has short hair. She has a fat face. It looks like a big red apple. She has big eyes and a small mouth. She has only one tooth, but she can eat cookies. Her arms and legs are fat, too. But she can crawl very fast on the floor.

My sister is very naughty. She doesn’t sleep at night but sleeps at daytime. So my mother is tired to take care of her. She always crawls here and there, sofa, bed, chair, everywhere she likes to go. She likes to play with the toys. Bricks are her favourite. She likes to make different shapes with the bricks. Sometime it’s a house, sometimes it’s a bus. I think she is a smart girl. 43年前，蒋杏官老人的女儿蒋晓莉只有十个月大的时候，不幸患上了小儿麻痹症，这无疑对当时的蒋杏官夫妇是个打击。亲戚们都在劝她，这个孩子都这样了就别救了，估计长大了也是个废人，这不是在自讨苦吃吗?可是即使这样，蒋杏官老人始终不肯放弃女儿，女儿毕竟是自己身上的一块肉，而且一个生命的诞生也是不容易的。说到这里时，蒋杏官老人哽咽着，眼睛都红了，我相信许多人都会被深深感动。

在蒋杏官老人的女儿蒋晓莉患上小儿麻痹症之后，蒋杏官老人便带着女儿去针灸，隔一天针灸一次，慢慢的，她的女儿也可以搀着走路了。蒋杏官老人希望自己的女儿也能与同龄人一样去上学，于是，每天拖着女儿上下学，天天去送饭，这在她女儿上学期间从不间断。蒋晓莉初中毕业后，蒋杏官老人想让女儿接着读高中，但是女儿去南京治疗了两年，并在南京念书。女儿回来后蒋杏官老人便开了一家小店，平日里让女儿帮忙看店。蒋晓莉不辜负妈妈的期望，刻苦好学，自学了雕花和雕字技术。

蒋杏官为女儿感动骄傲，她时不时就会说到自己的女儿很坚强，说自己的女儿在做手术时从来都说不疼，可实际确实痛得要命，经常躲在被子哭。我想，蒋杏官老人的女儿这么坚强有绝大部分原因是因为自己的母亲。正是蒋杏官老人的坚强，才会使得自己的女儿也如此坚强。有人说，母爱是伟大的;母爱是温柔的;母爱是无私的……这些都很好的体现在了蒋杏官老人身上，但是我想，在蒋杏官更体现了一种坚强的母爱!

在采访时，我无意间发现在蒋杏官老人的家中有一个燕子窝，看到燕子来来回回的喂养雏鸟。不经意间，就觉得蒋杏官老人与她的女儿就如同这燕子窝中燕子一般。燕子窝规模也是我见过最大的，估计也有很长一段时间了，这不正好象征了蒋杏官老人对女儿的无私的无微不至的照顾吗?象征了蒋杏官老人对女儿的爱，那种坚强的母爱!

But as the time by, people started to use computer, they shared the information, at the same time, many new language was created. The Internet language is in favor by people, they like to use it, because it is fashionable and very appropriate to express what they mean. I like to use the Internet language, it is so new and fun, what’s more, it is convenient, like I can use the shorten words instead of the long words. The problem of the Internet language is that it is very informal, it can’t be written in the paper, it will changes as the time goes by. My Experience to Eat Buffet

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food. As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt. The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.

理想与现实的差距太大了，我一直觉得自己的学校普普通通没有任何的出彩之处，我觉得任何东西都没有令人感到非常漂亮的感觉，然而当学校的一组照片曝光后，我真的感觉自己的价值观一瞬间坍塌了，因为照片上的学校那真是山清水秀，那真是蓝天白云，我从各个方面都感觉这个学校不一般，那真就是旅游景点一般的景色!

粹，需铮铮铁磨。来，我们先来看看韩信，很多人一听到他，便想到，一代天骄，千古军神。但，他所经历的困难险阻，就像一片大海，一望无尽。起初，穷困潦倒，在万分无奈下只能寄居于一名孤寡妇人的家里，这种惭愧是一堵迎面扑来的巨浪，将你沉没，将你湿透……不!韩信未被其打倒，反倒对妇人说：“等我功成名就，我一定会报答你的!”再者，韩信途径屠宰场，被一屠夫所拦：“你要么杀了我，要么从我跨下走过!”韩信深知杀人犯法，必会毁了自己，所以，他再三思量，受其胯下之辱。紧接着，他被人诬陷而送上了断头台……如此众众磨难与挫折，不但没有击败他，反倒成了他通往成功的红地毯。纵观古今风流人物，何尝不是一个个从烈火中，淬炼出来的?列夫托尔斯泰，巴金，霍金，马云……数不胜数!北大教授有一句话：“痛苦，是催化剂，它使强者更强，弱者更弱;者更仁，暴者更暴;智者更智;愚者更愚。”由此，“粹”，需铮铮铁磨，熊熊炙粹!

“粹”，不仅要养，要修;更要蓄，要扬!

何为“蓄”?何为“扬”?就是要在平时将修养而来的“粹”储存，不露身色，先做后说，做好了，做够了，做得更完美了，就在该扬时将其从心胸中并发，展风采，立成就!

这也是长郡集团的校训：朴实沉毅。何谓“朴实沉毅”?只有更好地修养了“粹”，蓄足了“粹”，才能更好的扬“粹”。这其中，就需做到“朴实沉毅”来修“粹”，蓄“粹”了。就像闻一多，邓稼先先生一样，朴实地修“粹”，沉毅地蓄“粹”。其实，培“粹”，不仅仅是老师在培，更需要我们去培。其实，每一位成功人士都需要“粹”，都需要用“粹”的力量，去将所有的“愤怒”“痛苦”“悲愤”“崩溃”转化成“无畏”“自信”“勇敢”“坚持”。

“粹”，需落实。这，其实是最后一步，虽今日我在此长篇大论，但主要是将向着“粹”前进的心留下来，刻下来，烙下来!把它印进骨子里去!不忘初心，不忘“粹”。“粹”是将失败扭转成成功的力量!

“粹”，精粹之人，纯粹之土，乃至善至美，乃“止于至善”，乃精神至境，乃至生追求……

When we meet difficulties, most of us will be feeling distressed, just like

the whole world is down and there is no hope for tomorrow. When we look back

after many years, the difficulties at that time are just small matters, only if

we can hold on to these. Life is wonderful, there is no need to let down on life

when we meet difficulties, like a popular song“How can we see the rainbow

without the storm”. Once I failed on the exam, I feel my world is over, I

couldn’t eat well, I just let my parents down, I was so guilty about it. My

teacher told me that the exam was not a big deal, I should forget it and kept

moving on. Since than, I work hard and trying to forget it. Now when I look back

on the failing exam, I think it is not a big deal.

真正的文化精神是每个人都有自己独特的看，让不同的思维撞出文化的火花，是和而不同，是百家争鸣。

我钦羡诸子百家的繁荣，关于治世，儒家讲求“仁”，大和天下是他们的最终梦想;墨家主张“兼爱”“非攻”，人与人和谐相处方能同泰民安;法家提倡“法治天下”，依法治国，赏罚分明才是王道。百家之思想，竞相怒放，你方唱罢，我登场。我想，生活在春秋和战国时期的人们从某方面来说是幸福的，他们有幸见证了中国文化史上最浓墨色彩的一笔。

以色列有句谚语：两个犹太人有三个脑袋，在这个国家，每个人都在思考，个体之间的观点强烈，碰撞，于是整个国家在不断休养中平稳前行。

以色列著名小说家，政治活动组织者阿莫斯。奥兹借两次经历讲述了以色列起强大的原因。奥兹曾收到总理府的来电，说总理读了他的文章，邀请他一起喝咖啡，交流意见。“我去了，和总理来聊了一小时，结果谁也没有说服谁。”

第二个故事是他打车的经历。一上车，出租车司机就认出了这位经常上电视，发表见解的学者，对他说：“我读过你的文章，但是我不同意你的意见。”然后这位司机先生滔滔不绝的陈述自己的观点，奥兹先生只有听的份儿。

关于治国，学者见总理，激辩一番扬长而去;关于学习，出租车司机见到学者，不是崇拜，而是亮出自己的观点，强大国力的背后依托的是思想上的自由。

静默鸿蒙之时，蔡元培的一句“思想自由”今犹铿锵在身，大师之风范引领北大面貌焕然一新。而今，我们姑且不去评判中国社会是否民主自由，毕竟这条路上。我们还仅仅处于蹒跚学步状态，只是我们必须要具备正视自我的勇气。当我们的思想变得自由，当我们的社会能够更好地吸纳每个人的看法，才能使文化更繁荣，集小智于大成。

让思想变得自由，然后我们就会发现有些问题不过是四两拔千斤罢了。
