Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

悄悄地，眼泪无声无息划过脸颊。又一次哭了，数不清自我这是第几次落泪了。每一次的哭泣，感觉泪都在敲打自我的心灵，眼泪见证了我的成长。

technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once

they dont have smart phone at hand for a while, the seem to be lost and feel

something miss in their life. When I talk to my friends at table, I find them

always play smart phones or check on the text all the time. Though we sit face

to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation

between people. Some people dont often visit their parents and friends, for

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

走在回家路上的我，总是被那一抹殷红的夕阳所吸引。我每天都迫不及待的回到家中，望着那艳丽的景色。

我回到家中的第一件事，一定是站在窗前，静静望着太阳一点一点躲到地平线下，再一点点归于平静。每到6点多时，太阳就有了逃走的念头，因为他在逃走时总会害羞，阳光的颜色随着它向下的滑落而加深，由最初的金黄趁着我们不注意悄悄转变为橘色，再一点一点加深。那金黄照亮了世界，也给这世间的一切镀了一层金，几缕金光穿过高楼直直射向我的房间。一刹那，房间瞬间亮了起来，我的心也亮了起来。当时的场景，惊艳了时光，温暖了多少岁月。我终是明白了古人为何对自然念念不忘。在自然面前，功名利禄与钱财微不足道。自然美景是世界留给我们最珍贵的礼物。我们每个人似乎也是在追逐着自己心中的光明与希望，静静等待，也只为花开时的惊艳。我亦是如此，默默等待，只为看一眼太阳即将落山时极力照耀自己的美丽时刻。

十几分钟后，远处的楼渐渐遮住了那夕阳。空中的云朵被照得通红，如血一般鲜红，光芒四射，将高楼染成了红色。夕阳的光照在窗户上，再被反射到更远的地方。如此壮观的美景引得行人纷纷驻足观赏，也有人举起手机将这一刻美景记录下来，而我早已震撼不已，这是太阳在落山时所留下的最美丽的光辉，也预示着一天即将过去。

时间在不停的走着，它从不为任何人而停下脚步，也从不留恋任何事物，总是匆匆地走着。同时也带走了阳光，留下了一片昏暗。也同样让人期盼着下一次的那一个鲜红的夕阳。生活中的美好，总是与我们不期而遇。偶然的发现，却永远的保存在了我记忆中的一角。

从前，有一只青蛙，它和小兔子、小狗、小熊住在一起，合用一间浴室。

小青蛙超级爱唱歌，尤其是洗澡的时候，一口气可以唱十多首歌，最多时甚至可以唱九十九首歌。因为这样，它就有个外号，叫“唱唱”。

一天，唱唱从外面抓好虫子回来，觉得身上痒痒的，它赶紧冲进卫生间去洗澡，大伙看着唱唱进去，就无奈地在外面排队等着洗澡。大伙等呀等，十分钟过去，半小时过去了，一小时过去了，唱唱还没有出来，大伙都等到睡着了。唱唱呢?

它在浴室里拿着肥皂擦身体，嘴里还唱着自创的“洗澡歌”：“左擦擦，右擦擦，泡泡一堆，堆成棉花糖……”

它一边唱，一边扭摆着身子，唱得不亦乐乎。两个小时过去了，唱唱终于走出浴室时。它看见大伙都一个个东倒西歪地睡着了，小熊还打起了呼噜呢!

唱唱连忙把大伙一一叫醒，不好意思地说：“噢……噢……我洗好了，你们可以去洗了，我想，下次还是你们先洗吧。”

“不行!”小狗急忙摆手，“你最后一个洗，说不定会洗上三个小时的!

“就是!”小熊表示赞同，小兔子蹦跳了几下，也说：“唱唱，你先洗，我们想办法帮助你。”

第二天，唱唱抱着浴巾走进了浴室：“呱呱呱，我是一个小画家。”

就在它边唱边脱衣服的时候，“刷!”水龙头自动打开了，唱唱拍拍脑袋，飞快地拿起毛巾走了进去。

“啦啦啦，我是一个滴小雨点……”

当唱唱一边哼着歌一边冲水时，“咚咚”一只拿着肥皂的金属机器手臂猛地从墙壁上伸了出来，吓了小青蛙一跳。这时的水龙头自动关上了，唱唱只能接过肥皂往身体上擦，身体一下子就变得白花花了。

“泡泡一堆堆，像个棉花糖!洗在我身上，香喷喷哟!”

唱唱正唱得起劲时，“刷”水龙头又自动打开了。唱唱连忙抓起毛巾擦洗起来，暖暖的水流过唱唱的身体，把它浑身上下洗得干干净净，舒服极了。当唱唱刚想张嘴唱起来歌来时。“啪”地一声，水龙头关上了。唱唱只好拿起浴巾刚把身体擦干，这时，放衣服的柜子自动打开了，唱唱拿起它的绿衣服迅速穿好，走了出去。

大伙看见唱唱，齐声说“唱唱，今天你洗的可真快!”

唱唱一看今天洗澡只花了二十分钟，开心极了。

它向伙伴们做了一个非常绅士的弯腰动作，说：“请吧，我的朋友们，你们可以去洗澡了，也谢谢你的一片良苦用心，让我知道要爱惜洗澡水。”

伙伴们围着唱唱说：“其实你洗澡唱歌的样子特别酷，不过我们更想看你在舞台上唱歌的样子。”

于是，一场由唱唱主唱、其他伙伴伴唱的音乐会就开始了……

仰天大笑出门去，我辈岂是蓬蒿人!——题记

拼搏，努力，奋斗……这些词语在老师、家长、同学甚至自己口中出现的频率一直不低，可大部分同学做的却是上一刻还在暗暗下定决心要怎样怎样，下一刻则默默拿起手机刷存在感，拿起鼠标、键盘打一场游戏。亲爱的少年啊，韵光易逝，劝君惜取少年时!

2012年，百度公司创始人李彦宏曾给员工指了两条明路：想要坐在自由而无用的躺椅上享受人生的人，最好卷铺盖走人;愿意披上狼毛大氅，改造自我的人，才可以跟随他上it战场冲锋陷阵。在他眼中，小资青年“有良好的背景，流利的英语，稳定的收入”，但他们“信奉工作只是人生的一部分，不思进取，追求个人舒适生活才是全部”;与此相比，狼性青年则具有“敏锐的嗅，不屈不挠，奋不顾身的进取精神，适合群体奋斗”，可以给公司带来最大的利益。

做一个拼搏、进取、执着奋斗，具有“狼性”品格的人。当今社会竞争是激烈的，甚至是残酷的。无论个人，团队或国家，爱拼才会赢，更何况我们青少年，面对着升学考试的压力，千军万马激烈的竞争，此时不拼，更待何时?

少年心怀天下，不慕名利，担当起救国救民的重任，“孩儿立志出乡关，学不成名誓不还。埋骨何须桑梓地，人生无处不青山。”伟人之言警诫着我们努力拼搏，全力奋斗，树立伟大的目标并朝之不懈努力。

楚霸王项羽大败刘邦，无颜再见江东父老而在乌江边自刎。后世对他的失败及失败的原因唏嘘不已，认为当时如果他卧薪尝胆，奋起拼搏，等到有朝一日也可以东山再起，可人生是在向前进行的，我们不应该永远寄希望于失败后奋起拼搏，而应该坚定信念。拼搏，就在此时。

谁都不希望当一个一生碌碌无为，平庸无奇的蓬蒿人。可你现在做什么呢?不如重新定位一下自己，重新制订人生的目标。不甘平凡，迎难而上，敢为天下先。从此时开始，努力拼搏。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

Social morality is an important part of our life that reflects the degree

of civilization of our country. Generally speaking, social morality contains

many aspects. For example, civility, which requires people behave in a becoming

manner and be friendly to others. Be ready to help others telling us that give a

hand to those who need help. When we help others, we can get gratification as

well. Just as the old saying goes, “Roses given, fragrance in hand.” Besides,

respecting the old and cherishing the young, protecting the environment,

observing law and discipline are also included in social morality. Observe

social morality is the basic requirement to a man of being moral, which has

positive effects that keep our society stable and harmonious. As a member of our

society, we should keep these disciplines and requirements in mind, so that act

as a moral people.
