现在的就业难主要是结构性就业难。不是没有就业岗位，也不是没有人才，而是人才与就业岗位不能匹配。高校在发展定位、专业设置、课程确定等方面上还不能完全适应社会发展对高素质人才的需求，缺乏针对性。在教学大纲的制定上，既应该为学生的继续深造打下坚实的理论基础，又应该学以致用，加强实践环节，锻炼实践能力，使毕业生尽快适应未来的工作岗位。
