人们常说“没有规矩，不成方圆”，这句话其实强调的是规则的重要性。规则无处不在，家有家规，校有校规，疫情期间亦有防控规则。我们不能对规则视而不见，甚至凌驾于它，否则我们就会被规则惩罚。

以前，我总是把规则当做一种约束，让我不能随心所欲，所以对规则常有点小情绪。但生活却好好的给我上了一课，让我明白了规则的重要性，让我学会了敬畏规则。

疫情期间，病毒如猛兽，侵害着人们的健康，咬噬人们的心里防线，一时间，天地暗淡，人心惶恐，大家度过了一段忧郁的日子。如今，疫情已经基本得以控制。这让全世界都很诧异，一个14亿人口的大国，人口密度如此之大，怎么会在这么短的时间内阻止了疫情的蔓延呢?在我心里有一个答案，那就是中国人对规则敬畏。

疫情防控规则一出，全国人民自觉遵守。人们居家隔离，取消出访和聚会;娱乐、休闲场所关闭;公共服务场所设置安全“一米线”。原来热闹的街道，现在空无一人。人们也都自觉戴上了口罩;面对各种体温检测，积极配合。即使每天只能呆在家里，过着枯燥而单调的生活，也毫无怨言。还有各种各样的抗疫人员，不畏艰辛，不眠不休地工作着，严格遵守规则，坚守在自己的岗位上……正是因为有规则的约束，人们也自觉地遵守，我们才取得抗疫的成果。

反观地球另一端的美国，因为疫情而支离破碎，混乱不堪。为了所谓的自由，不戴口罩;在疫情的高峰期要求复工，上街抗议，游行示威，甚至发生纵火、抢劫事件……置规则而不顾，导致疫情迅速蔓延，感染人数不断增加。由此可见，不敬畏规则，规则就会狠狠地回击它。

这次疫情，让我感到震惊的同时，也让我学会了敬畏规则。人类是离不开规则，它是社会有序向前迈进的保证。在生活中，我们只有怀揣一颗对规则的敬畏之心，我们的生活才会开出和谐之花。

在规则面前，让我们多一份敬畏之心吧!

长袖褪成短袖，时光一点一滴。太多的叛逆将我们的放任不羁磨得失去勇气，太多痛苦榨干了原本直视苍天双眼的泪滴。蓦然回首，童真已去，学习将尊严踩在脚底也许，少年风采，便是化茧成蝶，痛苦而绚丽。

原以为三年是段很长的时光，不想只是一楼到三楼的距离，看着一楼如穿林彩蝶般来往跳跃的灵动身影，心中莫名地升起一种疲惫，似乎自己失去了往日的风采，自嘲地笑了笑，迈着匆匆的脚步奔向教室，今天，还有很多事要做呢。一如既往的沉寂，只听见沙沙的，笔与纸的摩擦声，跳跃进双耳。不知不觉，原本一个个颖脱不羁，风采张扬的少年，似乎也不甘地输给了时光。

然而真的是如此吗?元旦那天，我们的少年，用他们生命的最强音告诉我，他们风采依旧，青春不落幕!若有斗志，还有憧憬，此生扶摇直上九万里!

相信自己，中考必胜!

天阴阴沉沉，雨淅淅沥沥，人熙熙攘攘，会场的气氛却热烈得直冲云霄。一场场的节目似乎一波波浪潮，将全场气氛渐渐调到顶点。然而似乎美中不足的便是少了往年耀武扬威的荧光棒，呵呵，连荧光棒都风采不再了呢，我笑了笑，连这点一年一度的节日都要压制吗?

似乎是回应似的，一曲忧愁徘恻的《十年》悠然而出，我的思潮随之起伏：不断有人进入我们的世界，同样，也不断有人离开，不是怕成长，而是怕遗忘，逐渐的陌生，转化为苦痛，磨平棱角，遗失轻狂。莫非时光真无情!?陡然，漫天荧彩指穹苍，万光道道向青霄!一声排山倒海的欢呼涌向四方，惊起千堆人潮，一种似乎久久压抑的灵魂带着少年风采，犹如一条巨龙勃然而起!我笑了，呵呵，少年风采。是任何东西都无法压制的。这个世界，不遵守规则的人是废物，但连本心都丢掉的，更是连废物都不如!规则并不压制青春，表面的沉寂也只是蛰伏!

蛰伏，是为雄起，固然，化茧成蝶充满残酷，但是那昙花一现的风采，却直上九天!也许青春只是白色的单调，但它完美地折射出了绚丽的少年风采。宣父犹能畏后生，丈夫未可轻年少!少年风采，是初生牛犊不怕虎的不畏天地，是粪土当年万户侯的轻狂不羁，是扶摇直上九万里的壮志豪情，是虽千万人吾往矣的风采无敌!

岁月匆匆流逝，记忆中那些零碎却美丽的面孔渐行渐远……所幸，当我蓦然回首时，那些面孔依旧清晰，那些芸芸众生留下的感动，依旧那么质朴，那么纯粹……

偶然走到那条失修多年的公路，天边小雨淅沥，行人举着雨伞在雨中漫步，几辆人力自行车来来往往，三轮车夫一上一下踩着踏板，身体有规律地晃动着。这样的画面很诗意，也很熟悉。

一滴滴雨将往事的尘埃化作一缕缕轻烟，交融飘逸在朦胧细雨中。

“这该死的鬼天气!”我嘴里嘟囔着。突然下起雨来，让路上的行人有些措手不及。我四处张望，看是否有可以躲雨的地方。“三轮车!三轮车……”突然传来了一声吆喝。就在路的对面，一个三轮车夫正对着我摇手，那动作慢得可怜，那手活像一支在风中摇曳的枯树枝。

我走了过去，三轮车夫的脸庞在雨中逐渐清晰。我有些出乎意料，竟是这样一个老伙计——四肢有些消瘦，脸上也是皱巴巴的，在他头上难以找出几根黑头发——一个活生生的劳动者形象，只是略显苍老。在他旁边的就是他的赚钱工具，这辆人力三轮车看来也有些岁数了，生锈的铁圈，打了几处补丁的轮胎，卷了几圈胶布的踏板，无一不充满历史的沧桑感。我有些犹豫。“年轻人，你别看这车破，它可结实着……”最后，我们谈妥了价钱，我也勉为其难地上了车。

老人艰难地踩动了三轮车，刚开始有些颠簸，后来渐渐地平缓了，比我想象中舒适多了。我有些无聊，便随口问了一句：“师傅，你骑这车有几年了?”

“唔……”他的声腔中带着浓厚的鼻音，“得十几年了，这里的大街小巷几乎都被我走透了，呵呵……”他回过头，满是自豪，像一个成功的企业家在叙说自己辉煌的过去。

他愣了一下，突然眉头一皱，无奈地说道：“只是现在老了，怕撑不了多久了，没办法，为了养家糊口，没办法……”突然遇到一个上坡，他叫我坐稳了，老人站在踏板上，利用身体的重量尽力往下压，双脚一上一下，身体前后晃动，终于艰难地上了坡。在风中，夹杂着老人急促的喘息声。“现在路上走的到处是什么…。什么出租车，面包车，小轿车……哪还有我们的余地啊。”

雨依旧淅沥，路上的行人寥若晨星，这三轮车在雨中倔强地前进。

没等我接上话，老人又说：“不瞒您说，我有个愿望，我想要是……要是可能的话……等我赚够了钱，买辆机动的，就不用那么费劲了……”老人憨厚地笑了，我也笑了。

下车了，我似乎有些不舍。我不知用什么方法去帮助他，或许只能默默祝福他的愿望。老人还是艰难地踩起踏板，最后消失在路口拐角处。或许他还骑着那辆三轮车，或许他早已驶向远方的理想。

对于袁隆平，他的理想是想用科技养活更多的人，对于一个三轮车夫，他的理想是有更好的车，但不管是大人物还是小人物，这两种极端的追求都有一个共同的出发点，那就是创造感动。

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

began to pick up the stuff in my home, first fold the newspaper, and then the

glass was cleaned.

I put the glass on the pot filled with water, and then picked up the cloth, a

brush up. I found a little dirty in a cup, and I took some detergent to wash it.

六月初的雨就要下了。

不知会下多大，但终究是回来的。我的哥哥，堂哥，即将参战高考。

奶奶开始着手操办“宗教事务”。她拍拍哥的肩膀：

“阿能啊，我在菩萨那儿开好了后门，你安心考。”

她总是这样说，极力说服我们听从她的指挥：“记住啊，在试卷发下之后，双手合一段时间，脑子会清醒清醒——这又不是什么坏事，对吧。”

将信将疑中，我们总是点点头，看看奶奶的额头由严肃的紧绷转为欣喜的褶皱，我们就感觉到了肩上担子的沉重。

我和哥哥从小成绩就比较好。邻里自从了解了这事，就总是喜欢给爷爷奶奶戴高帽子：“你俩孙子怎么都这么聪明，将来都是北大清华的料子啊!”小时候不知北大清华是怎么一回事，大概聪明聪明就行了。现在听来这话却像嘲讽，似乎他们每看见一个聪明的小孩，就将这顶高帽戴上去，长大了，反成了枷锁，牢牢地扣着你。

而奶奶极好面子，一旦被捧高，也不愿灰溜溜地下来。一次她与我谈心，说：“小时候我问你们哥俩等长大了怎么报答奶奶，你们一起说‘买一架大飞机，载我去北京。’我当时可高兴了，你们有这么大的志向。”她顿了好久，又说：“你们可要努力啊，我只能说努力。你哥哥马上就要定了前程，我可希望我俩个孙子都有好的未来。”这话说得我想哭，泪涌上眼眶，却又被硬生生地压下来。

她也扭过头，似乎也强忍着什么。面对着我的，是一张熟悉的面庞。枣红的肤色，深深地褶皱——这是我对奶奶最深的印象。

突然，这时我才深刻地意识到，明天，下一个月，我也许放下沉重的担子换取她一脸明媚的笑;我也许肩负更沉重的使命，向她的愿景一步一步，艰辛地踏去。

一下子，我发现未来就在眼前了，我们每个人的愿景，都有光，在闪耀。奶奶将她生命的后半程放在了我们的前路上，她扮演着领路者，用真情，告诉我们：愿景，是什么。

愿景是怎样?来日凌云，亲身穿过瓢泼大雨，也许就能感受。

Almost all of us heard the story “ Here Comes the Wolf “ when we were

little kids. What we can learn from the story is that we must be honest.

However, there’re lots of phenomena of dishonesty nowadays.

Being dishonest does great harm not only to other people but also to

yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for example. After drinking this

kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still

thin, which badly affected their health. To our great relief, the producers got

accused and punishedfor all the serious consequences in the end.

Having the reputation of being honest and reliable will make other people

trust you, which will provide you many benefits and give you opportunities that

others may not get. Being honest, you will find it easier to cooperate with

others and people will be friendly to you and support you. In a sense, if life

is a long journey, honesty will be the backpack that should be taken along all

the way.

Let’s pick up our “ backpack “ —honesty, and start the wonderful

我天生脾气直爽，不知回味。与别人交往时我往往不加思索，脱口而出;而对于别人的话，我也囫囵吞枣，从来就不会细细回味。这样一来，我的话便常刺伤别人，别人的话呢，我会理解偏差，争吵便频频发生，人缘也自然不好，到了四年级，谁都对我爱理不理。我深受不懂回味之苦而不自知，依旧我行我素。直到有一天，班主任孙老师把我叫进了办公室。他神秘地微笑着，拿出一碟饭，一双筷子，让我吃。我茫然不解，依言吃了一口饭菜，只觉口感，滋味均于普通的无甚不同。我放下筷子，惊讶地望着孙老师：“这饭菜，好像没什么特别呀。”孙老师点点头，浑厚的嗓音响了起来：“是啊，本来这就是食堂里一份普通的饭菜，不过，现在请你再吃上一口，这回一定要放在口里多咀嚼几次，细细品味。”

我只得又夹了些饭菜放进嘴里，鼓着腮帮嚼啊嚼，初时也未见异样，突然一丝浅淡的甘甜涌上了舌尖，伴随而来的是仿佛蕴含着阳光气味的米香，经过咀嚼的菜梗释放出浓郁的泥土芬芳，真是一种奇妙的感觉!我瞪大了眼，原来饭菜只要多咀嚼，细回味，竟有如此不同寻常的可口。孙老师瞧出我的惊奇，不疾不徐地说着：“我发现你平时与别人交往不懂回味，只是一味有话就说，惹得好多人都与你疏远了。其实，要提升人气很简单，只需在说话前回味几番要说出的话，听完别人的意见也要多回味回味，沟通自然而然就迎刃而解了。”我想想自己平日的所作所为，还有几次辞不达意的，顿时如醍醐灌顶，恍然大悟。

后来我每逢话脱口之前便会回味自己要说的有无不妥，是否会引起误解，会不会得罪他人，渐渐的我说的话顺耳多了。别人的话我更是反复回味，直到品出深层的意蕴，再针对关键回答。同学们扭转了对我的看法，有一位同学不当面俏皮地对我说：“我以前的话像把锥子，刺得狠，现在简直成了柿子，又软又甜，听了叫人心里舒坦。我听了这话，回味的甘美又涌上心头。

回味真的很神奇，生难懂的词句，能回味出温暖甘甜;寡淡无味的生活，能回味出精彩纷呈。让我们在交往中时时回味，在生活中多回味，回味出生活的精彩，回味出人生的真谛。

Since I was very small, I watched a lot of sports with my father. My father

is a huge fan of basketball match. When he has time, he will sit in the sofa and

watch NBA. So I enjoy the time to watch the match with him. I also become a

sport fan, but my passion on sports is much stronger. I am interested in

watching all kinds of sports, besides basketball, tennis, volleyball and other

sports are favored by me. Though I am a girl, I play many sports in the school.

My classmates admire me. I feel so proud of myself of being different. Whats

more, doing sports makes me happy. I feel the energy when I am running in the

playground. I also learn to be patient and persistent, which helps me a lot in

my study.

低碳生活是一种十分环保、礼貌的生活方式。节水、节电、节油、节气，能够帮忙我们将低碳生活变为现实。

低碳时代已经如约而至，正在改变着我们的生活。“低碳”就在我们身边。夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要长时间开着，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电;在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电;用微波炉加工食品时，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电;开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择适宜档位，避免低档跑高速，定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。短时间不用电脑时，启用“睡眠”模式，能耗可下降到50%以下;关掉不用的程序和音箱、打印机等外围设备;少让硬盘、软盘、光盘同时工作;适当降低显示器的亮度。

平时我们勤动手动脑，也能够实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、奶盒等，其实稍加裁剪，就能够简便将它们废物利用，比如制作成储物盒，能够在里面放茶叶包、化妆品之类的物品;还能够利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盏漂亮的台灯;喝过的茶叶渣，晒干做一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠……

另外，将普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下电器插头……你看这些看似不经意的小事，都是在为“减碳”做贡献。

我们应当从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起，低碳生活是我们要建立的绿色生活方式，只要我们去行动，就能够接近低碳生活，到达低碳生活的标准。“总之，低碳生活，既是保护环境，也是拯救自我。”

那么对于我们小学生来说，还有其它降耗低碳的好方法吗?来看看我的提议吧。

纸张的双面使用，节俭用纸;不用一次性的筷子和一次性的饭盒;不用一次性的塑料袋;使用手帕，少用纸巾……

我们的地球需要我貌同来爱护，让我们从身边的小事做起，珍惜资源，降低能耗，让我们的生活更加完美。

我是一名中学生，我首先要明白：什么是低碳?低碳生活是指生活作息时所消耗的能源的减少，从而减低碳消耗，尤其是二氧化碳的减少，我们应进取提倡“低碳生活”，从节电、节油、节气，从一点一滴的小事做起。也就是说，低碳生活就是更低能量、更低消耗的生活方式，还原其淳朴的进行人与自然的交流。

四年级的时候，我开始接触素描，兴趣也紧跟着时间的步伐一天天的增长着。就这样，我与绘画相伴走过了五年的时间。在这几年中，绘画带我成长了许多，也改变了许多。

绘画，让我学会了安静，即使是在喧闹无比的人群中，也能静如雕塑。

初一暑假的时候，我开始学习色彩，因为画一幅画要很长时间，所以我便每次都在少年宫呆两个时段。随着下课铃的打响，教室里顿时喧闹了起来：“把你的漫画借我一下!”“你作业画好了没?”“你们作业多吗?”……这是新班常有的“姿态”，他们大多也都是四年级的，而此刻的我正坐在教室后面画着画。教室仿佛炸开了锅，还充溢着零食的味道。很快，老师的出现让整个教室安静了下来，而还没有三分钟热度，便又发出了嗡嗡声。而经过三年“磨练”的我来说，意识“百毒不侵”了，我挥动着画笔，仔细的研究着书上的明暗变化以及色彩的纯度，丝毫没有被外界所干扰。看着眼前没有完成的画作，我只想全身心的投入。回想起三年前的那个我，也如此刻的新生一样肆意的闲聊，但现在的我，教室里的我，真有些与众不同，而这都是绘画带给我的。从开始的一小时，两小时，到现在的四小时，五小时安静的作画，让我变得与众不同。

绘画，让我懂得了坚持。

绘画占据了我大部分的空余时间，而往往一下午或者一上午的时间全都要奉献给它，但这并没有阻止我对绘画的追求，正因为这样，我懂得了坚持。

体育课上的800米，是让我们最头疼的，但这想赖也赖不掉，只能硬着头皮上了。随着哨声的香气，我如利剑一般的冲了出去，很快就跑在了前面。400米眨眼就过去了，可是双腿已经开始渐渐的失去了活力，越来越酸。风此时似乎也异常可恶，吹得更加猛了。我急促的呼吸着，望着前面还有不远的200米，险些就想放弃，但转念一想，就剩这短短不到200米了，放弃不是很可惜吗?拿出你一连画几小时的劲来啊。我抬着像是灌铅的褪向终点跑去，而此刻后面的好多女同学都已放弃，由跑转变为走。而我知道自己不能放弃，就这样我跑了第一名，大家也都对我投来赞许的目光，而他们并不知道，是绘画。是它让我学会坚持，让我从中脱颖而出，让我变得与众不同。

绘画，让我学会了安静，让我懂得了坚持，也是绘画让我与众不同!

Ive been in my middle school for four years. Four years school life plays an important role in my life.

I enjoy making friends, getting knowledge and having interesting time in my school. I have also made friendship with lots of classmates, and I have also been taught different lessons by lots of different patient teachers. I have grown up a lot in the past four years.

Today, I went to the grandmas home with my father and mother for the Dragon

Boat Festival. When we entered the door, grandma said, "today is Dragon Boat

Festival. Lets make dumplings." We promised. Grandma said, "bamboo leaves need

to be soaked for a while.

After a while, we began to pack the zongzi. Each of us picked up three

pieces of bamboo leaves, grabbed a handful of glutinous rice with our hands, put

them in the bamboo leaves, and put on some big red dates. And then wrap it into

a cone. Im glad to have a zongzi wrapped up. I said to grandma, "the dumplings

are so simple. Grandma said, "the real bag is not easy!" After finishing the

package, the dumplings were cooked.

Our whole family is very happy to eat sweet rice dumplings.

When July comes, it is the hottest time of the whole summer. Many of my

friends have chosen to travel to the cool place, so as to avoid the stuffy air.

As for me, I dont like to travel in this hot weather. I just want to stay

indoors and enjoy the quiet moment. I like to sit near the window, watching

outside scenery. Sometimes I will read some books, enjoy the novel and make

myself lost in the fiction world. The things I like to do most is to find a

coffee shop and then choose a table that is near the window, so that I can see

all the situation. I will bring my computer and then play the computer for the

whole afternoon. It is what I like to do in the summer. I enjoy it.
