我是从零二年开始我的运动健身活动的,到今年已是第九个年头了。简单点说是每天早上快步走一小时。当时的想法很简单,就是因营养过剩,身体过于肥胖,想通过运动来减掉肚子上多余的脂肪,于是,就开始了健步走,因多年的习惯使我的身体过于懒惰,刚开始的活动还觉得挺轻松,每天早上早早起床,穿上运动服装后就开始走步运动,但在我坚持了二十多天以后,身体的各个部位出现了不适,全身的各个关节没有不疼的,每天早上的起床都十分艰难,那个滋味实在是不好受,曾几度想放弃。但凭自己还算坚强的意志走了过来,也许是怕别人说自己是无志之人的缘故吧,总之是坚持了下来,等到坚持三个月后,每天的早上就躺不住了,到点了就要起床去运动了,以至于到后来如果有一天偶然没去运动,就好像这一天过得不完整似的。渐渐的身体上的脂肪果真逐渐减少了,也轻松了许多,因当初的目的已实现,在思想上自己也挺欣慰的,所以也就一直坚持了下去,至于说运动对于健身到底有什么好处自己从没有往更深层次上探讨,一直到我局自开展“读书健身活动”以来,我才对健身运动能给自己带来哪些益处进行了探讨,我查阅了许多关于运动健身的相关资料,并阅读了我国著名的首席健康专家洪昭光教授所著的一本书,该书主要从四个方面来要求我们在日常生活中如何去科学合理的去做,以此达到强身健体、提高生活质量的目的。归纳起来可以用十六个字来概括,那就是:“适量运动,合理饮食,戒烟限酒,心理平衡”,他把运动放在了首要位置,可见运动对一个人的重要性。我的理解运动大致可归纳为以下好处:

1、驱除忧虑,焕发精神。烦恼的最佳解毒剂就是运动,当你烦恼时多用肌肉,少用脑筋,其结果将会令你惊讶不已。没有人能在健身房或爬山作激烈运动的时候,还对刚才的不快之事耿耿于怀。不管是什么人,体育运动都能使你的精神为之一振。一个人身体越健康,也包括心理健康,抵抗疾病和工作、家庭压力的能力越强。

2、减肥健美,大家都知道,肥胖常常和高血压、糖尿病是密不可分的,据有关资料介绍,每天用敏捷活泼的步伐步行一小时可使糖尿病、高血压的发生概率降低一半。

3、可改变自我形象,提供各方面的能力,抵抗焦虑和压抑感,增加积极性和乐观感。改善入睡能力,提高睡眠质量,可推迟和防止慢性病等其他疾病的发生。我强烈的呼吁,让我们走起来,动起来,你可步行、慢跑、打太极拳、游泳、打乒乓球、跳健身舞等有氧运动,而这些运动可有效的消耗掉我们体内的多余的脂肪,而更重要的是可提早预防多种疾病的发生,我们身边有许多年纪轻轻就因病魔缠身而失去了生活质量,更有甚者还英年早逝了,那么多生动的事例为我们大家敲响了警钟。我深深感到,事业是人生征途上的宝石,如果有健康做这颗宝石做基座,那他必将璀璨夺目,光彩照人。
