Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important. I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match.

慈善大致分为四种：一种慈善是“牺牲自己，奉献他人”——这可说是稍有点“天真”，却又是绝对无私奉献的慈善，因为慈善最好在有余力的情况下进行，何必把自己当成不再复生的“蜡炬”?一种慈善是“帮自己，也帮人”——最常见的慈善，这可算是生活中点滴的“慈善事业”吧：还有一种慈善是“成就自己夸功绩，帮助他人又贬低”——这简直就是恬不知耻!现在的诸多慈善人士中，有82%的人喜欢捐钱后与受帮助者合影，拍照也就算了，还非举着红包照!那笑容真是无法形容，那是多么伤被救济的同胞们的自尊心啊!而最后一种慈善自然是大慈善，“贡献社会，成就自己”——这才是真正值得我们去推崇，去赞扬，去宣传，去实践的.惠及千千万万群众的大慈善呢!当然，一定不要被鲜花和掌声的“潮水”冲垮你的虚荣心“堤坝”!至于像“活菩萨”这类词，“只可出自别人口，不能用来自己夸”。

最近读到一则消息，为了破译基因密码，世界科学家决定共同合作。我国科学家分得了其中的S项目，美国科学家负责T项目。美国科学家在研究中发现了问题缺怎样也解决不了，便向其他各国求救。正好我国科学家的S项目有类似问题且恰好已经解决，便把答案传真过去。有了突破口，美国的研究突飞猛进，在最后的总结大会上，世科协的会长说：“没有世界各国的合作，这一项目的完成将需要200年的时间。”可见，合作，这种精神无论是对于个人还是对于国家都有着重要的意义，合作也无处不在。

在自然界中，人们也不难发现合作的身影。在不大的蚂蚁家族中，有着复杂却又严格的分工。工蚁负责探路和寻找食物，兵蚁负责蚁巢的安全保障，蚁后则生育后代，还有的哺养后代。每一个成员既不多做也不少做，缺少了其中一个环节都不行。蚂蚁家族正式凭借每一个成员的合作精神，得生存的去。世界飞机协和客机的生产真是通过合作分工完成的。它的每一个部件，大到机翼，小到起落架上的一颗螺丝，都是由不同国家的专业部门分别制造的。最后再将不同的部件组装，一架协和飞机才算上了天。合作真的融入了世界的每一个角落。合作源于信任。在现今诸多的国际组织与团体中，其实都是以合作为基础的，而这样的合作正是建立在各国之间相互信任的基础上的。

合作是需要不同的个体完成的，而且是需要默契的。如果个体间缺乏充分的信任，就不会有默契，合作也就不可能成功。譬如世界贸易组织中关于定期汇报签约国财政状况的规则，倘若签约一方为了保留实力而虚报少报相关数据，那么，这种不信任的行为必然会导致合作的失败。因此，不难看出，缺少诚意和信任的合作毫无存在的价值。

合作就是力量。如果仅让你用一支筷子吃饭，它几乎连块肉都夹不起来，而用一双筷子，结果就会截然相反。可见，只有合作才能发挥个体不具有的力量，才能拥有大于个体的力量。正如当年诸葛亮只会蜀军大败曹兵的战役，大多是以少胜多。而这其中的一个重要原因是诸葛亮清楚地知道，只有合作才具有无穷的力量。合作的确是一种精神，它源于信任，且无处不在，更重要的是这种精神是难以估量的。这个时代呼唤合作精神，合作精神将永远是推动时代前进的不竭动力。

世间万物都有其存在的意义与价值，一株花一棵树，一朵云，用心点缀了世界，它们都是生活中的无价之宝。我们也是如此，就像夜空中独一无二的星，有着不同的价值。

Every year, a lot of audience keeps their eyes on the four grand slam

championships. It is known to all that Wimbledon has the oldest history and the

tennis players treat it as the greatest honor to win it. This year, the local

player Murray won it again.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

Last night, I saw a movie, it was so touching, the movie told about the girl got an accident, her soul got out of her body, but she did not die completely. As a ghost, the girl went to visit her parents and her friends, she had so many pitiful things to do. Finally, the girl woke up and got recovery, she decided to be brave and did what she wanted. I think of myself, what if I die tomorrow, I have a lot of things to do, too. The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I

dormitory, so I had to move out and left my parents. This was such a big

challenge for me, because I never left home before. I needed to learn to be

It is widely noted that lots of traditional culture is disappearing along

with the development of technology. Many ancient architectures and traditional

ways of living have been deserted. It seems that the traditional culture and

craftsmanship will be replaced in this modern era.

The following reasons can account for the above phenomenon. Firstly,

traditional technologies are always considered ineffective while the new

sciences are always highly efficient, because modern science and technology

facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot, with which we can save much

money and time. Secondly, it is costly to protect the traditional culture,

especially the maintenance and repair of the historical buildings.

In my opinion, although traditional culture is an ancient heritage, it

记得有一次，我和妈妈去上海植物园看菊花展。一进大门，首先映入我眼帘的是几只由白色菊花做成的“天鹅”，这些“迎鹅”就像导游一样，带着我来到了“菊花村庄”。

“菊花村庄”的大门前，摆着两个橙色的“菊花花瓶”，它们好像在招手，欢迎我们的到来呢。大门上面，挂着一盏盏玫红色的“菊花灯”。我在想：如果在清风和花灯的陪伴下，有几个小伙伴跟我一起玩耍，那该是一件多么惬意的事情啊!

我们沿着小路继续往前走，路边处处绽放着菊花，它们你比我，我赛你，有的羞涩地打着朵儿，有的犹抱琵琶半遮面，有的恣意地绽放，有的三五成群抱在一起，有的偏居一隅地孤芳自赏。在蓝天的陪衬下，在阳光的渲染下，菊花显得活力四射。

走到村子的中央，我看到了一个由红黄白三种颜色组成的“菊花喷泉”，“菊花喷泉”就像一个大圆球，似乎随时都能喷出彩色的菊花来。旁边的小亭上面，有几串橙色的、黄色的“菊花辣椒”，别具一番情趣。

最后，我们来到了村庄的“小树林”，这里一棵棵五颜六色的“菊花树”呀，迷惑了我的双眼，曾经我还以为它们是假的，当我闻到了菊花的清香时，才惊诧于园艺师们的鬼斧神工。“小树林”不仅展现了花的妩媚，还增添了树的伟岸和雄姿了。“咔嚓”一声，一个身穿绿衣服的小男孩身影定格在菊花中，不知是这些五颜六色的菊花成了背景映衬着帅哥呢，还是我这个帅哥衬托着五颜六色的菊花?

我一边看着照片，一边品尝着菊花茶，杯子里的菊花，散发出淡淡的清香，优雅地舒展着身体，浮在水面上，真是美丽极了!

既能让我观赏，又能让我品尝的菊花呀，我怎么会不喜欢它呢?

人生如戏，戏本无情但人有情。这部戏，不是惊天动地的巨作，不是可歌可泣的故事，它是一部平凡而朴实的戏，戏中流露出的是平凡而伟大的“情”。

店老板娘的“情”

中午，同学三五成群到校外的小饭店吃饭。我吃过饭，向平时那样拿来一碗糖水边喝边做作业。随后，同我一齐的同学在打闹，其中一人一扫手臂，当即劈中我的手臂，手中的糖水顿时如滔滔江水，在桌上泛滥着，老板娘见状，忙拿来抹布抢救桌上的作业本，万幸，作业本在阿姨的力挽狂澜下得救了。我忽扬起袖子，只见袖子沾满了粘乎乎的糖水，阿姨着急地叫我把外套脱下来，她便拿起衣服十万火急朝洗手间跑去……

看着这一幕，我的心忽然被阿姨的情打动了，我深信，就凭着阿姨这一分善良，关爱的情，饭店一定会办得火红火红的。

楼上阿婆的“情”

每天上学，总会在小区的花园里看见我楼上的那位婆婆在忙乎着打理花草。一个下着淅沥小雨的早上，我还看见她在那里，吃力地搬着一盆葱，她转过身时看见我，我说：“婆婆，种那么多葱，你喜欢吃葱啊?”她用布满皱纹，夹杂着泥巴的手心疼地摸着葱苗，说：“不是，见平时有空便种些葱，大家在缺的时候也不用去菜市场买那么麻烦——看这些葱长得多好!”

雨仍在淅沥淅沥地下着，婆婆的“情”——无私奉献的情感溶在雨中，滋润着我(也许还有其他人)的心灵。

门卫老伯的“情”

小区的门卫是一个年迈的老伯。这位老伯，都快七十岁了，可是身体还很健壮。他上班很准时，当值时从不打盹，而且很健谈。有天，我跟他拉家常：“伯伯啊，你年纪那么大了，为什么不在家里享福，等你的儿女养你啊?”老伯边关上小区的大门边回答说：“人嘛，不工作呢，不但人老，心也老。现在还有力气，心还没有老，就出来工作，可以在风烛残年发挥一点余光，也为社会贡献一份力量。”

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to

低碳生活是一种十分环保、礼貌的生活方式。节水、节电、节油、节气，能够帮忙我们将低碳生活变为现实。

低碳时代已经如约而至，正在改变着我们的生活。“低碳”就在我们身边。夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要长时间开着，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电;在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电;用微波炉加工食品时，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电;开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择适宜档位，避免低档跑高速，定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。短时间不用电脑时，启用“睡眠”模式，能耗可下降到50%以下;关掉不用的程序和音箱、打印机等外围设备;少让硬盘、软盘、光盘同时工作;适当降低显示器的亮度。

平时我们勤动手动脑，也能够实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、奶盒等，其实稍加裁剪，就能够简便将它们废物利用，比如制作成储物盒，能够在里面放茶叶包、化妆品之类的物品;还能够利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶瓶制作一盏漂亮的台灯;喝过的茶叶渣，晒干做一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠……

另外，将普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下电器插头……你看这些看似不经意的小事，都是在为“减碳”做贡献。

我是一名中学生，我首先要明白：什么是低碳?低碳生活是指生活作息时所消耗的能源的减少，从而减低碳消耗，尤其是二氧化碳的减少，我们应进取提倡“低碳生活”，从节电、节油、节气，从一点一滴的小事做起。也就是说，低碳生活就是更低能量、更低消耗的生活方式，还原其淳朴的进行人与自然的交流。

As we all know, students must wear uniform in school. It prevents students from wearing strange clothes or comparing clothes. However, students still show special preference for famous brands. They can buy brand shoes or bags if they cant wear their own clothes in school.

Why students cant help wearing expensive things which are famous brands?

The reason why they prefer to wear expensive clothes is just for face. Some students thought the more expensive they wear, the more confident they are. Only wearing brand clothes can they become proud. Some students are afraid to looked down if they dont wear brands things. It is easy for students to compare what they wear.

As far as I am concerned, I dont agree that students pursue famous brand. Most students cant earn money by themselves. We cant waste the money to buy expensive things which are not useful. It is hard for parents to make money. Remember, the main task of the students is to study.

一提到友谊，你第一会想起谁?那个你第一反应想起的人，定是你映象最为深刻的人，想起不同关系的人，也可以看出你的性格。友谊对我们来说，就像是人生道路上的指明灯，一谈起友谊，我们都会开始议论起谁，想想我们这些年，到底是谁陪我们走过来的，你可有好好珍惜过这样一份珍贵无价的珍宝?

我们每个人都有过几段不好的经历，同时，上帝也很公平，在给我们这些不好的经历时，上帝总会心善，给我们创造了一些好朋友，自此，在这样艰难的历程中，我们逐渐学会了友谊。也就是这样，让我们懂得珍惜一些难得而宝贵的东西，那就是友谊。

虽然友谊如此美妙，但在我们收获到这样珍贵的友谊时，你有没有珍惜过，一个你措手不及，无意间丢掉的宝贝，可能会在你遗失的地方擦肩而过，永远都失去了，亦或者，在你遗失的地方，你发现它落在了哪里，最后重返回去，将它拾起来。友谊也是非常容易破碎的，我们要好好珍惜。

有些人，得到了那样东西就不会懂得珍惜，等失去了就后悔莫及，这样的事，我们一知道，难免觉得很可笑，可是反思回来，我们自己是不是也有一些没有把握住的友谊，或者自己亲手毁掉的友谊呢?人们说，破镜不能重圆。镜子一旦碎了，再重新粘起来，也会有裂痕，哪怕没有裂痕了，也不是以前的镜子了。

所以，这让我们知道，友谊是一样很宝贵的珍品，他说是无价之宝，在很多时候，也许是生活中、学习中、工作上，我们总会遇上一份友谊，这会是我们在那个历程中收获最宝贵的一样东西。你要相信上帝是公平的，他总会怜悯你，不会看着你孤独，总会有那么一个人出现在你的世界里，给予你一份温暖。那便是得来的友谊，请珍惜!

山脚下，流水潺潺，鸟语花香;山腰上，古木参天，林静山幽;山顶山，云海茫茫，群山隐约。游客们有的在山脚赏景，有的在山腰流连，只有极少数人选择了继续攀登。

学习也如登峰一样，怕苦怕累，只能欣赏脚底的风光。努力一点就能体会到山中的清爽。拼尽全力摸爬滚打，登上峰顶，俯视着一切体会登峰者的惬意。

如果有一座，直达云霄的山，去问一位勤奋者和慵懒者，勤奋者会说我要爬，慵懒者会说，我就在底下坐着，逗逗鱼玩玩水，多么惬意，我就不上去了。

慵懒者，在山脚下欣赏着鸟语花香，看着小溪里的小鱼欢快地游着，但是慢慢的他对这些丧失了兴趣，他越发无聊，他感受不到动力，只得在山脚底无尽的打转，他失去了攀登的力气，失去了登峰的机会。

在底下荒废了时机，也早已无力攀登，在慵懒者游玩时，勤奋者早已度过了许多难。

他身着便衣，身上只带了水，和一根粗绳，他一步一步爬着，爬得累了，便在阶梯上坐着休息，有些地方需要徒手攀岩，不顾危险上了罢，他一点一点攀爬着，有过踩不稳，有过没有落脚点，勤奋者喊过累从来没有想过放弃，一步步摸索着又到了有阶梯的地方，又是一阵的休息，又是一阵的前行，冲破云霄，登上峰顶，勇敢不负有心人，勤奋者最终到达了峰点，当他站在最高处，俯视着底下的一切，叫着慵懒者的名字说：“我到了!”

慵懒者在那一刻便是真正的输了。慵懒者能看到，站在巍巍高山上的勤奋者，但是当勤奋者俯视着底下的一切，慵懒者是渺小的，是不为勤奋者看到的。

这和学习一样，说句难听但是现实的话：如果不努力成为强者，压根就不配出现在强者面前，因为他们不会正眼去瞧，我们只能一步一步去爬，成为强者和他们站在一起……

“有时候我会问自己，到底为了什么努力，赢得什么才叫胜利，你曾否问自己”为了自己努力，赢得别人的认可，那才是胜利，打破别人的质疑，成为攀登者，登峰者，那是我们的目标。

希望我们不要颓废，成为山脚底下打转的人，希望我们不要放弃做那个在山中停步的人，希望我们每个人都会成为那个登峰者!

陪伴是人生不可缺少的。父母的陪伴，书籍的陪伴，同学的陪伴，宠物的陪伴……这些陪伴，让你不再孤单，给予你勇气，给予你力量，给予你安慰……

我的父母，每个夜晚都坐在我身边，陪伴我写作业。

晚上，上了一天课，我拖着疲惫的身子回到家里，身子软得像煮熟的面条一样。我坐在书桌前，翻出作业，揉揉眼睛，开始写起了数学作业。笔尖在纸页上快速地滑过，“沙沙”的声音像蚕在咀嚼桑叶。在我的快速计算中，作业本迅速被喂饱。再写下一本，一道题目像湍急的河流一样挡在我的面前，真是麻烦，我只好掏出“身经百算”的草稿本，笔墨在两个本子之间来回切换。哎呀!又算错了!我再次将错误的运算过程用胶带粘下来。这题怎么办才好呢?我急得抓耳挠腮，这里画两笔，那里加一画，草稿本被一页一页写完。我不禁叹了口气，看来，今天晚上又要加班了!

“怎么哀声叹气的呀?不会写吗?”妈妈问。

“不是，我会写。哎!这么晚了，又要加夜班了!”我答道。

“没关系，慢点，你仔细点写，不要急，字一笔一笔写好，还有时间!”爸爸发言了。

听着爸爸妈妈你一言我一语，我心里顿时感到十分温暖，像冰冷的冬天里云层中突然泻下了阳光，让我充满了力量。我拿起笔奋笔疾书，在妈妈的指导与爸爸的激励下，我攻克了一道又一道难题，写完了一本又一本的作业。哈哈!果然在“两大天神”的“护佑”下，几科作业通通败下阵来，我收拾好桌上的“残兵败将”，揉了揉眼睛，便去洗漱了。这时，我才看到妈妈伸了个懒腰，打着哈欠，爸爸也揉了揉眼睛，他们一直在陪伴着我战斗啊!

父母的陪伴是成长中必不可失的。小时候，父母陪伴着我，教我做人，规范品行;大一些，父母陪伴着我，带我去旅行，开阔眼界;上幼儿园，父母陪伴着我，带我上六一的舞台，展示自我;上小学，父母陪伴着我，激励我学习，打好基础;上初中，父母陪伴着我，让我战胜那堆积如山的作业，让我保有向上的心态。啊!我的父亲，我的母亲，因你们的陪伴，我的人生自带主角光环!

父母就是大树，女儿就是树下的小花，我在父母的陪伴中成长，在父母陪伴中懂得学习，在父母的陪伴下学会做人……

What is the purpose of students studying hard all these years, of course

for the better future. Every parent wants their kids have advantage over others,

so they can be outstanding and have a good job. Students learn in campus, they

are in the stage of studying knowledge while getting a job soon, there is

necessary for them knowing something about society.

Before study in college, students focus all their attention on study for

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

at this stage, study is no more the only task, students should have access to

society. They should make some preparation for the job hunting, knowing society

helps them get use to the society quickly. Some students only care about score,

when they find a job, the employer will ask him something about the public news,

but students have no idea, this is so bad. What’s more, getting familiar with

the society makes students find their own positions, they will know what they

want and fight for it.

The atmosphere of society is very different from campus, in order to better

adjust to finding a job, students should get to know society.

时光一去就不再回返，时间是不可回复性的，事情一但下定决心，就没有后悔的机会了，但人们往往都不三思而行，事后才后悔莫及!

一次小学的运动会，我以生病作为藉口，逃避参加全年级的大队接力，让老师以候补选手代替我上场，因为我害怕失败时堆积如山的无形压力、跑输时蜂拥而至的谴责，所以我选择了放弃。

运动会当天，艳阳高照、晴空万里，微风徐徐吹来，花草树木随风摇摆，操场上热闹滚滚，加油声响彻云霄，各班更是穿着炫彩夺目的班服，在操场上摩拳擦掌、蓄势待发，一心一意想为班上争取一份佳绩;坐在休息区的我感觉十分轻盈，因为无事一身轻，只等着看精彩的好戏上场，预赛时的烦恼早已抛到九霄云外了，顿时，我以为这是一种解脱，但我万万没想到这将是另一种束缚。比赛时，平常看来弱不禁风的本班，竟像只黑马，在众多高手中脱颖而出，勇夺季军。

看着荣誉榜上的奖状，同学们个个笑容满面，但看着那张奖状的我，心情就像个无情的黑洞，将我所有的喜悦一吸而空，只留下了后悔和遗憾;虽然那张奖状看起来光彩耀眼，但对我而言它就像张白纸，因为其中没有我一丝一毫的心力，我懦弱的藉口现在使我充满了遗憾。

我也想与朋友分享胜利的喜悦，我也想享受获胜的荣誉，不是没有给我机会，而是我白白让机会与我擦身而过，虽然我们班赢了，但我自己却彻底输了!我不输给任何人而是输给了自己，因为我无法跨出自己心里的那道栅栏。老师!我在这里深切的向您说声：“对不起!”经过这次教训，我学会了把握机会，不会再让自己的成长过程中留下任何的遗憾。
