两个星期前，妈妈陪我去参加软笔书法八级考试，依旧是那个熟悉的考场，熟悉的流程。同一考场的大多数是初次考级的小孩及陪同的家长。他们兴奋而又焦急，大人孩子无不手忙脚乱。而此时坐在教室一角的我，早已提笔闻着墨香静静书写。因为这样的与众不同，引起喧闹的大人孩子的注意，他们全部聚到我身边，默默观看。良久，称赞声起伏于耳畔。忽然，一个声音响起：“这孩子很喜欢书法吧!”一直不语的我听闻此声，抬头粲然一笑：“当然，我最爱书法了!”话音刚落，众人大笑。孩子们的眼中则放出一种别样的光彩。考级开始了，考场忽然安静下来，我看着那一个个认真书写的小小身影，仿佛看到了六年前的自己。

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

“不以成败论英雄，不管成功与否，只要尽力了就是好样的。”这是父亲经常对我说的一句话。敞开记忆的大门，我有过许多次失败的经历，其中令我感受最深的是发生在一次英语考试中。

我从4岁起就开始学英语了，英语水平在班里一直不错。有一天父亲对我说：“过几天有个英语比赛，你去试试吧。”我答应了。像这样的英语比赛我根本瞧不上，在我看来，去参加比赛的选手80%都是奔奖品去的，只有30%是真正想测试自己的英语水平的，半数以上都是“乌合之众”。这种小竞赛，题目肯定难不到哪儿去，随便看看就能取得好成绩。怀揣这种轻敌的心理，我只是简单翻看了一下参考书上的基础题就去了考场。

第一场考口语，那几个简单的单词对我来说简直不算什么，没多久我就把老师问的题全部答了出来。

第二场考笔答，听力20分，笔试80分。听力测试内容是书上的一篇课文，因为我只看了看基础题，课文一点没瞧，面对这部分题我傻了眼。我只好把希望寄托在笔试上，可谁知笔试部分只有少数题是基础题，剩下的全是阅读题，这时我才知道我彻底完了!

没过几天成绩单就下来了，我竟然才考了35分!看着这张不及格的卷子，泪水止不住地流下来。我拖着沉重的双腿回到家，把自己锁在房间里痛哭了一场。我对自己当初的盲目乐观、自以为是而悔恨交加，真想一把把卷子撕碎，把纪录耻辱的考卷丢进废纸篓。这时我突然想起了父亲的话，我认识到，我不是英雄，因为我没有尽力，我败给了自己，只能独饮自酿的苦水。我又一次把卷子打开，认认真真把错题重做了一遍，从中找到了自己学习上的差距、不足。

从这次竞赛中，我体会到了失败的滋味，并且明白了，自满是学习的大敌，只有虚心谨慎，扎实认真，才能最终完成一份令人满意的答卷。

Every day, we can see the figures of the volunteers. Actually, they have

formed a kind of scenery of the city. Some people hold that volunteering is

merely a waste of time, because the volunteers have no gains with pains.

However, I believe that doing voluntary is quite rewarding.

In the first place, we can put into practice what we have learnt before,

for instance, when we were asked by a foreigner about the way to some place, we

could practice our oral foreign language, it’s definitely a good opportunity to

express ourselves in a foreign language correctly and clearly.

In the second place, we could make a lot of new friends while we are

volunteering As a proverb says, “At home one relies on one’s parents and outside

Finally, helping others is a good way to make you feel happy and when you

help others solve a problem successful, you will feel fulfillment. In this

秋风吹过，金色的阳光透过古树的树叶，映在地上无数斑驳。岁月如一首歌，旋律悠扬，婉转动听，富含我整个初中时代的回忆。

粉笔声犹如伴奏一般沙沙作响，一位看似中年，个子不高，浓密的黑色头发中伴着几根白色发丝的数学老师正在“唱”着富有节奏的“歌”。他正是我们的班主任，我们亲切的称他为“老董”。“老董”从初一开始便是我的班主任，他不爱干活，总喜欢把事情推给班长干。他使唤班长干活时就会笑起来，脸上出现几道皱纹，眼睛眯成一条缝，一手撑着桌子，另一手背在背后，脚一定会交叉站立，每次他一笑着走过来，我们就会一致地看向班长，“完了，班长又要干活了”。

“加油!加油!加油!”满操场的加油声，呐喊声像是这首歌的副歌部分——整齐划一。男生们犹如脱缰的野马一般冲出起跑线，一个个飞驰在跑道上。女生们在跑道旁为自己班里的班男生加油，期待着第一名的产生。一阵爽朗的风拂过，男生们更像是打了“鸡血”一样奋力往前跑，这是一场永无止境的奔跑，同学们都向着自己美好的未来冲去。

I read the book then watched the movie, both of them ga一ve me great shock, I really admire Meggie,she had the courage to use her whole life to love Ralph, never ga一ve up. She believed that she would love Ralph only in her life. But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. So in my opinion I think Meggie should give in, she shouldn’t fight with God, Ralph had told her he would serve God forever, so Meggie wouldn’t win. Maybe giving up is a good choice. Their love is painful.

Tell the turth I don’t like Meggie neither Ralph, Ralph could not give Meggie happniess while Meggie couldn’t support Ralph to concentrate on his work. So they would not ha一ve happy life, they only made each other feel sad .

Frank is my fa一vorite role. he was short but strong ,and he was one of the main labor in his family. He didn’t want to be a shepherd, but the family needed him , and he must feed he the sheep so that everybody in his family can live better. Once he escaped from home , but it wassn’t long before his father found him and take him home. I feel so sorry that he had a miserable fate. He longed for freedom but most of his life didn’t belong to himself, it’s really a pity .

Frank was different to every man in their home, he loved his mother deeply, and he always helped his mother do the housework. he dreamed to be an outstanding boxer. Frank was considerable, and he always try his best to make Meggie feel happy. As Meggie’s oldest brother, he could be worried about Meggie’s fa一vorite doll, and he even tried to fixed the doll which was distroyed by Meggie’s other brothers. Frank and Meggie would always tell each other what they thought in their deep heart , and they are close friends.

I was so sad when I learned that Frank killed a man and he was sent to the prision. It is really a big shock to Meggie, for Frank was the only one who can listen to Meggie’s secrets. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

Both the story of thorn birds and the legend are painful and beautiful, but not every one can be the thorn birds, because it is not our porpose to ha一ve a painful life. We are born to be happy. Olny happiness is the ture meaning of life while the story was written for us to enrich our life. It is a wonderful story.

在小学时，由于一次失误，我的测验卷有2个刺眼的分数“65分”由于一不小心的失误竟然可以把30分化为乌有，消失了，我不知如何找回自强不息了。这是，我鼓励地对自己说：“我的“精神朋友”不是没有弱点的人而是勇于并善与战胜自己弱点的人。人最大的敌人不是别人而是自己。能战胜自己的人，必定自强。”不知不觉中我的“朋友”知道我已醒悟，她又重新回来了。

我在中学时成绩还好，但上了初中后，觉得别人都比自己聪明能干，自己什么都不如人。再加上没有熟悉的同学，感到孤单、失落。于是，我便沉湎于网络小说中，结果成绩一落千丈，差点就是后进生了。经历了这个波折，我认识到放任自己的的危害，及时清醒过来。扔掉了小说，振作精神，每天刻苦学习，积极发言，遇到问题请教老师。经过了一年的拼搏，我的成绩上去了。这都是我“朋友”的功劳，让我知道每一个人都会面临一只拦路虎，放任自我，我们要战胜它，才会有进步。

另外，将普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下电器插头……你看这些看似不经意的小事，都是在为“减碳”做贡献。

我们应当从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起，低碳生活是我们要建立的绿色生活方式，只要我们去行动，就能够接近低碳生活，到达低碳生活的标准。“总之，低碳生活，既是保护环境，也是拯救自我。”

那么对于我们小学生来说，还有其它降耗低碳的好方法吗?来看看我的提议吧。

纸张的双面使用，节俭用纸;不用一次性的筷子和一次性的饭盒;不用一次性的塑料袋;使用手帕，少用纸巾……

我们的地球需要我貌同来爱护，让我们从身边的小事做起，珍惜资源，降低能耗，让我们的生活更加完美。

我是一名中学生，我首先要明白：什么是低碳?低碳生活是指生活作息时所消耗的能源的减少，从而减低碳消耗，尤其是二氧化碳的减少，我们应进取提倡“低碳生活”，从节电、节油、节气，从一点一滴的小事做起。也就是说，低碳生活就是更低能量、更低消耗的生活方式，还原其淳朴的进行人与自然的交流。

I will graduate next year, now I start to worry about my future, I don’t

know what kind of job I should work on, I see the job hunting information from

the Internet, I don’t know whether I should take the chance. My teacher told me

that I need to take every chance, so that I will find what I want.

Graduate season is a sad and busy season. After four years’ study, it is

time to say goodbye to your classmates, the building of the deep relationship

makes it hard to say goodbye. At the same time, finding a job is the most

important thing for students, because they need to find their places in the

society. As there are many opportunities for graduate students, they always

don’t know how to do.

I have learned that I should take every chance when they job offer comes,

even though I need to go to a far place to get the interview and there will be

some money that I need to spend. But I will learn many things and become more

competitive.

When the opportunity comes, I will take no hesitation to seize it.

Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

morning and from 1:30--5:30 in the after-noon,except on Sundays.

The library contains a large variety of books. in it you will find both

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

初春，紫陌垂杨。

古朴的木桥下，夭夭桃花露出妩媚的娇靥，花瓣窸窣、蜂蝶萦绕，给这篇诗瑶留下了清浅痕迹，心头一阵暖风荡漾。静水沧笙，时光如此静好、惬意。桃红和柳绿，笑望春的美好。

沁风到的恰好，轻拂着你发梢上的银丝。河边的垂柳“飒飒飒”地响着，你坐在游轮上，观赏初春的景色，我拽着你的手臂，撒着娇，不停地嚷嚷，让你教我织毛衣。你无奈，放弃了闲暇时间，一把手教我。那时，我的成长是自由自在的……

一去又一年，那年的冬天短的像一句誓言，转眼就入了春。

末春，樱桃成熟了。你一手抱着我，去把小院里刚成熟的樱桃摘下。春风吹红了樱桃的笑脸，个个樱桃颜色各异，我垂涎欲滴。爬到凳子上，学着你的样子，捏住樱桃果柄尾巴处反方向轻轻一折。转眼间，太阳从山头，屋顶，树梢落下来。那时，我的.成长是丰富多彩的……

隆冬时节，你得了一场感冒，进了医院，我才认识到你的重要。我要给你洗衣服，你不肯，总是说：“乖乖，这医院里都是细菌，你还是不要来了。”一个星期后，听到你出院，我飞跑上医院找你。

路旁的阳光普照大地，天空开满云朵，路旁的火棘流淌了一树的娇艳，连一丝浮絮都没有。像被过滤了一切杂色，瑰丽地熠熠发光。冬日的阳光如水般音符一样灿烂的流动，湿澈了不同的妩媚的忧伤。那时，我的成长是酸涩的……

相信，每个人都有一次成长的经历。纵使白驹过隙，岁月老去，依然会花香满衣。奶奶，谢谢你的陪伴。

Last year, I went to Guang Zhou in the summer vacation. I felt so excited, it took me about four hours to get there. In the daytime, the air was so stuffy and the sun was so hot, so my friends and I decided to take a rest in the hotel. When the sun almost got down, we started to go on the street, the first thing was to find something to eat. There were so many delicious snacks, we had no idea which to eat, so we planed to eat as much as we could. I found myself couldn’t stop eating, the food was tasted. After we finishing eating, we started to go shopping.Guang Zhou is famous for the foreign trade, its clothes are fashionable and cheap. We went to the shopping street, trying on all kinds of clothes, at last, we bought many clothes. This trip is so unforgettable to me.

去年暑假，我去广州旅游。我感到很兴奋，我花了大约四个小时到那里。白天，空气很闷，太阳很大，所以我的朋友和我决定去旅馆休息。当太阳将要下山了，我们开始逛街，第一件事就是找东西吃。街上有很多美味的小吃，我们不知道吃什么好，因此我们计划尽可能多吃。我无法停止下来，食物太美味了。吃完以后，我们开始购物，广州的外贸很出名，衣服时尚，价格便宜。我们去了购物街，试了各种各样的衣服，最后，我们买了很多衣服。这趟旅程对我来说是很难忘的。

走在回家路上的我，总是被那一抹殷红的夕阳所吸引。我每天都迫不及待的回到家中，望着那艳丽的景色。

我回到家中的第一件事，一定是站在窗前，静静望着太阳一点一点躲到地平线下，再一点点归于平静。每到6点多时，太阳就有了逃走的念头，因为他在逃走时总会害羞，阳光的颜色随着它向下的滑落而加深，由最初的金黄趁着我们不注意悄悄转变为橘色，再一点一点加深。那金黄照亮了世界，也给这世间的一切镀了一层金，几缕金光穿过高楼直直射向我的房间。一刹那，房间瞬间亮了起来，我的心也亮了起来。当时的场景，惊艳了时光，温暖了多少岁月。我终是明白了古人为何对自然念念不忘。在自然面前，功名利禄与钱财微不足道。自然美景是世界留给我们最珍贵的礼物。我们每个人似乎也是在追逐着自己心中的光明与希望，静静等待，也只为花开时的惊艳。我亦是如此，默默等待，只为看一眼太阳即将落山时极力照耀自己的美丽时刻。

十几分钟后，远处的楼渐渐遮住了那夕阳。空中的云朵被照得通红，如血一般鲜红，光芒四射，将高楼染成了红色。夕阳的光照在窗户上，再被反射到更远的地方。如此壮观的美景引得行人纷纷驻足观赏，也有人举起手机将这一刻美景记录下来，而我早已震撼不已，这是太阳在落山时所留下的最美丽的光辉，也预示着一天即将过去。

时间在不停的走着，它从不为任何人而停下脚步，也从不留恋任何事物，总是匆匆地走着。同时也带走了阳光，留下了一片昏暗。也同样让人期盼着下一次的那一个鲜红的夕阳。生活中的美好，总是与我们不期而遇。偶然的发现，却永远的保存在了我记忆中的一角。

Its almost the end of April. Summer has come to us in my city. In south,

summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month.

The highest temperature reached 37 degree. Now, there are much less people in

the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot

outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always

full filled with people. Parents often take their children to swimming pool at

night. Personally, I do not like summer, because its too hot and the sunshine

is strong. I sweat a lot and that makes me very uncomfortable. Therefore, summer

is tough time for me and I always expect winter to come.
