When I was in high school, one day, my Chinese teacher was so excited to tell us that our country’s first spaceman had landed the space successfully. technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once

“好的，您稍等。”机器人小丽敲打键盘，电脑屏幕上立即出现了“334456”号老人的基本信息：陈某某，男，80岁，有高血压病史，居住在南京某某区某某号。

小丽立即通过信息传递，派机器人小雷前去诊查。没有多大一会儿，小雷就传递回来了“334456”号老人的检查信息。

诊断机器人小刚根据检查信息，诊断“334456”号老人为血压升高是由于血压控制不当。立即调整老人用药，并派药师机器人小飞把药送至“334456”号老人家里。老人服药后，小雷在旁观察。老人有所好转，方才离开。

这就是我办的医疗慈善养老院。

我的爸爸是一位医生，假期的时候我会到爸爸的门诊去玩。我看到有很多行动不便、生活困难的老年人，前来寻医问药。爸爸会现身说法地给我讲一些医疗、养老的情况。现在，我们南京老人越来越多，每年以3%以上的速度增长，今年已经接近140万人，占南京居住人口的20%。由此，养老成了我们这个城市的一个社会问题。特别是经济状况不好的特困老人、失独老人、残疾老人、独居老人以及空巢老人等更需要有人关心。

我办的这个医疗慈善养老院，首先要关心老年人的医疗问题，同时要给予老年人最大的优惠，甚至可以通过一些基金会给予免费定期随访，已达到老有所依、老有所养、老有所医、老有所乐的目的。我将为全市60岁以上的老人建立基本信息档案，并配置通讯设备，直接连通这些老人或家人，每天定时巡查这些老人。这些老人一但有困难，我就会立即针对情况，派出我制造的机器人，上门服务。这些机器人有诊断病情的，有配送药物的，有端茶倒水的，有陪着聊天的，……总之，我的机器人可以全程服务于老人，而且每个机器人都配有“风火轮”和“信息传递器”，对服务的老人和项目做到快速、准确、全面、满意。

我的医疗慈善养老院总部，将设置在一个傍山依水的地方。这里可以收治实在不便的老人;也是一个综合收集老人各方面信息的平台。我掌控着一大批功能各异且各有专长的机器人，它们直接投入为老人的服务之中，为居家养老和机构养老提供根本的保证。

Spring Festival is my favourite festival. This years Spring Festival is in

February 8th. On New Years Eve, everyone will wear new clothes. My parents and

I will go to the Grandpa and grandmas home to eat Nian Yefan. This is the

tradition of our family. At the dinner table, my grandmother will prepare a lot

of dishes for us to cook hot pot. These dishes are very delicious. Everyone ate

very happy. We have forgotten the troubles of the past year, happy to greet the

new year. After dinner, I will go back home with my parents. In eight, I will be

fireworks at the threshold of our home. They are very beautiful. Doing this will

make me feel very happy. After I put the fireworks, I will watch the Spring

Festival Gala. The Gala adds a mood of celebration in the house as people laugh,

discuss and enjoy the performance. At eleven, my parents gave me 200 yuan. This

is my years new years money. 0 ocolck, the new years bell sounded, we have

ushered in the new year. I made a wish. I hoped that that we could have a happy

and healthy life ne--t year and everyone in my family could be happy.

The first day of the new year, my father and I had the red antithetical

Spring Festival couplets on our doors. Every Spring Festival, both urban and

rural areas, each household must select a red couplets affi--ed to the door in

order to increase the festive atmosphere. I also cleaned the room with my mom.

After the event, I will visit friends and relatives with my parents. This is the

custom of the Chinese people to celebrate the Spring Festival.

The large number of our population has become one of the most serious

problems of our society. According to a recent survey of the National Bureau of

Statistics, there are more than 1.3 billion people in our country, which account

for about 1/5 of all the people in the world. the same survey also predicts that

our population will grow quickly in the years to come.

Overpopulation has brought about a series of negative effects to our

economic development and social security. In the first place, too many people

impose a heavy burden on our environment. As a result, we suffer from a shortage

of fresh water and natural resources. In the second place, as the supply of

labor GREatly exceeds the demand of the society, many people become employed.

This is a source of social unrest. Last but not least, we have to manufacture

all kinds of products to meet the needs of the people, which causes environment

pollution to our lakes and land.

Serious though the problem seems, we have to take some measures to tackle

it. On the one hand, the government should carry out more strictly the policy of

family planning, thus reducing the total number of population. On the other

hand, all the people should realize the harms of overpopulation. With the

concerted efforts of all the parties concerned, we’re sure to solve the problem

in the future.

Look at the sky the colorful fireworks, I smiled happily. The happiest time of the New Year is of course the twelve o clock fireworks burning fireworks on New Years eve. Many different kinds of firecrackers, DaDeGong, thunder king rai-oh, flash, how mice, DeLaoShu, Mickey Mouse, pistachios, chip Li marble, high-quality goods a piece of red... The types of fireworks split, magic bullet, cruise missile...

看着满天绚丽的礼花，我高兴地笑了。新年中最快乐的时光，当然是除夕十二点放鞭炮燃礼花了。鞭炮的种类很多，有大地红，雷王，闪光雷，冲天老鼠，地老鼠，米老鼠，开心果，噼呖啪啦，精品一片红……礼花的种类有天女散花，魔力子弹头，巡航导弹……

当新年的钟声敲响的时候，我便拉着爸爸在小区的院子里放鞭炮燃礼花。鞭炮声音最大的是雷王，我小心翼翼的点燃雷王的引线，飞速地跑开，轻轻捂上耳朵，目不转睛的盯着雷王，嘴里喊着“放炮了!放炮了!”只听“咚”的一声，威力太大了，这声音合着其它鞭炮声，此起彼伏，真是炮声如雷啊!我像打了兴奋剂的猴子一样，高兴地跳了起来。

紧接着我又准备放火箭炮。爸爸说：“火箭炮要把前面的箭头取了，看起来不起眼，但不小心会射死人的。”我半信半疑的取了箭头，一点燃引线，过了一会儿，只听“嗖”的一声，火箭像光一样的速度飞了。我一想，爸爸说的能射死人，因为速度太快了，一定能行。我再一次跳起来喊“真厉害，真厉害!”，紧接着，我又放了闪光雷、魔力子弹头，冲天老鼠，地老鼠，米老鼠……

我把鞭炮和礼花放完后，并没有离去，而是观看他人放的礼花，礼花一下冲上天，“啪、啪”声不断，天空中有好多好多的礼花在绽放，有的像天女散花，有的像红玫瑰开放，有的像满天的繁星……

据说这老板很会用人。

他说，我也是后来才明白，人才，简历中、表格上是看不出来的。他有个习惯，人力资源部门招来的新员工，上班第一天，他要逐个见面，聊上几句。那天上来一位，他试探性地问了几个专业术语，那小伙子似乎说不出个所以然，他皱起眉问：“那你会什么呢?”

小伙子无比纯真灿烂地一笑，说：“老板，抱歉，您这个专业，我其实完全不会。”

这下轮到他蒙了：“那我的手下怎么会让你面试成功?”小伙子又无比纯真灿烂地一笑，说：“老板，我就这一个优点，能让对方相信我。你可以试试看，不行，我就走人。”

他心里诧异，脸上却不露声色，边想边说：“好吧，有这个优点就够了。今后，我们企业的产品质量和服务承诺，要让每个客户都相信，你能做到吗?”

结果一年下来，小伙子负责协调的客户签约率和满意度远远高出别的组。别人搞不定的客户，小伙子出马，就能扭转局势，取得信任。小伙子反过来督促：“老板啊，人家信咱了，产品可不能掉链子哦!”结果企业的产品质量和信誉度都上了一个等级。

还有更出其不意的人才。有位大叔，东北人，业绩一般，曾上了人力资源部拟定的解聘名单。后来，老板想了想，此人唱过京剧，学过美声，有一技之长，企业有文体活动，可以让他牵头。

万万没想到，还真派上了用场。

企业组织青年员工旅行，一行人在大山深处，遇暴雨，水涨，路断。手机信号时有时无，等收到求救信号，救援队伍靠近时，已是后半夜，十几个小时过去，大家的手机都没电了，嗓子也都喊哑了。

唯有东北大叔还保持着实力，隔几分钟就喊一次：有人吗?在这儿呢……他的声音，如黄钟大吕，悠长地在山谷间回荡。救援者终于循声而来。

他说，用对了，都是人才。
