对于高速拦车救狗，执法部门不应踏入法不责众的泥沼。严肃执法才是对动物保护行为边界最有力的廓清与引导。也只有在此基础上，拦车救狗事件才能在文化碰撞中释放正效应，而不是让舆论场在喧嚣中走向进一步的撕裂。
