军训很快结束了，从中我学会了很多，但这五天并没有过得那么舒服，因为教官主要让我们练坐姿和站姿还有声音。

坐姿和站姿，不管是坐还是站，都要是一动不动。记得有一次，我靠在草丛那边练坐姿，突然，不知从哪里爬出来好几十只蚂蚁，我不经心里有点慌了，心想：那么多只蚂蚁等下就朝我这里爬过来，会不会要我呢?还是回它的巢里呢?我边想，边往蚂蚁的地方瞄了几眼。糟糕!有一只蚂蚁朝我这里爬来。我眉头皱了起来，牙齿在咬下嘴唇。心里特紧张，汗水流得多起来，有的在我的脸上跳舞;有的在我的脸是玩滑滑梯，流进我的耳朵里，流到我的下巴……流进我的耳朵里的好像在跟我说糟糕、糟糕蚂蚁会不会来咬我?

我心乱如麻，偷偷地看了那只小蚂蚁，正在我的小腿上爬来爬去，我想：要不是这军训，练得一动不动，我早就把这只小蚂蚁打回它老家去了。还有一点就是练声音，唱一次军歌都要让我们唱成哑巴了，这是多么难受的事。

五天军训中也收获不少，我发现，我每天进步一点点，我现在不管是坐姿还是站姿，都可以保持一动不动了。最重要的是让我学会了坚持和毅力。

军训让我学会很多，也让我成长了很多，还让我明白其中的道理：坚持就离成功更进一步。只有经历才会有成长;只有历经风雨才会见彩虹;只有尝过苦才会懂得甜……

像是这三月中的桃花，绽放开了。拾在手中。粉色中略带着纯白，娇滴地散落。那瓣瓣花色落下，一切似乎都停滞在那个岁月中的角落。那个角落，我似乎永远都无法逃脱对它的爱恋，却永远无法回到那时的欢乐，只能在时间的流逝中倾诉着对它的思恋。玩弄着手中的一切，那时的自己根本不懂得什么叫愁绪。

只是呆呆地看着窗口的桃花怒放，飘零;数着春天的燕子来临，又再次飞向远方;我的思绪，跟着那蝴蝶的翩舞起伏着。纯真的眼眸中透露着永远是对这些事物的好奇。那时像棒棒糖一样，对这个世界的向往与甜蜜。奔向田野的某个角落，任风筝在天空的浩瀚中自由飞翔。它能飞出我的束缚吧，那时的自己想着。当风筝从天空划落而下，并不失望，它也会觉得累吧。和它一起躺在田野中。用手指画个圈。那是云朵，像什么?幼稚的思想中只想得到廉价的糖果。睡了，打着清脆的呼噜。还记得那片的蔬菜地么?刨着土儿，抓着蚯蚓，追着蜜蜂跑。

油菜花开遍了那块菜地。那时矮小的身材，躲着这个天地，觉得自己太小了些吧。只有那两只小辫子向着天空。那时的天是碧蓝的，像宝石;那白云镶嵌在这个焕发色彩的宝石中，纯洁的影。记忆仿佛就停滞在了那块色布。是我向往着的童年。或许是童年过于自由;或许是如今过于繁忙;或许是童年过于纯真;或许是如果过于忧烦。

太多的或许，像眼前的桃树，她有着片片花瓣，那也是她的记忆，对春天的记忆。也只能在文字中倾吐对童年的恋。只能被困在时间的流里。记忆，童年的记忆，只能慢慢回味。那片桃色，你同我一起默默地留存那段记忆……

Spring Festival is coming,I am very happy.On this winter holiday,I went to

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

时光一去就不再回返，时间是不可回复性的，事情一但下定决心，就没有后悔的机会了，但人们往往都不三思而行，事后才后悔莫及!

一次小学的运动会，我以生病作为藉口，逃避参加全年级的大队接力，让老师以候补选手代替我上场，因为我害怕失败时堆积如山的无形压力、跑输时蜂拥而至的谴责，所以我选择了放弃。

运动会当天，艳阳高照、晴空万里，微风徐徐吹来，花草树木随风摇摆，操场上热闹滚滚，加油声响彻云霄，各班更是穿着炫彩夺目的班服，在操场上摩拳擦掌、蓄势待发，一心一意想为班上争取一份佳绩;坐在休息区的我感觉十分轻盈，因为无事一身轻，只等着看精彩的好戏上场，预赛时的烦恼早已抛到九霄云外了，顿时，我以为这是一种解脱，但我万万没想到这将是另一种束缚。比赛时，平常看来弱不禁风的本班，竟像只黑马，在众多高手中脱颖而出，勇夺季军。

看着荣誉榜上的奖状，同学们个个笑容满面，但看着那张奖状的我，心情就像个无情的黑洞，将我所有的喜悦一吸而空，只留下了后悔和遗憾;虽然那张奖状看起来光彩耀眼，但对我而言它就像张白纸，因为其中没有我一丝一毫的心力，我懦弱的藉口现在使我充满了遗憾。

我也想与朋友分享胜利的喜悦，我也想享受获胜的荣誉，不是没有给我机会，而是我白白让机会与我擦身而过，虽然我们班赢了，但我自己却彻底输了!我不输给任何人而是输给了自己，因为我无法跨出自己心里的那道栅栏。老师!我在这里深切的向您说声：“对不起!”经过这次教训，我学会了把握机会，不会再让自己的成长过程中留下任何的遗憾。

谈及军训，总会让人联想到高大帅气的教官，燃烧着的烈日，倾盆而下的大雨，苦不堪言的训练和令人感动，令人难过的那一幕幕。我从小对军人有着打心眼里的崇拜，对军装有着无可抑制的着迷，军训可谓是圆了我这么久以来的一个梦想。但它同样让我拥有了噩梦一般的现实。

军训五天中，三天大雨滂沱，雨刷刷地下着，洗涤着盛夏刚过的余热;洗涤着尘世间的灰秽，洗涤着我们灵魂中的浮躁与狂妄。豆大的雨珠毫不留情地打在我们瘦弱的肩膀上，不一会儿，衣裳便湿透了，女生们的长发也湿漉漉的，“滴答滴答”奏着打击乐。但我们依旧岿然不动，站在空旷的操场上，听从教官的指挥。我想，那时的我们已经长大了，学会了吃苦受累，学会了面对生活中种.种未知的困难和挑战，学会了在稚嫩的肩膀上承担起属于我们自己的责任……但这仅仅只是盛宴开始前的前奏，更多的精彩，还隐匿在漫天黑夜中等着我们，精彩绝伦的，便是练蹲姿了。

教官告诉我们，一切动作都是在军姿的基础上完成的。顶着烈日纹丝不动地站了整整两个小时，教官似笑非笑地说：“下来，我们练蹲姿，让你们放松一下。”话音刚落，一阵欢呼，开心的我们像刚得到心爱玩具的小孩。刚刚蹲着，右臀在右腿上，很舒服，但时间久了脚骨会感到一阵触电般的酥麻，像无数蚂蚁啃食者你的骨头，经久不衰钻心的痛。当你刚刚想微微弯腰，减轻负担时，教官的话却似晴天霹雳般硬生生的砸了下来：“腰挺直了!”简简单单四个字，却给了我致命一般的打击，此刻，我的心中万马奔腾而过，好生无力，但只能坚持着，也必须坚持着。很快，已经有些许女生难受的红了眼眶，但她们并没有哭泣，只是强忍着，坚持着，这给了我莫大的震动!此刻，我的心中激情澎湃，脚骨不再阵痛，腰也似奇迹一般的不再酸痛，内心有一个小小的种子正在发芽，它汲取着所有希望，它的名字叫做力量。军训，必将是苦不堪言的，我们必定要学会坚持，磨练像军人那样坚韧不拔的品格!

教官说：“差距微小的抉择，却给出了俩人截然不同的人生。”“一个人在团队中出了任何微小的错误，那么之前所付出的一切努力都白费了，正如闹钟里的齿轮，有一个坏了，那么这个闹钟就不能继续正常工作。这就是团体与个体之间的关系，你们明白了吗?”是啊，我们明白了，这么多天的努力，付出的辛苦与汗水，被一点点镌刻在时光的相册上，镌刻在我们的心扉中，让我们发光、发亮，它是一股无形的力量，促使我们进步，团结，向上!

在结业典礼圆满结束的那一刻，我的心中五味陈杂：开心、忧伤、不舍……虽然我知道天下没有不散的筵席，但我依然很是不舍!教官教给我们的精神，我们唯有用行动去诠释，这就是最好的纪念方式!

Last week, our school held an activity to the nursing house to visit the

old people. I was so excited to be a volunteer, because it was my first time to

join such big activity. When we got there, the old people were so happy to see

us. They smiled all the time. We brought them some fruit and presents, and they

were so moved. When we chatted face in face, they talked about the old times and

the happiness they had. I thought about my grandparents, who lived in the

hometown. I should spend more time with them. Being a volunteer is such a

Welcome to Hangzhou. I am Li Yue, president of the Student Union in my

school. Id like to briefly introduce the Hangzhou Public Bicycle Service to

you. Our city insists to protect the environment, so we began to use the Public

Bicycle Service to reduce the traffic stress in 2008. There were 65 thousand

bicycles for people to use in daily life. In general, more than 8 million people

have to use them every year.

Some people think they are very useful and believe they will make our

Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also

known as the Chinese New Year.

I am getting my internship now, I am being an English teacher in a college,

I really enjoy being a teacher, passing my knowledge to the students, I also

As a teacher, my duty is to teach my students with my knowledge, I will do
