我们早一天先把做年糕的米浸在水中，并用水反复冲洗，然后放机器里碾成米水，再装在袋子里压干，再放入锅里蒸熟，然后放在石臼里锤，这样年糕会变得很香很韧，锤好后，扯成一团团，再用手搓一搓，搓成长条状，最后用木制模具用力压一下，年糕被压得方方正正，还印上了花纹，这样一条漂亮的年糕就做好了，我也学着大人的样子，亲自动手做了一条精致小巧的年糕。
