这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

剪一段时光，放在最美的段落。鲜衣群马，仗剑天涯。杜甫说：“白日放歌须纵酒，青春作伴好还乡。”五分钟青春绽放的背后，是不为人知的“台下午五周功”。

初一那年，为了学校国旗下表演的节目，班主任从网上找来男女组合的华尔兹舞蹈。我们跟着视频“一嗒嗒，二嗒嗒……”地学。同学们个个左顾右盼，你看我看你没有人要跳的意思，知道后来传来那句：“傻货，都别傻等了，开始跳呀!”看到班主任的到来到，不灵活的小脚不得不开始舞动起来。

刚开始，男女两人都互相拍手时，脚总会不经意地踩到;转圈时，也因没有默契而打结;排队时，也会因拥挤在看起来一盘散沙。班主任看着我们，摇了摇头：“来，都站在一旁给我看好了。”音乐响起，班主任的脚步开始随着音乐舞动起来。当然了，结果并不是想象当中的那么帅气：踉跄的脚步，抖动了舞姿，及没有舞伴独舞的忧伤……台下传来一阵“吁”的声音，但他的脚步却依旧没有停下。

不到一会儿，台下不屑的声音完全停下。随着班主任坚持到舞蹈的最后一秒，我们的内心都为之震撼。尽管舞姿不那么优美，但他依旧尽自己的努力完成表演。这一次，我们没有退缩，而是主动点开了开始键，没有再出现玩笑，也没有了散慢的心境，而是汇聚成了一股坚持不懈，永不放弃的力量。

一周，两周，三周过去了，由原来在地上摇摆不定的脚丫也开始变得稳扎稳打，原来男女两人转圈儿的不配合，开始建立起到双方的小默契，原来散漫的队形也变得整齐有序。

时间就像手中的细沙的，晃眼就溜走了。这不，一下就到了第五周升旗了。同学们整齐待发，男生们打好了自己的领结，女生们扎起了高马尾。精神抖擞地站在了国旗下。等待主持人念到下面有请七年级b班带来的舞蹈——华尔兹。

音乐响起，同学们尽最大的努力完成了每一个动作。当音乐停下那刻，台下响起了热烈的掌声，悬在我们每一个人心中的石子，终于落了下来，我们每个人的心里也倍有成就感。

转眼我们初三了，每当遇到困难时，我们都会想起初一时那场升旗表演，正所谓不苦不累，初三无味，不拼不博，等于白活。

青春不是彷徨无奈，更不是自暴自弃，而是在困难重重的路上，坚定信念，迎难而上。

我生活在一个平凡的家庭，有一位大我7岁的姐姐，我和姐姐总是打打闹闹，不时也会发生一些口角。随着年岁的增加，姐姐步入高中，学校提供住宿，所以姐姐一般每周末才能回来一次。从父母的谈话中我得知：姐姐考入的是杭州最好的中学，学业负担较重，所以几乎每周姐姐回家，爸爸妈妈总会烧很多菜犒劳一下姐姐，这些菜比起平常的“粗茶淡饭”，真是人间美味啊!使我总觉得妈妈对姐姐比对我更好，心里也总有一个声音在说“妈妈偏心”，而且越来越强烈。直到那天……

那天下午，太阳悄悄藏到了云朵后面。忽然，天地间被黑暗笼罩，似乎只剩下了淅淅沥沥的雨声。路灯还未亮起，路人们小心翼翼地穿过一个又一个水洼，探索着前进的道路。

我和母亲就走再在这样的一个雨天里，寒风吹来，我不由得打了个寒噤。无意中，我搂住了母亲，却触到她那冰凉的、湿答答的衣服。抬头一看，小小的雨伞微微向我这倾斜，而雨伞却把我保护的严严实实的。我陡然鼻尖一酸，眼前的景物模糊了。悄悄地把手伸向伞柄，轻轻的地把雨伞扶正……

还记得，从小到大，都是母亲为我梳头，那两根麻花辫寄托的就是母亲对我的爱啊!从小到大，都是母亲为我整理的床铺，那整齐的床正是母亲对我的爱啊!从小到大，我踢掉的被子都是母亲为我盖上的，那盖上的被子也是母亲对我的爱啊!还记得……

雨，渐渐小了，我和母亲终于回到了家里，爸爸面带微笑地走来，接过妈妈手中的雨伞，说：“终于回来了!晚饭已经烧好了!快来吃吧!”全家人其乐融融地坐在餐桌前，我不由得笑了，原来我拥有这么多!我有父母的陪伴和关爱，我是多么的幸福!

When July comes, it is the hottest time of the whole summer. Many of my

friends have chosen to travel to the cool place, so as to avoid the stuffy air.

As for me, I dont like to travel in this hot weather. I just want to stay

indoors and enjoy the quiet moment. I like to sit near the window, watching

outside scenery. Sometimes I will read some books, enjoy the novel and make

myself lost in the fiction world. The things I like to do most is to find a

coffee shop and then choose a table that is near the window, so that I can see

all the situation. I will bring my computer and then play the computer for the

whole afternoon. It is what I like to do in the summer. I enjoy it.
