Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

妈妈小的时候衣服穿小了，就留给妹妹穿，从不舍得丢弃;上学背的是一个布做的书包，学习用具也很少，而且一直用到不能再用才换掉。而我现在穿的衣服都是新的，鞋子有一点小就不想再穿了，到现在我已经用过好几个书包和文具盒了，学习用品也多的数不清，现在有这么好的学习条件和学习环境，我一定要好好学习，把我们的国家建设的更加强大。

暑假的一天，是一个社区活动的日子。我吃过早饭，早早的来到了社区的活动室。

不一会儿，社区活动的老师拿了沉甸甸的一捆报纸走进活动室。我们疑惑不解，难道这次是让我们来看报纸的吗？这时老师笑容可掬地说：“小朋友们，今天让你们体验一下邮递员的工作，把这些“北蔡家园”的报纸发到社区每家每户的邮箱里。”说完，老师分发给每人一叠报纸。

我和我的同学吴雨萌结伴同行发报纸，我们挨个挨个的寻找每个单元的收信箱，然后跑过去小心翼翼的把报纸放到每家的收信箱里。再看看男生们，好像在和我们抢信箱似的，都手忙脚乱的把报纸塞进信箱里，有的报纸都皱巴巴的了，好像在说：“哎呀，别争了，把我都弄疼了。”

刚发到一半，我们就已经满头大汗了，想想邮递员叔叔每天骑着车，带着几大包的报纸和邮件，而且这些邮件都是全国各地的，他们每天要跑多少路，是多么的不容易啊，比起他们我们是微不足道的，于是我打起了十二分得精神，又开始去发了。这时一位踩着三轮车收废品的阿姨，看见我们手里一叠一叠的报纸，满脸堆笑的说：“小朋友，把你手里的报纸给我吧，我给你们钱去买根冷饮解解暑。”我心里犹豫不决，给吧，她肯定把报纸当废纸卖掉，社区的人就看不到了，这样就体现不出宣传的作用。最后我还是咬了咬牙，慢条斯理的说：“对不起阿姨，我不能给您。”。说完我们又冒着炎炎的烈日坚持不懈寻找收信箱。树上的鸟儿看着我们“叽叽喳喳”的好像在说：“你做得对。”一张、两张、三张……终于发完了。

通过今天的体验，我才明白邮递员是多么的辛苦，他们持之以恒的精神是值得我们学习的。

My life in the University of Education

How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

It is quite often seen that many students walk their pets on campus nowadays. For the owners, it is really good enjoyment and happiness. But for the other students, it may not so good. As more and more students bring their pets to campus, a cry for forbidding the pets brought to campus is higher and higher. For me, I think the owner shouldn’t take their cute pets on campus for the sake of clean.

Firstly, keeping pets in dormitory will make dormitory smell bad and cause noise pollution. 首先，在宿舍里养宠物会让宿舍里面很难闻，并且会引起噪声污染。宠物并不会像人类一样可以自己去厕所并冲走它们的排泄物，它们到处大小便会让宿舍里面有很大的味道。另外，宠物会制造出很多恼人的噪音，尤其是在夜间。而对于同居一室的其他舍员来说无疑是一场灾难，他们不得不忍受那些难闻的气味与烦人的噪音。

Secondly, raising pets can be time-consuming and even affect their study. For students, they are supposed to spend more time studying. If they put their focus on their pets, then they will have less time to study. Not to imagine that they will do good in their study.

其次，养宠物很浪费时间甚至会影响学生的学习成绩。作为学生，应该多花时间在学习上。如果学生把精力都花在宠物的身上，那么学习的时间会更少。更不用说他们的学习成绩会好到哪里去。

In conclusion, I don’t think it is good for students to raising pets on campus in consideration to the good of the public hygiene and also their improvement in their academic performance.

总之，考虑到学校的公共卫生和学生的学习成绩，我不认为在学校养宠物会对学生有好处。

At the end of the summer vacation, I cant help feeling excited and curious. How many times I have dreamed that my university life will be meaningful and beautiful.

At the beginning of university life, I think study and exercise are the most important thing. So I must improve my spoken English and written ability. Besides, I will make more friends and participate in other activities. Fortunately, I took part in two departments successfully. What a happy new for me! In my opinion, importantly, these departments can promote my comprehension and communication ability. At the same time, I will get many chances to exercise in new school life. It will make my life become more and more colorful.

After I entered the new university for two months, I adapt the new environment and meet many classmates and teachers. I feel happy when I made friends with them who can bring me more happiness and challenging.

There are many different aspects between high school and university. Firstly, I think independence is an ability for oneself in the university, but it is not in the high school. You must do everything by yourself. Secondly,we will have a lot of spare time,and we can do many things in this time. For example,we can read in our school library,we can play basketball or football in the stadium, we can have a rest in your dormitory and so on. Thirdly, you will have many activities and you can participate in it. At the same time,you have many chances to exercise your ability,study how can we do it better and promote our team spirit. Compared with high school life, I think my university life will be better and more interesting than high school.

Life is short,so it is imperative that we do not waste a moment of it.We should all live life to the fullest.In order to do that we must focus on what is important in life.By paying attention to the right things we can make our lives colorful rather than dull.

The four most important components of a colorful life are quality of life,people,health and passion.The first,quality of life,can be achieved by doing everything to the best of our ability.If we do that,success will come to us.Second,we must value the people and relationships in our lives.People are the secret to happiness,so we must always treat them right.Third,we must treat our body right,too.It is difficult to enjor life without good health.The last ingredient,passion,is perhaps the most important.We must commit one hundred percent to our relationships and career.

We should have a passion for living. In conclusion,we can all have wonderful lives.All we have to do is remember that the for keys to a colorful life are:quality of life,people,health and passion.By paying attention to these things we are bound to live meaningfully and well.

军训是步入大学必须要经历的一项考验，所有人对军训的印象都是烈日炎炎，枯燥乏味的动作练习，直到最后达到标准。这已经成为了我们的思维定式，但也总会有些东西来打破我们的思维，比如下雨。

在我们训练之初，天气凉爽似乎是上天的眷顾，尤其是第二天，下了一天的雨，让我们充分休息了一天。这样在我们心里上已经有了放松，训练就这样最好。可是之后的几天确实艳阳高照，在这样的天气下，同学们的抱怨也接踵而至，抱怨炎热的天气，抱怨狠毒的太阳，以至于大家没有心情训练，更不能享受军训，军训也成了我们的负担。

在这种情况下，我们应该选择面对现实，接受现状，不要因为一些意外忘了事物本身的样子。下雨只是军训天气中的一个意外，出现了是我们的运气，不出现是正常。坦然接受军训才是我们应有的状态，不要去埋怨，不要去怨恨，要享受现在的军训，它也许不能让你的颜值提高，不能让你获得更多的书本知识，但它却能够锻炼你的身体，增强你的意志力，丰富你的内心，让你在军训生活中感受军营的魅力，收获更多的情义。另外，与军训的生活相比，我们更能体会到平时生活的幸福，让我们更能学会满足，珍惜现在！

不去抱怨，不去怨恨，享受军训，享受生活，珍惜当下活在当下！

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday, because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I visit to my father with my mother. My father works in other province and I have not seen him for half a year. My mother and I miss him very much. We spend near a month with him.When my father is free, he often takes us go out. We are happy together.

现在，暑假就要结束了。我真正度过了一个丰富又快乐的假期。作为一名初中生，我的暑假并不是完全自由的，因为学习仍然是我生活中的一个重要部分。假期的第一天，我待在家完成作业。我有很多作业要完成。除此之外，我还要去英语和数学培训班，因为我这两科比较弱。因此，我需要一些额外的训练。之后，我就和妈妈一起去看爸爸。我爸爸在外省上班，我有半年没见过他了。妈妈和我都很想念他。我们和爸爸在一起度过了将近一个月。爸爸有空的时候经常带我们出去。我们在一起生活得很快乐。

大学的校园生活结束了，毕业，就像一个大大的句号，从此，我们告别了一段纯真的青春，一段年少轻狂的岁月，一个充满幻想的时代……

毕业前的这些日子，时间过的好像流沙，看起来漫长，却无时无刻不在逝去;想挽留，一伸手，有限的时光却在指间悄然溜走，毕业答辩，散伙席筵，举手话别，各奔东西……一切似乎都预想的到，一切又走的太过无奈。

每一天，我们都会有意无意地再逛逛校园，看一看它今天的样子，想一想四年前它如何迎来稚气未脱的我们。走了四年，似乎又走回到了起点。突然觉得，四年的同窗、身边的朋友，比想象中要和善、可爱得多!星光下的夜晚，每一个都温柔如风。

再看一看我们大学的校园生活吧。

那赫然相对的男生楼，就在去年的这个时候，还曾经硝烟四起;

窗外的晾衣绳，飘荡着不知哪个宿舍落下来的白衬衫;

插着爱护花草牌子的草坪，记不清什么时候已经被抄近路打水的兄弟们踩出了一条小路;

路旁的女生楼，对男生来说，几乎成为永远的禁区;

综合楼自习室的门还开着么，考研时鏖战过几个月的那个屋子，如今应该没有什么人了吧，一直对那段埋头苦读的日子心存感激，不论结果如何，它让我收获了很多……

一幕幕的场景就像一张张绚烂的剪贴画，串连成一部即将谢幕的电影，播放着我们的快乐和忧伤，记录着我们的青春和过往，也见证着我们的友谊和爱情!

来到这片校园之前，想象大学生活是白色的。因为象牙塔是白色的，整个生活就好像它折射的光：纯净而自由。

大一的时候，觉得生活是橙色的。太多新生活扑面而来，新鲜而灿烂，热情而紧张。橙色的记忆里，有第一次见到知名教授的激动，第一次加入社团的好奇，第一次考试的紧张……

大二的时候，生活是绿色的，青春拔节生长，旺盛得像正在生长的树，梦想也一点点接近现实。跟老师讨论问题时，看见他脸上满意的微笑;跟老外对话时，给自己打了个满意的分数;开始熟悉校园里任何一处美食，也常常在BBS上呆到很晚……

大三的时候，生活变成蓝色。我们冷静了下来，明白自己离未来究竟有多远，并要为此做出选择：出国，考研，还是工作。所有与这个决定相关联的一切都可能会变化，包括我们的爱情，那还年轻没经历过风雨的爱情。

大四的校园生活，像有一层薄薄的灰色。在各种选择里彷徨，每一个人都忙忙碌碌，一切仿佛一首没写完的诗，匆匆开始就要匆匆告别。

但那灰色里，却有记忆闪闪发亮。那些彩色的岁月，凝成水晶，在忙碌的日子里，它们是我们的资本，也是我们的慰藉。

七月，我们和去年学长毕业时一样，把行李装好了箱，一点点往外运，整个宿舍楼就这样在几天之内变回空楼，变成一个无限伤感的符号。记忆也同时从校园离开，收藏进内心的匣子，那是我们的流金岁月，也是我们的宝藏。

未来就像天空中一朵飘忽不定的云彩，而我们，从毕业这一天起，便开始了漫长的追逐云彩的旅程。明天是美好的，路途却可能是崎岖的，但无论如何，我们都有一份弥足珍贵的回忆，一种割舍不掉的友情，一段终身难忘的经历。

再见了，我的大学，再见了，我的大学生校园生活。

从小到大，大学就如同一道金色的光环，笼罩在我的心头，它催发着我为之苦熬十年寒窗，早起晚睡，经历一次又一次的考试，几家欢喜几家愁。最后，那十几年的汗水与泪水在一处升华了。

梦想变成现实的那一天，心目中对大学的千千万万种设想纷至沓来，不可抵挡，我的大学生活究竟应该是怎样的呢？

我想，大学首先应该是一座学术的殿堂。那里学者如云，充斥着浓厚的学术氛围和最高新的前沿学术思想。在这座殿堂里，没有世俗的高低贵贱的等级和尊卑，却有的是平等的交流和不同观点的碰撞和融汇，教授与普通的学生可以促膝交谈，精密合作，学者们也永远是用一副平易近人的温和态度来的研究信息和新领域的开拓态势，学校内定期也会举办一些学术论坛以及辩论会等等，尽量使同学们的思维保持在不断的思考、发掘和永无止境的探索之中，从而解决在学术上的争端。

其次，我觉得大学还是一方安静而干净的乐土，他是如茶那般高雅，如玫瑰那样迷人，那里的学术气氛不为当今社会的物欲横流所困扰，也不为某些世俗的沉渣恶习所污染，它是那么的与众不同。在大学的校园里，没有自私虚伪，尔虞我诈，同学们和睦相处，真诚地为学识和知识而拼搏和奋斗，为不远的将来而储备和打拼，从而能在竞争日益激烈的社会大潮中做一个优秀的掌舵手。

大学生活是一个多元化的人生舞台。在这个舞台上，每一个人都在扮演着不同的角色，有着不可取代的位置。所以，我认为，大学里各色各样的社团和学生会的存在则为同学们发挥个性，创造自我准备了充足的条件，它们便是一个小型化社会，在那里，可以发挥自身的特长，也可以学到实用的人际交往的知识，同时，社团的自我管理和自主教育精神。

大学生，无疑是最具知识和活力的，他们乐观向上、积极进取、开朗洒脱、意兴飞扬，他们有着指点江山，粪土当年万户般的豪情与壮志；有着虚心竹有低头叶，傲骨梅无仰面花般的耿直与谦逊；有着出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖般的高尚品质。

在大学之中，作为一名大学生，我们应该是大学的主人，是大学的捍卫者，是梦想的追随者，是继往开来的开拓者，是品味生活美酒的幸运儿。

这是我的大学畅想曲，节奏鲜明、悦耳动听，其间的每一个音符都在远方热烈的召唤……

进入大学，发现大学毕竟不同于中学，各种思维习惯、生活学习方式都随着环境的变化而不断的改变着。大学的围墙，是两个社会的脐带。外面是复杂多变的“大社会”，里面是人才济济的“小社会”。我们在这个小社会里生活，如何才能让四年的光阴变得充实、有意义呢?

大学是一个培养自己知识与能力的地方，科学的发展在于人们在生活中能更好的应用，而不在于让人们记更多、更复杂的理论知识，如果只是在钻课本不去实践那么就没有任何意义。大学四年时间是相当短暂的，除去节假日和周末外，能用于学习的时间也就6000小时左右，所以要抓紧每一分钟充实自己。

一把握机遇，锻炼能力。

大学里有很多活动，要选择有益于自身发展的来做。积极参加校内外活动，学会与外界沟通，不断增长见识、开阔视野，提高自己。

二、学习、工作两不误

如果你有能力，可以在学习的闲暇时间工作。但是，学习搞不好，做工作也没有意义。学习不能等时间，时间不是“等”出来的，而是“挤”出来的。

三、平等待人，真诚奉献自己

知道同学们的需求，能自发地为他们服务，关怀他人。要懂得谦虚礼让，勇于奉献!

其实，大学是一个相当锻炼人的地方，如果在这里我们能够好好的把握，那要比在中学时学到的多多了，毕竟大学是走向社会的预备教育。

生活在一个知识爆炸的时代，唯一可以依靠的就是不断的扩充自己的知识面，使自己在任何情况下都能立于不败之地，在学习专业课的基础上不断的发现自己的兴趣和爱好，不断的扩充自己。

一、明确学习目的。只有明确为什么要学，懂得学习的重要性，才能激发自身的潜能，积极的去学习。

二、学习方法要因人而异。由于每个人的性格不同，学习方法也将各尽不同。只能靠自己一步步的去摸索，适合自己的就吸取，不适合的就摒弃。

三、重视专业基础知识。正如一座再高的大厦，不挖好奠基石是永远无法建造的。同时，更应该多看一些课外书籍，多跑跑图书馆，拓展自己的视野创新自己的见解，达到与专业知识的融会贯通，相辅相成。最为重要的是要加强理论与实践相结合，提高自己的实践能力。

四、全方位的发展。大学是一个追求个性的地方，正所谓条条道路通罗马，我们没必要为了一颗树而放弃了整个森林。我们更应该充分发挥自己的优势，学习钻研自己有兴趣有长处的学科。

五、相信自己。学习和做任何事情都一样，只有充分建立自信心，激励自己，才能在不断的探索与挑战中走向成功，给大学学习一条完整的道路。

六、学会自我调节。伴随着社会竞争，就业等各种矛盾的激化，大学生压力越来越大，只有释放自己的压力，在娱乐中学习，在学习中娱乐才能真正体会学习的乐趣，创造一种素质学习方法。

通过对自己的认真分析，一定能找到一条适合自己的学习方法与道路。相信只要我们摆正了人生坐标，每个人都能创造自己的未来。
